The entire office was inviting & comforting. Dr. Griffin provided me with the best experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. She listened and addressed every single concern I came in with, going above & beyond to provide me with answers and reassurance. I am definitely a permanent patient now.

I received more personalized and genuine care at this clinic after one visit then I have anywhere else with established primary care physicians. The listened to my concerns, and then went above and beyond to address them. The doctor even called me after hours while at home with her kids to help me figure out a treatment plan to get me through the weekend. 10/10, absolutely recommend.

My first time seeing Derek I usually am scheduled with Michaela. He was very personable, prof, polite, very kind demeanor, knowledgeable and he got back with me very quickly after my visit I recommend Be Well and five stars for you Michaela.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ive been coming here for a couple years and have had positive experiences for the most part. Yesterday I came in and saw a different NP than I usually do: Derek Eason. He was nice and he told me I would have to do a swab on myself in an area where I dont feel comfortable swabbing. I asked if I could have a female provider do it for me because I was terrified of doing it on myself. He said he would ask and so I waited inside my room as he went to go ask. I heard him ask the girls behind the desk and all I could hear were negative reactions. Its okay to not be comfortable with something, but I heard something along the lines of You make enough money to do this, so you should, not me. This is totally unprofessional and I got huge mean girl vibes when I walked out of the room, feeling stared at. I wish I said something but I have no idea who made that comment and honestly, I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. Im really disappointed because I really like this clinic and everyones always been nice and respectful but I felt deeply uncomfortable after hearing that comment.

I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for personal or family care. The atmosphere is welcoming, the ladies who work there are awesome and I cant say enough about Micaela. I am so glad I found her.

Same day appointment available. Thorough exam, breathing treatment, bloodwork and prescriptions filled all within their office. Only had to go for chest xray to Simon Med. Great care.

She is prompt. She does not overbook appointments. She is thorough and professional. She is kind. She follows through. Office location has on premises, a pharmac abd lab testing facilities, so one does not have to make follow-up appointments off-site. Its a wonderful practice.

Im honestly not sure why you would choose this clinic, especially with a chronic illness. Its very small and seems like theyre often overwhelmed and not the most accommodating, though they are accepting. The nurse was great, providers were just average and I didnt feel heardAnd I mean even the office is tiny (the smallest Ive been to), it feels cramped and like people would have to shove past you especially if you use a mobility aid

Since I about 3 yrs plus I have been very satisfied with the service this staff has offered me they do listen and care keep up your greatness of duties thx so much....GPerez

I am so happy to have found Be Well, this place is great!! My husband and I have been looking for a family friendly doctor for years, I stumbled onto Be Well through my insurance and was excited hoping my search for a Dr would finally be over. When I arrived for my first appointment I immediately noticed everyone looked like they were relaxed and happy, everyone had a smile on their face which immediately relaxed any fears I had going into my appointment. I had an appointment withMichelle LaMendola , ANP- C; for my annual, she was awesome!! We actually just had a bit of small talk to get to know each other and after 2 minutes she already felt like family. Everyone was so helpful and diligent, thank you to the whole staff from the check in through the lab work top notch service, I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend this place!!!

Im really picky about doctors and will just not go over seeing a doctor that I dont like. Luckily I found Julie, shes really great and listens to what I have to say. A pig plus for me is I can get my labs done in office too. Always easy to get an appointment including same day so you dont have to ens up waiting forever in urgent care. Youre never waiting forever here and its a very friendly atmosphere I feel out of place in most offices and I dont here.

This office has always been a delight from around when they started to today. They still manage to keep that same quality and care for their patients regardless of their growth. Micaela didn’t just help me with my health, but life in general by showing that there is a doctor who won’t dismiss you as “just another gay going wild” but genuinely cares about you and your health/wellbeing

We are NOT an urgent care. We have 72 hours to respond.Was told by office manager.This was a response when they took several days to respond for a prescription refill and other concerns regarding treatment.Too many patients and therefore unable to provide quality and prompt care.Would absolutely and positively not recommend this provider - or should say, unprovider

I’ve been going here for about a year now. Micaela is very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. The support staff is excellent as well. They have in-house lab for testing and bloodwork. They’re always on time with appointments. The office is very clean and comfortable.

I cannot rave about this place enough. I recently moved out to Tempe and I have been looking for a family doctor and this is the one that I will be staying with for a VERY long time. Micaela is absolutely phenomenal and you can tell that she genuinely cares about doing everything in her power to give you the help that you need. She is an amazing listener and she makes you feel very comfortable.All of the staff that helped me through my visit were great as well. Will be recommending to everyone that I know.

This was the best doctors appointment I have ever had. I made an appt. for me and my daughter. I didnt feel like I was just a number like most doctors visits and we were seen quickly. Our wait time in the waiting room was less than 5 minutes. Micaela spent the time needed to find out exactly what my daughter and I needed done medically. She then came up with a treatment plan and explained all of it in terms we could understand. All the staff were friendly and the office was very clean. I highly recommend going to see Micaela Simon for your next visit.

It can be extremely hard to find a good medical professional or primary care physician and Julia is an outstanding one. She actually listens and works with you to find the best solutions for your care. She is very kind and professional; you can really tell that she cares about your health and wanting to help. Thats just something so rare in the medical field. I absolutely love this place and would 100% recommend to anyone and have to several friends and family members. Very friendly and thorough. Went in to get STD testing and I didn’t even need an appointment! I didn’t go through insurance and it was very reasonable to pay out of pocket. The office was super clean as well. I am probably going to Switch my primary care to Be Well after my experience. Thanks!

Extremely rude. Unprofessional. Prescribed a steroid for strep throat. No antibiotic. (Crazy, I know.) When questioned about their strange choice of treatment, their response was, You can go somewhere else.Coming from an acute care nurse, I would not recommend going here.

Worst care I’ve ever received. Had a rare type of strep throat but was refused antibiotics. Instead was given steroids (an immunosuppressant) and was told it was probably just allergies meanwhile I could barely swallow or breathe. Later I went to the Urgent care and was given a wide range antibiotic right away because the infection had spread.
