After many years of trying, we became pregnant with twins with the help of Dr. Craig and his team. Ms. Kristina E. Bauer preformed my IUI that was successful. Her bedside manner and kindness made me feel safe and comfortable. I am so thankful for the compassion everyone showed my husband and I. Thank you again for the miracle of our two boys. I always recommend this office to anyone struggling. Dr. Craig will be honest and upfront with the possible outcomes and challenges, I really appreciated that about our visits. Thank you again.

We loved this clinic! Infertility sucks, but they help make it suck less. Everyone was so encouraging and kind, and Dr. Craig is like a mad scientist. His protocols are unlike any other I’ve seen. He’s a bit of a pioneer RE. Kristina Bauer is an absolute gem! Very knowledgeable and sweet. Our IVF coordinator Amberlee was always willing to answer all my questions, and she was very responsive. Highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Craigs office is not only welcoming but they are so professional. The care that I received from them is priceless. I unfortunately had to stop treatments with him because I moved. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss and appreciate everything they did for me. I still call them for help because not every doctor is like Dr. Craig. So thank so much to everyone in his office because you guys gave me so much support that even now I still feel it and receive it.

Dr. Craig and Daina Green were both AMAZING! Fertility treatment can be a marathon and through the ups and downs Dr Craig & Daina were positive, prompt in their communication, and tried out of box approaches to my treatment. Other doctors I met with didnt seem to want to take the time with my case being more difficult or wanted to give me a one size fits all treatment plan. Dr, Craig is brilliant, positive, and presented many options for my treatment plan. Thanks to Dr Craig, Daina, their amazing embryologist, and God orchestrating it all, my husband and I have a beautiful, healthy baby girl!!

The staff was compassionate and engaged personally with me and my circumstances. Dr. Craig knows his stuff, he may not be super warm and fuzzy, but hes polite and honest. Highly recommend.Thrilled to be pregnant with twins after years of trying!

My 1st appointment with Dr. Craig was everything I was looking for (and I am picky). He does not run all his patients through the same lets-see-if-it-works process which includes the most expensive procedures.It was very consultative and the doctor was very involved. He had reviewed my paperwork beforehand and actually spent some time thinking about my situation. I met with him in his office where he asked some questions, addressed my concerns, and explained what to expect. Then we did the ultrasound which was quick and painless (unlike the others I have had). He noticed things that the other 2 doctors never considered. When he went over options with me, he prioritized my financial situation and my decisions. It was 100% in my hands. Every other doctor has been mystified and offered Clomid -> IUI -> IVF as my options. He was able to explain the why of my infertility, think outside the box, explain why Clomid was NOT good for me, and come up with a detailed plan that will keep things affordable and non-invasive until we have answered the questions and connected the dots. And if it gets to IVF, he said he would try to get me into a study where 90% of the cost would be covered.I am hopeful and excited for the first time in a long time!

Dr Craig is an absolute genius when it comes to fertility. His consults are straight to the point, he tells you what is wrong, and what can be done to fix it, breaks out ballpark pricing on each option, and escalates his plan of attack to match what you can do. My wife and I have been working with them for roughly 9 months now, have had one successful IUI which sadly ended in miscarriage. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Why the 2-star rating instead of 5? Several things. -Zero respect for patient schedules. We have had a minimum of three to four appointments per month since we started 9 months ago. Only ONCE were we seen on our appointment time. Our average wait times are anywhere from 15 minutes (rare) to 45-minutes on several occasions. Most appointments are around the 30-minutes-late mark. Even for a simple consult. This delay is just as bad when checking out. After your consult or ultrasound they take you to an internal waiting room for billing. Wait times average anywhere from 5 minutes to half an hour, the latter of which my wife simply left and told the receptionist to have them call her about the bill. If youre working contract full-time like my wife, that 45-minute appointment just turned into two and a half hours of missed wages (and she works in the same complex as the treatment center. The loss would be bigger with a commute). Its the single worst example of lack of respect for schedules that Ive ever encountered in any medical appointments Ive ever had. -Breakdowns in communications. We stated to Dr. Craig that we were going to try for twins this time around in our last consult, which requires a change in the injection schedule among other things. Either notes were not made and not transferred to our records or our technician that made the shot schedule didnt review them, because we only have two viable eggs (need more) this cycle. If the shot schedule had been moved up there would have been a greater chance for additional eggs, and a greater chance for twins. Given the fact that my wife had to undergo surgery which provided a small window of improved pregnancy chances (and that window is rapidly closing), Id really wish they would have paid more attention. Despite their mistake, we still have to fork over payment for service. Meds included were sitting at around $800-900 per month out of pocket with insurance. Would I recommend them? As much as I hate the place, yes. Despite the scheduling and recent communication problems, they know their stuff, and come highly recommended from friends with similar problems to ours.

Dr. Craig is amazing! He never gave up on me. Every time I went to see him he was so positive and always had a plan A, B, C and D.I have beautiful twin girls because of him.

I am not happy with the communication of this place, I should be on an IVF conference call right now since I live 2 hours away they offered this instead of coming to the class. Was sitting here with my note pad ready and never got the call and my husband took off work early to be home for it. Next class isnt for 2 weeks when I will already start my cycle, I want to know what I am doing here before hand. We have tried other things before IVF, every time I would talk to a nurse they tell us what to do without any knowledge of our problem, my husband has retrograde he can not ejaculate, and on top of that really low sperm count. Kind of important to know before giving advice in my opinion. Pointless advice is a waste of time. I understand Dr. Craig is busy but just wish I could work through him instead of a bunch of nurses I have to explain our history to every time I talk to them. I just hope I get pregnant after 3 failed IUIs I am feeling very discouraged.

Best experience, very knowledgeable and understanding... conceived on our first round of IUI due to the knowledge and care of Dr Craig.Baby dust to all who are trying right now! And thank you to Dr Craig and their staff... due in 5 more weeks!

Amazing caring staff. Dr Craig was very encouraging and had multiple plans to help us. Friendly staff. Love the ultrasound technician. You can tell she genuinely cares.

Id have to agree with the other review. Poor communication between staff and lack of respect for patients schedules. Either they are overbooking and trying to cram in too many patients for the extra $ or they are just really disorganized. Either way I am not thrilled with my experiences there. Very expensive too. Getting a second opinion.

Horrible front office staff, rude, condescending, disrespectful. Also took almost 3 months for a call back to get an appointment with no explanation as to why. Also wasn’t informed ahead of time of costs or anything

Can’t recommend enough, I was sad on my last appointment everyone’s been so nice and the doctor is so helpful I’m so thankful for this place, they made my dreams come true. It was all worth it.
