Easiest blood draw. Everyone was very friendly. I booked a 7:15am appointment and was out by 7:30. The girl that drew my blood was absolutely amazing, I believe her name was Maria. Overall great experience.

I was weary of this place based on the reviews but my husband went and had such a pleasant experience he encouraged me to give them a try since it’s so close to my house. I’m so glad I listened to him because I had the best care and was in and out in about 30 minutes.I believe Francisco was the Phlebotomist who drew my blood and he was great 👍🏼 . I hate needles and Francisco was so fast the experience was as “pleasant” as it could have possibly been.And since their lab is across the street, they could get results back to your doctor within a day I believe, definitely within 48 hours.

I went in for my annual routine bloodwork. Check-in was a matter of typing my name on a tablet in the lobby. A couple of minutes later, Francisco called me up and was very warm and welcoming. He made sure to ask for my lab order and verified that my insurance information was up-to-date. Sometimes Im a hard stick, but he got a vein on the first try. He made sure I verified that the labels had my name and date of birth on them before applying them to my specimen tubes. I was out the door in no time. Easiest and most efficient blood draw ever! Someone give that guy a raise!

Big shout out to Maria & Francisco for being an incredible team today!! They were able to get me in & out for a stack of orders while I was on my lunch break. (That I didn’t have printed out I might add.) Francisco is a talented phlebotomist and did excellent with my tiny veins! They are both huge assets to you, Sonora Quest. Treat them well & hold onto them!!

Communication and professionalism is lacking. If you want to be disrespected then come here. Day of your appointment they will ask for a ton of additional information and won’t see you. The scheduled appointments is just a rough estimate of when you’ll be seen. You get a timeline of when you will get your results back but who knows when that will actually happen. Go anywhere else but here.

Truly never had an experience like the one I had today! I came in for my appointment at 9am and there was no one else in the waiting area. I was checked in immediately and taken back immediately. The blood draw took maybe 5 minutes at most. Staff was professional and efficient.

This is my favorite location to go to. They are appointment only so services are done pretty quickly and on time. The lobby is small so theres not alot of room for a ton of people in one space which is pleasant. Francisco drew my blood recently and he was super friendly and very professional. He has great bedside manner and made sure I was feeling okay throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible signage. A lot of construction right now which forces you to walk through a lot of brush to get to the front. Maybe there was a better way, but I drive around the parking lot and was unable to find a direct park due to construction. Just go to a different location.

If you are using the VA to get labs, do not let them send you to this location. They do not communicate effectively, and Everytime I’ve had to use this facility at time of appointment they can’t administer the lab because they don’t have the order. Especially frustrating because it’s a two-hour drive for me. If you need labs go somewhere else. This has happened more than once, it’s definitely s communication issue between the two organizations.

Im an easy stick my whole life. No one has ever had issues and Ive regularly had blood draws. Unfortunately, of the 4 sticks I had they left me with 3 distinct bruises with sticks that hurt during the draw. I will avoid them in the future and would not recommend them. The phlebotomy staff needs retraining.

The staff was super helpful since I unfortunately forgot to bring my lab order. I also didnt have to wait for very long. It was very quick since it was early in the morning.

Blood draw appointment was a bit of a wait, lots of blood-curdling screams from kids the entire time - there should be childrens hours. Dropping off stool sample, absolutely horrible customer service, rudeness off the charts, and was stuck there an hour, and so humiliating getting that treatment with a vial of your own s* in your hand. I wish I had read reviews. Avoid.

Very nice experience. Yes, you need an appointment. Were adults, so this shouldnt be a surprise. The office is very clean, with a comfortable atmosphere. Selena drew my blood, and was kind, professional, and friendly. This was my first visit, and will definitely be back to this location. The wait time was minimal, and the check in process was really easy.

Best SonoraQuest Ive been to! Lots of parking (at least early in the morning) little to no wait(with an appointment), and Francisco especially was so kind and did a great job with blood draw. I will drive myself up here every time I need to get work done!

I went for my blood draw today and I had a great experience. The place was clean and organize, there wasnt a long wait, the staff were extremely nice and professional. Iris, one of the phlebotomist was brilliant, shes friendly and efficient. Ill be recommending this place to my friends and will definitely be coming back for my future blood draws.

This is the cleanest and friendliest Sonora Quest I have ever been to. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The person who did my blood draw was so gentle and kind about my needle anxiety. She took a lot of extra care prepping other stuff-home tests I needed and being very clear with instructions on what I needed. Very pleased with this whole experience.

Talk about discrimination, I come in and check in 10 minutes before this white women who already stated her appointment was 30 minutes after mines but instead I was told it’s because she had one paper order not two like I did, Because that makes a big difference right.?!?! Then Liz proceeded to tell me I needed to leave a pee sample & she leaves & gives me no cup no nothing, and I’m sure thats because she had an attitude about me calling her out about her discriminatory actions.!! Something needs to be done about that. I almost never write reviews but that is unacceptable.

I’ve been there several times. The technicians are skilled, quick and friendly. I’m not fond of needles, but they usually manage to make the experience close to pain free. I got my blood test results back in less than 24 hours this time (it can take up to 3 business days, but I was positively surprised and thought it’s worth a shout-out).

I was needing to have lab work done the same day because of needing to take my medications. Doctor specified to do on no meds. So after work I went to this laboratory, and after finaly making it in there before they close, just to find out its by appointment only. Funny thing is waiting area was completely empty. Not 1 patient. Yet there were 8 employees ( yes I counted them ) all hanging around the front desk laughing, talking, joking around, and yet couldnt take a walk in. With all that time on their hands if your getting paid to draw blood, then thats precisely what you should be doing. 👎

Made an appointment online for the very next morning. Check in was quick. Francisco was kind and patient. Didnt feel any discomfort from the needle. Everything was done very efficiently and with care.

There are other labs, at least look around or request an alternate, but stay far away from this office. Theyre just bad.The type of lab I was visiting for had very specific parameters that were left unexplained which resulted in multiple visits where I was turned away and several months waiting for important results.The staff was unwelcoming at best and acted like they resented me even being there. When I finally had my appointment I was left with yet more very important instructions that should have been explained well in advance. Theyre either insensitive to their patients or unaware, at any rate, theyre inept.

So, I missed a payment of 7.32 cents back in November to this lab. I had just had a kid. So there was a lot of medical bills floating around. Simple mistake on my part. However, I never got any follow up letters, emails nor a phone call. If they did call they never left a message. Then little over half a year later I get a letter from collections. No biggie I will pay the 7.32 but why did no one ever reach out before that. I file away and keep any bill I get religiously. I found the original bill, like I said, that is my fault for missing it. But I have nothing from this lab after that.

Appointment only location, I suggested front desk woman to put note on google map for “appointment only” . The lady did not listen and keep insisting the Sonora website already did that. She wasn’t getting my point.Who the heck going to the website to check that? We are living a 21st century now. They wasted 15 minutes of my life.

I got my blood drawn by Iris and she was great. I’m a chicken about medical procedures, but she was super nice and helped me relax. I didn’t feel anything! Thanks, Iris!

Made a same day appointment, arrived, didnt have to wait long - the staff there were all super kind - I have a fear of needles and getting blood work, and they were super helpful and supportive - truly made it a great experience!

Im one of those people who dont do well with needles, and thats putting it lightly. I was super uncomfortable getting my blood drawn but Selena was very professional and made it seem effortless. She is now my go-to for the future and I recommend anyone to choose this place.

I always find it annoying to get my labs done. I am never excited about getting poked. Also, this time, I was super skeptical about going during COVID since I can be a total germaphobe. Man, these people were on the ball because of COVID. I had a strange order from my doctor which they had to figure out. They handled it with no problem in a polite and friendly way. Iris is the one that poked me. It was painless and genuinely friendly. Friendly people in this cultural moment can be hard to come by. Imagine walking into a business only to see at least 4 employees through a plexiglass window, standing around chit-chatting because there are so few patients at that moment. Then, imagine a paying customer, admittedly a walk-in, being turned away for not having an appointment. Even high end restaurants that require reservations wouldnt be so unaccommodating as to turn away a customer if they had a table for them...

I looked online for a location that was by appointment only because my other experience at a different location left me, my newborn, and my husband waiting for an hour. The staff at this location were courteous, kind, and overall very knowledgeable. They got us back within five minutes of getting there and we were done within ten minutes. I cannot stress enough how smooth of an experience this was.

This place was Hella unhelpful. I had a specimen DROPOFF 05/23/2018. You dont need an appointment for specimen dropoff. The front receptionist was rude as hell. Wouldnt even give me a time to tell me how long I needed to wait for just a droppoff. However, I left and went to the one near Mercy Hospital. Just as busy and was able to drop off in just under 2 minutes.

Actually drive from Gilbert to this location. Very fast, not crowded and staff is amazing. Iyis was so nice, they were having problems with the order from my Dr. She handled everything and even called me after to let me know they got the paperwork and no worries. Other places have just made it my problem. Above and beyond!!!

Had an appointment, received confirmation of said appointment, went to have my test done and the front office people couldnt find my test, called office and insurance who confirmed the request and front office staff refused to look for it. Horrible customer experience and complete waste of time, will be asking my doctors and insurance to send my labs to another company from now on.

I have always had problems with Sonora Quest, especially their billing, but after working with Joshua P. In billing forntheblast few months, he helped me correct all the issues, get me out of collections and pay off my debt as of today. If it was not for him, I would have just given up and left the incorrect balance outstanding and never paid anything, but he was super helpful and easy to work with. Thank you Joshua!

This is my go to Sonora location. The wait time is minimal and the staff is friendly and professional. I always schedule an appointment, which I believe is required at this location.

Very minimal wait, I was taken back 5-10 mins from my scheduled appointment. One of the best Sonora Quest locations that I have been to very clean location, friendly staff.

Unfortunately this place is pretty sad for customer service. :(I always want to find something positive when I review a place but this place is horrible if you have any other options run to them!!The quote we got on work done for labs over the phone was twice as much when we showed up.I was doing a drop off only and sat for over 30 minutes. The employees were rude and condescending

Dont wait outside to be text because they will move to the next person if youre not in in a minute. Took me an hour and a half to get my blood drawn and I was fasting.

The staff was super friendly and comforting! Will definitely schedule at this location again for any future lab needs.

This place is apt only and it was way harder to find than any other site. They have multiple Offices here and finding the correct one is next to Impossible. The employees were extremely rude and nobody wants to help point you in the right direction.

I had my blood drawn at PCP office day prior. I was only supposed to leave 24hr urine sample. The lady insisted that my blood be drawn for her to take the sample. Very annoying having blood drawn multiple times for the same reason.
