Booked my appointment then immediately canceled as I was filling out forms. They clearly try to take as much money as possible from you during the process, and even the tone and wording of everything seemed aggressive and money hungry. Then looking at the reviews and seeing the owner responding and arguing with people who have shared their negative experience? Will not be putting my trust (or my money) into these people.

My first time there I felt safe and the doctor was so nice listened and answered questions patiently, my second time was a nightmare because they changed the doctor to such a bad doctor, he was impatient, made me feel insecure, was short tempered, and behaved in a way the worst When I asked questions he replied You already did it, so why are you asking questions? Evil I do not recommend anyone to go through this terrible experience with this terrible doctor, I do not recommend anyone to fall into his hands because it is not safe to go through something so emotional and not easy mentally and physically, just stay away from this doctor and this place.And by the way, for all the good reviews here, please note, I think its fake

This doctor performed my abortion years ago when he was working at Planned Parenthood and it was the most horrific experience of my life. I filed a complaint with Planned Parenthood and the Arizona medical board but nothing happened. It was only later I found out he almost killed a woman by leaving the babys head in a womans uterus, but a heroic woman by the name of Mayra Rodriguez reported him and now he is not allowed to perform surgical abortions. Please do what you can to stop this doctor, he should not be practicing medicine!

Everyone here was SUCH a pleasure to work with. The ladies at the front desk were sweet and helpful. Mia and the young man (forgot his name) were really kind and made me feel really comfortable. Dr. Richardson was really knowledgeable and informative about everything. The staff was helpful in helping me find funding to help cover the costs.The purpose of the visit is so intense and full of so many varying emotions, but everybody working here made this experience way smoother and I felt comfortable every step of the way.(using a different name for this review to protect my actual identity)Thank you, Choices staff!!

Truly the best experience I could have wished for. From the start, everyone was so efficient and quick at responding and getting me the nearest appointment time. The doctor was kind and really great at explaining everything thoroughly, even answering my millions of questions. I mentioned to the office manager that I had issues with getting to the appointment and she seriously went above and arranged transportation for me and gave me information on funding to cover the cost of my procedure. I couldn’t say thank you enough, especially during such an overwhelming time.

So the big pierced dyed hair whatever front desk lady is extremely rude. i hated having to interact with her when checking in. first visit tells me to take my temperature… no explanation. like i know where at or how to use this thing on the glass. heads up you can put your forehead up to it or your wrist. and to pee in a cup and doesn’t even tell me where the bathroom is? everyone else was extremely nice and they get you in quick and you can get help with funding. please be nicer to people who come in; they are coming in for help and are already fragile and scared and having someone who is really rude at the front just made it a lot more nerve wrecking.

Went with a friend to be there for her during a time of crisis. The woman at the front desk was DISGUSTINGLY rude and left my friend in tears. Totally unprofessional and inappropriate. I would feel embarrassed if this was my employee in any kind of work environment. This is supposed to be a safe environment for women. Truly disappointing.

Office personnel is rude, condescending and exhibits little regard for individuals who are there for help a time of crisis.It is your responsibility to assist these women by informing them of all details PRIOR to their arrival for a procedure.Not only must they navigate the anti-choice contingent out front, once inside you present yet another gauntlet.

This office seriously saved my life! On Sunday, I scheduled an appointment online, they immediately got back to me and saw me Tuesday, and I was back at work on Friday. The staff was great and answered all of my questions and didnt make me feel like I was being judged. Im so glad I went this place

This place is very unorganized and extremely money hungry for-profit. If I had known I would have traveled out of state to obtain help and service.
