Very cordial and professional assistance. The Phlebotomist had excellent communications skills and was very skilled in taking the blood sample. She was quick and efficient. I did not have to take time off from work. Great experience. Thank you.

This lab is my local site for getting health tests done. Hard work. Scheduling an appointment doesnt help much with not having to wait and wait. The staff are ok and the actual testing ok but the lab has messed up tests, names, and most recently didnt draw enough blood. Phoning is incredibly frustrating as they require you to sit through endless blah blah about unnecessary stuff such as fax number and holidays. After all that you can leave a message but it doesnt get an answer back. Someone in the system could really do a good job by dealing with these issues.

I had to take THREE Tb Tests here in a month because they just kept cancelling my results. I’d go in, get blood drawn, then a few days later I’d have to call customer service and set up a new test. I ended up getting a refund and getting it done elsewhere. New lab got it done in one test. It’s just unacceptable how incompetently they handled my test. Oh and they stiffed me $20 on the refund!

Brought in my newborn in for his newborn screening. We had made an appointment online for 12 oclock, so far its been close to an hour and I am still waiting with my newborn. My husband and I had made an appointment to avoid exposure to covid or any other illness that could be lingering in the small waiting room. We waited almost 40 min with a newborn.Also several people who did not have appointments also waited the same amount of time. So I think regardless if you make an appointment or not youll still be waiting 40 + minutes.

As a walk in (for a new job drug screen) on a Friday afternoon, the front desk said there was a long wait so I said I would come back. When I came in the next morning, there was still a long wait and people being seen before me because they had an appointment. I was annoyed because the staff never told me I could make an appointment. The technician that helped me was very rude and spoke in a very snide way. Ive had much better experiences at other Sonora Quest locations and would use them over the St. Marys location. Also, the directions go to a wrong location- they must have moved to the new medical building behind the hospital.

Efficient, competent, and friendly! Genesis is great, she got me in, verified everything, perfect blood draw, verified everything again. I was in and out within 5 minutes after being called into the room. I highly recommend an appointment, theyre very good about keeping those. It was definitely a busy day, full room of waiting patients. The atmosphere was not stressful though, all the patients seemed pleasant and making jokes and helping each other. There was a gentlemen who was at the front desk area who was friendly with patients and facilitated the flow of patients well. kudos. I got to go to Seis afterwards to have my favorite breakfast burrito because of the time saved from the appointment, which means no hangry morning!

After trying with 4 separate phone calls (2 disconnects on your part, l person told me to call back after 1:00 PM as she was too busy, another disconnect and then your answering machine- total of 18 minutes holding) to reach your office to make an appointment, I ended up making an appointment with a Quest Lab at another location and got great, efficient service. Why a business office such as yours operates in such a slip-shod manner is beyond me. Your patients deserve better!!!

This place is extremely filthy. I had to take a pre-employment drug test just an hour ago and the girl that assisted me was all over the place and seemed as if she dislikes her job; she was talking too fast that I found it difficult to comprehend what she was saying. The only reason I added another star is the fact that they are fast if you set up an appointment. I came in at 7 for my 7:15 appointment (was finally called back at 7:20) and I was out of there before 7:30.

I came here to get a drug screening done for school. They made me wait 2 hours while having to go to the bathroom to just give a quick urine sample. The staff was rude and insensitive to every one who came with questions. I would never ever go here again. They need to come up with better staff and time management.

Very friendly staff especially since I had to bring my 20 month old in for a blood test. Quick and convenient location. It is a little confusing though at first to find it (it is inside the bldg). Google Maps was giving me the runaround. lol

My husband is a transplant recipient. Place just appeared, dirty and old. Makes one think about the cleanliness of the lab techs and the supplies they use in reference to Hep C, flu and Hiv tranission.The Front appeared confused about standing orders. Called him back on time but they had a very hard time finding the standing orders or sorting out the correct one to use.

Ive gotten labs drawn here for years. All the phlebotomists and support staff are great - kind and considerate and the wait times are usually pretty short if you plan ahead.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Surly tech places gauze on chair (where patients’ hands rest), folds it (maximizing germ pick-up), then puts that gauze on the needle-hole in your arm. Maybe you just sterilized your hands and maybe the tech 100% sterilized the chair from all previous patients’ filthy hands. Maybe not. Don’t take chances, find a company that cares about your health.

Definitely make an appointment. I made one online and had about a 5 minute wait. Walk in had about a 45minute wait. Nice people, smooth in and out. Good experience, if you make an appointment.

Trying to make an appointment requires registering. Then, if making an appointment for both husband and wife, cant do back to back. Too much red tape and bureaucracy. Just have to show up and wait,

Check in staff was rude and they lost my tests, which they told me could happen when I checked in. Apparently this is standard operating procedure, at least at the St Marys Road location in Tucson.

What a very dirty place. The entery door has never seen a cleaning rag. Having a appiontment doesnt matter here first come first served. The health dept should inspect this place and close it down
