Sonora Quest Laboratories

I googled TB testing near me and this place pops up. I schedule an appointment and not only do they tell me they dont do tb testing they said I wasnt in the system. Even though I received two different emails checking in. The lady at the desk said shes just a float and was basically no help in assisting me further.

I saw the phlebotomist eating in the lab between patients. So gross. He was also very rough. My arm hurt and itched the rest of the day at the blood draw site.

It’s small, it’s basic, and it’s IN a Safeway food store - buy hey, if you need a blood test for your annual physical, or some other basic test, it’s pretty darn convenient! Nice and professional staff. Register for your appointment on-line. Come in with a mask. It’s all good!VictorB

I had blood work done at Sonora Quest in Golflinks, inside Safeway, just a few minutes ago. I believe Celine is the name of my plebotomist. I would like to give her a big thumbs-up for doing such a great job. I didnt feel needle pain or anything. She is very good at what shes doing, and she has great customer service. Thank you, Celine, for the great service today. Keep up the great work.

Make an appointment. Have your doc order or your confirmation email with the barcode IN HAND. The email even says to have it ready at check-in. Common sense. I’ve been here a couple times for myself and for my dad once, and l was always in and out. The lady who checked me in this last time has a great attitude and energy. Wish I got her name. Everyone was professional and efficient.

They may be good at getting your labs…if you ever get to it. This place is mismanaged. They need someone there who knows the system and can process patients quickly and efficiently. It doesn’t “take a while” to input three labs. This is not my first time with Sonora quest, but it is my first time with this one, and it’s nothing like the others. This was the Z team working in there.

The phlebotomist, Clarissa, was amazing! Wouldve given it 5 stars if the desk clerk was, shall we say,.... more professional.

I usually hate getting my blood drawn due to having small veins (and consequently sometimes have to get stuck multiple times). This experience was different, Clarissa was extremely professional, competent, skilled, nice, caring, and made me feel very comfortable. I barely felt a thing. My expectations were exceeded and she did a fantastic job! Thank you Clarissa!!!

Every time I come here I get greeted by Naomi and Clarissa. They are two very nice people. I always feel welcomed when I walk through that door. They are both fast and also polite. Will definitely keep coming here. Enjoyed my experience.

The actual nurse behind the desk, Clarissa, was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. This person has no business dealing with people in a customer service type of atmosphere. Absolutely no manners or kindness whatsoever. I walked in to receive my booster shot thinking this is where I’m supposed to check in as there is no sign stating otherwise. I walk in and go to the check-in stand and she starts screaming at me. I tried to explain that I didn’t know and she started screaming at me even louder! I walk out and the people in line for the pharmacy are looking at me in shock! Darrin who actually gave me the shot is great!

I made an appointment, and then arrived at my appointment time. There was a glitch in the system, and my appointment didnt show up. I told the woman at the front desk clearly that I had made an appointment, and stepped off to the side to search for my confirmation email. She turned to her coworker and said loudly and rudely that I would not be seen because I did not have an appointment. I will not be returning to this location.

I have to do lab work every 3 months. This was my third visit to the Golf Links location. I was in and out in 15 minutes and as usual the customer service was excellent. Naomi was was extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely continue doing my lab work at Sonora Quest on Golf Links!

Walked into lab female clerk at desk was rude upon her greeting rolled her eyes after asking if we had an appointment and we stated no as we were not informed we needed to make one or we would have. We are new to Arizona and unfamiliar with how the Medicaid is set up here. I explained that we have not received my daughters insurance card but was informed that if we provided certain information to any lab or healthcare provider her insurance information could be found. Following is how we were treated after initial eye rolling in regards to not having an appointment.The clerk took my daughters name and rolled her eyes and complained that my daughters orders were put in individually. That is not of our control so the clerks bad attitude was first exhibited again.Asked about Insurance for daughter and explained we had not received card and could provide other information as we were not sure how it all worked here as we moved from out of state. Before I could explain further and to ask for additional assistance the clerk once again rolled her eyes, sighed heavily and stated she didnt have time to spend 30 minutes on the phone with access to get the Information. Instead of dealing further with a very rude and inconsiderate clerk who was not offering any help or assistance in any way to absolve this situation, we decided to leave the facility and handle it on our own. Upon exiting the facility the clerk shouted in a disdainful and rude tone that no matter where we go they will need the information. I was not worried about that in the least bit, but I had no intention of spending one more minute with that clerk. There were no other customers in the facility when we walked in. A simple explanation that we needed to call access to get information which we did and it took all of 2 minutes wouldve sufficed.We went to another sonora facility and the front desk was polite with no complaining and we were treated with the common decency that all humans deserve. Simple explanation is all that was needed for my daughter, not treated as if she and I were of a lower life form. My daughter has been thru hell and back so people in the healthcare field should always take care as they have NO idea what the patient in front of them has been thru. I had to give a star to make review, but believe me I would give negative stars if I could.

Ive been to a number of Sonora Quest labs in Tucson, and this one is, BY FAR, the best one in Tucson. Its clean, quiet, comfortable, and staffed with the two nicest people ever. Its rarely busy, and Im generally able to get the appointment time I want. I go out of my way to come to this one!

Excellent experience! She drew 3 tunes. Next day and no bruise. I visited Wednesday Dec 8th. Highly recommend. Scheduled online

Horribly mismanaged by Clarisa losing her mind as usual admitting she was 40 minutes behind with two people in front of me and been open less than an hour :-( she was throwing things mumbling talking to herself and making snipey sarcastic comments out of her frustration when anyone ask a reasonable question she responded rudely and I will not come back to this inefficient location to be further degraded. The phlebotomist young man sitting in the back waiting for her to print Reqs was nice enough to draw my tubes and get me out of there rather than sit and do nothing God bless him. He had to set them off to the side with a sticker and wait for Clarissa to attach a note note regarding me being inappropriate by politely asking reasonable questions she might have to be accountable for SMH. What your doctors office draw your Labs while youre there or go to any other Sonora quest location but this conundrum oh, how shes been here this long is beyond me and I should know better and go somewhere else rather than try to be efficient using a location in my neighborhood God forbid LOL

Terrible customer service, I was treated like a migrant surrounded by white supremacist . It really did feel like a hostile environment, For me and for other customer too. This was last Saturday by the way. Today I went to different locations.

My experience on 6-13 was the worst one in the past 2yrs of monthly blood draws. To the point that I feel the state agency that over sees them to get involved. DO NOT GO TO 6360 E. GOLFLINKS.

These ladies were amazing I was there all but 5 minutes total for my sons newborn screening. Very friendly women and so grateful for how quickly and sweet they were

Not sure why the bad reviews. This spot can be busy and a little crazy but the gals working are pleasant and professional.

Says walk in and appts avail. Until driving there 8 miles to find out appt only. Fix your web site.... Rude no one in office and still wouldnt take us.

This Is One of the Best locations in Tucson I Have Been to so Far, My daughter and I had a great experience i would definitely recommend this location, the staff is friendly, helpful and also very caring.
