I have no clue how they do it, but THANK YOU!! Everyone working in this clinic gives their all to support you and it makes the process feel easy. They explained everything to me in great detail, I would 100% recommend this place to ANYONE looking for great affordable care!

Took my girl to this clinic. They were super caring and nice. I promised the staff that I would praise them for relieving us of this stressful situation. Visiting an abortion clinic is already stressful, finding one during Covid-19 definitely adds a layer. But the doctor and the team made us feel at ease.Also gotta note that the practice is shiny clean. They follow protocols quite seriously. So if youre looking for an abortion clinic open during covid-19 this is it!

Absolutely go to this place! I have never felt so safe and sound in an environment. They work so fast and make sure that you understand everything. The girls were extremely communicative and helped me with everything I was worried about. Thank you again!

I loved my experience. They assisted me fast. Some places will ignore you, but they were welcoming. They showed sympathy and gratitude. Very nice nurses.

Staffs and a doctor were very kind. Although it was hard for me to go, I could get all questions I had got answered and I liked that they respect our decisions and support us. I also like the name, Her Smart Choice. I really appreciate them a lot.The first pill, I was told that I would have spotting, but in my case, I didn’t experience any spotting but cramps and dizziness.The second pill was INTENSE. The first 1-4 hours was a hell for me even though I had an ibuprofen. I started bleeding more about 7-8 hours after I took pills. I’ve never experienced this heavy pain before. This is still my day 1 of the second pills, but I’m feeling a lot better now when 10 hours passed. The staff told me that this should last 3 days but the first day is the most painful day. I’m sure it differs for each person, but this is my experience so far.

I really appreciate that this place exists. Getting quality health care, especially for reproductive needs, is getting harder and harder and we NEED these services.The receptionist and nurse were very kind and helpful. I talked to the doctor on the phone, and I felt like I wasn’t able to ask enough questions. The doctor also informed me that I likely would not be experiencing much pain. So if you are seeking a medical (pill) abortion, PLEASE know this:The second pill is potentially brutal. Definitely take the night off work, ask the doctor about pain medication, and do a little research BEFORE you take the pill. It was the most pain I’ve ever experienced. For every person it’s different, but I was in shock by how intense it was. Ask questions, and make sure you set yourself up for success. I felt like perhaps, I could have been guided a little better.

I feel like allot of people don’t really help with the reviews here but in my honest opinion I’m very great full to come across this place last minute. They picked up my phone call and set my appointment day of. Was able to reason with my situation and financial situation into helping me with my appointment. Very much recommend. nice and understanding staff here and not the judgmental type of environment and didn’t make me second guess on any decisions I had made. At the end of the day I feel very satisfied with my visit and don’t mind coming again if need be. :)

I definitely recommend this place. The nurses and staff were welcoming and informative. They made me feel confident and were supportive and empathic to my needs. I felt very comfortable and will be visiting as a patient again in the future. They offer many many services and work with people who are in bad financial situations.

This clinic was honestly very accommodating. I told the doctor my financial situation and unfortunate insurance coverage and he didn’t give up until I got what was needed free of charge due to being unemployed. Everything ran smoothly for me.

I felt like some of the comments of the NP or whoever she is were a bit insensitive to why i was there. Never saw the doctor just the nurse. The rest of the staff was great and kind. Overall i would recommend this office.

Honestly I had a really bad experience and I wouldn’t wish it on anybody. First off all a nurse brought her child to a clinic while she was at work! That is not okay at all. Another thing the doctor isn’t even in the office I had to speak with him on the phone. That is so unprofessional they are not helpful at all they’re going to end up making you pay for all your needs when you don’t even have money. This was honestly so upsetting, this was a traumatic experience for me. I wouldn’t ever come back to this place again.

Had a wonderful experience at the Van Niys location. They made me a last minute emergency appointment and I got what I needed within two hours of being there. Would recommend to any women who is in need of anything!

The medical care was excellent, and the facility was cleanand comfortable. I wouldrecommend this clinic toanyone seeking abortion services. The staff at this abortion clinic were simply amazing.They were kind, compassionate, and understanding, and they made a difficult time much easier.

I scheduled an appointment online and visit the clinic the next day. The medical assistance was professional. I was comfortable during the procedures. I recommend this clinic for your health and time. Thank you to the staff!

The ultrasound technician, phlebotomist and doctor were all very nice here. The doctor I spoke to was not in office that day but it was still a pleasant experience.

The staff is friendly. Since I do not understand English well, they tried to explain everything to me clearly, without hurrying. I came by appointment and they took me in on time. Thanks for the good service

Nurses here are so rude. They arent friendly and hardly acknowledge you. One in particular has absolutely no manners. If you dont like working, get a new job no need to be rude. Dr. too , talks on his phone instead of attending his clients.

Was not happy with my experience what so ever the service was not good at all. I had gotten a confirmation text confirming my appointment and when I went in I was not in the system.they tell you one thing over the phone and when you see them in person it’s a whole different story. They charged my debit card twice saying they didn’t receive my payment but my bank said it was confirmed and sent to them ....I would not recommend anyone to go to this place

Yes this clinic is the best clinic when u need it. Helps alot and we need people like this for helping with women decisions that we make like this.

Very very bad service. The assistant nurse in the front counter is really rude , attends patience with attitude, and she makes patience feel awkward and uncomfortable. She has a bad horrible attitude.

The worst service never seen my life. please dont go to hospital . they are all cash minded people. i have insurance but rejected treatment for my wife.

They don’t provide any information about pills they give you. I got to ER in an hour after taking the pills.

Dont come here. Fake clinic. Go to planned parenthood. If they ask for money and not you insurance then its fake.
