I recently accompanied my wife for prenatal care, and we couldnt be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Dr. Joseph is exceptional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and the care and attention to detail he showed made us feel confident that my wife and our baby are in the best hands. Thank you for making this special time in our lives even more wonderful!

I really like this clinic so far, clean, a little bit of wait with the appointments, but I think that’s normal. All the staff is very nice.And they answer all my questions

Had a great experience at this location. I was looking for a new clinic and this one is exactly what I was looking for. I went in for a checkup and everyone was very friendly/ welcoming. Absolutely loved this location!

Dont trust this clinic. Been trying to call since yesterday they wont pick up or call back from voicemails. Trust me if you want whats good for your kid

Staff was friendly and I was able to walk in with no appointment and was seen the same day. They were able to answer my questions and the doctor was friendly. Staff is bilingual so my mother was able to communicate appropriately.

All the negative comments are true. Horrible service, to top it off they dont pick up their phones. Been trying to call yesterday, and today. No answer, no voicemail returns. Awful place

Went in for STD testing. Everyone was very helpful and polite. 10/10 experience.

Let’s start with the staff… RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, just like the doctor. I sadly delivered my baby with doctor Joseph and she ended up at the hospital right after discharge. Apparently doctor left some kind of fluid in my baby stomach and she was dehydrated because she couldn’t eat and keep food in her stomach. Providence Tarzana saved her. Don’t trust this clinic, everything starts with the staff and ends up really bad with a negligent, rude, mean doctor that even called me “fat” once. They don’t know how to treat pregnant ladies. I never felt so insecure and unhealthy in my life before. Having my baby at this clinic was the worst mistake of my life. Had a horrible experience at Glendale memorial at my delivery day. I am very concerned about my baby’s health after giving birth with this “doctor” if I can call him a“DOCTOR”

The first time I went, the lady at the front desk was pretty rude (tall brunette) but it was my understanding that the real receptionist was on her break) the second time I was there, the receptionist was really nice :). She helped me with everything I needed. The doctor was very professional, fast and informative. She wanted to make me as comfortable as possible and get me out fast because I had a busy schedule. If it wasnt so far from where I live, Id go here over planned parenthood any day!

Waist of time, please read reviews before coming to this location I made an 11:30am appointment and had to walk out at 1:30after waiting for 2 hours. Very unprofessional. When I asked for a refund and explained I was on a work schedule and if I showed up 2 hours late to the appointment would have still been admitted, the woman got aggressive and said we are very busy and have other patients. I said thats what appointments are for. She continued arguing that we are busy. So I continue to repeat myself by saying thats what appointments are for. No need for a fake response by management you had the aportunity but chosed to argue aggressively. Ps. I was told only nurse practitioners would you anyways unless you where pregnant. Do not go to this location.You will waist your time. They do not value peoples time.

I have delivered my kids with this clinic and have only positive things to say about my experience. The office is clean and looks nice. The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Joseph is very experienced and I had healthy babies with him. I would highly recommend him.

I had recently found out I was pregnant and was stuck on what I should do. I am currently working part time and go to college and this was not planned at all. I called the My Choice Medical Center hot line number and someone answered. They answered all the questions I had. After a great deal of research I did not want to go to a clinic were I was one out of thirty women I wanted a private office. Dr. Joseph was so nice and it was very comforting having a doctor who I felt was not judging me for what I was doing. The whole staff made me feels comfortable. I feel that I made a right choice in picking

The girls at Womens care clinic are awesome(Janet, Nicole, Roxana, and Angie) . I definitely recommend to all my friends and family. I dont know what the bad reviews are for the people writing them must be bitter or something. But i can honestly say this is the best clinic i have been to and they take very good care of you.

This place genuinely rocks. They take care of the in need pregnant lady, the staff is amazing, and if something isn’t perfect, they apologize. Idk what people are complaining about here. One of the best drs I have ever been too.I was nervous and scared when I found out I was preg. They handled it like champs. Everytime there is a bump in the road, again, champs. Staff is warm and friendly. They listen to their patients and help. If you’re a low income woman with a baby on the way, it’s really the place to go. Love these guys!

After my visit 2 weeks ago I was very disapointed scarred and upset and furious and All I wanted was a pregnancy test so I told the receptionist that I needed to get a pregnancy test she told me sign in, to put my name and birth date on a form and after waiting about 15 minutes she finally called my name and her first words were do you have insurance, I said yes medi cal she asked what plan I said I dont know. She asked if I had my card I said yes gave it to her and she told me to have a seat, so I sat down again for about 10 to 12 minutes, while she talked and talked to everyone and anyone about how sick she felt because she was pregnant she called me back and said I had a plan that that office did not accept she gave me a phone number to call myself and I said can someone here help me and she then became very rude and told me That she could not help me, mean while she continued talking to other patients about her pregnancy. And all I wanted was a pregnancy test. Then after a few minutes of not getting straigt answer she said I could pay for the consult a ridiculously high amount and I said no and walked out, so after waiting about 45 min and still not getting a pregnancy test. I started walking home and remembered there was another clinic down the street from this clinic, well I went in and as I was waiting they helped me change my insurance to the one they accepted At that office, it took no more than about 15 to 20 minutes for insurance switch and I was helped and seen by the MD that same day. Not saying its a bad clinic but this chick in front desk seems like a drama queen and it seems she spent more time talking about her pregnancy and in that time she could have easily have helped me change my insurance. That was my first and last experience at thi clinic..

I called and they gave me an appointment at 2;30 when I showed up they said they were closed and wasnt possible that I had an appointment at that time, which I dont understand because it states they close at 5. anyways the workers are so rude. the girls dont answer you and roll their eyes. I asked one of them a question and she ignored me they then told her to give me water cause I couldnt pee she rolled her eyes, when I said thank you she just turned around and walked away. if you arent going to be a people person you are in the wrong profession

Dr joeseph delivered my baby girl she’s about to be 2 years old end of July very helpful and good clinic they always take care of me I’ve been going 3 years now

The doctor is good there but they desk ladys are horrible its like they hate there job the one with messed up teeth is the worst one there Ive been waiting for 3 weeks that the doctor said theyre gonna send me to moneterating for my pregnancy at the hospital because something was wrong yet to this day Ive gotten no appointments because the desk ladys dont do there job right and dont sent in my paperwork to the hospital so they can take me in, THE LADY WITH THE MESSED UP TEETH IS THE ONE THEY NEED TO GET RID OF because she thinks shes the doctor i swear she has no respect .

I called for an appointment and was asked how I would pay. When I said cash, I was told the consultation would cost $100.00. That is an excessive amount for just a consultation especially considering all the other negative reviews and this was the first Google search under free womens clinic. This place gets a negative star review.

The service its not bad at all, but they are so disorganized if you supposedly have an appointment you dont have to wait like an hour to be attended. You have to wait even when other people were coming after you and you still need to wait to be attended after them. Thats one thing that I hate the waiting time even when you have an appointment. I suggest that they just attend people with appointments.

After becoming pregnant for the third time I thought of trying something some other obgyn and ended up finding this place ! Must say was the worst mistake I would go in and come right out without being checked so after a bad experience getting a ultrasound done I had enough and went back to my old doctor were I know from my past 2 pregnancies the best they diagnosed me with a infection and never would of known if I stuck around here glad I made the choice to switch

I was scheduled for appointment for Tuesday at 2 pm and when i got there it was closed. I didnt even get a call about them being closed or anything. So unprofessional. If they knew they were going to be closed at that time then why schedule me for that time and if they didnt know then why didnt they give me a courtesy call letting me know. Made me waste my time.

They never anwser the phone. The employees are really rude and annoying. And wait time is so long. I would not go to this clinic again.

I am a very detailed patient and if something is not good I rate it as good I also rate it and this clinic seems very good to me. Suddenly sometimes they put a slightly careless girl or someone in a bad mood at the reception. But its not something that really affects you. The doctor is good, the nurses are very good, especially María is a professional at her job since my veins are very thin and cannot be seen and she always knew how to take blood samples from the first puncture. And what can I say about the obstetrician-gynecologist, for me he is the best, he provided me with good support and my birth was spectacular. You should not underestimate a place just because they do not answer the phone, the clinic is actually very good and has professionals

Its no use for the staff to be friendly if the medical care is the worst. They should not play with the health of patients or with their time or patience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IT IS THE WORST!!

The worst clinic I have ever visited. The staff doesnt know what they do, they made me wait 10 days for an appointment so the day it arrived they say they cant help us. The women who serve in front are inept, especially one with crooked teeth. They dont know how to do their job, they expect someone to know their job when they are supposed to know the job. DONT DONT COME THERE. THEY ARE GOING TO LEAVE DISAPPOINTED (UPDATE) for them to tell them to their face that they dont do their job well is to disrespect them. They feel that someone is disrespecting them, that someone is yelling at them, pure excuses LAXING RESPECT IS TELLING THEM BUSINESS. (WHICH I NEVER DONE AGAIN). At no point did they take me out and it wasnt anything about the insurance in the end, because I was going to pay out of my pocket, I left because they are simply inept at doing their job, period. LAST THING MY PEOPLE IF THIS WAS A GOOD CLINIC AND THEY TREAT THE PATIENTS WELL, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE SUCH BAD REVIEWS. READ the reviews before you go there..

This clinic seems not very responsible to me, I have been trying to call since last week I left a message and they dont answer right now I call and they blocked my number every time I called and left a message it said message 1 message 2 like that until 4 and now they cut off my call reading the comments I realize what kind of clinic it is so Im not going to call anymore

In my personal experience, with this clinic, both of my pregnancies have been embarrassing and unhappy. A clinic that plays withWell-being and health of both the mother andOf the baby. From the attention of the receptionist to the manager orManager. They always apologize a thousand times when something goes wrong. Look for another clinic, the truth is, the service is terrible.

I do not recommend this clinic, do not go apart from bad service, they are scammersA few days ago I went to want to get planning, I just filled out papers and they took a urine pregnancy test and they told me it was 175 and I was scared because if they didnt give me anything, they made me pay them. The lady got so scared that she I had to pay, I paid you but please dont go

I was monitored during the pregnancy and it was terrible. Then, after 40 days of giving birth, I had an emergency and went to see the doctor. And what they told me was that if I wanted the doctor to examine me I had to pay for the consultation. I dont recommend it

Its the worst, I dont recommend them for anything in the world.They play with the lives of babies, when you have an appointment and you show up they dont know what you are going to the appointment for, with my wife they were wrong about many things... serious things.

All the nurses are very friendly, they treat you very well, and above all they know how to do their job. 💓 They give you a lot of confidence!

I was there 3 years ago and the place is good and the doctor also went well.
