I went in for the first time to get some blood drawn and the ladies were super nice and welcoming to the clinic. My nurse was Jasmine and she was gentle, sweet and very dedicated to her job! Highly recommend!

The people here are so positive , friendly, and helpful. Its great walking into a place and feeling very comfortable. I got what I needed as it was done really smoothly. The fee is very reasonable. It fits my pocketbook. Ive been coming here for years and Im never disappointed.

Everyone here was extremely nice and kind. One of the best wellnessmarts out there. Did not take up too much time and made my Monday experience even better. I didn’t even feel the needle for my TB test. All professional, kind, sincere and great caregivers.

5 stars! I came here to get blood work done today at 12:15. I have trouble with needles and passed out the first two times I got my blood drawn at a different location. Dalanie and Allie were both very hospitable and understanding of this and comforted me and talked me through it. I didn’t even feel the needle. I’d give them 6 stars if I could for going as far to cutting into their 12:30 lunch break to get me done quick instead of having me wait for them to be back at 1! Give ‘em a raise.

I had an extremely pleasant experience while having my TB screening conducted.The staff here are amazing and friendly.I came in having a bad day and the personality of staff made that all disappear. (Shout out to Gabby!)Everyone was extremely professional, new exactly what they were doing, and were able to answer all my questions with ease.I definitely recommend this place and I am sure anyone else getting work done here will have a similar experience.10/10 service!

Friendly nurses!!I came here for a school physical exam, TB test, blood titer. The place is clean and well organized. There are plenty of parking spots in front of the business. The nurses are very nice, friendly and helpful.I think the nurse helped me is Jasmine and the 2 girls in the front desk I forgot to ask their name. They are super sweet and gave me brilliant service. Im glad I found them. They do everything I need with an affordable price. The results came out pretty fast too. My school requires me to get some test result papers filled out by nurses and theyre willing to do it for me too. They also have the vaccinations there. Ill definitely come back here in the future

Had a very pleasant experience coming here for my physical, I am scared of needles so I was nervous about getting my blood drawn but the ladies here did a great job making me feel comfortable and distracting me that I didn’t feel the needle at all. Thania, Ana, Alezza, and Jasmine were all very nice and helpful and were able to make the whole process very quick despite it being very busy at the time I got there.

It’s 10:37am and the place is closed nobody here at all I called the number and they had no clue is closed… this is so unprofessional. Now I might have to get my tb done somewhere else

Very quick snd efficient staff! Clean environment.

I came in earlier than my appointment and was assisted immediately. I had to do fingerprints for two different employers and didnt have one of the forms. They reassured me I could do it regardless and saved me a trip. Everything was made so convenient. Awesome service!

I told the lady helping me I was terrified of needles(Ive had terrible experiences from nurses)I get crazy looks sometimes and people have even laughed . She made me feel so comfortable, she was so quick I didnt even feel the tb test , thank you it means a lot ! I truly appreciate the amazing service .

The vocational nurse, Jasmine, was so kind and personable while running the tests I needed for my new job. She was thorough in her assessments, and still managed to give great bedside manner as she conducted each!

I came in a Wednesday as a walk-in for a work physical. I was in and out in less than 1hr while they were busy with at least 3 appointments and a couple walk-ins. Affordable and quick service 10/10 recommend them!

Came in for a TB blood test, the process was fast, efficient and organized. From the time I checked in and got my test I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning for any future services!

Went in for a pre-employment physical and blood work. The staff was great. They made the experience easy, enjoyable, and were efficient. I wouldnt mind coming back for future work.

They made an error on my report, I would not suggest this clinic to a friend.

Really kind and professional staff. I appreciate how they communicate to each other as well as each customer coming in. They let each customer know that they will be helped. Arrive a little early before the appointment just because it can get a touch busy sometimes.

Had a great experience here, very quick and efficient. Thania, Jasmine, Alexa and Ana were all very helpful and this is by far the best office I’ve been to.

I came to this facility as my last resort for a school physical for my uninsured child and my experience was great. After calling numerous other clinics which either had a long wait list to get in or exorbitant prices I settled on this clinic. The receptionist was extremely kind and courteous and so was the rest of the staff. They took me in and the price they charged to do the physical and complete my child’s school form was very reasonable.

The ladies who work here are VERY nice, patient, and helpful. I was greeted right away when I came in though it was a little busy. Note that they are closed between 12:30 and 1PM. I felt taken care of and well-informed of everything that was happening.

Would not recommend this place!I had a fit test procedure done incorrectly.They should re-train their staff doing this procedure. They skipped the sensitivity test, the hood should never be tightened at the neck. They are understaffed, overbooked, so they rush, cut corners, do mediocre work.As an RN, I know how the the procedure is done!Moreover, I get the mask fit test annually, I had never seen such unprofessional nursing staff.

The staff is completely disrespectful. I walked in and after they had let me know I had to retake my tb test because no one told me I had to come in at a certain time. one of the workers laughed about it right to my face. It’s usually great at this location but the staff they had today were insensitive and rude. I wouldn’t go to this location.

Very efficient and helpful! I walked-in since their were no appointments available online and was serviced immediately. Employees were pleasant and helped me organize the documents i would have to submit to my job!

Let me start with Gabby she made me feel comfortable and fulfilled all my needs in todays visit. It was a pleasant and effortless visit due to the fact that not only Gabby (only nurse that gave up her name) but they were all very attentive and informative. I called them the 3 nurse angels.

Jasmine and Anna were so friendly and helpful! Came as a walk-in and they were able to help me with everything I needed! :)

I was scheduled today at 10am for a tb and LiveScan. The staffs were rude while checking me in and then informed me that they cant conduct the tests because I needed to bring a copy of my live scan form and the nurse wasnt it coming in. And when I ask why wasnt I notified about this soon. They said, its not our responsibility to contact schedule appointments about cancellation if the nurse doesnt show. They give me a card to contact management and management was just as rude.

Best location I’ve been to, staff is very friendly, I went for a couple of services and they were very organized and got everything done fast

The staff on this location were very helpful, polite and attended to my needs promptly. After my skin test result, I had to call WellnessMart to ask for the list of imaging services. One thing I did not like about our conversation was that I had to go back to the clinic to ask for the list. It means I had to drive for at least 30 minutes! Its just a list! I wish it is available on their website or send me an email. Note: this customer service staff did not work in this location but somewhere else. I want to rate it 5 stars for the staff on this clinic but I was unhappy with the system.

Be very careful with them. I was given bad information on the phone, and paid for something I couldnt use based on that information. Then they said theyd refund me. THEN said they wont. What makes it worse, is that they made money from me with other tests and were just plain greedy. Gross.There are so many other better options. Try those.
