Our experience with Dr. Nurudeen has been great thus far. She has been very thorough in walking us through this entire process. She listens to our concerns, is compassionate, and empathic. She is very detailed at explaining our treatment plan and really given us optimal care. She has created a sense of ease for us throughout this entire anxiety-provoking process.

Im not having the best luck with Aspire. For the first two appointments, they sent me to their MC Herman location. Both times, they sent me a text with the WRONG address. I arrived on time to the wrong clinic and by the time I made it to the accurate location, I was late.This time, I have an appointment at the Webster location. I got here an hour early just in case the same incident happened, again. The lights are off and the doors are locked. A girl poked her head out and said were at lunch until 1 pm.I checked their hours, and all I could find is 8am - 5pm. Yet im having to wait in the hallway. All those empty chairs in the waiting area must just be for decoration.

Excellent service! The staff is so kind. They were able to answer all of our questions and help us start our family. We would highly recommend aspire for your family planning goals!

Only great things to say about Dr.Nurdeen and the whole Webster office. Especially the nurses Ashley and Asia! Such a great experience ending with our successful IVF Transfer and now expecting our baby boy in June 2024. Forever grateful!

The staff here is amazing! All of the nurses are so nice. They’re quick to respond with any questions I had at my appointment or messages I sent. Dr.Witz helped my husband and I get pregnant with our first child. We are so excited!

Dr.Nurudeen and the whole team especially Asia & Ashley were amazing during this whole experience. We could not have been more blessed to have finally been able to start our family thanks to them, definitely recommend them during a delicate & sensitive time in life!

Ive been searching to find a doctor and medical practice that can assist me on my journey to becoming a mom. I had 3 consultations with 3 different doctors from 3 different practices over a six week period, and while I did not choose Dr. Nurudeen I did appreciate the professionalism of her office including the dress and appearance of her staff and the focus on patient care and our experience in her office. I visited her office twice.Dr. Nurudeen herself was incredibly knowledgeable and I could tell she has the genius to perform my procedure, but there were other things I needed that were equally important to me. She did not stand to greet me when I walked in her office. Hopefully, shell be more consistent with future patients when it comes to that. Additionally, going on this journey can be an emotional toll for many women, and we may require a doctor with a little empathy. A simple gesture of passing your patient a tissue when they get emotional sharing their story goes a long way.And, lastly, communicating with patients if they are going to be seen by a nurse instead of a doctor. The impression I got from Aspire Facility is that every appointment you are seen by a doctor, and that was very important to me when choosing a medical practice, so if that changes I shouldve been informed prior to my appointment. However, upon my arrival to my second appointment the staff, was very professional in how they handled that situation once they realized the situation.All in all, I would recommend Dr. Nurudeen and her practice although I chose another doctor who was better suited for me.

This week was our first visit with Dr. Nurudeen and she was nothing but very attentive and really made us feel heard and welcomed. She explained the whole process for fertility treatments really well and easy to understand.

Giving three stars because the rest of the staff is amazing and wonderfully kind. However, steer clear of Dr. Nurudeen if you have any kind of uterine abnormality. She clearly has no idea what she’s doing with them or even very knowledgeable on them. It took 6 months with her to incorrectly diagnose me and keep pushing IVF for no particular reason for my recurrent pregnancy loss. Even though I would very much miscarry all those embryos due to my uterine abnormality…I switched to a more knowledgeable RE who saw my abnormality within 1 minute of a regular 2D ultrasound and it’s been surgically fixed and now I have a “normal uterus”. Dr. Nurudeen missed it after a pelvic MRI and her own hysteroscopy! Which my current doctor couldn’t even believe she missed since it was such a large deformity. I’m sure she’s great if you need IVF but please seek someone else more knowledgeable on uterine abnormalities if that’s your issue.

My husband and I are so thankful for everyone at this clinic. We cannot be happier with our experience. Dr. Nurudeen was extremely supportive and was able to help us conceive our little nugget (thankfully pretty quickly). The nurses at this clinic were the absolute sweetest! Dr Witz is so professional, comforting, REALLY knowledgeable. My husband and I tried 5 years before coming across Dr Witz and determining a treatment plan. We now have a one year old daughter with his help. They took such great care of us at the Clear Lake office. You pretty much become family. I never felt like a patient and they always calmed my nerves when I felt scared of failure.

Our experience with Dr. Witz along with nurses Asia, Sarah and the rest of the staff at the clear lake office by far exceeded our expectations! They are Caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. They make you feel like family and not just another number in their office! Would highly recommend to anyone who’s needing help and guidance through their fertility journey!

Good reception at the Aspire fertility institute today 02/13/2023.Consultation with Dr. Kemi Nurudeen was quit revealing and very interesting. It was a perfect meeting and the issues presented were treated and attended to with great satisfaction. We are very please and indeed happy to the O&G Consultant.

And let me preface this by saying that I never write reviews but I had to let this be known. I had 2 previous scheduled appointments that I had schedueld but had to cancel due to COIVD and being called into work. These appts were in 2021 I believe. Fast forward to now and I call to get another appointment. They said that there policy is that you have to pay a fee to schedule an appointment after 2 canceled appts. No Problem. I understand. At the time I was making the appt, I told the scheduler that I believed I had another appt for my child scheduled that day. She said she would go ahead and schedule the appt. and I said I would try to get back to her that day. She never said that if I do not call back that day, I would have to pay another rescheduling fee of $109 to change the appointment. Nor was it communicated that recheduling and canceling are the same thing. So the scheduler scheduled the appt and was going to violate their own policy if I called back that day to reschedule but since now its almost a week until the appt, that is no allowed. So she tells me it was a miscommunication on her part but that it doesnt matter, I will still have to pay another $109 to change the appt. So I told her that if she had told me that, I never would have scheduled the appt and that I was very open about possibly having another appt for my child that day that I needed to verify. All 3 people I spoke to said that it didnt matter what I spoke about with the scheduler, that in order to make another appt I would have to pay the $109. I have made more appts than I can count with various specialists, etc over the years and this is the worst customer service I have ever had at a doctors office. The scheduler never should have allowed me to make the appt and the fee should have been waived since she did not communicate to me properly. And like I told her, she messed up so you want me to pay another fee for your mess up!!!! Needless to say, I will find another clinic. If your scheduler does not know how to do their job, nor the office recognize the mistake was made, I will take my business elsewhere and ensure that no one else I know goes to that clinic.

She is absolutely amazing and positive and professional. Glad to have her help me with this journey!

Dr. Schenk is very professional and her staff (Tori & Maria) are very nice & helpful. Love that they have an online portal with all your labs, prescriptions, and also options to message staff when you can’t call. I have busy job & often miss calls from the clinic but the staff always leave detailed voicemail & also a message through the portal as well.

My experience with Aspire HFI was absolutely amazing. Dr. Skorupski and his team took care of me and made sure every second was a comfortable experience. This is my 3rd transfer and I’m super hopeful and excited. Dr. Skorupski is so smart and always so Thorough with explaining everything to us. His nurses are beyond precious and made sure they were by my side the whole time. Encouraging me and making sure I was ok and comfortable. I will always have a special place in my heart for Dr. Skorupski and his staff!

I absolutely adore the team in the Clear Lake office! They make you feel so comfortable and honestly treat you as a friend! I will recommend all of my friends to HFI, but specifically to this location because of the genuine care I received from all the Girls. It starts at the front desk with sweet Ashlyn and continues throughout the office with Asia and Kristin! I will miss these girls! Though I did not see Dr Williams much throughput my treatment, his partners in clear lake took wonderful care of me and my baby!

Dr. Witz has been amazing throughout my journey to finally be able to conceive again. The nurses have always been so friendly and helpful, even the lab tech. Maria has been my go to person since coming to this office and has always gotten back to me asap. I truely appreciate everyone here making me feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much!

Dr. Witz is kind, compassionate, and extremely intelligent in fertility matters. He takes the time to listen and responds genuinely to all my questions and concerns. He makes you feel comfortable and always welcomed in the office. We were successful twice by coming to Dr. Witz and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for success! He has an entire team of wonderful people that are very friendly.

Never have to wait long at the office and Dr Shenk is a great and competent doctor. Im glad we picked her as our fertility specialist. Im now moved on after becoming pregnant to a regular obgyn. We will be back when my partner is ready for our next child.

Absolutely love dr. Nurudeen and her staff!!! Ny husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost 4 years and have been struggling to get pregnant. After driving 3 hours to see her just got the previous dr office to get paper work messed up, staff was so handy and even got on the phone to help!! I was running out of time and so worried about my appointment. They made sure everything was set to go and was so nice to stay and wait!!! She has us on the right path for our ivf journey

We worked with Dr. Witz and his staff for our treatment and are forever grateful! Dr. Witz was onsite for 85% of our visits and always took the time to manage our expectations. They made a very trying process manageable and easy to understand. I felt taken care of and respected the entire time and had all of my questions answered. Highly recommend this practice!

Front desk and nursing staff are so professional and friendly! Nurses were very prompt when answering my questions via the online portal. Dr. Witz was professional and patient throughout the process. He was willing to be as aggressive as I was with our plan. I highly recommend this office and doctor. You won’t be disappointed.

We had our first visit with HFI in October of 2018 & met with Dr. Nurudeen. After our consult & discussing our IVF treatment we left her office knowing that we were in great hands! She is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and was there to answer every question we had no matter how big or small. Her staff is just as amazing! & we appreciate each & every one of them being there for us during our IVF journey.

We love the staff at HFI & Dr.Nurudeen is awesome! They’re all patient, friendly and flexible. Had two successful pregnancies and it’s been a wonderful experience each time.

When I first signed up with the Fondren office of HFI, I thought it was going to be business as usual but they have become like family. Dr.Craig Witz explained the entire process to us before I signed up. Hes very patient, professional and accomodating. I am grateful for the role he and the staff played in making this process as seamless as possible. They are always available for my endless questions, worries and random chat! I think throughout the whole process, he was only unavailable twice and for personal reasons Im sure he couldnt avoid but the nursing staff are so efficient, I didnt even feel like he wasnt there . Everyone always has a smile and a hug.....will choose them over and over.

My husband and I love Dr.Witz. Prior to our encounter with Dr.Witz we had several failed attempts with another provider and were prepared to give up. We moved to Texas and was referred to Dr.Witz by a friend. We decided to try again and we were not disappointed. We left every visit smiling and hopeful. He was encouraging every step of the way. I dont think is ever too late to give a good review on anyone... My daughter is going on 16 months, and she is the healthiest baby. My husband and I are so blessed to have found Dr. Witz, we believe that God put him in our path to fulfill our prayer request. Having my daughter is the best thing that has ever happened..... They are the best in what they do, Dr. Witz and his staff were always attentive to my each and every need, keeping hope alive with me. Dr. Witz and all the staff at the Houston Fertility Institute Clear Lake office are amazing. They treat you like you are their only patient and they truely care about you. Dr. Witz works with you to help determine your individual health issues and explains everything with a good balance of technical and laymans terms to make sure you understand what is going on. They were extrememly compassionate following my 2nd loss, and encouraged me that we could still conceive and we did. They are very responsive to patient needs from scheduling appointments to insurance issues to calming anxious nerves. I highly recommend Dr. Witz and his staff at the Houston Fertility Institute Clear Lake office.

Started off perfect. Staff and Doctors were nice. After we paid for IUI, they handed us to another doctor for the procedure. In an email, their response to this was,” our doctor was off, so whichever doctor that is available would do it.

I went in for a consultation and dr.Witz explained everything in detail for me and my husband. We got more answers and understanding today than we have with the last clinic we went too. I’m very happy and the ladies that work there are very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. I’m ready for this journey.

Dr. Witz and staff have always been very welcoming and have treated us as family. In addition, both Piney Point and Clear Lake offices have always been there to answer all our questions throughout our journey.

I’m not the one to leave reviews but credit needs to be served ! After several failed attempts to conceive I found this facility I have no regrets! Everyone in their office is amazing ! I cannot thank enough Dr. Witz and Asia were both phenomenal! Our sweet girl is now 3 months ! ❤️ ❤️ I would definitely recommend this facility !

First i liked to say HFI clear lake is so comforting you dont feel out of place. The girls their are just absolutely awsome very friendly supportive, and caring.I Also adore Dr. Witz he is a wonderful physician and an absolute joy to work with. Dr. witz is funny, caring, and an excellent doctor. i trust him 100 percent. Clearlake location staffs are great, and always answers your questions and concerns on time, with compassion.

Amazing staff. Very in touch with the patient and the sensitivity of the process. Supportive and always positive.Always very responsive and truthful even when things don’t go as expected.

Trying to get in touch and schedule an appointment and talk to anyone is horrible. I needed to move an appointment and called multiple times and emailed. Never received a response until after the scheduled appointment. Would not recommend.

Our doctor was very honest and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and never gave up on us.

You can tell that Dr. Witz is very knowledgable and has been doing this for awhile. I trusted everything he suggested, and would highly recommend his care.
