I have been to go health urgent care several times.. every one is very friendly and caring.And the two nurse practitioners Ive seen there were awesome and excellent bed side manners.I would recommend this urgent care to anyone..and mostly every time I went I got in so fast it was unbelievable compared to other facilities like this .

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! I was able to “save my spot” the night before, come in, check in on my phone, and be seen within 10 minutes. The doctor came after 5 minutes and I was on my way after 30 minutes in total. Not to mention, the nurse and the doctor were so knowledgeable and interested in helping me get better. I will be returning!

Everyone was so friendly and made me feel welcomed. They explained my situation and told me about all of my options. I will definitely go back to their facility.

Excellent urgent care facility! Staff is caring and professional and service is top notch. You can even reserve your spot online before arriving for care. My wife and I have been very pleased with the treatment and amount of time spent whenever we need urgent care.

Richard, Magaly, and Stephanie are the A team! Theyre quick, funny, fun, sweet, knowledgeable. It made my sick day have a silver lining meeting them and having a lovely and pleasant session

Very quick visit. I had been having an ear ache the night before and then on the way home from work it started up again and was radiating to my eye and forehead. I got off the freeway, made a u-turn and headed for MH Go Health with no appointment. They were able to see me right away, and I was out within about 15 minutes. I was a happy camper!

This is the friendliest staff and great medical care. The provider is kind, listens well and intentional to let me know what he finds and that I understand the treatment plan. I felt well cared for during my visit. The response time was amazing!

Checking in was easy. Didnt wait long. The NP i saw seemed caring and concerned about what I was there for. Even gave me referrals out to another dr for orthopedics. Will go back if I ever need something urgent, or on weekends, like this was.

Definitely would recommend NP Steven Willis he was caring and very patient with my child who came with a sports injury he made my son feel comfortable in a medical environment

Everyone is so friendly there From the moment you walk in. Very little wait. Steven Willis was the nurse practitioner who saw me that day for my shoulder injury and he was amazing including his medical assistant Stephanie and Mitchell and to the xray tech who did my X-rays Magali.Thank yall for everything yall do I will definitely be coming back again.

I went in nausea and vomiting and they gave me an iv w zoorhan but it didnt work and they didnt have phenergan ..so I had to get a rx for a pill..so maybe of they would of had pheregan by iv I would of been great

Convenient, clean facility. Short wait. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Assessed, treated, and on my way home in less than an hour. I fractured bones in my foot. An x-ray was taken, and my foot put in an aircast to wear for 4 weeks. Was told to take otc ibuprofen and ice the foot 4x a day. However, was not provided a prescription for pain, and it was definitely warranted. Contacted my PCP and she prescribed pain rx. Overall, a pleasant experience. I passed 2 or 3 sketchy strip center Urgent Care facilities before finding this gem near I-45 and Bay Area Blvd.

I was greeted immediately and taken to a room within minutes of my arrival. The staff was very attentive and thorough. In regards to my experience, I would highly recommend and definitely go back if need be.

1st time here at this location. Very friendly and everyone listened and was very informative. Awesome care !! Love this team. Will return here if needed. 🙂🫶

If you guys want to triple your income… GET RID OF THE THE CRAZIEST MERRY GO AROUND AUTO PHONE SYSTEM IV EVER BEEN ON AND REPLACE IT WITH A NURSE NAMED MIKE WHEN PROMPTING THE EMERGENCY #… HE WAS AWESOME… because of the autophone system run around… we took our biz elsewhere.. corporate coldness at its worse… i wonder how many other great ppl are there

I found it very efficient. We were met by friendly people, and the PA that helped me with my issues was friendly, and thorough. I would rather go there than my family practitioners office.

They were very nice. I sat for maybe 2 minutes before I was called in. They gave me the results of my Covid test right there.

I love this clinic when I am feeling ill. The medical staff is caring, nurturing and you just know that you are on your way to recovery. I recommend it highly!

Dr Richard was the most knowledgeable, patient, and thorough doctor that I have ever worked with. I would be honored if he could be my primary care physician!

I was from out of town and suffering from complications from the flu. I walked in to this facility without an appointment and I was seen within 5 minutes of completing my sign in. The care provider was Steven Willis NP and he was knowledgable, personable and caring. I heartily recommend this facility and caregiver and, in fact I recommended them to my daughter to seek care here.

The front desk attendant was very welcoming and helpful. The Nurse was very sympathetic and listened to me very attentively. The Practitioner was knowledgeable and competent as well as efficient. He prepared my visit summary late last night (Sunday) so that I would have it for my Dr.s appointment today (Monday). Very impressive!

Steven Willis FNP-C was excellent from the time he introduced himself to me, and the level of care I received was phenomenal. He was very professional, had excellent bedside manners, and was thorough and friendly. Patient care is one of my biggest pet peeves. People have so many options to go for medical care. The facility was nice. The staff were by far one of the best. Especially after Covid-19, healthcare workers seemed to have lost their touch due to being burned out. The level of care was not the same. Employees seemed to be unconcerned and showed no compassion or empathy. People may not remember your name but will always remember how you made them feel. My 1st visit there with NP Mary Corder was really a very bad visit. She didnt do anything to help me at all. So I ended up back there the next day and saw Richard NP who was wonderful. He listened, did some testing and actually found out what was wrong with me. His bedside manner was great. The nurse that day was awesome as well. It makes such a huge difference when the staff is caring and compassionate. I have never had a complaint about this location until I saw Mary. But Richard restored my faith.

Super friendly staff and the service was outstanding. We were in and out of there in less than half an hour. Doctor was knowledgable and friendly.

Dr Steve was great and the assistant too, I cant recall his name. Everyone was nice and very helpful.

Brought my 19 year old son in for severe back pain. Before we even checked in the doctor was out front asking what we were there for so I told him and his response was that he couldn’t do anything for him, followed by if he wanted a doctors note for work it would cost 50.00. I couldn’t believe this because when I myself had back pain n visited my PCP, I was sent home with muscle relaxers, a steroid, lidocaine patches and a gel for pain and this being a Minor Emergency we were sent home with nothing. The only reason I didn’t tk him to my PCP is because there was a 2 weeks wait. I got the feeling the employees didn’t want to work being that it was around lunch time and they were all hanging out at the receptionist desk along with the doctor. I don’t recommend this place at all, I left very disappointed.

Memorial Hermann Urgent Care Clear Lake is my families first choice when we need immediate care.We love the option to reserve a time slot on line insuring that we will be seen quickly.Also, the staff is courteous and professional.I would highly recommend Memorial Hermann for your Urgent Care needs.

Guy at the front was no help , seem to not care . Went to another urgent care and they took me in and helped me find my insurance right away.

They were great minimal wait in and out after I was told my our normal pcp my daughter couldnt be seen for 2 weeks 0 work ins available.

Great experience even though i was sick. I scheduled an appointment a few hours before. When i got there I did not have to wait long. The nurse practitioner was kind and helpful!

Not only are they fast and convenient but also kind. The level of care is apparent while thorough the nurse seemed very knowledgeable. Also he was mindful that my toddler was scared/nervous but his manners quickly calmed her down.

Immediately uponmy arrival the front desk associate was very courteous and help me by signing me in. I was taken care of right away and the nurses was so kind a caring of my needs. The facility was clean and organized. Will come again without hesitation if ever i need them again. Thank you.

Came here after my own PCP Methodist treated me horribly. Dr. Thanh-Thao Le, and the staff here, was absolutely amazing. From helping me find my insurance info, to taking my vitals, etc they were so sweet. Really made me feel better after having such a bad experience at Methodist just before. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

After a restless night with illness and no progress, I opted to go to Memorial Hermanns local urgent care facility. I was treated immediately, a diagnosis reached and medication ordered! In a very short time, I was on the mend...a great decision!

I have been there twice and both time the clinical team was efficient and caring. Receptionist can be brisk and unfriendly.

I loved how the staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of and how the doctor listened well, ran the right tests and got to the diagnosis promptly. Liked how he explained what was wrong and what medicines were needed. He called them in to my pharmacy right away.

Had really high hopes for this place, since I love Memorial Hermann hospitals. But unfortunately never again going. I was in and out in less than 30 min, I had testing done and never received any results! Almost two weeks later and called to receive updates, no one answered but i left a very detailed voicemail and the results just so happen to appear on the app. WITH NO RESULTS! It said inadequate/no results.That day I received No discharge papers, no information, and no medication was ever sent to my pharmacy.I will be disputing this visit with my insurance but I’m very sure they will not be paying for something I never received.

Beware the cost. I visited just two times several months ago and recently received a bill for $420. They charged me $300 a visit. I called their billing department and confirmed that that is their regular charge for an insurance covered visit (uninsured out of pocket is only $120). We have a high deductible health plan, so our insurance only paid $90 a visit. That left us with a $210 bill per visit. We have been to other urgent cares with our same plan and have NEVER been charged so much.As far as the care I received, the reason I returned for a second visit was because the antibiotics I was prescribed on the first visit didn’t treat my issue. It had actually gotten worse. Instead of doing a lab culture on my second visit, the NP just told me that it was poison ivy and prescribed me steroids instead. Thankfully I was able to get in to see my dermatologist a few days later who DID run a lab and found out that I actually did have an infection and the first round of antibiotics just weren’t the right ones I needed. It was NOT poison ivy.

I just received a bill for services rendered 14 months ago. The clinic is covered by my insurance, but the Dr is not preferred. So, his services and the tests and treatments administered by him, were not covered. When the desk admits you, they should warn you, the dr doesnt accept your insurance.

The staff is very friendly and especially the nurse practitioner! Very short wait time as well!

The nurse practitioner had a wonderful bedside manner was very nice and listen to my concern with my daughters illness. All the staff was very nice and attentive. Recommend 100%

Dr Mansour was absolutely amazing! He showed so much compassion and explained in detail what I need to treat my injury. Hes not like other Drs that sometimes talk down to patients. I felt so comfortable and would definitely recommend him. He even gave me additional paperwork about my type of injury. Beyond satisfied. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was seen quickly. Everyone was professional and helpful. I have complete confidence in PA Richard. He grasps my situation and prescribes what I need.

I frequently visit this location for treatment of myself or children because of the proximity to my home. But, more so because I absolutely trust them with our care. The staff are always welcoming and attentive to our needs. Dr. Le is very thorough in her exam and assessment and provides the necessary follow up information and documentation we need. Great service/location/staff/care!

I came in around 1pm for an animal bite and I was in and out within the hour (within 30 minutes actually). The care was quick and my NP and nurse were very informative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Stephen and Mitchell were both great! Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Went to be seen and was told the wait was 1.5 hours. I was in/out within that 1.5 hours. Dr. Bates was great. She sat and talked with me about my concerns. I definitely appreciate her sitting and talking with me versus at me. She is personable which made my visit a bit more relaxing as my anxiety tends to go crazy in any doctor/hospital setting. After all of the brainstorming and comparison of my labs, her advice was very reassuring. Would definitely recommend this urgent care. And if I ever have to be seen at an urgent care again, this is where I would be going.

First and last time I will go to Memorial Hermann urgent care. Never saw a Dr., was offered a prescription for pain meds and sent on my way....and no further testing or diagnosis. I went to Care Now on Friendswood Dr. the next day, had the opposite experience-saw an actual Dr. and was not immediately offered pain meds and sent on my way-lesson learned!

I was helped right away and everyone was so personable and kind. When I was seen by the doctor, she was very thorough and really took her time to examine me and learn about the history of my sinus/allergy problems. She also sat down when she was speaking to me making the experience so personable and made sure all of my questions were answers. Overall, very efficient and friendly service!

The first time I went here was good, but I had a different doctor.. the last couple times I’ve been here have been pretty bad. The doctor acts like she doesn’t want me here or acts like she doesn’t believe me when I tell her my symptoms. Like I shouldn’t be here and I’m wasting her time. Front desk ladies are usually nice. Nurse was nice.. I just feel unwanted and it makes it suck more when you’re not feeling well..

Super quick, easy check in, and didnt have to wait long for the doctor. Everyone was so friendly and made sure my sick 3 year old was comfortable. (And my two other kiddos in tow!!)

Memorial Hermann Urgent Care has been a wonderful addition to the Clear Lake area. Its so easy to check in on their website. It tells you how many patients are ahead of you and approximately what time youll receive service. There were only two ahead of me. Everything was fast and efficient. I went in today with a painful infection. They were able to run a test and pinpoint what was wrong. The place is new, clean, the people are nice and most importantly they have the equipment and talent to provide many more services than the only other Urgent Care on our Insurance in the area. I left with lots of information, my prescriptions called in and well wishes.

Every single person in my family has been here. Weve had positive experiences every time. Good wait times, great care. But this past week weve had exceptional service. My preschooler hit his head on the corner of a shelf at Target. The nurse and doctor took excellent care of him and stapled his head and got all medicines called in immediately. Today we went back to take them out, and the nurse we had was so great with with him. She had him singing while she got the staples out and had him in such a good mood. He left saying he had fun getting the staples out. Hands down the best urgent care Ive ever been to.

They are the best Urgent Care I have been too. The front desk staff is caring and welcoming. The nurses are super personable and the Doctors really seem to care. In fact, they have been more attentive than my regular Primary Care group. I never have to wait long and the check in online makes it even easier. I highly recommend Memorial Herman Urgent care in Clear Lake!

Easy appt scheduling online, very short wait, friendly front desk staff, good nurse, knowledgeable doctor with pleasant bedside manner. And clinic is in-network with my insurance (Cigna). Best part is being able to come in on Sat instead of suffering through the weekend until I could make appt with primary care provider.

It was an easy seamless experience. The staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Sometime you just have to be patient and wait. Dr Lee was good to me she diagnosed my symptoms and filled my prescription. I think they move pretty fast the ladies out front the nurse they were all great considered when I got ready to leave it was only one patient still there. My apartment was for 9:00 a.m. I was out of there by 10:30.

Wanted to get a diagnosis for a fever our son had for many days. We checked in online with a 2 hour expected wait time, our estimated appointment time was 3:02. This was pushed back to 3:22, which we were informed about well in advance so we could plan our visit accordingly. However, after checking in with the front desk, we simply had to wait... and wait... with no clarity about when we would be admitted. A full hour went by, our child getting extremely agitated from being stuck in one place with nothing going on on top of having his fever before we were finally admitted.My wife accompanied our son while I waited outside (expected due to covid concerns). After my wife explained the situation, the nurse then _asked my wife_ what tests they should do on our son. Not a great look when the nurse is the one asking the patient which tests to run. Ultimately, the called for a gamut of tests at my wifes request (because really, we have no idea, thats why we were at the doctor). The nurse was convinced it was an upper respiratory infection... but no one ever looked in our sons ears, nose, or mouth. The nurse intended to wait for the initial test results before trying a urine sample (in case of a urinary infection) rather than getting the urine sample regardless of the other test results. Its not like toddlwrs are going to pee on command...Finally, my wife asked when the doctor would come to do a check up, and the nurse responded that WE WERENT ON THE LIST TO SEE A DOCTOR and asked if we should be added. There is apparently a separate list that we were never told about; so we had to wait around even longer until the doctor had free time to come check.The whole experience was frustrating and mind boggling, as though we were part of some prank put on by non-medical professionals.The place looked clean though, so that was nice.

Their hours are great ( 9am to 9pm, seven days a week), the facility is new & nice and the staff was excellent. I called ahead to be sure they would treat a bronchitis flare-up (yes they would) and was there a wait (no) and did they take our insurance (yes.) We were seen immediately - med assistant took history, temp, BP - then Dr. Heather spent all the time she needed assessing, explaining, offering options. She even did a lab test on the spot. The whole visit took 2 hours and they called the prescriptions to our pharmacy so we could pick up immediately. Left with a great write-up to give our regular doctor. What a great medical experience - good to know they are nearby!

The dr & nurse, took good care of my son. The nurse didn’t complain one bit after my son threw up after she administered the swab for the flu. I’ll be returning because now I have the flu. Thank y’all so much. Very nice clean place!!!!

Took my wife here for a possible UTI and Im glad I did. The doctor (Janeen Bates MD) and staff provided quick, friendly, and skilled service. Took their time and cared for her well and she is doing much better after have going in. The doctor even followed up with a call to check on her the following day!

The nurse practitioner took time to make sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. I truly appreciate that.

Great service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional and respectful. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Checked in online, the wait time was brief. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable. Now that I have found this Urgent Care, I wont go elsewhere.

Nurses are professional; front desk are so-so due to some care and some dont; doctors are unprofessional with their comments that I guess theyre trying to be funny or cute but its neither. Im submitting a complaint with my insurance company because they paid them 100% of their contracted rate with no copay, but I paid them a $50 copay. When I told them about it, they said the insurance company will give me the copay back. As providers you need to learn how insurance works, because Im an employee of the same company that insures me and you are responsible for returning my copay amount if they paid you the full contracted rate with $0 patient responsibility. I paid $50 to you, not the insurance company... so why would they pay me back when you collected the money. 🙄 Update: a rep with the urgent care said they mailed a check for my copay on August 21st, but I havent received it yet. Today is September 29th.

I dont always go to urgent care. But when I do, its cause natural remedies arent working; and its always Memorial Hermann - cause they do, and with the best bedside manner!

Employees are always nice and go above and beyond to help you.

Staff was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. Doctor was very down to earth, explained my issue where I clearly understood it an was very nice! I didnt wait very long at all. I will definitely use in the future should the need arise. Five stars!

After waiting hours in a “queue” for another urgent care, I searched for one near me and this location popped up. I scheduled an appointment and was seen in less than an hour. Dr. Le was amazing, she listened to my concerns and I was on my way. Thanking God for Dr. Le.

Love this place! They get you in fast and everyone is very nice. The Doctor and the nurses are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and really took their time with us. We will be back for any urgent care and recommend it to any and everyone.

I initially left 5 stars for this place, but was really disappointed with the office work - billing department is so unprofessional.Billed me almost 3 times more than what was announced, never returned my calls. It took me three days of calling to make them fix their mistake! This is so wrong!I also recommend every visitor to ask the pricing here upfront - as they charge per certain minutes, but not only per service. Be careful! Didnt realize they were bought out and no longer accepted my insurance. They make you sign in through a kiosk and only after I asked if they still accepted my insurance was I told everything! Waste of my time! Need better protocols!!! I shouldve known something was up when I heard man yelling at them for a simple Covid test.

We visited this loction last night and I was pleasently surprised with the entire process. Perhaps my timing was just right as there was no wait. At any rate, the staff was efficient, professional and caring. We walked away feeling like we were a long time patient of a doctors office setting. I would recommend and would certainly return.

Took my daughter there last night. 1.5 wait. Everyone there was super nice. 150.00 for the visit, cheapest we found for someone with no insurance. They dont take cash only a card. $13.00 for prescription at Walgreens. I definitely recommend this place if you need to go.

If I could give Dr. Bates and her staff more than five stars I surely would.Dr. Bates was incredibly thorough during her diagnosis to ascertain my wife’s cause of illness. Her bedside manner is exemplary, and her communication skills are excellent. If I ever need an urgent care physician again I would surely seek her out.She asked us to stop by the next day to make sure that my wife’s condition was improving. I have worked in healthcare for over 25 years and rarely see this level of care and competence from a physician.

Dr. Bates and all staff were professional, timely and made my little one feel safe comforted and her smile said she knew she was in great hands. After a visit to urgent care this week, we won’t be back. I took my daughter in to make sure whatever she had hadn’t gotten into her lungs, as her cough sounded pretty bad. I told the doctor that I was pretty sure she had COVID, but we didnt test her, just kept her home and quarantined. The doctor asked me if she was vaccinated and if her dad and I were vaccinated. Without thinking (about how inappropriate that was), I told him my daughter was not vaccinated, her dad was, and I am not. He replied “Why is he vaccinated and you’re not? Are you one of those anti-vaxxers?”That was none of his business to ask, and I shouldn’t have answered. But his response was very unprofessional. We definitely won’t be back to see Dr. Rakkar.

WARNING - MALPRACTICE OCCURS HERE. Dr Thanh-Thao Le failed to warn myself of the potential (actual) serious side effects from prescribing Albuterol, an inhaler. I went in there complaining of sore throat and a general type of upper respiratory infection & was prescribed Albuterol among other drugs. This is a drug commonly given to those who have Asthma and I have never had Asthma. I did not need this drug and certainly would have refrained from taking it if this Dr would have properly advised me of the potential, yet very common, cardiac-related side effects caused by Albuterol. As a medical Physician, Dr Thanh-Thao Le has an obligation to disclose to the patient these common side effects. I firmly believe I was misdiagnosed, misprescribed, and generally neglected at this medical facility. It felt very rushed. Get them in, & get them out. You are just a number here. A word to the wise, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - somewhere where there is integrity, care, compassion, patience, understanding and competence....because none of these traits exist here.

Ive been to this location three times and the first time was excellent, the 2nd and 3rd were a waste of my time. I understand that it gets busy, but when you wait for over an hour and the doctor runs in for less than 5 min and barely talks to you, that is unacceptable. I brought my daughter in for pink eye since her pedi was closed and all he said was that it was allergies and to put normal eye drops in. Now, her eye is even worse, so I wasted $50 and 2 hours of my time. I will likely go to the Friendswood location from now on.

I’ve been to this location twice for very different reasons. Both times the staff from the front desk, physician assistants/nurses, and doctors have been fantastic. They do the job at hand and are really there to help. I’ve been to a couple other urgent care facilities that are just looking for your dollar. I highly recommend MHUC.

Dr. Le is amazing. She is thorough and seems to really care about her patients. She is a true professional who actually sits down with me, ask questions and answers all of mine without making me feeling rushed.

I am extremely pleased with how kind they were at the front desk. They let me know what my wait was going to look like. And every time I’ve seen a doctor there, they have been absolutely professional, competent, and kind. I highly recommend Memorial Hermann urgent care at clear Lake.

Was able to see a PA or NP in less than 20 minutes. He listened well and asked questions b4 providing a prescription . Very efficient but I did not feel rushed.

Got an infection on a Saturday afternoon and knew I needed antibiotics quickly. I was able to preregister, secure an appointment for the next morning. Outstanding care

Service at this facility was great and a lot faster than most urgent care clinics. I particularly like the check in online function. The doctor was very thorough in addressing my symptoms and treatment. Definitely recommend if you’re needing and urgent care facility.

I have visited this place before and wasnt too happy with my experience. Recently had to come back due to them being the nearest urgent care that was open...and I had a wonderful experience. The nurse Ty that assisted me during my visit was very informative, supportive and helped ease the time of having to come to the doctor because lets face it... no one likes it... the wait time was a bit long...but the way I was cared for I didnt mind the wait...

My visit to Memorial Hermann Urgent Care was the best doctors office visit I have had.Dr. Bates diagnosis of my condition was expertly done. I do not have a primary care physician, so I will definitely be returning there the next time I need medical treatment.

Great place, got me in quick, but good luck getting anyone over there to pick up the phone or call you back. Ive left a voicemail, my husband left one and Ive called multiple times. Nobody picks up or calls you back.

The online checkin dies nothing to change wait - well likely increases lenght.When first checked indicated 50-74 minute wait. Opt for online check-in and given time 150 min later for appointment. That was pushed 30 min later just as arrived.When got to check in was told minimum 60-90 additional minute wait, this due to walk insSo the check in is waste of effort and costs time. If need, just show up & wait, or the ER is faster.

Wonderful knowledgeable kind staff, clean facility, great hours and short wait time.

I didnt used the facility itself but I came in for a shoulder injury. When they heard my needsJosh was very up front about what they could offer. They even went through the trouble of finding a PCP who could order what I needed.

Courteous and helpful staff. The Dr actually listens to your symptoms and helps you. Provide excellent customer service and customer care. Theres not usually a long wait either.

Dropped in an hour before closing and the receptionist made it clear it was an imposition for me to be there.Didnt bother staying.It wasnt so so urgent I needed to be disrespected in order to receive care

After waiting an hour and a half, they didnt care about my pain or my injury, just let me off cause it was more important for them just for me to go and put it as a work injury than actually helping me and my suffering. This is the world we life in, all is business and money, no care for the person at all, like one of them said, go to an ER if you want to get treated. Wow, Dogs get treated better than this.So much for urgent care.

I have been here 3 times over the years for different things and every time I have had amazing customer service and care! The staff is so friendly and the doctors are very responsive and caring.

My first visit was last year and my provider was MD Generillo, Marlyn Gomez she was very nice and friendly. Today my provider was MD Janeen Bates she is nice and friendly as well, I would recommend them to my friends.

Was sent home by a supposed to be Doctor last week. Basically after spending literly 3 minutes with me, she claimed she felt as though I had a upper respiratory infection basically a cold!I told her its more then that but she didnt listen!I then was told to hold on after a couple of questions she asked me, told me to wait.She came back right after most likely googling my symptoms oh and the cherry on the cake was I heard her say print out a upper respiratory form to the girl behind the counter. Such a waste of energy, my time and space.She didnt even give me discharge papers, so unprofessional.Once she entered back into my room handed me the paper and said here you go! okay bye!I was so confused, not a care in the world, didnt even give me any care at home instructions nothing! The worst experience ever, now 8 days later of course still sick in pain and going through fever painful nights.. Ended up waiting for my personal doctor today and she confirmed I am not well, but she took good care of me Thank God Ive suffered all this time because some people just go to work for a pay check... Honestly she could not have been an MD, had to be a PA, such a bad experience, a joke.. I cant!!!!

I just brought my son into this facility to have him checked for hitting his head and giving himself a goose egg on his forehead. The girl at the front turned us away because it was a facial injury... without even checking after i drove 30 min to get there. I went there because I have been a patient there several times but i will never go back. I spoke to the ER and they even said that was absurd.

They were friendly, caring and fast. I was in and out in less than an hour. And that included having to sit after a shot for 15 minutes to make sure no adverse reactions.Would highly recommend to friends.

The staff at Memorial Hermann Urgent Care was top notch. NurseThai made the visit fun and listened to my problem and then the Dr diagnosed it and got me out quickly. I would recommend this location to anyone needing care

I came to see them with severe shoulder pain and told them it felt like my arm was dislocated they did x-rays and said my muscles were just stiff and I need to try to just move it even though it was painful cause they found nothing in my x-rays so they sent me home with pain meds the next day since the pain didnt subside I went to the er and they took x-rays and confirmed my shoulder was dislocated! Why take xrays if you cant even read them ! I could have avoided going home in pain just a waste of money and time if you are having issues just go to a actual ER not this place !

I was told I could NOT walk in with a lab collect .. so I made an appointment on line like I was told to do and waited over 1.5 hours and they said I would have to wait another hour due to walk-ins ahead of me! Slow workers I’ve worked at er clinic before and we would see them fast.. plus it was just a collection!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Memorial Herman sucks!

Mom was in severe pain from gallbladder. They would not allow us to go back there with her. No tests were given to her only recommended to go to a family physician in the morning. No ultrasound or bloodwork. She was septic a week later.

Have never had a long wait here, and even though this last visit involved a fire drill right as I was about to step into the exam room, the delay was minimal and the staff, from receptionist to MA to doc, were all outstanding…

The doctor and nurse really took time to hear my concerns and address them, they even addressed concerns I had about my son being ill who wasnt a patient there.

I was just trying to get a COVID test. They have no information about what is required. I.e. test orders so I got turned away. I can drive thru a cvs but cant go to an urgent care. Just trying to do the right thing.

This is the most inexperienced clinic, no one, absolutely no one has any idea what they are doing, almost 3 hours for a consultation, do not waste your time here, they do not even know what symptoms you have, but that is if they ask you first for your insurance before they get something
