We had such a seamless and positive experience at RMA West Orange. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and compassionate, and the process start to finish was smooth and stress free. Everything was shared via the app which was also super convenient. I would recommend them to anyone considering IVF.

RMA of west orange you will forever hold the most special place in my heart..Dealing with infertility can be so dark at times & the thought of becoming pregnant can seem so out of reach but when I walked into my first appointment with Dr McGuire that all changed.From the moment of meeting Dr McGuire her presence alone immediately made the feeling of darkness disappear.. Dr McGuire has such a light inside of her that radiates & immediately makes you feel like everything is going to be okay. She was so attentive & you can tell she is a Doctor that does this because she truly cares about her patients. She is extremely genuine kind & caring. She immediately made me feel at ease with the entire process not once did I ever feel hesitant about any medical decision made because of how confident & secure she made me feel with my options. Dr McGuire you are an angel on earth you are incredible & I cannot say thank you enough for what you have given myself & my family. You truly are such a blessing to every life you touch. I will forever be grateful for you !As if having an angel of a Doctor wasn’t enough .. I think a requirement of working for Doctor McGuire is you must also have angel qualities. The ENTIRE west orange RMA staff was exemplary.The beautiful front desk ladies thank you for always being so welcoming & warm always greeting everyone with a smile no matter how early & busy it was! You were always so sweet & patient.The nursing staff thank you for always making me laugh & feel comfortable .. especially Ro it’s like she could sense when you were getting tired of the repetitive early daunting probing appointments she never failed to put a smile on my face & always made me feel at ease. You are incredible keep being you.The lab staff forgive me I don’t remember any of your names but I do remember how gentle & kind you always were. Always so professional & quick to get everyone off & on their way especially the early mornings everyone had to be to work. I never had a stick that hurt from any of you.. you ladies were always smiling warm & welcoming. Thank you for making what could be an unpleasant painful experience so easy pleasant & painLESS.Kaitlyn you have the most sweetest kindest presence. You always made me feel super comfortable during ultrasounding which can be such a scary task for women since it’s such an intimate thing. Not once did I ever feel uneasy you have such a way about you to make such a relaxed calming environment. So thank you for making such an intimate task seem so effortless & easy. You are amazing.Last but certainly not least my nurse Nicole. I’m not sure I can even put into words the gratitude I have for you. You are such a guiding light in what could have been a very scary & overwhelming process. You always made me feel beyond comfortable & at ease with every road I had to face. Not once did I ever feel confused or alone you were always so easy to reach & always more than happy to explain things multiple times .. you did it all with such grace & excellence. Your patients are beyond blessed to have you be their guide. Thank you for touching my life I will never forget all that you have done for me & provided me. My husband and I had a great experience at RMA. Dr Maguire did an excellent job as a physician and Josephine Zezza was a fantastic nurse.

We came in November 2023 and less than a year later we’re leaving with a baby! All thanks to Dr. Maguire, and special shoutout to Nurse Abi who was so sweet and patient!

I am going to miss this place. Dr. Maguire was very attentive and honest. She also never gave up on us. I greatly appreciate her hard work and dedication. Although I lost one of the twins, I still have a surviving twin. Thank you RMA for all that you have done for us. My nurse, Abi, was also amazing! Great communication and updates. I highly recommend RMA.

RMA has been nothing short of amazing so far. From my nurse keeping me up to date and informed about all of my bloodwork/procedures to the financial liaison helping with insurance, I have been very impressed. I am hoping for the best once my cycle begins!

For a fertility business it was disheartening & stressful how difficult it was to get someone to actually pick up the phone to schedule a new patient appointment, hence giving it 4 stars.I just decided to walk into the West Orange location to express my frustration and Sonia was an absolute God send. She understood my frustration, immediately apologized & sorted everything out. Even though it’s outside of her responsibilities and she was literally about to go on her break, Sonia got the office on the line, I was able to speak to Marilyn & got my appointment scheduled and Sonia proactively provided me with the new patient forms to fill out to save time on my appointment date. I so appreciated her intervening when she didn’t have to & easing my frustration. She was warm, personable & professional, shared some important information & made my in office experience pleasant & productive. Marilyn was also pleasant to speak to, patient with my questions and knowledgeable. I’m hoping my experience in my upcoming appointment with Dr McGuire continues to be a pleasant one. Will share more once I’ve had a few more visits.

My only regret about this whole process was not going to Dr. Maguire at RMA West Orange sooner. She is an absolute angel and was always very thorough and answered all of our questions in depth. She was always optimistic and positive, even when it was hard for us to be. Im forever greatful for Dr. Maguire and the whole team at RMA West Orange and couldnt recommend them more.

RMA was a wonderful experience! My nurse Rhonda could not have been more sweet, understanding and through. There was not one time that she didnt answer her phone for me. Dr Chu was great and she made me feel safe and understood. I am actually sad to be leaving, I wish I could stay with them for my entire pregnancy. Thank you to the morning monitoring nurses as well! You guys have changed my life!

Dr.Maguire was a pleasure to work with, she was super informative and compassionate and determined. Im glad she was my doctor and got me to where i am now. The nurses and the entire staff are great and so welcoming and always have a smile on their face. They really make the infertility expierence alot better and bareable. Everyone is so responsive with emails and phone calls. Honestly one of the best doctor offices I have ever encountered.

RMA was instrumental in allowing us to start a family and then grow our family 2 years later. From the first meeting to the last appointment, they took care of our every need and addressed every question. They are so organized, insightful and helpful throughout the fertility process. The process can be very emotional and draining and difficult, and they are a steady and constant resource for help and support. We are so blessed and thankful that we had the opportunity to work with them.

I recommend RMA to anyone who’s having fertility issues and wants to expand their family. I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant with my first child at 40 years old. They came highly recommended by 3 different friends of mine who had successful IVF with RMA. Dr. McGuire was excellent and knowledgeable. The staff at RMA are professional and efficient, I barely had to take time off work! They are easy to contact with any questions you have through the message portal. It really couldn’t have gone better, I have nothing bad to say about my experience at all.

My husband and I had been trying to have a baby for 7 years. I went to 2 different gynecologists and they were not helpful. I was recommended RMA and we decided to try it. It was the best decision. After a few months of treatment and various testing, I am now 2 months pregnant. It was our first try and all went well. To God be the glory! We are thankful to God for RMA and all the professional doctors and nurses that are so knowledgable and helpful. We had our last visit this past week and were sad knowing it was our last trip there. We always looked forward to taking those trips to the clinic. We highly recommend them to anyone with infertility issues. We will miss them and be forever grateful. Special thanks to Dr. Maguire and Nurse Alexis of whom worked with me directly most of the process! They are very kind, caring, sweet and informative. You guys are the best. They are very unorganized, and stressful. They didnt know how to properly make use of the ovidril and was set back a month even though I had mentioned if they were sure. Later they verified themselves the oops they made. Of course they didnt pay for that mistake. My nurse is never available when I need to speak to her and loves to speak in circles and vague information. The how when why isnt provided. The Artemis app is a giant piece if garbage. The app freezes, the info posted on it randomly appears and disappears from it. If you take too long to write a message it logs out sometimes and my nurse never uses the app after her work hours so its better to call RMA directly and cross my fingers I get a response faster that way. They asked for medical records to be faxed and lost those papers multiple times. Truth was their fax machine wasnt working so they kept calling me to keep re faxing the info. For some strange reason RMA lacks the ability to call insurance if they want to know the insurance covers certain things when they hold all the information and expect the patient to do it themselves when in NO medical field ever the patient has ever been responsible to call insurance. If you do go to RMA go to the Basking Ridge or Somerset locations. They have a better team and they actually know what they are doing. The West Orange location is complete garbage I tried to transfer to a different location and they didnt let me transfer because I was in treatment already which was a blatant lie. Im pretty sure that signing a bunch of papers is not treatment. They were just to lazy to do the paperwork for transfer.

Nurse Roe is amazing. The best bedside manner, sweet, and explains each step in a way you will understand.

Really grateful to RMA no matter how the journey ends. Dr. Maguire and my nurse Alexis make a very taxing process so much easier. The office staff is always so kind and efficient. Im always super anxious and they have managed to put me at ease.

After 4 miscarriages and a lot of heartbreak I finally decided to start fertility treatments with Dr Maguire at RMA west orange. The staff and doctor were always super friendly and caring. My nurse Josephine was always available to answer questions and made the entire process that much easier. They provide excellent care and really deliver results. I am happy to say i am 23 weeks pregnant with my first ivf baby all thanks to dr Maguire and team ❤️

First time I’ve met dr. Mercy Maguire at the West Orange location I was 40 years old. ( 43 now) She is the first and only doctor we had throughout the 3 years process. Thanks to her diagnosis and treatment plan we are now happy parents to almost 2.5 year old girl and currently 27 weeks pregnant with our second RMA miracle baby.We could not be more happier with the clinic and thankful to the doctor and her team. Dr. Maguire is extremely knowledgeable, professional, upfront, personable and humble. I trusted her 100% from the day we met her. She is confident and answers any questions you may have. She did not promise anything but she sure delivered and we are forever grateful.

RMANJ has been nothing but great to me and my husband. Very friendly, clean and professional. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. Dr Maguire is beyond amazing. Like, everytime I see her i want to give her a big hug. She knows my body, my cycle and the best plan for me. We are on our 2nd ivf cycle. Our 1st we got our beautiful baby girl last year and now preparing for our 2nd transfer this yr! I trust every treatment plan Dr. Maguire recommends for me, she has not let me down and always made me feel important and that my goal of growing my family is just as important to her. She is amazing and has an amazing team! I just cannot express enough how wonderful this already challenging journey has been because of the doctors and staff at RMANJ. I would recommend this place a thousand times to anyone looking to start a family. They go into details about the cost, they work with a pharmacy that offers great discounts on meds and take your used sharps container when your done... I can go on and on about the greatness of this place. Im so satisfied with everything I experienced thus far.

RMAs West Orange location was such a pleasure to experience. The front desk was always welcoming. At 6:00am this can be challenging for anyone. But any morning I had monitoring I was greeted with a pleasant smile and a good morning (through the mask as well). The regular phlebotomist is such a nice man. He always had kind words, was gentle and efficient! The nurses and doctors were so encouraging throughout the entire process. Each visit had a positive vibe even if my personal numbers were not on the mark. I truly appreciate my experience with each and every one who makes up the West Orange team. Dr. Maguire was such a supportive doctor and very clear with the process, options and adjustments. I highly recommend this office and wish anyone entering this journey the best of luck.

I highly recommend using RMA if you are trying to get pregnant and not having success. Dr. Marcy Maguire is absolutely wonderful and I have had one successful pregnancy and currently pregnant from doing one round of IVF both times. The team at RMA is very efficient and answers any questions you have. They assist you with every step from assisting with medical insurance benefits to testing and genetic counseling. A nurse is assigned to your case and if your nurse is not available, another nurse will answer any questions you have and provide you with any information or next steps. I highly recommend using RMA.

Dr. Chu and Nurse Britney were incredibly helpful. The entire staff have always been so gentle and genuinely caring. From the phlebotomist that handled all of our monitoring blood work, to the staff that assisted with the ultrasounds. I somehow managed to conceive naturally after trying since 2017. Unfortunately, my pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. Had nothing to do with the care I received. In fact, they did everything they could to help. And made sure to break the news to me carefully and respected my decision to not act right away and gave me time to accept what occurred. Im looking forward to returning soon to begin our first round of IUI. I completely trust them and love how caring their entire team is. Would 100 percent recommend them for anyone in need of a great fertility specialist.

Dr Chu and my nurse Josephine were amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Any questions or worry I had was always answered and reassured. Dr Chu is incredibly smart and tailored my protocols personally to me. Anyone who is struggling I highly recommend them. If I do need them in the future I hope my team is still available!

Dr Chu and Rachel have been excellent. Rachel is always so thoughtful over the phone and answers all my questions, she responds very promptly to emails and phone messages. Dr Chu has a great bedside manner, and I have had nothing but a good experience through this crazy and very difficult journey. The office staff is wonderful, and the phlebotomists are super stars.

Dr.Chu is the most to the point, positive, intelligent, and let’s do this type of Physician. She was exactly what I needed. The whole process was great. Towards the end phlebotomy started to become unimpressive. Not sure what happened there but it’s okay. The nurses were attentive and answered very quick which was important to me. If your thinking about this place I say go for it.

RMANJ just wants your money. They are not compassionate to what your trying to accomplish. They are only compassionate about the money they will receive . I went to another fertility place and the information that I received made me realize that RMA did not do their job accurately. They left out tons of information that was helpful for my process. They are too money hungry and too pricey to not give adequate service. It was even a hassle trying to get my medical records. It took me about 3-4 months just to get medical records to give to the new facility... long story short if your passion is to start a new family and open a new chapter in your life DO NOT GO TO RMANJ BECAUSE THEY WILL THOROUGHLY WASTE YOUR TIME, RUIN YOUR EXPERIENCE, WASTE YOUR MONEY, AND HAVE YOU THINKING SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR BODY...when the only issue they are not doing their job at 100%

I cannot say enough wonderful things about RMA west orange - particularly Dr. Maguire and her staff. They are caring and approachable yet professional and knowledgeable. The statistics are unmatched anywhere in the area, with an award winning lab (on site at the main hub, the basking ridge location) and research-backed interventions. They have staff dedicated to working with you to understand the financial end of treatment, as well as online learning to help you understand the complicated world that is infertility and infertility treatments. I wasn’t just a number, but a patient with a unique case that was handled with humility and care. Monitoring hours at West Orange are 6a-7:30a M-F, so bloodwork and ultrasound outside of these times must take place at the Basking Ridge location. Keep in mind, that because of a research backing, RMA will only do frozen embryo transfers.

I thank the entire RMA team and especially Dr. Mcguire for helping us achieve our dream, our baby. At the moment my baby is 5 months old.

Everyone was professional and timely. If you had any questions or concerns there was always someone available 24/7 and your nurse and doctor would follow up after to ensure everything was okay

The absolute worst, I’m compelled to leave a review as I’m sure there are more serious patients abound. I’ve only done simple testing requested by my gyn and the red tape, disorganization, back and forth over the simplest form is profoundly concerning. I can’t imagine people are getting any other services here when forms are an issue. I totally believe the review here that mirrors my one star recognition! Note for management, please do not try and save face by requesting I contact you directly after reading my review, I’ve tried that route already, to no avail.

Came here for a 8:30 appointment. Ended waiting a hour or more to be seen. They were not busy at all. Staff doing way too much talking about nothing. Whats the point of making appointments if they dont follow the schedule! I had to complain to get service. Definitely not coming to this location anymore!

I will sue RMA for medical negligence and malpractice, I have to do it and for making me spend money for two years without having fertility problems, for not giving me the required care...

Terrible bedside manner. I didn’t know I had fertility issues, and would have liked some compassion as they let me know. But the way it was told to me and laid out, they truly ruined me and made me feel helpless and hopeless. Shame on you!
