HANDS DOWN the best !!!!! Ones of the most professional places I’ve ever been .. Everyone is so kind , caring , and compassionate. They make you feel very comfortable and feel at home . I have absolutely no complains about anything here After my appointment I was contacted to see how I was doing

Extremely disappointed as an appointment had been booked after days and days of trying to get through on the phone; then several days later rescheduled (due to no doctors available at the scheduled time) to a week after the original appointment. A few days later, another call and a blatant cancelation with another no doctor will be available for that time and we are not booking appointments anymore. Disbelief and anger is an understatement. What is going on??? Its slim pickings as is considering everyone is coming from out of state, so people from Wichita are being forced to go out of state themselves, if theyre even able to do so!

Considering the reason I was there, it was a non-judgmental professional clinic. The staff were helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I had driven 6 hours to get to this clinic and the process was smooth. That says something. Fortunately, it turned out I needed a less invasive method, and a refund was issued straight away. I was so impressed with this clinic that I donated the refund. Fortunate to have found this welcoming safe place during my time of indescribable self conflict. Thank you Trust Women!

This clinic is awesome. During my procedure the nurses were very comforting and made me feel very well supported overall. It took less time than expected, which was appreciated. The facility was very cozy, they had snacks laid out for the ladies, as well as comfortable couches in the waiting area. My experience was a 10/10 here.

Some of the nicest nurses I’ve ever meant. The most safe, and empowering place ever. They genuinely care about you. Wish all facilities can be this warming and welcoming. Can feel the great energy as soon as you walk through the doors.

Super friendly. Super comfortable. Thank you Keisha for taking care of me, talking me through everything. Heather is my girl. Lol she is super informative. And so friendly. She made the whole recovery process smooth and easy. And a special thanks to The Dr. she was gentle.

I was literally touched by an Angel it seemed through several people here.I had the pleasure of dealing with Stormy,Ciara, & Barb the on call nurse.This was a terrifying experience.I felt highly embarrassed, also alone & for me as a single woman who has made many mistakes the anxiety of it was crippling.I can’t explain how each of these women soothed me and cared in my time of need. I am forever humbled and will be even more careful the way I treat people. Love lifted me through the pain as,Barb talked me through on the phone for over a hour and followed up the next day going above and beyond her job to care for another woman in need.Many blessings to all of you and the whole kind facility as words can’t express my gratitude.

I love them they was so sweet and so patient I drove 4 hours from Dallas Texas I highly recommend them … won’t be disappointed

Had an appointment set and they canceled it less than 48 hours before the appointment and offered to reschedule for a later date then they canceled that too and now we have to book elsewhere due to them not accepting appointments anymore

I’m still here at my appointment and I love these people already. They are so kind here and so considerate of our situations. The waiting area is small and a tad bit tight but It feels very comfortable. It’s cozy and it doesn’t give you a super medical vibe at all… they have snacks and tea and hot chocolate packs for us. I think all the girls feel as comfortable as they can be considering the circumstances. There’s a lady that keeps coming out and asking us if it’s too hot or cold or if any of us need need blankets. And they seem to be moving down the list as fast as possible to try to get us out. They’re pretty great here. I’ve been to the one in Dallas and it’s not nearly as comfortable.

Such a good experience even with a sensitive situation. All staff seemed so inclusive, kind, and gentle with everyone there. The building is very secure & protected from protesters also. Give them grace with answering the phones, they’re incredibly busy with such high demand. I believe they’re 1 of 2 places in Wichita providing this service. I had to call quite a few times to get through but I was so thankful when I did.

Whoever said they were in and out of this place in 2 hours is a liar! Driving 5 hours to wait 6 hours for the procedure is garbage!!! Then they just got us sitting in the damn car that whole time gtfoh

They provide great hospitality and they were all so kind and caring, the reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is because of the wait time. My appointment was at 11:15am and they didn’t even call me back until 1pm and all they did was check my iron before sending me back to the waiting room for about another hour then I got an ultrasound and another hour and got my consultation and another 3 hours or so until the actual procedure . I didn’t get the actual procedure done until 6:40pm ish and then I had another several hours on the road because I was out of state which sucked. They provide snacks and they have fidget toys and coloring books couches blankets heating pads but the waiting room was just packed I had no personal space from strangers at all. Other than that the overall experience was great

Jessica At the front desk is absolutely amazing and sweet she went above and beyond to help me! I walked in with tears in my eyes and immediately after talking to her I felt 10 times better. Katalina the medical assistant Is such a beautiful person inside and out she also went above and beyond to help me. They make you feel safe and Comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. I would recommend this place to anyone! Best place Ive ever been to with such caring people!

Dr. Tien, Ciara & Victoria are absolutely amazing workers! They make you feel so welcome and comfortable, I highly recommend any woman to come here. The staff is amazing & you will have a great experience. Keep it up ladies .

Trust Women clinic is incredible. Very easy to schedule appointments and very helpful in answering all your questions. They’ve helped my friends and I through some of the toughest times in life and I’ll be forever grateful for the way they treat patients. The staff really makes your appointments genuine and they’re all so caring. Recommend to everyone needing women’s services!

I would NEVER send anyone here! Went here for 6 years and within the past few months has gone down hill. They no longer show that comfort and support to make you feel comfortable. I had gone for an appointment and the lady I had I never had before and she made me feel completely UNCOMFORTABLE. When I told her I felt uncomfortable she was extremely rude to me. Her name was Ashley. When I refused to have her do anything to me she got even more rude and told me good luck while laughing. To have someone working in that field treat me like that was devastating. I was told I could reschedule with another person, but I told them I dont feel comfortable with the way I was treated and would be best if I switched clinics. Two weeks later I received a bill for that visit even though I wasnt treated. I had to call my insurance and they told me that the clinic never even sent a claim and it was also covered if they would have. Thats a little suspicious on the clinics part so be careful!!! Definitely NOT organized. BRING YOUR OLD CREW BACK BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT PATIENTS!!!!UPDATE 6/6/2022After all that time and 10 months later the manager at this facility named Debra would not help me to figure out the problem. After weeks of going back and forth with her (keep in mind the staff kept telling me to call back in 30 min., an hour, or shes still in a meeting) and the facilities billing company they just kept saying they were waiting to hear back from my insurance. I called my insurance, which is state insurance, and they told me that the facility was NEVER supposed to send a bill and should have never contacted me or had me go through any of that for that period of time. I was told by my insurance that they will be starting an investigation because 1. They didnt send anything to my insurance. 2. They did not have permission to contact me. 3. The facility put in a false code when sending me the bill (which was a charge of almost $1100.00) making it the facilities error and puts them at fault.***BE CAREFUL GOING TO THIS FACILITY!!!*****

I had my procedure done here a month ago and I just want to say thank you!! All the ladies here were so helpful and caring. I drove from out of state arrived at 10 am and was done by noon. I would 100% recommend this clinic.

The dorman was very polite. Theres plenty of parking, and an 8-ft tall privacy fence around the whole building. Also, they have snacks! And free Wi-Fi, big fan

I cant even begin to describe how friendly and supportive the staff at Trust Women was during my visit today. I had extreme anxiety going in & the heavy atmosphere in the building didnt help... however by the time I left I felt light, supported, loved and relieved. The facility was clean and tidy. Total time spend there: 4 1/2 hours.

This place is absolutely AMAZING. The staff was so kind and supportive throughout the entire process. The nurses held my hand, assured me I was doing great, helped me breathe, and even talked to me to distract me lol! Super caring and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. My abortion was tough, but they made the entire experience a hell of a lot better! 100% recommend.

As my first time going through a hard time and making the choice to go to trust women, I would like to say THANK YOU!!! The staff was very professional, understanding and super helpful with any questions I had!!! I was in and out within a few hours of being there & I left knowing I made the right choice! ❤️ Thank you trust women for helping us women making a choice that others may not understand!!!!

They were amazingly nice. The doctor talked to me about everything there was to know about my hrt, she made sure i knew how to inject myself. She really knows what shes doing, they all do. The staff was very respectful of my pronouns and name. I loved my trip, cant wait for my checkup!

They where friendly, nice, accommodatin, resourceful, simple, and fast to schedule me. They helped me apply for funding and my appointment is now at no cost. All I have to do is just get myself there in time. Thank you for all the help. This was the most simple process. With anyone else they had beat around the bush with me and ended up being dead ends.

The staff was very professional. They made me feel incredibly comfortable when I was at a point where I felt like I was having a panic attack. Kathryn Thiessen was a great person to talk to about my transition for MTF and Ive felt incredibly happy ever since then. I would recommend this place to anyone who is trans and considering hormones.

I could not have had a better experience at this clinic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and felt comfortable. I saw a previous review stating that someone by the name of Ashley was rude, but that’s exactly who helped me and I wouldn’t have rather had anyone else help me through such a difficult time in my life. I’m so thankful for the services this clinic provides.

They were very kind and accommodating I would recommend being ready with a blanket and charger bc it takes a while and they have nice snacks which really helped

You want somewhere that is friendly as all heck, courteous, and fun? Trust Womens clinic in Wichita is simply amazing! My husband and I have been coming here for his HRT since October 2019, and we couldnt be any happier. The people here take super good care of you, and theyre lighthearted and friendly. Also the security man at the door is SO funny! 100% welcoming.👍

Every single employee treated me with the absolute best care. They made sure to explain everything in extreme detail & provide any and everything you might need during your experience. I was weary at first about coming to this clinic because I’ve only heard of planned parenthood. HOWEVER, this is the absolute best clinic I have ever been to & by far had the most pleasurable/comfortable experience with. Highly recommend & support this clinic. Women supporting women, the best.

This place was absolutely amazing. They had no opening available until Jan 5 but went the extra mile to get me in the next day. The staff was extremely friendly and gentle. The staff made every effort to make sure i was comfortable at all time. The waiting room felt like my own living room. Very comfortable couches. Waiting for the actual procedure wasn’t bad. The staff definitely had a sense of urgency. Doctor was very knowledgeable and straight forward and to the point. The actual procedure was less than 5 mins. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great staff always friendly, they made transitioning so much easier. Theyre knowledgeable and nonjudgemental, walking in the first time I wasnt sure what to expect I started my journey in Kansas City Missouri. I was surprised at how easy going and understanding the staff was. Would recommend any man thats starting their transition to go here doctors and staff are amazing.

I had a great experience here. I called the Oklahoma clinic first and they put me on hold for like forever so I eventually had to hang up on them. I was hesitant to call the Wichita clinic because I’d assume they were going to behave the same but when the receptionist answered the phone my mind changed. The receptionist was really nice. She answered all of my questions and tried to make light of the information that she was telling me (which I really needed at the time because this was a very difficult decision for me). She told me everything I needed to know which included the procedure, how to find the place, the protestors outside, how to react to them, insurance, the wait time, and so on. On the day of my appointment, all of the women including the security guard (who is a male by the way) was very kind. I was so nervous, I couldn’t stop shaking. They offered me snacks and water and was always very warm and kind. The atmosphere here really made me feel comfortable and not at all judged for my decision. My brief experience with the Oklahoma clinic was not great but I can say that my experience here at the witchita clinic was good. I just want to thank all of the women and men who works/volunteers here. It really meant a lot to me to be in an environment in which I’m not judged for my decision.

Was very nervous and scared but the staff snd nurses and doctors were very pleasant to work with. Someone was holding my hand the whole time if I ever got nervous. And the whole procedure wasn’t near what I excepted it was totally painless and very very fast I was out in less that five minutes. I definitely would recommend this place.

Ive been going here for about two years (transgender ftm) and they always have the friendliest staff Ive ever met. Theyre super professional and respectful as well as willing to help if you need it. I honestly usually am terrified of doctors of any kind but I trust this place this most and appreciate them greatly.

Ive been coming here for a few years. Im a trans woman and their transgender services are on point. The staff is lovely and always very kind. They always make a point to ask about preferred names and pronounces. Kathryn Thiessen recently joined the team and shes a fantastic medical provider, great personality and very knowledgeable. I always recommend Trust Women to both cis and trans friends. Its a great place.

There was a lot of waiting around, but its there for a reason: to help get the initial medication into your body. Bring your phone & charger, small snacks, and some magazines to keep you busy. Stay hydrated! Other than that, everything went quickly. The staff was SUPER helpful and caring. It was a better atmosphere and experience I could have ever hoped for. Thanks for taking care of me.

An absolutely amazing experience. I went into the appt. Very nervous, but the staff was so friendly and respectful I felt instantly at home. They did a splendid job!

First time coming here, the employees were very helpful and sweet to me. The whole experience was great. I don’t ever want to do this again but if I have to I would definitely come back here. Fantastic people and very very helpful with all my questions. No judgment was made here and I’m thankful for that. At least every employee made me smile in some way.

This is an excellent, and I mean excellent, facility for womens healthcare. The doctors are professional and extremely helpful. They made time for me at the end of a day, which is generally impossible for a busy clinic. They made my experiences with birth control so positive and uplifting. Every aspect of this company is what I look for in health and reproductive care. Thank you to all of the people involved in making this place exactly what women around the world need. I will always refer my friends, acquaintances, family and even strangers to this clinic.If you are seeking a clinic with welcoming arms and educated employees, this is where you should go. The secretaries are also very open to helping over the phone and aiding in certain decisions to be made before a visit.If I could rate it 10 stars, I certainly would.

This office is wonderful. The staff is very kind and shows concern for you with out judgement no matter what your there for. I would definatly recommend to others! The only down fall was the protesters that practically jumped in front of my car begging me to stop and talk. I guess if they want to risk their lives thats on them but I just smiled and waved. The office and staff made it all worth it.

Came here a year ago and the staff was amazing, after everything was done the doctor told my bf ‘you better take her out to dinner after that’ and we explained we had spent the little bit of money we had saved on the appt. and that we honestly couldn’t even afford my prescriptions that day, she took money out of her own wallet (literally like 60$) and told us the go somewhere nice and to fill my prescriptions as soon as possible. 10/10 would recommend, everything was explained thoroughly, the staff literally had me close to tears with how kind and generous they were. If you’re picking between here and somewhere else, this is definitely a go to. But the protesters are rather irritating, you would think they’d look into stuff before just posting hate messages on signs to guilt trip you into leaving because of their religion. Being religious is great, but don’t push your religion onto people that dont sit there and bash yours, learn to be respectful and to keep your nose out of STRANGERS business.

I live in Oklahoma and had to travel to kansas for my appointment...And all i can say is that those women there are AMAZING! A big shout out to Melissa!!! When it came time to do the surgery she stood by my side holding my hand!!! I could feel how much she cared just by being there next to me!! No judgment! Just a bunch women supporting each other!! Thank yall so much for taking care of me!

I’m glad I went here it was 120 for trans consultation and I dunno how much my blood test would have been because they never found my vein. But they were really nice and the questions weren’t too too invasive, I’m excited to go back again!Lol but get your blood test done cheap at quest Diagnostics, 56 bucks.

I drove here today from out of state and my appointment was at 8:30& I was done with the whole procedure by 11:30. All of the woman were so nice and comforting I will recommended this place to anyone if ever needed

What a wonderful facility! Everyone is exceptionally kind and goes out of their way to make sure youre comfortable. My doctor also went out of her way to make sure that my birth control methods were working for me, which has never, ever happened to me before. Ive had four different gynecologists in my life, and each one has brushed off my concerns. Not the doctors at Southwind! These people are a blessing, and I will thank God every day they remain here. Please, give them a try!

If you are looking to feel safe, secure, empowered and respected this is the place to go!! I can not even describe my incredible experience at Trust in Women. Upon arrival uncle security guard provides a masculine touch to this feminine based facility where women are #1!! He helps to usher you into the parking lot blocking out the closed minded disrespectful protestors outside. Please don’t allow those savages to scare you!!! They have no idea what it is like to be an incredible women with options!!! When you arrive into the office the women will help you to fill out your paperwork effectively and smoothly. The whole experience is smooth and flowwwyyy!!! An enjoyable experience!! Once you have all your Information given to the office ladies they will ask you for payment. This is a sliding scale!! Pay what you can! Can you believe that Kansas has such an amazing option for women!! It makes me proud to be from Kansas and to have these incredible options. They will quickly Move you into the medical side of the building where the staff is respectful, kind, compassionate and willing to hold you in the best care!! What a blessing to have such a great option!! You will be held in a beautiful space where women are the best! Because we deserve this kind of treatment!

Everyone is wonderful here, I felt comfortable and secure. Nurse Dee was so helpful she would always check up on me and ask if I needed anything. If ur looking for an clinic this place is the place to go awesome job everyone!!!

I am rating my visit as a trans person who was seeking HRT. I got my prescription the same day that I went. The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable.For any trans person who may be wondering, this informed consent clinic /is the real deal/. you walk in, get your prescription (and possibly blood tests) and you leave. I know some places will masquerade as informed consent but will reject trans patients for very small reasons. This is NOT one of those places.The staff is courteous. One small issue I have is that the first time I went, when a nurse was calling my name, she shouted my birthname before awkwardly apologizing and using my new name. It was really embarrassing to have my birthname shouted in front of all of the other patients and essentially be outed. not gonna lie lol. I respectfully suggest that the staff double-check for preferred names before calling a patient.The next time was less busy and I didnt have that problem. Id like to stress that my stay, however, was overall very positive. I didnt have to twist anyones arm to get my prescription and I didnt have to pay for a letter recommending a changed birth marker + name change- she (the doctor) just gave it to me for free. Im soooo glad there is an informed consent clinic here in Kansas. My stay at the Transgender Institute in KC was not like this at all (but thats another, less-positive review entirely). overall, 10/10 would recommend

They cant tell you a wait time. All they can tell you is you have until 9am to 5pm to wait till they call you. My appointment was for 10:30 and its now 12:11 and Im not getting any notice of my name being called. Everyone else that came after me is going before me. The people here are nice and respectful but I dont like not being aware of the wait time.

I never rated Trust Women Wichita, or really shown my gratitude towards the staff for the experience i had there back in 2017-18 but I can say that they deserve far more than 5 stars, and personally express my appreciation to Hazel for the endless amounts of support she gave me and being the light i needed.

Friendly, courteous, professional and compassionate staff. Trust Women is not only for womens reproductive health. They also are the BEST alternative for HIV/AIDS testing and counseling, and transgender counselling and assistance. Safe, secure, and welcoming. They make sure your choices are honored and respected.

Wonderful and friendly place. Took wonderful care of me! Doctors were so nice and explained and listened to everything. All the nurses were amazing. 10/10

This clinic is personable and they truly listen and care about your concerns. I hate that this is looked at simply as an abortion clinic, because Ive recently made it my standard clinic for womens health, and Im way more satisfied than the years Ive spent with a well-known local OBGYN office. When Im at Trust Women, I know all my concerns are taken seriously, and they go out of their way to make sure Im well informed and given the best medical care possible. Thank you Trust Women, for all that you do for so many in our community.

I felt very uncomfortable with this clinic’s approach. I called to find out the process, and they schedule an ultrasound (mandatory) AND the abortion for the same appointment! What if you need extra time to think after seeing the ultrasound? In my opinion, it feels like pressure to have the abortion because you’re already there. Maybe this is for “convenience”, but when I found out they charge $650 for up to 12 weeks, then $100s more after that (up to over a $1000!!) it really makes me think that they don’t want to risk you not coming back. There’s a medical clinic behind TW called Choices. I talked to them. They’re super nice and do free ultrasounds. To me it makes more sense to get an ultrasound outside of the abortion clinic first, where there isn’t a conflict of interest.Let Them Live on IG will get you housing, diapers, free support, anything you need - all for free. It’s a gem of a resource.

I went in to Trust Women for a second opinion on an abnormal malformation found in my uterus at Wesleys ER, thinking I would leave with some answers or at least a well womens exam that I scheduled for. I paid $70 to be told that the doctor practices family medicine and could not help me. I do not recommend trust women for anyone looking for comprehensive womens health care. Pay the extra money to see a professional, not some quack at a clinic that wont even do an exam, WHICH IS WHAT I SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT FOR.

I have came to this facility for 2 years now and I’m glad I found them, they are great starting with the guard and finishing with my doctor. Top service always. I’m very glad I found a great facility to help me with what I need.

Staff is super friendly and make sure that the patients needs are met. The clinic has a calm and cooling setting to put patients at ease.

Quality of service has really went down the drain. The last 2 times when Ive made appointments for my birth control 3 months in advance, only to br told when i get there im not on the schedule. My insurance has been on file for a year or so now all of a sudden they have to have my card because of legality. Mind you i was tbere yesterday and she just pulled up my insurance.

Paid $120 dollars for the physician to not even touch me. I suspected fibroids and physician didnt want to do an ultrasound to even confirm if I have them and how many i had and also how bog they are. I didn’t pay $120 to be prescribed medication, I could have done that online. Stated she wanted run some lab and never did that.

Will not even answer the phone so that I can ask for information or make an appointment. Ive called several times and they have ignored me or hung up on me every time. Dont think I would trust them at this point even if they did finally answer.

I paid $100 to see Kathryn Thiessen, APRN. It was a waist of money. She said she was going to get my medicine ordered, but that hasnt happened. Two days letter, and my pharmacy hasnt heard a thing. Total Waist of money.

Its not JUST an abortion clinic. They arw a legitimate MEDICAl clinic. These people are so awesome. For $75 I was able to start hormone replacement therapy.
