AVOID THE LORTON LOCATION and DR. WELTMAN!!!! My first appointment was at 1:20 and I arrived for my appointment at 12:45. When I arrived they were apparently on lunch because there was a sign that mentioned that. However, no one sitting at the front desk acknowledged me or spoke to me. They were very unwelcoming and acted as if I wasn’t even there. So I sat down in the waiting area. I waited until about 1:05 to see if I could be checked in. The receptionist rudely said we’re still on lunch. Then at approximately 1:08 I was finally called to front desk to be checked in. When I got called to the back the medical assistant asked for my family history because it wasn’t in the system. But I had already completed the medical family history paperwork so I shouldn’t have to repeat it again. Then the doctor comes in and explained that I need to get an ultrasound done and that she would reach out to me as soon as the results were in. Then I got ready to leave so I went to the front desk to check out. I said I need to check out and the same rude lady threw her hands in the air like what do I want. Then I told her I need to check out and she said do you need something and I said yes the doctor is supposed to do an order for an ultrasound. She then said we don’t have anything. Then said it’s not ready yet. The results came in on a Sunday, I called and sent a message on Monday and triage said that I would be contacted as soon as the doctor reviews the results. I received no call. I called back and sent a message on Tuesday and triage said she hasn’t received the results. Then I reached out again on Wednesday and sent a message and triage said that she was still reviewing the results and the doctor would reach out as soon as she’s done. Also, that day I received a message from the doctor that said your Pap smear is negative, see you next year. But what happened to my ultrasound results. Why would you send a message saying see you next year when you haven’t even discussed my ultrasound results. Then I noticed a few hours later that a referral was on file. I was lost because I never even received any feedback on my ultrasound results. I called the office and triage said it’s a referral to an oncologist because it’s a unique situation. That was it, no other explanation was given and the doctor STILL has NOT called back. I was emotional on the phone call with triage because I didn’t understand how she came to conclusion that an oncologist appointment was needed. The triage person said Dr. Weltman will call me back. And she STILL DID NOT call back. This doctor lacks empathy and will avoid calling you to discuss your results. Triage mentioned I can make an appointment to discuss them. Why would I pay another $323 just for my results to be discussed when the doctor said she would contact me about my results. Please avoid this place unless you want to be treated like a number instead of a human being. I contacted an oncologist and they said I don’t qualify based on my ultrasound results so I still don’t understand why I was referred to one.

I have been a patient of Dr. Weltman for years, and she is THE BEST. When she enters the room, you can feel her kind and genuine spirit. I feel safe with her.She’s also very responsive, always available for a phone call or online messaging. She is an exceptional doctor. Great care, priceless advice and devoted. I’m so privileged to have her as my doctor.

Dr Weltman is literally the best doctor I have ever had! She is the standard that all physicians should aspire to!!! She is intelligent, professional , caring and invested in each patient. She actually listens to your concerns and works WITH you on your healthcare plan as opposed to just telling you what she is going to do. There is no pretense or arrogance in Dr Weltman. She is just a genuinely good human being. She is comfortable in her own skin which translates Into making her patients relaxed and comfortable. I wish she could be my doctor for everything!!! I can’t recommend her highly enough. Ive sent many friends to her over the years and they ALL love her too. I could go on but suffice it to say...Dr Weltman is the best in Northern Virginia!!!

Phenomenal! Best doctor, was a blessing to have her as my wifes doctor when she was pregnant with our twin boys. The date of this posting is our last day seeing her, because sadly she works for a company (About Women) that does not care about their patients or circumstances surrounding them.If Dr. Weltman was to get her own practice, I would sign my wife up for her practice immediately!

Dr. Weltman delivered my baby in 2017 and she is the best! I couldn’t have asked for any better doctor. So caring and professional. She is patient and understanding!

I am new to the area and I was referred to Dr. Waldman . I went to Dr.Weltman last year and she performed an unnecessary DNC on me telling me afterwards that I didn’t really need it. ????? I was very upset that she did not look at the report before she performed the surgery. I’m not sure why but I went back again for my annual this year because my hormones are so out of whack and she was just so nonchalant about everything and didn’t even talk about my bloodwork from before. Let’s just say I’m going to be looking for a OB/GYN.

Patient care is really poor.
