My first visit at Truhealth was great. The staff was helpful and efficient. Luis was the nurse who took my vitals and information and he was extremely helpful and welcoming. He explained to me how the process would go with my medical attention which was very helpful. Dr Grover gave me an abundance of helpful medical advice regarding some of my concerns along with the proper steps to take. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I saw Dr. Thompson in the Woodbridge office. She is the kindest doctor Ive ever met. I went in for a sensitive reason and she was so caring and I can tell she truly cares about her patients.The medical assistant was nice as well and did great on the blood draw.Absolutely would recommend this place.

Doctor practically ran out of the room! Refused to explain anything and when I asked her what she was diagnosing me with she said medical jargon and when asked to clarify said its exactly what it sounds like! Im sorry I dont have a medical degree which is why I asked you to explain. I felt completely disregarded and belittled. She refused to even go over the treatment plan with me and instead just had someone else bring in a handful of prescriptions. I have never met a provider with a worse bedside manner and they werent even busy! The office was empty so why cant the provider take 2 minutes to explain what she is diagnosing me with and what I need to do to get better. I am now forced to go get a second opinion because I honestly dont think she was even in the room long enough to make an educated guess as to what is wrong with me. I dont think she even took the time to tell me her name. People already come into an urgent care to get help when theyre not feeling well, and it makes it even worse when you are met with apathy and disdain. This will lead to poor health outcomes and medical malpractice. Tru says they put the human back in healthcare but I have never felt more like a number and less like a person.

I had a great experience at Tru Primary & Urgent Care! Everyone was kind and attentive. I felt comfortable immediately. Dr Wali went above & beyond with his care. Thank you to all the staff, I will definitely be back and Ill let everyone I know how awesome you all are!

Dr Thompson and Dr Grover are both wonderful. They both listened and knew what I needed. They were very pleasant. It took me years to find the doctors I can trust and I am so grateful to have found them both.

I went in for an emergency visit Maria was my nurse and she was great. She took me in right away and was very thorough. She definitely made my visit really easy for me with her kindness. I really appreciate her hard work and dedication to her work.

Luis was really friendly, very helpful, and he promptly greeted me and took my vitals to make the visit much faster. Clean facilities. Dr. Grover asked so many questions, really trying to get to the root of the problem. I look forward to seeing her again.

This facility is great, and the staff truly care about the patients. As someone who is a bit nervous about medical care, I went in not knowing what to expect. Luis was the first staff member I encountered and he truly put me at ease by truly listening to me and engaging with me.While I hope to not need urgent care anytime soon, I feel comforted by knowing I have a clinic nearby where I feel heard, helped, and safe. Beat customer service!! Zubi and Sophia were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had all the information I needed.The nurse was very kid friendly and instantly made my littles feel safe.I will be back!

Luis was very helpful over the phone to get me a same day appointment. He was also kind enough to assist the provider with performing tests. Big and clean space, I’d recommend!

I saw Noor Wali NP at TruHealthNow in Woodbridge. He told me he believed my pain was all “in my mind.” In both visits, I felt like he did not listen to or believe me, and this conversation confirmed my impression of sexism. You cannot help diagnose or manage a patient’s pain if your biases prevent you from believing their pain.

My visit was very pleasant, although they didn’t provide the service I needed when I walked-in, they did assist in finding places that were able to help!

Dr. Neha Grover and her MA, Louis, were amazing! I went in for a physical and blood work. Facility is clean and very inviting. Staff are all friendly. For someone who is scared of needles, I did not feel a thing! Thank you Dr. Grover, Louis, and team! 🙂

One of the nicest office. They are so helpful. You go right on line and make appointment . That day & what time works for you. Brand new building. Just built. They were across the street..It’s right across the street from 7-11 on US-1. They get you right in..

Love the quick response and professionalism I received. Lisandra and Zubi were super helpful with getting my insurance issues solved and treating me kindly. Zubi got my vitals in a quick efficient way to get me ready for my NP. NP Susanna Able is awesome. She listened to my numerous concerns as Im new to the area and provided me with all the referrals I needed to get established here. She was thorough and additionally provided helpful written information to help me. Very happy with my decision to use TruHealthNow as my PCM.

I am changing my review to 5 stars strictly because of NP Tishambay Thompson.After several visits, I have found her to be one of the most caring, down to earth, easy to talk to practitioners Ive ever dealt with.She has listened, handled refills, and treated me with respect. I realize no one knows it all, but she has been proven to provide better care than the specialist I was seeing.Frankly, for the first time in a long time, I feel like I am being viewed as a person, and thats critical. Out of numerous other providers I have seen, I feel she is the first one to have truly listened to me and worked to help with my health issues. I cant stress that enough.Facility owners (not just this one) should take heed and do what they need in order to make sure quality caring providers like NP Thompson remain for years to come. Its people like her that will keep the provider employed by the patient!My previous review of this facility has been removed/edited to reflect is current standing. I see no reason to mention any past experience at this point since all of the providers have since changed over the years.Yes, this is real unbiased review. Its not hard to find me on Google if you have a question.

Our first visit to the facility was great! Office is neat and clean; and the staff was very professional with quick service. (For referenced we visited Sunday at 8am.) Thank you Lisandra, Tasfia, and NP Noor! Yall took great care of my son.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. The staff never know anything and pass you to someone else. Keep you on hold forever or hang up on you. Never post your results onto the online portal but state you have to come in again. Dont get me started on waiting forever in the room 30 mins past my appointment. Still waiting on them two weeks now to do prior authorization for a medication the doctor prescribed and my insurance needs from them.

I very rarely leave reviews, however, this is one business that is most deserving of one .Andrea was very personable and professional. She explains everything clearly, and gives you options, as well as educated explanations of each. You can tell she really cares for the patients and how they are feeling during the visit .Right from the moment I walked into the clinic, everyone that I interacted with was amazing.

I really appreciate this clinic for the comfortability that their staff, specifically Osiris can provide. She was very patient and understanding with any of my concerns and was able to guide me with steps and information needed. The assistant Luis makes you feel welcomed and concerned about whatever the issue you came in for as well as Tishambar, Thompson, NP. She listens to the patients and treats accordingly very nice lady I’d recommend anyone to come here!

I took my son to this facility due to a school injury. We was sent to get X-rays, which we did. The NP that saw us never called me back to provide the results of the X-ray. I even called to speak to the NP to get the result and never received a call back. That’s poor customer service.

My experience was great. Summer did a great job with checking on me and making me feel welcomed. She keeps up with you very nice and caring. Treats her patients with kindness always walk out with a smile on my face.

I recently visited this medical clinic for an immigration physical, and I had a fantastic experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time, which made my visit even more convenient. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I appreciated how they took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and confident in the care I received. I came in here for a drug test today, and the woman behind the counter was rude and slow. The only sentence she was capable of forming in response to my questions was, I dont know. A drug should test should really only take 5 to 10 minutes of my time, not 30 to 40.

The staff was friendly but the team that worked on my testing was very negligent. They took an empty container to Labcorp so Labcorp couldnt complete the analysis. They gave me a very alarming message, making my blood pressure go so high for fear of the unknown. I went in to take the test again and they still failed to present the specimen to Labcorp. They called last week that I have to come in again for the test for the third time! How negligent can you be?! This test is not a very pleasant one and it is unbelievable that the same mistake has been committed again! Please do not go to this place!

I cant speak highly enough of Medical Access and Dr. Noor. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. Andrea and Maribel were friendly and efficient, and Dr. Noor was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns.

I visited this office when I needed a medical issue addressed immediately. I was greeted warmly and the staff all has professionalism and concern for my health. There was a gentleman named Amit who helped me with a billing issue and he was extremely understanding. I will make this my primary dr from now on.

This is a great facility but need to have the right person for the job! When we visited This clinic (12/23/2021 at 6:10pm, a young lady who was receiving patients were super rude and disrespectful. No one would love to go to a clinic or medical center unless they have to! I am giving 5 star only because of a great person called Osiris Garcia, Who took the time to talk to us a helped us! I would strongly recommend that the management team appoint the right person in the front desk.

I went to Medical Access to get a COVID tested and my vaccine. Osiris tested me, and she was very gentle with the swab. She was also gentle with giving me my vaccine. I barely felt it! I will be returning, hopefully she is there when I go!

Lot of inconvenience. They were holding onto my lab report for almost 2 weeks and wouldn’t release them until I agree to schedule a follow up. Simply milking the customers for money.

I take my wife to went urgent care at Woodbridge and she was in pain with a cyst that erupted. Doctor J Kim warm welcome and treat my wife as she feel very comfortable. Today a cyst very tiny flat and healing dry better day and every day. I am thankfully The receptionist, the nurse, Doctor J Kim and all are super care with love. Thanks again.Salehah and Abdul.

Initially I was confused because I had an appointment but there was a long line and I wasnt sure if I needed to wait in line or not. I decided to go in the door and not wait in line and I was asked to just step outside and they would get to me next. Because I had registered on-line I just needed to fill out a very short form and then waited in my car for them to call me for my COVID test. They called in about 30 minutes and I was swabbed outside on the sidewalk...which was fine. I received a virtual call from the doctor which was very nice.

Was extremely quick and smooth. I was in and out in no time.. just didnt get a 5 cuz they couldnt find a pumpable vein for my blood work 😕

The Google listing is not updated, so I went with my mom, thinking an appointment was not required. Then got there and was told that an appointment IS required and that we cant schedule it there in person, we have to make them online. No big deal, just wasted gas. So then I try to make an appointment online (after the site freezing multiple times) and it says there is no availability without even asking what day I wanted the test done. So now Im wondering, are you just booked out until next week? Next month? forever? Or what?.....but you cant call to ask about it because they dont have the capacity to answer the phone I suppose.Youre better off looking elsewhere to get tested.

I feel like I have to write this review even though I have not seen the doctor at this practice. I HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY NEVER I MEAN NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. Based on other comments considering the wait time I will not be considering this practice as my PCP. So thank you to everyone for your review, which saved me an actual visit.

Dr. Mandir Takkar is the best doctor I have ever seen. He treated me and my son, he listened to me about how I felt. I will be coming back because he actually knows what he is doing and listens to his patients.

I met Dr. Sandhu today for the first time. He was excellent in every way. Notably, he was clear and concise in his explanation of the lab results and future diagnostic recommendations. I requested to see Dr. Sandhu for my future appointments.

This is about the third time going to this office. The staff has always been professional and friendly. The waiting time is very short and I’ve never disappointed.

Scheduled a covid test for international travel. Showed up, got seen briefly, and received my results that same day. Personnel were very helpful, polite, and understanding. I even had some extra paperwork that needed to get filled out and they took care of that with no issues. I recommend this place.

Very frustrated with this people . They were supposed to call me 16 days ago to pick up my immigration envelope results . I called them , left a message , sent emails and no one responded . I show up yesterday and they didn’t have the papers ready and one of the ladies told me to come back today at 4 pm and I’m here and papers are not ready again . Now they asked to wait 20 more minutes . I’m still here waiting . Bad service , people are rude , they are tired of something but they don’t reflect happiness. The lady who took my blood sample not even could do it . She called for help . The ladies on the back were more worried about food , they are not professionals.

The staff at Medical Access is outstanding. In these times when people are on edge and anxious about their health, the people at MA are courteous and considerate when dealing with the public. They work not stop and do an excellent job of handing a VERY full workload. I

The staff seems nice. And they seem sufficient enough . But I go there for my CDL testing Medical. And they like to keep my credit card to their self in the back for over an hour while Im waiting and I dont like that. Ive never been to a place that hold your credit card that long thing theyre going to keep it on file. I dont trust them I dont Trust you for that matter LOL

They say they are Urgent Care but need appointments. If you do not have an appointment then they will not accept insurance and you have to pay from your pocket. And ofcourse they are taking full advantage of the situation. People who need urgent care should book appointments - i would rather get an appointment at my primary care ..... they dont care about their patients, they just run a mpney making business

They took $90 to do my medical exam and they did the paperwork wrong. They asked me to pay $90 dollars again to correct mistakes that werent even my fault. When I tried to correct the paperwork with them they spoke to me aggressively, and they refused to correct it until I pay the $90

We had to wait over an hour. My son had an appointment some how it didnt come up. We had 3 appointments. 8:10, 8:15, 8:20. We didnt get tested until 9:10. There was no line. We were there if they didnt they should check with us intead we were all treated as walk in.

I took a rapid test on September 14th around 1pm. I paid $150 for the test. I was told They would call me with the results two hours later. Never heard from them, not a word. They just took my money and ran. I called them repeatedly and never got a call back. As I was traveling and not a resident of Northern Virginia I wasn’t able to go back and get a refund. DO NOT USE MEDICAL ACCESS!!!!09/28/2021AFTER THIS REVIEW MEDICAL ACCESS CONTACTED ME VIA EMAIL AND REIMBURSED ME THE $150 THEY OWED ME. THANK YOU FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING MEDICAL ACCESS.

I scheduled an appointment with the nicest lady in the morning, and was pretty glad I made the appointment here.When I got to my 4 pm appointment, it was a different lady at the front desk; not only was she rude, but she was too busy yapping with someone in the back and chewing her gum like a cow chews grass. At 4:45 I asked her how much longer, she stated she had not even checked us in bc there was a walk-in appointment she let in before me. After her unprofessional response, we left. The only reason I didn’t give this place a zero was because the lady in the morning was so nice.Management should really know how much $ they lose out on because of the incompetence, unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service this lady provides on a daily basis.

Great service, friendly vibes, and very professional

It was easy to schedule an appointment online for COVID. I did the rapid test and it cost $150.00. The only thing That I was a bit disappointed of was that I was waiting for their phone call to go take the COVID test and I never received one but the lady said she called me and that I answered which is not correct. I double checked my number to make sure it was right and it was, But the process was pretty quick. The doctor called through video and gave me the results.

Ive gone to their Alexandria location multiple times and have had overall satisfactory care but the Woodbridge location is built like a scam. They have my insurance on file, was given my insurance card at my COVID-19 testing appointment and still refused to submit the bill to insurance (both the receptionist there and my insurance company told me this).I have since submitted a claim to insurance and while waiting have tried to call the phone number listed every day last week. Every time (during business hours) I am sent through a long phone tree that always ends in a voicemail that is too full to leave a message. This morning I receive a collections notice in the mail saying because I havent called or paid my bill that they will send my bill to collections, thus screwing my credit over something that at this point is their error.This place is a scam. Avoid if you can.

Very bad experience np kim was awful i was explaining all my symptoms and she kept saying covid causes headache covid causes back pain covid causes this apparently was saying every symptom i had was covid my symptoms were not covid related and more like a kidney infection related if i had not spoken up she probably would not have ordered any blood test or anything she was telling me if it gets worst go to the ed she was just trying to cover up my symptoms saying i had covid which i had a negative test very bad experience would never come back at all to this place i never leave reviews but this was bad enough to actually review this place

They are no longer accepting walk in’s for COVID testing. You have to schedule an appointment either online or on the phone but the process is very simple. You schedule the appointment, arrive between 15- 30 minutes before your appointment time, they have you go on the right side of the building outside and fill out a form, then they tell you to wait in your car for approximately 30 minutes, and then they call you and they have you go on the left side of the building outside and that’s when you get tested for Covid (nose swab). I did not wait 30 minutes it was more like 10 but it just depends on how many people are there Afterwards they will call or FaceTime you (they ask what phone you have) that same day. Overall a very smooth and easy process.

Do not go here, as a healthcare provider myself, the lack of organization and safety measures of this establishment merits a Health Department visit. I arrived at 0900 and waited an hour inside my car as instructed for my turn to be seen. I waited and watched about 8 people at a time congregate at the entrance of this clinic, some waiting to be tested for COVID. If they came healthy to see the doctor, they might leave sick. No one enforces the “rules” of waiting inside your car and the staff helps whoever is by the door first. When I expressed my exposure concern after having waited an hour, I was told “you’re wearing a mask aren’t you, you’ll be ok.” I lost my place in line because I didn’t wait by the entrance door as instructed with 7 other possible COVID positive patients. I ended up leaving at 1030 after waiting over 25 minutes to speak to the office manager without success. This establishment is a health risk, grotesquely disorganized, and a failed clinic. I hope the staff can be retrained and organized

I came here when i moved back in the state and needed refills on meds i take everyday. The staff was not only quick and polite but they did everything they could to handle my medical care. I opted to keep this location as my primary care doctor. I would recommend this urgent care to any and everyone. I even took my mom there when she had an allergic reaction. They take all kinds of insurance. Thanx dr Abhy. The blonde woman at the front desk is Awesome!

They have an Indian doctor named Abhay Aggroia, the rudest doctor Ive ever met in my life. He has such a bad attitude and is even below the standards expected in a particular profession as a doctor. I asked him reasonable questions and couldnt get a single proper answer. I dont know how these people got hired and worked as doctors.

I had a horrible experiment at Medical Access in Woodbridge. I provided my insurance information for three covid test. However, the stuff did not reach out to my insurance and instead charged me nearly $340 for the exams. I reached out about 10 times to get them to refund me the money and contact my insurance but all they did was ignore my calls and hung up the phone. I then proceeded to contact my bank but thankfully, after two months later I was refunded my money that should not have been taken. Your employee, Roxana continued to tell me that they refunded me the money but could not provide me with accurate proof of transaction. Which was completely false because ultimately, the employees failed to charge my insurance correctly. 0/10

The staff is very friendly and professional. I was directed to do the online check in and the process was fast and painless.

Was covid tested here and everything went as described. Everyone was courteous and I received PCR results and a video call from the doctor on day 4. My only issue was the 2 hour wait to get tested with an appointment. If you go here for testing, set some time aside.

Make an appt online. Show up 15 minutes prior to appt time and wait in line on the orange dots to the right of the front door. A nurse will ask if you made an appt online, and if so, will give you a short form to fill out. Youll go into the building and give them your ID, credit card, and insurance card (I paid out of pocket for a rapid test, which is $150, so they didnt need my ins card). Youll get your temperature taken & your blood oxygen levels measured. Youll go back to your car and wait until they call you for your test, which then youll wait in line on the orange dots to the left of the door. Youll get your ID/credit card/insurance card back, both nostrils swabbed (its very bearable!), and thats it! For rapid test results, expect a video call within 5 hours (I got my results from a very kind Dr. Aggroia before noon). Have patience throughout the waiting process! I stood in line at 9:15am, appt was scheduled for 9:30am, but I didnt get tested until 10:10am. Despite this, you could see that the nurses were as quick and efficient as possible, and every one of them was kind.

Made an appointment for 7pm (they close at 8), got here at 645 and they are closed. Really upset I wasnt notified and just drove all the way here for no reason. The posted hours also say they close at 8pm.

If youre in need of a rapid test, this is the place to come. I was able to schedule and update information using their online/secure portal. Fast and efficient service while you wait in your car!!

It was good they repeated the hours of the appointment, the only thing I did not like was that the COVID test was done outside and it was raining, I think they should have an area designated for that, or else in the car.

It was great the new manager there seems to be locked in and really had a handle on things. Excellent care!

Only thing I wasn’t impressed about was the fact that online they mentioned that they had a way to help the uninsured with financial issues but when I went in no one knew what I was talking about so I had to pay out of pocket. Beside that the service was quick and customer was great everyone was friendly.

They were all very kind and fast. My first visit here and I will go here for now on!

You know, at times like these when things are crazy it is nice to know that some professionals step up and get it done. With so many people looking to get tested, this medical facility got tested in doing their job. They communicated well and got my test done without too much of a wait.

Covid testing was quick at the physical location, but when I was contacted via Duo by the doctor instead of through an offical portal like other medical facilities, I thought that was a little weird. Will not seek medical attention here again. I felt it was a way to get my copay. I will do it by CVS where I paid nothing.

This is the worse place to go and need to be shutdown! I went in for a simple drug test (urinalysis) and they had me waiting over an hour. They let the phones ring even though nothing is going on. When I say this place is not good for nothing...I MEAN EXACTLY THAT!!!!

The facility is very thorough in the process from intake/checkin through to results discussion. The only thing is I didn’t get clear guidance on how to view test results... and haven’t received an email of the result status.

Office was clean and accommodating. I was seen right away and Amit was pleasantly helpful and kind.

The test was fast and not nearly as painful as I thought. The doctor called me and was very informative. It did take a little long for them to call though.

I have had a bad experience here and I am upset that I can’t get help, I have been calling no stop leaving voice mails and to no avail I haven’t even received a call back which is not surprising this service went down hill idk what’s going on here but I need my x ray results and information on why I’m being charged when I have insurance and none of these have been answered truly dissatisfied,disappointed and feel like I have been disrespected.

Extremely frustrated, today I took the covid fast test at 4pm and they told me I had the results today and it is 9:20 pm and I have no response.
