Ive been to this place twice this week, and every time has been amazing! The first time I went, Kaitlyn was super sweet and incredibly nice, even though she was handling everything by herself and it was busy. I was having some trouble with my screening, but she was so comforting and patient with me—I’m really grateful for her kindness. On my second visit, the tech working with Kaitlyn was just as sweet, and it was great to see him with a smile on his face so early in the day. Im super grateful for how patient and kind they both were. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for a quick and pleasant experience!

I picked this place because I loved the customer service I had with Katelyn 2 years ago. While they did change locations, their kindness hasnt. Quick, personal, and professional service. Katelyn is always a joy to see, and a pleasure to work with.

I had to bring my son in for services and there was a hassle and headache with the organization sending in the information and getting the appointment done. Spoke to Caitlyn and SHE WAS AWESOME. calmed my nerves. Took us early for our appointment. Also was SO SO HELPFUL with my 2 year old. She made the testing seamless for him. She reassured him and it was very simple. She was a true caring professional the entire time. She even took time interact with my older son and addressed both my children by name as we exited. Great attention to detail, awesome professionalism. She’s the real MVP. FACILITY WAS ALSO CLEAN. The gentleman up front was nice. But Caitlyn was a star.

The staff is so wonderful and has been nothing but kind and professional with our patients. Couldn’t be happier.

Megalab office in Woodbridge has a great staff. They have a very friendly and quiet environment. They really know the work content. When it comes to customer service, theyre perfect, they have good human relations. I went there to get my DNA test then and everything was perfect. Thank you. Especially Caitlyn Garcia God bless you

Great Staff! Very Clean medical center, and friendly environment. I came in for a DNA test on the 1st of Dec. I had an appointment for 1pm. i was running late for my appointment and ended up not showing up until 3pm, I was still attended to immediately as soon as i stepped in. I didnt have to wait. I was in and out within 30mins. The Medical Technician (Mr. Michael), was very polite, and answered every questions and concerns as this was my first time doing a DNA paternity test and I got my results faster predicted. Overall great service, and comfortable environment.

I had to come here to get a drug test for a Life insurance policy. As with anything dealing with the rules that you must follow to do these mundane task my expectations were set for this to be a pretty boring 30 minutes of my life. What I experienced, however, was very far from boring. The young lab tech Nina not only blew anyway my expectations but made my entire day. The kind, light hearted and funny banter we had resulted in a lot of laughter and many jokes in which made the task of filling out all of the paperwork and test more enjoyable. Its a rare thing to find people now-a-days that actually enjoy not only their jobs but brighten up the day of the clients that they meet. I would definitely go back to this lab if ever I needed their services. And I hope that I would be lucky enough to get Nina as my lab tech.

Online says free covid tests and walkins. Then you show up and they have you stay in car, understand that, but over the phone tell you it cost $150 and you can deal with insurance yourself. They actually ask for your insurance then tell you it doesn’t matter because you’ll deal with them yourself. Not that friendly. Would not recommend

One of the world lab I have seen in my life. The staff and the services are both worst. They do not know what they are doing. There are disorganized, they lose your Dr.’s order. Do not want your time going here.

Visit was very quick and Yancy was very informative. Received results within 15 minutes. Will definitely be coming here for future test needs.

I came in to take a DNA test and was greeted and helped immediately by Josh who was very professional and even greeted and made the child more comfortable . Exceptional service. Fast results as well.

I called and they stated they take their last walk-in patient at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:17 pm and was made aware the nurses were gone, after driving an hour and a half during rush hour to traffic to get there. Choose another lab if possible.

I never usually take the time to write a review however I thought it was very necessary to take the time to express my gratitude to Caitlyn at Megha lab, I called several places and I had so many questions especially with the service that I needed to get done everywhere I called their customer service was absolutely horrible and the thought of my hair and their hands was even more horrific until I called Megha lab and spoke to Caitlyn from her professionalism and taking the time to calmly tell me what I will expect and that I am in good hands and sure enough when I got there she was so angelic, as a female knowing your hair has to be cut from the root, I can’t explain how scary that is, until you experienced that with your hair in Caitlyn‘s hands, she has a beautiful touch, and her energy is even more peaceful and I didn’t even feel the lost of my hair….I am so grateful that I found Caitlyn at Mega Lab, if there is anything that you need you must call and directly asked to speak to Caitlyn you will not be disappointed at all…..Thank you Caitlyn!! If you are getting the 24 hour covid test on saturday you wont receive your results until Monday.
