This Urgent Care delivered quick, efficient service with minimal wait times and competent medical staff. Highly recommended for anyone needing prompt medical assistance.Latest experience:I recently visited AFC Urgent Care and had a less than satisfactory experience. Although we arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment as instructed, we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes beyond our scheduled time. This delay was particularly disappointing given our previous visit, where the service was more punctual. I hope this is an isolated incident and that future visits will reflect the high standards of efficiency. Respecting appointment times is crucial, otherwise, the online scheduling system seems unnecessary.

Honestly the best urgent experience I have ever had. The PA sat down and talked to me for a few minutes about my symptoms. It was not rushed at all and she didn’t overly prescribe medication. She took her time and was a great conversationalist.

I go here for all my urgent care needs. They’re so warm and kind whenever I go. I’ve been here for a sprained ankle (assessed and got X-rays), general illness (strep culture, etc), and will for anything else I need. Rarely wait longer than 10 minutes, though I usually go during the work day instead of after work. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend, even if it’s a little further from you than other ones in Ann Arbor.

Very warm and friendly staff who are extremely detailed in their care to meet your specific needs. The manager seemed very well-informed with healthcare and made sure that I received all of my necessary vaccines. Everyone made sure I felt comfortable and even gave me complimentary fruit snacks and water! These little touches made AFC such a positive experience for me. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Amazing staff. These people truly care about their patients. I had a work related injury occur and headed here for treatment. They had me checked in and ready to go back before I even got there. Dr. Shrivastava was super patient and understanding, and took the extra time to explain my follow up care plan to the fullest. The kind woman at the front desk is always pleasant, and the nurses are the sweetest. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

This is my first visit to the medic in the US and I am so glad I found this clinic.In less than five minutes I was already in the exam room, and got very professional advice for my illness.I even got a nice introduction to the healthcare in the US, followed by a warm welcome to country by Dr Pritika and her partner!Definitely will come back

Billing is a nightmare with this company. Went in for a cough, they gave me medicine for said cough. Later on I get a bill from them saying I owe $700. Im thinking what? I have insurance. I contacted my insurance company and they said the medicine I received didnt match the diagnosis the NP gave. After calling AFC to get it sorted out, nothing happened. Received another bill. Contacted them again and finally they fixed it.I received a bill for my $35 copay which I paid online. Just today I receive another bill for the EXACT same amount for the same service. I dont know what kind of scam or shady business they are running but this is unacceptable.Will definitely be going elsewhere from now on. Shame I gave this place a chance for being the closest one.

I went yesterday for a sore throat. All of the staff were so nice, professional and the office and waiting rooms are spotless. From the gentleman and lady at he front desk, Ebony the MA and Helen the PA, they took time and were so helpful. It was a busy day but I was in and out in under 40 minutes. I am thoroughly impressed by my visit to this urgent care. I saw Rachel Zimmerman PA. Everyone in the clinic was so friendly, kind and caring. The facility was very clean, comfortable. I could hear the PA and MA collaborating through my door while I waited for my results and I felt so inspired by their interaction. They were so respectful and friendly to one another- it just makes for a fabulous place to be- for providers and patients alike. I wish more health care facilities operated in this way. Minimal ego, caring for patients, helping one another get better. Kudos you guys- you really have a great thing going.

Listen, if you are ever in need of urgent care services, there is no place better than AFC on Ann Arbor-Saline Rd. I have needed their services several times this year and they are so thorough, kind, prompt and friendly! When my labs came back, they called me and explained very clearly the results and answered all of my questions. I normally do not have high expectations for urgent care facilities, but they far exceeded my expectations! I am just so happy that this office opened up not even a mile from my home. I highly recommend AFC!

Best experience Ive had at an urgent care. I was able to get in super quick and even could check in on my phone beforehand. Everyone was super kind and very helpful! Within an hour I was back home with the medicine prescribed and started feeling better. I even called back the next day because I forgot to get a doctors note and they sent me one within a few minutes. Great place--highly recommend

What wonderful and friendly service here! Audrey, the medical assistant, was especially patient and warm with my two children who were quite sick and resistant that day. We got in quickly and all staff was lovely.

Dr. Srivastava and her staff were AMAZING! We came in on a weekend last minute with a possible ear infection. I was thankful to make the appointment the night before and was so impressed by the automated queue text system that informed me the morning of that our time slot would be accurate. When we got there, the front desk staff was super kind and even gave my son a coloring book and crayons! We were seen quickly and the nurse was very compassionate with my son. Dr. Srivastava was INCREDIBLE at helping my son feel comfortable and even made him laugh! This was a tough feat due to how ill he was feeling. She truly took the time to form a relationship with us, which I can imagine is nearly impossible in the field of Urgent Care. Additionally the facility was super clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

I recently visited this urgent care and I was impressed with the level of care I received. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff was amazing - not only were they efficient and quick, but they also had a great sense of humor that really put me at ease. Even though I arrived right at closing time, they didnt rush me and stayed late to make sure I received the care I needed. Excellent care & service! Nobody wants to go to urgent care, but if you need to, this is the one to choose. We were greeted and seen very promptly. My daughters pain was immediately assessed and treated before we were even done checking in. I was so impressed by the compassion and care from every single staff member we encountered during our visit. Rachel the PA was very thorough and knowledgable. What a great experience! The staff here is so welcoming and so friendly! The nurse technician helped me immediately. They helped me with an animal bite , I was so stressed out before I came here. . I was seen by Cortney for a migraine that lasted for 4 days.Cortney listened to me and knew exactly what I needed and it worked fast! I able to go back to go back to work the next day! Awesome service!!!

Rachel was an amazing provider! Everyone here was so kind. I was in and out within 30 minutes with an appropriate diagnosis and appropriate medications. Staff is very personable and cares about you as an individual, rather than treating you as another case walking in the door. On top of that, they have 3 pharmacies within 200ft of their location. I’ve been here twice recently. It’s like some wonderful alternate reality of what healthcare and patient care should be. I’m in shock with how nice everyone is, from the front desk to the team in the back. I’ve never had doctors explain their thoughts or reasons for treatment like they do here. Both visits have left me feeling better about my issues and well informed on what I need to do. The front desk even called around on Labor Day to find a pharmacy open in the area. I can’t thank this location enough.

AFC provides amazing service & care every time. I have had to bring my son in a few times & they are always wonderful with him. I had to go last night for a double ear infection & when there was an issue filling my antibiotic they spoke with my pharmacy multiple times. From the receptionists, to the techs, to the nurse practitioners/doctors, to the owners they are all exceptional!!

I found this urgent care through google and decided to go with them and I am glad I did. The facility looks modern and whoever maintains it clean deserves a raise. Anyways, I would like to thank Avi for his help in finding me a place to get vaccinated at a low cost. The staff at this urgent care are incredibly kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and treated me almost like family. Highly recommend.10 stars

Absolutely amazing experience. Was worried about having to wait for a long time but I was lucky enough to find a booking immediately. The doctor took all of my concerns seriously and answered my questions thoroughly. Staff was extremely friendly and would definitely recommend if you need to get something checked out.

Probably the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. Front desk was so incredibly nice and helpful. The place was immaculate clean as well. They got me in and out quickly and took care of all my concerns. I’m definitely making this my go to UC from now on and would 100% recommend it to anyone.

This is the best office I have ever been to for an emergency room! We had such a bad experience with another office and was forced to find another office! The stuff here is super helpful and friendly, most importantly they are very knowledgeable! Highly recommended, the best ER in town.

This facility was wonderful! I received very courteous and prompt service. I was able to make a same day appointment and was seen quickly and efficiently. The care I was given was great and my diagnosis was quick and thorough. I was able to register and fill out paperwork before the appointment which saved time. The whole appointment took less than one hour. I would highly recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about AFC Urgent Care. We came in with my son crying due to an ear infection and they immediately offered him drinks and snacks and they explained things to us and him so gently. They were efficient and we didn’t feel rushed or dismissed at all, like at other urgent cares. We were made to feel like we mattered. Audrey (I think) and Rachel the PA helped make the best out of a stressful situation. Although I hope to not have to make a return visit, if anything urgent ever comes up again, we know where to go. Amazing staff, a wonderful lady up at the front counter that knows what to say and how to make someone feeling awful laugh. The nurses and doctors were also very nice, quick, and took fair good care of me. Will definitely be going again!

This place was excellent! They got me in quickly and genuinely cared about my concerns. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The PA that I saw, Rachel Zimmerman, took the time to talk to my partner and I about the symptoms that I was experiencing, without acting aloof and/or inconvenienced. Most medical professionals do not do that anymore. I will most definitely be making this my primary care facility, as well as utilizing it in any urgent care situation that may arise in the future.

I have an abscessed tooth, it is extremely painful. It is the weekend. The U of M dentist on call at the emergency room said I should seek pain management over the weekend until I can get into the emergency clinic Monday. I explained this to AFC. They straight up told me they would not prescribe any amount of pain management above ibuprofen which I obviously have at home. I understand people abuse painkillers and it’s a real issue. But also I have never been in this much pain and it is very frustrating to just be denied service without being asked any real questions or experience any medical approach whatsoever. I asked why and they gave a non answer about urgent cares in general. At least they didn’t waste my time I suppose

I would give no stars if possible. I almost always go to urgent care when I need to go to the doctor as my primary care physician is in a different town than my work and never have I had such a negative experience or felt the need to write a bad review. I went in for an X-ray of my hand and had an appointment right at the beginning of day when they opened. Upon arriving I was the only one in the waiting room and they promptly took me back and the very kind nurse did all the intake questions and told me the doctor would be right in and that is when the positive experience stopped. I sat alone in the room for at least 45 minutes before I kindly poked my head out and asked the nurse how much longer it would be. She apologized and said she didn’t realize no one had come to see me. I heard her go tell the doctor I was still waiting and a few minutes later I heard the doctor yelling at her for reminding her I was waiting. The doctors bedside manner was very rude and she made several excuses that were lies because she said things like those other patients were there first and they had appointments but remember there was no one in the waiting room and I had the earliest appointment right after they opened plus I had heard the nurse intake the others after me. I’m very convinced she didn’t diagnose my injury properly as my injured hand just stopped hurting after about 4 months. I decided to wait to write the review until after my bill came and when it came boy was I surprised at the amount I was charged for an X-ray! That’s when I noticed my name was spelled wrong on the invoice so I called my insurance to see if they had rejected the claim because of the misspelling and they informed me that they didn’t have a claim from that urgent care and that a misspelling would not cause them to deny it if the other information was correct. My insurance then called them and realized that the urgent care had sent the claim to completely the wrong place. I was told not to pay that bill from my insurance and that a new one would be sent after the claim was filed. I’m very happy I didn’t pay the original bill because my new bill was minimal and saved me hundreds of dollars. You would think that would be where this story ends but when I went online to pay the bill I couldn’t pay it! Why you ask? Despite them supposedly fixing the spelling of my name they had fixed the one letter that they were off and added another! Needless to say I will tell everyone not to go there and I will not be returning.

I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care on Oak Valley Drive in Ann Arbor. I was seen there in April after rolling and fracturing my ankle. Friendly, competent staff saw me immediately, put me at ease, took x-rays, and followed up with the education, bracing and crutches I needed. Rachel Z ad Dr. S immediately contacted a radiologist to read the x-rays (which could have been difficult given it was a holiday Sunday) and then called me a few days later to be sure I was able to get an orthopedics appointment to treat the fracture. All the office staff and x-ray techs were very caring.

We went for an emergency because my son had cut his hand while working. The clinic is newly opened, so there was training taking place and there was a little bit of confusion about where certain things were during treatment. But, everything worked out well. Everyone in the clinic was very kind and helpful. To us, that was the most important thing. My son’s hand was stitched up and cleaned perfectly. We would definitely go to this urgent care clinic again.

My son sprained his ankle at school. We are fairly new in the area so I googled urgent care with xray. Im soo glad AFC urgent care came up. We had a terrific experience. All 3 ladies (Gada, Rachel and Gerrianne) took great care of us. The office is very nice and the care they gave my son was exceptional! We will definitely drive out of the way to this location if we need to in the future.Thank you ladies!!

This is was the best healthcare experience I’ve received- the whole team was kind, patient, and helpful throughout my care- from the PA (Rachel) who sat with me for over an hour discussing my fears/concerns, to the NP who took my blood & made me laugh, to the docs calling back on a Saturday to check in/update. I felt cared for as a patient and recommend this place to anyone who needs urgent care!Edited to add that I visited again with my dad & we’re extremely grateful for Dr. Bell taking the time to reassure him & provide care with kindness- and for Gada who truly went above and beyond to ensure that my dad had amazing care, as well as Abhi & everyone on the team for checking in even after the appointments- thank you guys!

My wife and I recently utilized this facility to conduct our i-693 immigration medical exam, and the staff have been nothing short of excellent, accommodating, and extremely friendly; felt like family. We had to scope out a number of USCIS approved locations, and during that process and contacting AFC in Ann Arbor, Abhi has been the most pleasant and responsive contact. He made the process extremely easy and ensured we understood everything that we needed along the way. Anyone needing to complete the same, or looking for a family friendly option for care should definitely give the team at AFC in Ann Arbor their trust and time!

An excellent clinic, with wonderful staff, I arrived there with my son for my checkup for USCIS and the truth is I was very satisfied with their services. I recommend it 100%.
