The best urgent care Ive ever been to! Bridget helps you check in and takes your vitals..and is so kind & patient! Martha, the physician assistant, is so gentle and sweet! They make sure that you cared for!

Clean, small office. Husband was able to get an appointment the same day. Paperwork all electronic through your phone.Chinese speaking doctor is in Wednesdays and Fridays which was helpful for another couple that was needing to be seen around the same time as us.Attentive and caring staff and doctors.

I used HelloMed for years before I found a better urgent care. The care is fine, not great, and one time I had an exceptionally rude person berate me for asking for a culture strep test in addition to the rapid one.But the worst of it was their billing. About 1.5 years ago I got two bills in the mail, which was weird because I usually paid at the clinic at the time of my appointment. So I go online and see that theres no balance. I also call the office and they tell me that theres no balance and that its probably a scam and to ignore it. Cue MONTHS of me getting letters and emails, calling and walking in with my emails/letters and asking them about it, and them telling me that I dont owe a balance, they have no idea about those letters and that theyre scams.Suddenly, I get a collections letter for the bills! Turns out they were wrong, I DID owe a balance, someone messed up and recorded me as having no balance, NO ONE know what their own bills look like to identify the letters I received, and now theyve sent my bills to collections!I wouldve happily paid the bill years ago if they just had their stuff in order, but apparently their billing is even worse than their service. Dont go here!

Added on Oct 6 - I remembered that the male manager talked behind silently when I discussed my physical pains and symptoms due to some stresses, suspecting me as faking diseases.To the owner, I just shared my observation indicating that main customer are Koreans and Chineses when I visited the clinic.--------------------------This clinic is so tiny. This is kind of a Korean or Chinese walk-in clinic. I see that this clinic is heavily relying on Asian immigrants and international students. They would negotiate your medical bill very well if you have a UM medical insurance for international students. The Korean manager claimed that nearby locals also patrons here as well.However, this clinic does not validate while I am feeling excessive unexplainable pains including depressive symptoms and mental distresses.I dont think the management cares the quality of the medical care, but the management just focuses on images and advertisements including creating reviews. I suspect if those reviews here is manipulated.If you expect the similar experience of Korean or Chinese small clinic of your local hometown, then this could resolve your nostalgia when you are ill.

Went in a referral to have my back xrayed and was turned away!! Told me to see a pcp after initially saying they would do it. The receptionist was rude and condescending and wouldnt answer any follow-up questions. There was no one in the lobby and they made me feel like they didnt want to help me or anyone. Place should be shut down for that poor a service!!

Great customer services! Our family visited here for the PCR test. They advised me about my insurance coverage. It was extremely easy and fast service. We needed the result next morning and they promptly helped us to get the result less than 24 hours. Thank you so much!

I had a really great experience being seen by the staff here. It was quick, clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. Can’t recommend it enough my best urgent care experience.

The NP was committed to doing a great job and saving us as much time and expense as possible. Thorough discharge instructions and explanations. Office was new and nice and front desk staff were easy to work with. We hope not to need urgent care, but if we do this is where we’re going.

Did immigration medical checkup from here. They were very professional. It was very easy to get appointment. Doctors and staff were very friendly and professional. They gave accurate suggestions for the required vaccinations. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍

Went in to get a covid test, since a lot of the other urgent cares around town had 2+ hour wait times. Here, I was in and out very fast, despite being a new patient. All of the staff I interacted with were SO nice, I will definitely come back if I have any other medical needs.

Was a bit nervous as it was the first time I actually had a real physical, but the doctor was very calming and honest. She didnt hide away her computer, so I could see everything that was going on and had no problem explaining everything. The website was easy to use and so was setting an appointment.

Although she was not able to help me due to state restrictions, the doctor was very caring. Took the time to share personal experiences with me to help make me feel better. Talked through all the best options to recieve the best care, and offered, rather then pushed, certain medication options. They were able to get me in quickly. I had a one year old and two year old with me and rather then acting annoyed, they were pleasant to the kids and offered a helping hand.

I really appreciate Dr. Lees great service and responsibility for patient during the pandemic time especially in 2020. It was fast to schedule appointment for the Covid-19 test for my parents who need the result urgently before their international flight. Dr. Lee helped in many different ways and even reply email at night. It seems he was doing everything in the clinic, greeting at the front desk, answer phone call, reply email, do the test, and even the flue shot, all by himself. He is a great doctor and put heart at work and at patients!

Hands down the best experience with an urgent care facility. Making an appoint was very easy through the online form, and wait time was very short. The staff is polite and helpful. I hope many other urgent care facilities make HELLOMED a model of how an urgent care facility should operate.

I came in to HELLOMED for a simple but required physical examination after not having seen a primary care doctor in over 3 years. The front desk staff was very quick and knowledgeable in digesting forms I had handed them, and explaining to me how my health insurance would work. Then the nurse I saw was equally patient and kind, and even took the time to explain vocabularies that I was not familiar with. The entire procedure was very smooth and all of the staff at HELLOMED left a warm and friendly impression.

Great service, great staff and doctors. However the receptionist Brandon, was the rudest and most aggressive people I have ever talked on the phone. The clinic should seriously consider getting rid of someone like that or else the business will suffer from his lack of respect.

On Saturday, the nurse practitioner, while very nice, prescribed an antibiotic for my child’s ear infection that no pharmacist had ever heard of let alone carried. Urgent Med had closed for the day so I ended up calling 8 pharmacies that Saturday afternoon, all of them could not help me. I ended up having to take my child to another urgent care 20 miles away that evening just so we could get her a new prescription! It was an expensive and extremely irritating day.I called Urgent Med later when they opened back up and explained what happened and didn’t get any sort of apology, instead they laughed at me and the struggle we had to go through due to this nurse’s failure in prescribing a normal antibiotic.

Please confirm that the provider that you are getting care from and the prescription that he is providing you is the same person. Always ask for their license number.

I had a lovely experience at HelloMed. The staff and the doctor were very kind and patient. I was nervous for my visit but the doctor comforted me very patiently. She also diagnosed me correctly within minutes and explained the course of treatment in detail. 5 stars!

Arrived there as they were opening and they saw me right away. I was feverish with a swollen throat, so the female physician did a quick and gentle exam on me and ordered a rapid flu and strep test. Both of those came back negative, but since I was clearly sick with some form of bacterial infection, she prescribed me amoxicillin and gave me a super helpful care sheet that walked me through how to flush, clean and numb up my throat and nasal passages. She was so patient and thoughtful, and being in and out of there as quickly and effortlessly as I was really made the experience enjoyable.

This place is AWESOME! I made the appt online just a few hours before arriving, and there was absolutely no wait time when I got there. Intake paperwork on their touchscreen computer was simple, and staff was super friendly and professional. 🙂 I was seen by the nurse practitioner, Susan Braley, and she was fantastic! So warm and receptive! She also spent a long time talking to me about some ongoing (very frustrating) symptoms I had been having, and never tried to rush me out the door. She listened thoroughly and offered helpful suggestions without judgement or acting like I was a hypochondriac, LOL. I will definitely be returning for any other healthcare needs that come up in the future!! 💜

This is the third time I have been treated at this clinic. The staff are exceptionally kind and caring. I have been seen promptly. I was given treatment immediately for my breathing difficulties. The doctor explained the treatment and medications prescribed clearly. I will continue to come here for urgent care.

The kindest medical professionals ive ever come across. When i informed them i had no insurance, they showed cost of visit and tests beforehand, and helped me find the cheapest pharmacy in the area for the prescription. Excellent care provided at a low cost.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! 😡😡😡 BE CAREFUL BEFORE GOING TO HELLO-MED!! In January, I needed a covid test result for travel that needed to be done within 48 hours. Right before my flight, this test came out INVALID and I had to run around the whole night to get another covid test last minute (I was traveling to get married!!) Then, recently about 10 months after this incident, they kept calling me about my mother’s bill but she lives in New York (never been to Hellomed). They even emailed me to pay them $410 for my mother. Then I kept calling them and they cannot tell me why I have to pay or any information on this. Apparently, they out source their billing department and the “Billing guy” is never in the office (they don’t even know when this billing guy comes in and out). Then, today they emailed me saying that the patient was me instead of my mother and I have to pay them $410 for that invalid covid result. At the end, I found a number that a guy gave me who I luckily found through the emails (he was even confused how i found him 😑) and the guy confirmed that I don’t have to pay for this. I still am not sure what is going on, but the whole situation is a mess (It’s been a whole YEAR!!). I cannot even be relieved thinking I might have to pay for this stupid test. I regret ever going in, this place caused me so much time and anxiety, it’s out of control. They should pay me instead for going in there and taking all these hassles.

My husband and I came back with bad sinus infections after 9 weeks in Mexico. We live in Leland Mi so we were not near our primary care physiciansWe felt we could not wait to drive back north so we decided to walk in to this clinic which was nearby to where we stayed overnight. We carry RX and medical history reports with us. They were very careful to plug in all of these records, took additional information and after exam discussed use of medication and checked to be sure there would. be nodrug interaction. Very careful and well spoken. I would highly reccomend their care when you cannot get to your primary physician

I had to help my mom with refill of her prescription thyroid medication, and needed a quick doctor’s visit. I spotted this HelloMed when I picked up my food from a Chinese restaurant nearby, and this turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The gentleman who took us in was very considerate and kind. Doctor Jin who checked on my mom was very gentle and warm. She gave her a complete physical and some very useful suggestions on her thyroid and weight management. Highly recommend HelloMed!

Our go-to place for when we have needed covid PCR tests. Easy to book, short wait times, and we have gotten our results very quickly every time. So very thankful for the Plymouth Rd location!

Staff was friendly and professional with prompt service. However, the price of the services were expensive at approximately $75 more than other Urgent Cares in the area. I would recommend calling for current pricing and ensure that their prices fit your budget and expectations. The prices are not listed on their website, which appears to be standard practice for Urgent Cares.

This is the best walk in place Ive ever been to. Granted I was the only one there but still. The doctor was so sweet and quickly diagnosed the problem. Then she made sure I got everything I needed. In total I spend 90 minutes there because of everything she wanted to treat me for. I left feeling a million times better. I cannot thank this clinic enough.

I was very happy with my visit, though I didnt realize they were closed for lunch from 2-3pm (I thought I was beating the lunch crowd when I arrived at 2:30pm!) But the receptionist let me in 10 min early and I got started filling out forms (all electronic). I was very impressed with the cleanliness, efficiency and kindness of the staff.

I can hardly believe this place is an urgent care. Their facility is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor communicated clearly what she was doing and I felt very comfortable asking questions. I would certainly recommend this facility to others. .

I burned my neck with my curling iron in the morning. I put an ice pack on it and headed to work, but it became tremendously painful after an hour.This clinic was located in a convenient location in the strip mall off on Plymouth Rd, I walked in and saw a provider immediately, there was no waiting time.The people working at the clinic were friendly and looked professional.The doctor examined my wound and gave me a prescription for ointment. It saved a lot of my time!I had a great experience in this clinic and will strongly recommend it to anyone around me.
