Prognify Urgent Care Of Ann Arbor

I dont know how this place could have good reviews, this is by far the most unprofessional urgent care Ive ever been to, Im sure theyll reply to this with some comment but this is what I experienced going here, I came in for a drug test and my first introduction to this place was the door was just locked at 3:30pm with patients inside looking at me. The door said door is not locked it just pulls hard, it was locked.... Next thing was the were medical assistants sleeping at the main desk in the back, three of them to be exact. I dont want to be that guy but come on, at least hide in a different room or something. The best part of my visit is my drivers license was lost, I didnt notice when I left but I got home and realized I never got my license back. I called the place and they told me they handed me my license before I took my test, this didnt happen, it couldnt have happened because I checked everywhere and couldnt find it. They told me on the phone and said I put my license in my wallet and then took my drug test, yet I have no license, like I just dont understand. To their credit they said they looked for it and I could come look for it if I wanted but the cost of me driving out would have been more than just replacing my license. So yeah, great times for an annual drug test, Ill never come back, doubt this place will even be around in a year or two with how unprofessional this place is, if youre going here for actual treatment, I dont even know what to say, there are a million better options in the area, avoid it.

Scheduling with Solv/Prognify is always easy especially once you’ve done it once. I had no co pay with BCBS complete. The front receptionist was friendly and quick to address me when I was at the counter! The medical assistant with red and black knotless braids was kind, gentle and did fantastic asking questions and answering any I had. The NP with brown hair and freckles was equally as kind and gentle. I felt like all my concerns were addressed and they really did stay with me until I was fully satisfied. They also cleaned my ear which I know wasn’t pleasant so I’m very grateful. I’d recommend this location a million times but I’d hate to see it busy🤪 I’d like to keep it as my special urgent care gem that actually has quality staff and care. However, I’m hoping any extra business provided will go into the staff pockets more importantly. Thank you Prognify staff on Washtenaw!

First time I went to this location was roughly two and a half years ago to get tested for COVID, and I was in and out within five, MAYBE ten minutes, at most. My second time at this location was yesterday due to feeling lightheaded and dizzy for a full day and not knowing what was causing it. Every single person I interacted with was PHENOMENAL. Everyone was so kind, and the whole experience made me feel at ease in what may have otherwise been a stressful / anxiety-filled visit. And again, I was practically in and out of there, I didnt have to wait to be seen, and whenever someone stepped out of the room, I didnt have to wait long for them to return. I cannot recommend this place enough

Waited for 15 minutes while physician was chatting in back. Front desk asked if they were ready to work and it seems they were not. So I left. Wouldnt recommend.

I came here a month ago for a COVID PCR test. At the time, there was confusion between staff on how to bill this appointment, but I assumed they figured it out. I just received my bill and it was for $300...Ive been calling for the last 3 days with no response. Half the time I call, no one even answers the phone. Ive left three voicemails with the billing person now and havent been called back. Ive left voicemail on the main number as well and no help...Im beginning to wonder if this is even a legitimate business at this point. Why cant I reach someone to ask my questions to and why doesnt anyone call back?Im so frustrated now, hence the poor review.

I dont know how this place could have good reviews may be they asked their relative or friends to do, this is by far the most unprofessional urgent care Ive ever been to. They refuse to help my son who has shortness of breathing and high fever no one care just sitting on phone told me you have bill before and YOU cant be seen today. I really shocked I have an urgent case and they didnt let me do any thing. No one know the exact amount or date or what is covered or not they literally didnt know any thing. They didnt call, never send email or mail bill to my mail box I didnt have any information for this sudden and unexpected bill that could cost me my kid life. Even though there is no reason to keep a kid in this situation without any help. I left them running to Mott emergency.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Check in was easy and wait time was reasonable. The provider was very thorough and all the staff were friendly and professional.

The check in process with Solv was amazing. No filling out paperwork in office. Was in and out fairly quickly. Provider was amazing and staff was as well. Will definably be back to visit when I need to go to urgent care.

Just got back into town. My wife needed to be seen. Got there at 545. Sign o. The door says they close at 6 but the door is hard to open - I could see people moving around as I tried and nearly pulled the door off. Finally someone came to tell us they stop seeing patients at 530. Wish it would’ve said that on the website or on the door.

Super easy process to check in. No waiting as a walk-in and the staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner who saw me was thorough in diagnosing me and ordered the prescriptions to the drug store I chose quickly. Then she explained each medication in an easy-to-understand way .

Would not recommend. Came in with a few symptoms. Doctor had my paper printed out before seeing me. Told me to take Zolfran for vomiting. No tests done at all.I asked to cancel it or if I could dispute today’s visit. They canceled it. 1 star for the cancel.

Amazing staff!!! i had an imbedded lip piercing, and although at the end they couldn’t get it out with their equipment, they still tried for two hours to get it out, and they did everything they possibly could, while still making sure i was comfortable and not in pain!! love them here!

AMAZING STAFF/ SPEEDY SERVICE.Clean space, and inviting atmosphere of loving kind smart women. Great Experience from the moment walking in, to being called back by the same doctor to hear my results.I found this place online and had a million questions about getting same day testing.But I felt instantly welcomed and relieved when Angelina greeted me checked me in super fast at the desk with a smile , and had Dr. Dianne come to answer my questions directly before even being seen, to make sure I was informed. Nurse Ayesha was also very kind and comforting, She had a can-do attitude which she certainly needed to find and catch my veins. And Last but not least Dr. Dianne & Dr. Alexis were so helpful and gentle with my pap. Dr.Dianne actually educated me about my concerns , in a way that left me assured. Great Bed Side manners. Easy appointment booking. However I waited over 30 minutes to get called to the back. I had expressed concern over having a headache for 5 days, sore throat and leg muscle aches. Had tested negative for Covid the prior day. NP elected not to test me again and said it sounded like sinus issues. I tested positive for Covid the next day 😢

Edited to add 5/20/2024: I am getting double billed, and I am getting no response from the biller. I left a second message today after speaking with the front desk.FANTASTIC service. Every single person I interacted with had a great attitude, and were very nice.

I really appreciate the staff at Ann Arbor Prognify Urgent Care, theyre always so kind and knowledgeable. I was able to be seen the same day I made an appointment, everyone working there is incredible. Big shout out to the doctor/NP Diane Pearl, Ive seen her several times over the past few years, shes incredibly smart and does her job so well, she cares about her patients a lot. Im always impressed with her, the whole staff, and the quality of care here. I always recommend this urgent care to friends and family

Prognify service is fast and no long wait times. Respectful and friendly. Most importantly, addresses the medical issues and provides immediate care.

One of the best most comfortable most amazing urgent cares I’ve ever been to in many years of going to urgent cares. All the staff and especially the NP really cared and showed major empathy and listened to me, didn’t gaslight or dismiss me. I’d def go back here again. Felt very comfortable And my anxiety wasn’t super bad and nobody judged me or got annoyed me . Super great staff

Everything went well, everyone was kind and respectful, though the Nurse scratched thy ear drum while removing the stuck ear plug (no one is perfect).

This specific location has a very respectable staff! The service was beyond any other urgent care facility Ive visited in the past. The doctor was very knowledgeable and caring. I appreciate being treated as a patient vs a money bag. The staff actually care about your well being here. Its genuine and thats difficult to find theses days. I cant be more grateful and thankful.

The staff is very professional and sweet the whole appointment only took about 20 minutes!

I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and was not checked in until 10 minutes after I was scheduled to be there. Along with that I sat in the waiting room for close to 40 minutes before going back when there were open rooms. After going back I would sit for around 30 minutes before seeing anyone all while hearing the staff talking about random things that had nothing to do with their job. Overall it felt more like I was mine and the other patients needs came second to the staffs off topic conversations and I will not be coming back here.

The service was fine but good luck ever talking to someone in their billing department.

The physician assistant was awesome and sounded like an easy going guy ! I addressed all my symptoms and everything seemed to be a straight forward procedure !

The staff had trouble checking my insurance coverage through out of state blue Cross. They told me they couldnt find me in the system and that they couldnt treat me. This was a Sunday, so they couldnt call provider services. But they should have trusted me that my coverage was active. I had to call member services and xfer them to the staff to prove I had coverage. This was an unnecessary hassle to an otherwise good experience.

This is my go-to urgent care in the area. I’ve been going here for years and everyone who works here is friendly, there’s barely ever a wait if you have an appointment, and I’ve had to bring my daughters in a couple of times and they’re very accommodating with family/kids.

Made an appointment but ended up waiting an hour after the appointment time to be seen. Very poor communication overall. Waited another 20 minutes after being seen for them to come back with the treatment. Won’t be coming back here. I’d rather wait at the hospital urgent care and at least have better communication.

My daughter walked in at 5:07 pm and was told she could not be seen because they close at 6:00 pm. When my daughter told them she just needed a strep test and flu test the lady at the front desk went back to ask if they could see her and was told no since it was after 5:00 pm and they close at 6:00 pm. There was no one waiting in the lobby. That is completely unacceptable for a medical facility to refuse to see a patient during the hours they are open!

Very smooth experience! I needed X-rays for an injury on a Saturday afternoon, so I checked online and called a few urgent cares. All of them (except Prognify!) were closed, don’t do X-rays, or never picked up the phone. Everyone was friendly and professional there. I didn’t have to wait long wait, and was in and out in and hour or so.

Very attentive and listened to my concerns. And took care of my situation better than my primary doctor. No long wait at all was seen right away.

After making an appointment for a potentially infected wound, they called to cancel the appointment. The person I spoke with told me we do not treat infected wounds here.

We used to receive friendly care within a reasonable time. Unfortunately, yesterday we had to wait over an hour, the receptionist was extremely rude, and very unwilling to be helpful. There were only 3 people ahead of us in urgent care. Extremely poor service, had to call for important test results. The receptionist again acted like it was an imposition to find out our results. Total over attitude was we arent important and our health concerns didnt matter. We will NEVER go back. This place should be shut down.

Give mixed messages over what services they are able to provide. Told me that they cant refill prescriptions, but can fill prescriptions, but only for a medicine not of the patients choice. Also told me they cannot do checkups for concussions, except then another person called later and asked me if I wanted to do a checkup for a concussion a week old. Nobody is communicating on the same page.

Super easy to check in on your phone. Very quick to see practitioner. Staff is pleasant and competent. Id highly recommend this urgent Care. I was seen in less than ten minutes and then spent a total of ten minutes initial assessment and seeing practitioner and then I was out. Amazing!

Fantastic place. This is the first time Ive ever done a medical thing on my own since moving out of my parents house for college. My visit lasted MAYBE 20 minutes. The receptionist, nurse, and physician I saw were all super nice, and we figured out I had strep like 2 seconds into the visit with the doc. Efficiency!

Prognify has a wonderful staff. Everyone was kind, even the phone to tell me I was Covid negative was friendly. Since I was there for a PCR test, the nurse practitioner also asked about my other symptoms and went on to prescribe meds for that instead of just administering the covid test.

I was in Ann Arbor for only a few hours and wanted to get tested for Covid. I contacted Prognify Urgent Care and asked if they could fit me in. I had an appointment a half hour later. No waiting time. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Also, the facility is very clean and tidy. An overall great experience. I highly recommend.

Update: received $190 bill for COVID test/evaluation by nurse practitioner. We only needed this test for travel & guess what, that’s not covered by insurance. Seems like a racket to me, charging us for a visit when we had no symptoms & told them ahead of time. They should have been transparent & told us insurance won’t pay for these kind of visits unless symptomatic so we wouldn’t get blindsided with an expensive bill. We would have went somewhere else that would do the test for free. Not willing to negotiate at all over bill. Don’t recommend this place after all.Original post: Easy to schedule rapid COVID testing that we needed for travel. All staff was very friendly & accommodating.

The Nurse Practitioner was unqualified. She took chest x-rays admitted she wasnt qualified to read them but told me they looked normal . She didnt give me the positive result of my covid test until three days later although she had the results before I left. I would not recommend this facility..I only gave them one star because the front desk person was nice.

Ive come here twice to get COVID testing. The waiting staff was very friendly and helpful each time. The patient rooms and waiting area were clean.Much better service than at least one other urgent care clinic Ive been to in Ann Arbor.

Great place to seek medical help when you’re in a pinch and can’t get in to see your PCP. Expeditious, kind, and knowledgeable staff. Clean environment. Highly recommend.

Simple/basic place, but excellent service. Got appointments for required COVID test quickly, less than 24hrs. All staff were friendly. Everything was explained well. They called with our results within an hour. Just what we needed!

Got in super quick and received friendly care

I’ve NEVER had a good experience at this urgent care.The one time i’ve been in for myself, they took me back long enough to charge me for a visit just to tell me to go to the ER bc they wanted to close.Most recently - they REFUSED a mono test to my partner, “because it’s impossible to get mono a second time” (it’s unlikely but not impossible) forced a strep test and gave a script for antibiotics and then FAILED TO CALL after they got the results. We had to call and ask for the results to that unwanted test. Strep was negative. So they have given antibiotics even though they don’t know what’s wrong.If these doctors cared at all about the people walking through their doors, they would have listened to the patient and done the test they came in asking for. Or called to inform them they were incorrect with their diagnosis.Do Better.

I loved the nurse that handled our care. He was very personable and knowledgeable in things we asked of the Covid-19 test. I felt welcomed while there and my daughter wasn’t nervous, which is a plus! I appreciated their ability to keep us calm, during such a nerve wracking time!

I had made an appointment online that I was actually a little late for, but they were still able to get me in quick, which was very nice! I like that theyre open late because usually everything is closed by time I get out of work!! But they were still open, and all of the employees that I came into contact with were very pleasant and made me feel welcomed, and werent the slightest bit rude or unhappy with my being there so late in the day! The nurse and also the physician that I was seen by were both very helpful and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and like i had come to the right place!! And usually other nurses at different hospitals and doctors offices have trouble drawing my blood, but the nurse here hit it first try and I only needed 1 bandaid-- which rarely happens! usually I have at least 3 pokes of not more when I get my blood drawn!!! But anywho, over all it was a good experience, 5 star rating from me! I would recommend them to anybody needing medical treatment spur of the moment, and I will definitely return if I have an issue arise where i needed to be seen asap..... 👍

We needed rapid antigen Covid tests for travel. We booked online, received confirmation, showed up at our appointed time and got right in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They ran our tests, called 20 minutes later with results and emailed our certificates for the airline. The whole process was flawless and they made a major stressor easy. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience here. The staff are professional, efficient, and friendly. I was in and out after luckily getting the last remaining appointment of the day for a rapid and PCR test. I received a call within the next hour letting me know I was negative on the rapid, and I received the PCR results within 24 hours via email. This is my spot when I need it. Thanks again!

The front staff people were awesome! The young ladies were so kind and friendly and really put me at ease. Walking in to have a test done can be somewhat scary. They made me feel so at ease and the nurses that tended to me were great! I would definitely recommend this place.

Welcoming was extended when I arrived. I was promptly taken to a room were my waiting time was less than 5 minutes. The visit was more thorough than in other places for the same test. A very good and clean location I would recommend it.

Very frustrated with the experience. The clinic visit was fine. Nurses were friendly and professional. The frustrating experience came with the billing process. I used my old insurance card during the visit, however, they did not tell me the information was incorrect. When I got the first bill from the testing lab, I realized that insurance information might be outdated and I tried to correct my insurance information. I called the front desk, and the officer asked me to email my insurance information. I did email my information and even called them again to confirm that they have received my email, and asked them to change my address at the same time. I got a message from the lab asking me to provide insurance information. And the lab bill seemed to be covered. Surprisingly, around 2 months post the visit, I still got billed with around $400 by the clinic. The interesting thing was that my system address was not changed either. I am still trying to contact them about the billing problem. If no one got back to me I would go to the clinic to argue about the bills. I was deeply frustrated by how they handled my requests so perfunctorily.

Great experience the few times I have been to Prognify. Minimal to no wait with an appointment. Rapid PCR test results come back fast. I also jammed my toe and got an appointment same day to get it X-rayed. The NP Keith and MA Ashley were both so nice (seriously, give Ashley a raise!!!) and thankfully it wasn’t broken. Thanks team!

Extremely considerate and kind staff. Was able to be seen within just a few minutes of arrival for Covid test.Had to visit a second day. Saw Diane. She was excellent — understanding, empathetic, professional and her personality was awesome— made me feel better just talking with her!

We had been exposed to the COVID 19 virus and were relieved to find someone to give us the test on a Saturday. They provided excellent service. However, when we arrived for our appointment we called their phone number to let them know we were outside, as per their instructions and after a second call I walked into their lobby to announce our arrival and was told that their phones were muted for some reason. So I would recommend you not be hesitant to go into the lobby if you don’t receive a callback to your phone call.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I arrived a bit early and was out in less than 20 minutes. Results came back really quick from my covid test. Really gave me peace of mind. Thanks for all you do for your patients! Highly recommend!

It was my first time going there and it was very thorough and professional. The front desk was courteous and the nurse was efficient. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and they still brought me right back which I appreciated. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very kind and patient. Went for a covid test ended up costing me $190. It was for travel so insurance wouldnt cover it and they didnt advise that. They also added a outpatient screening which insurance wouldnt cover as I wasnt sick. Only reason they got one star is the staff is nice. Very shady billing practices.

Love this place! I’ve only been here for covid testing but from my experiences everyone is always so nice. The process to book an appointment online is easy and check-in is a breeze. Plus you can view your results in your online profile making it easy to print off at home.

The staff and nurse practitioner were great. I came in with chest pain and tightness in my lungs which made it hard to breath. They listened carefully to my issues and did the proper procedures to help get me healthy and to find the problem of what the cause was. They were kind and met my needs to help me get better. I am very grateful for the care they gave me. You could tell they were genuine about helping me get better. Great service. Thank you.

So glad I discovered this place! After receiving a same day appointment, I was seen quickly at the time of my appointment. The staff were friendly AND efficient and helped me decide what the best Covid test(s) would be for my situation/needs. There was no long wait in between seeing the entry medical person and the person who administered the test. Got my rapid test results back the same evening, and my antigen results the next morning. I will be going there the next time I need to be tested!Since I wrote this Ive returned to Prognify about a half dozen times. Without fail, they see me the same day and Im in and out within 10-15 minutes (at the longest) of my scheduled appointment. The staff are consistently welcoming, take my concerns seriously, and make me feel cared for. This week (Aug 15-20) I went in twice for PCR tests (because Id been exposed at a wedding and I have allergies, which make it difficult for me to tell if I have Covid symptoms). Each time they made me feel it was good that I came in, and the second time they brainstormed alternatives for treating a sinus infection.Honestly, I love this place (4563 Washtenaw) and the staff. Check them out if youre in need of urgent care and/or Covid testing!

I had to get a COVID PCR test and as soon as I sat down I was called into the exam room. The provider was nice and asked questions and then the nurse came in and took the sample. I got my results back within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Prognify Urgent Care was an easy and quick option for COVID testing. Easy access to appointments online and quick check in. Video screening from the car following check in. Then headed in to the office for a quick nose swab. Everything was so easy and I would highly recommend rapid tests from this location. Received a call with the results within an hour. Great experience.

Very efficient, quick visit but also very thorough.

This place is AWESOME. I have to admit, my standards were low given how terrible urgent cares/emergency rooms tend to be, but I was in and out in fifteen minutes with a rapid AND PCR COVID test, they called me fifteen minutes later, and everybody was incredibly nice. I hope I dont have to go to an urgent care again any time soon, but I will CERTAINLY be coming to this one. This was as painless as an experience as one can have with medical emergencies. Dare I say, it may even have qualified as pleasant.

Prognify did a fantastic job on 2 separate occasions for COVID testing.I had many questions and specifications regarding my test results for a flight, and the staff were more than happy to put my kind at ease and ensure that the process was as smooth as possible.I am especially impressed given that this is an urgent care facility and I’m sure the staff have much more important cases and things to focus on!

I got rapid PCR tests there several times. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the results were prompt. Little to no wait time if you have an appointment. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! By far the best Urgent Care service! So far the only urgent care that i knew who really care so much to the patient not only during the visit but also after you left the clinic. They will call you to follow-up and make sure everything is good after the visit. Dr Stephanie is one of the nicest professional doctor i met. The last time i visited the place for my kids physical exam, Jeff and Dr. Stephanie made him so comfortable and enjoyed his visit to the clinic. So if you live at Ypsilanti, Pittsfield, Superior TWP and even Ann Arbor area, for urgent care needs, visit Prognify Urgent Care. Great job and keep it up!

I had to get COVID testing for my new apartment. My insurance didn’t cover rapid testing but I woke up at six am the next day and already had my results. The service was very quick and I was in and out within ten minutes. The nurse also actually knew how to do the test and didn’t end up with brain matter on my test like most. Four stars! Maybe five if they would have had better candy in the lobby.

This place is very well coordinated and professional. I’ve visited this place 3 times for Covid test. They’ve managed to keep everyone safe by consultations online.The communication was clear and precise. I was impressed by the ease and efficiency of this Urgent Care. Much better than other Care Clinics I’ve been to in Michigan.

Very quick service. After visit with PA, provided lab tests and X-ray to diagnose Type A flue, rule out Type B with negative tests for Covid19 and pneumonia. Took about an hour while we were travelling to Ann Arbor. Promptly received lab and Xray diagnoses to my Primary Care Doctor in Traverse City.

Making an appointment on the website was a little confusing and I didnt show up to my appointment on time, but the receptionist was so nice and the staff was very accommodating. I had to wait for the COVID test, but that makes sense so I didnt mind. The medical team and the provider were very helpful and clearly explained the type of COVID test and the way to get results. I got the results in a couple of days, highly recommend.

Came in this morning for a Covid-19 test before my flight and felt the need to leave a review. I spoke to Rebecca on the phone about 5 times before my appointment ( I need to make sure I was getting the right test ) and she was extremely sweet and patient with me. I never felt like I was being annoying. Her customer service was on point!! Also when I arrived for my appointment, the lady who tested me was also SOO nice and patient. I wish I had her name. Overall, I recommend this urgent care clinic so much! You can tell they truly care about you.

Prompt, friendly, informative, reassuring, and helpful. everyone here was excellent. i cannot recommend this location enough. i came there because it was the only place i could find that was open on sunday morning, but i will never go back to my old urgent care again now.

Prognify urgent Care was great to me today. Dallas met me in the office and got me squared away. And then Megan, the medical assistant, took me in the back and got me ready to see the nurse practitioner. Megan also took my x-rays. Diane, the nurse practitioner, got me a bandage wrap and a splint to wear home. All three ladies were awesome and treated me with great kindness.

Staff are incredibly friendly, capable, and professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Keith is one of the nicest people I have met. Everyone working there was very friendly.

Place was clean, took a reasonable amount of time, well staffed, listened to all I had to say and meet all of my needs. Very nice too.

Do NOT go here for any feminine health concerns; your time and money is much better spent at Planned Parenthood. The doctor flat-out told me that she did not have any gynecological experience, and didn’t know how to help me. The only thing she could offer was to run some lab tests, and she didn’t have any idea as to how much they would cost. So not only did I pay over $100 to sit with the doctor and not receive any answers, but I also got slapped with a bill from Quest Diagnostics for $1,132 for several lab tests which I did not personally approve or request. And to add to the frustration, all of the test results were inconclusive. Meanwhile, I was able to get an appointment at Planned Parenthood the following week, and walked out with much more conclusive lab tests that were done on the spot, and paid less than $100 for the entire visit. Now I’ve been having trouble contacting the management of Prognify for the past few months for any kind of answers as to why I was not told how much the labs would cost and why they requested so many tests that I did not agree to having done. Definitely a terrible experience.

We visited the Ann Arbor Branch for our Travel based COVID Test. The facility was clean and the staff was kind.We were in and out in about 15 mins. We received our reports the very next day. I will definitely recommend this place.

Had a COVID-19 PCR test for a travel. Appointment can be made online. All paperwork can be completed online prior to the visit. Check-in can be done online as soon as you step into the clinic. In a matter of 15 min your test is done. After the test, I received a call and an email for the result in 30min. Going to their Website, I was able to print out the result. And finally, the printout/PDF was accepted by airlines and I had no problem whatsoever. I have no doubt Ill use them when a next need arises.

I wish there was an option for a negative star rating! This place should be SHUT DOWN. My daughter came in with a strep throat at 2pm and was prescribed an antibiotic. She went to fill the script and CVS said they would text when ready. Hours went by. Finally at 5:30 she called to check on it since the pharmacy was closing at 6pm. She was told it was never sent thru. She called PROGNIFY and received a message that they closed early that day at 3pm. So I guess closing early means nobody completes their job? I have never had an experience like this with an urgent care. So now instead of her feeling better today - she has a raging fever and cant swallow. I tried 4 times to call PROGNIFY when they opened the next morning at 9am. Nobody answers. I finally get some manager on the phone who was USELESS. Had no explanation for what happened. To quote him I have no idea what happened yesterdayBottom line - this place is completely useless and I hope everyone reads this before they make the mistake of going here.

Amazing quality care with staff that takes you seriously

Honestly if you need to be seen and they close in A hour or even 45 mins, just go somewhere else and save yourself a headache! They need to just turn the lights off and close this location! This isnt the first time Ive been turned away while they sit inside and do absolutely nothing! This place is A joke and Id rather drive to domino farms urgent Care anyway!

Had to get a COVID Test to present at the border for a visit to Canada. I called and got some information on the phone. I was able to talk to a human being instead of getting lost in phone option jungle or being directed to a website. Setup the appointment online and got one for Saturday morning at 10:40. Got to the clinic at 10:20 just to make sure that if there were any signing in requirements I did not want to delay it. They were running a teeny bit late. Was received courteously and checked in. Had my PCR Test done shortly after 10:40. I was promised results in 24 hours. One clarification... this is 24 hours from when the lab (in Southfield, MI) receives it, not the actual Test at the Urgent care clinic in Ann Arbor. I had misunderstood this part and they offered to put my Test results on STAT so the lab gets to it first. They provided the phone number of the Lab for me to follow up with them. I did not need the phone number of the lab as 8:00 am on Sunday, shortly after I woke up, I saw an email come through with my results. Sweet !!!Overall a very positive experience with Prognify. Was treated as a valued customer the whole time. Cost me $75 for a PCR Test. They also do a Rapid Antigen test with results in 1-2 hours I believe. I could not use that for the Canada trip, but that is a second option.Would most certainly return to Prognify for my next travel requirements.

Prognify made it so easy and fast to get a rapid Covid PCR test. The staff are kind and compassionate, and seem prepared to address any questions or medical concerns that might come up during a visit. I was grateful for everyone’s help and professionalism. I would definitely go back here for future Covid tests or other procedures as well.

Waiting for resultsToday, Aug 26, 10am, I went for another PCR test as my husband and I were exposed to covid by a relative this past Saturday evening. We wanted to get a PCR test to determine whether we had contracted covid. Front staff at Prognify were friendly and very helpful, nurse was excellent (didnt catch her name) and Anita the tech was excellent and efficient. Very good experience.

I thought the staff very friendly and professional. I had just left another urgent care where I thought the staff was not so not so polite, it was a breath of air this walk into Prognify. I thought the doctor and nurse were not just doing their job but seemed like they deeply cared that I got better!I would recommend them anytime, good customer care!

Ive been here a few times and theyve always been professional, quick, and friendly. I got in and out for an exam, chest x ray, and meds for bronchitis in 39 minutes.

Really kind and was able to see the doctor quickly. Felt like they took the time to listen to how I was feeling and were super helpful. Will definitely go back for urgent care needs in the future.

I came with my kids for PCR Covid tests for spring break travel. Women at front desk had to do some digging to find kids’ insurance info, but found it, so they were covered. They are very kind here and seem to be helpful, but they keep performing a shallow swab rapid covid test when Im requesting a nasopharangeal swab lab covid test which only results in a 2% inaccuracy compared to a 40% inaccuracy with shallow rapid test.I tested negative and my symptoms had subsided so I thought I was ok to see a friend...well today my symptoms have worsened (adding tracheal discomfort, dry cough, muscular stiffnes, a typical pattern of covid) so now Im sure I spread covid.Gee, no thanks, Prognify!

When I called the young lady on the phone was very helpful and caring. I was supper early for my appointment yet, they still saw me right away. Their office is very clean and the staff were friendly, professional, informative, and efficient.

This business has the audacity to offer in person appointments at 8pm online, taking all my info and redirecting me to a confirmed appointment page, on top of citing their hours of close at 9pm, when they ACTUALLY CLOSE AT 8pm. Wasted my gas, my efforts, as well as any chances of me getting a covid test before I go home to my family today because I spent my last two hours coming here.I’m the most upset you confirmed my appointment or even offer appointments at a time that the building is closed. Horrible management of an online presence. There will be no revoking of this review.

I want to keep this short because my experience was too terrible to talk about. The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude to me and my friend. Their covid tests are 82% accurate??? and $149! Way too much. Refused to provide a receipt and STILL charged me before my appointment!!!

I had to bring my 10 year old to be treated over the weekend, and the staff were kind and quickly took care of my child’s health issue. We were in/out within 30 minutes.

I am not sure how to rate Prognify. They are super nice and I have been able to get in for COVID testing really easily but this time the COVID-19 test was beyond painful as compared to the first time. It was a different person doing the testing and it was just unbearable. I am not sure if I could recommend them or if I will go back.

Covid-19 testing was a fast process in general and nurses were great! However, the receptionist was not as helpful with payment information and patient portal log-in. I was prompted to pay out of pocket for a service covered by my insurance because she was unable to log-in on her end and she never gave me the instructions to log-in the patient portal (which I learned the password is your birthdate through a friend who visited previously). Id be sure to ask these questions before you spend unnecessary time or money.

I set up an appointment for a COVID rapid test online, entered my insurance information, and scheduled my entire day around that appointment only to get there and find a sign on the door that read “$150 rapid test (with or without insurance).” Great. Glad I pay for insurance.Price gouging like this ought to be illegal. I just want to make sure I don’t have this disease. It’s Christmas Eve Eve and I have no means of getting another test before the holiday. Changing my plans because I can’t afford to pay such an egregious charge. Wouldn’t recommend.

Horrible for Covid Testing. This was the 3rd Covid test Ive taken so far and by far the worst experience. You have to make an appointment time, and I didnt actually speak to a Doctor until after waiting 1 hour after my scheduled appointment. Im not sure why you even need to speak with the Doctor for an examination because all other testing centers will just give you the test without examination. It has been 6 days since Ive visited and I still havent received the results of my PCR test!! My sister just got a test 4 days after me and already received her results. This place is incredibly slow and inefficient, and I suggest you avoid it at all costs. I wish I did.

I visited them in December to get a Covid test. They told me if was covered by my insurance. I just received a $405 bill for the Covid test that took them a week to get back to me. Beware because these people will rip you off.I appreciate your response, if you look at my bill you will notice that you charged me for a rapid test when I received the standard test.

Not only do they way over charge for a rapid test (I found out some places are even $100 cheaper) but they will pretend they don’t have any record of the money they charged you upfront for the test and then send you another bill 5 months later. If I can’t trust you with keeping track of my payment how can I trust you to keep track of my test results. Absolutely predatory behavior and it’s completely shameful to be price gouging and double charging people for healthcare in a pandemic.Update: it has now been 2 months since they promised me a refund of $118 for overcharging me that I still have not receive and when I called their billing department they hadn’t even cut the check they told me they would send at the end of March. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Good service, friendly staff, and they were helpful in getting me in and out with a diagnosis and prescriptions. Wait time was about 10 minutes with an appt. I was in and out within about an hour due to having x-rays. I went on a Saturday morning.

Used them for a Covid test required for travel. Easy to book appointment and a rapid turnaround for a molecular PCR test. Had the results within 24 hours of the appt. Great!

This place is awful for covid testing. They don’t tell you up front that you have to pay $149 for rapid test. They make you do an office visit with the dr so he can charge you.Go to Saline Ascent Urgent Care. You don’t have to leave your car. They are very professional and don’t ask for unnecessary medical information. They charge $75 for rapid test. Visit was overall about 20 minutes and had results in 10.Avoid Prognify at all costs.

(because my first interaction was good) The story is far to long to type, but The man that answered the phone today that was talking over my husband, yelling at him, asking him if he was trying to tell him how to do his job, then actually hung up on him. was extremely RUDE & unprofessional. Just an FYI Prognify, you should update your staff on protocol. if a person has covid symptoms and they begin to quarantine, for 14 days (10 days now according to the CDC), but we did 14, you can still test positive for up to 90 days and not be contagious. You do not have to begin quarantine over if you take a test and its positive if you no longer have a fever or showing symptoms for multiple days in a row. Whomever the man was that my husband and I spoke to today at 1:42p is extremely unprofessional and uncouth. DO NOT COME HERE! There are plenty other Urgent Cares around this area where you should not need to be subjected to such treatment.

Very easy and convenient COVID testing. The test is painful.. LOL.. but it was easy to get an appointment. The instructions were very clear and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I was also given a number to call back in case my test results got delayed.

Prognify is the best! You can usually get same day appointments, the doctors and nurses are warm and efficient and the wait time is next to none. When you are feeling poorly, these elements are essential.

THEY DO NOT CLEAN OR SANITIZE IN BETWEEN COVID TESTS!! Got their early and was able to see them perform covid tests on people through the window. They do them in their lobby in plain view of parking lot. We saw a woman get tested (jammed the stick up her nose) leave and another walked in 3 minutes later, sat in same chair and had same tech, and they did not clean in between!! Didn’t even change her gloves! Happened twice! We asked about it and were told that she “should” have. HORRIBLE!

I needed a PCR Covid test on the 4th of July, and they were the only lab open in the surrounding area! Got my test done 48 hrs prior my international flight! Txs a lot!!!

Beware! If your insurance covers COVID-19 test, Prognify has separate Office Visit charge for short call to ask about your exposure history and taking your temperature from the car. Prognify does not indicate during the visit they are asking these questions and taking temp so they can charge more. My insurance covers COVID-19 test but not the Office Visit. They are taking advantage and charging extra for non-essential service (in my opinion). BTW - I had PCR test and not the rapid test that they do charge $149 for.
