Any Lab Test Now

Had to get blood work done. I had dreaded this for weeks because its always been so hard for to get blood from me.I have had a knee surgery which required blood work in 2021 and back surgery in 2022. in both instances I was basically a pincushion for the nurses at the hospital.So needless to say I was concerned about going today to get my blood work.I could not have been more happy with the result. Brandy the technician did it on the very first try. I was out the door about 3 minutes after walking in.amazing.

Got labs drawn Friday morning. Was told I would get my results tomorrow (Saturday). Never received my results. When I called to speak with someone, a lady named Norma spoke with me. She was very rude to me and said it would take 24 business hours to get the results. She was dismissive of me - as I was only relaying what the lab tech lady told me. It’s now been over 24 business hours and still no results. I have tried calling the sandy springs office multiple times, but no one ever answers the phone. Very disappointed.

I went to Any Lab Test Now to get a magnesium blood test. Every step of the process from beginning to completion was a very convenient, efficient and welcoming experience. The professional staff at the office was extremely friendly, welcoming and showed ongoing concern for my comfort and satisfaction. Test results were received within 24 hours, which is at the fastest end of their stated turnaround time. This was an exceptionally pleasant and successful experience and I highly recommend them as a trusted service provider.

Everyone knows that a business is only as good as the people who represent the business. This location is very fortunate. Michele is probably one of the most caring and capable people I have met. She is certainly an asset to this business. She is not only personable but she is efficient and patient and in such a demanding, busy environment that is quite a challenge!The facility was clean and Michelle was able to get me in and out quickly. And even more important, she took blood so gently that I barely noticed and my veins are not easy to work with so I am grateful.Thank you Michelle!

I had a 9:00am appointment. I was done by 9:20. The service was friendly and professional.The clinic was sanitary and clean. She explained what I would need and when the results would be ready. I never even felt the needle go in. And, no pain when she took it out. She was great!

The talented phlebotomist at the Sandy Springs location took great care not to inflict any pain, it barely felt like a pin prick! She also helped me save money by looking up tests that were already combined in panels. Very attentive to details, very thorough, hard to believe you can have a good experience drawing blood, but it was excellent. Highly recommend.

Got the colon cancer blood screen test done here. Super efficient. I was able to schedule, pay and fill out consent forms all online. Once I got to the lab, I was in and out in 10 min. Brandi was great, barely felt the stick. Would definitely come back for more tests.

Came in for a titer test for my clinical hospital school records and I was in and out. Very nice lady service was great and you avoid the extra cost you would normally have when going to a doctors office. In my case of being a medical student saved me a lot.

I have nothing but good things to say. Brandy is very good at her job and very personable. I barely noticed I was getting stuck.

We call this nurse / lab tech “Miracle Brandi”! Our 7 year old needed some bloodwork done and it’s HARD with the little ones… Brandi was so knowledgeable and got us through two rounds of tests. With her training at CHOA, Brandi went above and beyond to help our daughter and our family. Brandi is truly one of a kind - attentive, thoughtful, careful, capable, conscientious, and compassionate. The lab was also very clean and neat. We would recommend this lab to kids and adults. You’ll be well taken care of.

It was a smooth and seamless experience. My dad was getting some testing somewhere else and was already fasting, and I decided to look for an Any Lab Test Now location that was close by to knock out the labs. It took less than 20 minutes to search, find the right test panel, book it and pay for it. We drove up and were immediately attended to professionally. I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now.

I can’t recall the name of the woman who helped me today. I was a little off kilter and she was incredibly helpful with helping me sort out all of the different labs that needed to be performed. Friendly, comfortable experience, and atmosphere. My appointment was at 9am so I was the only one there on a sunny weekday. Also the lady that helped me, Michelle, was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I believe I was done by around 9:30ish so it didn’t take that long either. Thumbs up to this location 👍🏽

My husband and I went in today with our 11 year old son and not only was the office clean with no line, the lady who works there was so nice and great at what she does. She immediately made my son feel comfortable and in a fun way told him that she would not hurt him as she has been doing her job for 25 years. Our entire family had a wonderful experience. I feel that the nurse makes (and made) all the difference in the world. Hope that they will hold onto great employees like this one!

Excellent lab - they did the test and send me the result next day by email - very convenient location, 0 wait time for the appointment - it was exactly when it was scheduled - everything was good.

I’m thrilled to have found this lab. Michelle was absolutely awesome. She helped me determine the right test and saved me a lot of money in the process. I went to a different Any Lab test on my side of town but wasn’t thrilled at all with the person who I spoke with there .. so I decided not to have the test done there. My sister had been to Michelle in Sandy Springs so I drove almost an hour to get there. She waited for me because I got stuck in traffic. The drive was totally worth it. In one day I got the results of one of the test. I’m extremely please and highly recommend the Sandy Springs lab and specifically Michelle. I’ll be going back.

I would have given this place a one star but after the hassle of sorting out my appointment the actual test was fast and easy.I scheduled an appointment and filled out the paperwork online. Got a confirmation email and I even confirmed it again when I got a text message asking to confirm.I thought I was good to go. However, when I showed up the next day for my appointment the lady claimed she had printed out all the appointments for the day and I wasn’t one of them. I asked her to check again but she had trouble finding it. Eventually she somehow found my appointment.Then she asked me to fill out paperwork, however, the paperwork was the same paperwork I filled out online. I told her this multiple times until she somehow “found” my paperwork.Then, after allllll that, she asked me what tests I wanted even though I entered the tests online when I made the friggin appointment! Then she told me that the names of the tests online were different from those in the system, so I had to help her figure out what tests I ordered.I dunno if she was incompetent or the system is terrible (or both), but something got messed up here. I’m a software engineer so I’m not exactly computer illiterate either. I did everything online correctly and got multiple confirmations that my appointment was scheduled.

Every time I come to this Any Lab Test Now I encounter nothing short of excellent, efficient service, refreshing amiability, and an extremely high level of professionalism. I have been using this location for years. However, it seems to have managed to improve, over its past success, now that Michelle is the new manager! Thank you, is just not enough.

Had a great experience and Ms Gwen Hurricanes was beyond awesome!! After difficulty getting my drug test done for work and being quoted super high prices she was able to get me the right test at the right price!! It was quick and easy and she also offered kind words in my future (hence the new job opportunity lol). Thanks Ms Gwen!

No other location compares to this one. Nicole is fast professional and courteous to everyone who stops by. When I have had problems at other locations, she was always the one who helped sort them out and get done what needed to be done. This will be the only location I use.

The patient service doing the lab test was kind, friendly and prompt. I came near the end of the day and they were still able to accommodate me. However, the follow up in providing the lab results to my doctor was atrocious. I had given explicit instructions for them to send the results over to my doctor, they agreed and 5 weeks later it has not been done. I have called a number of times only to get an answering machine and no follow up. I will have to go by the location and hopefully obtain the results myself. Overall, they seem woefully understaffed, only care about doing the test and nothing else. COMPLETE THE PLAY!

I had reasons to visit the Sandy Springs location this past Saturday. Without giving away too much detail I wanted to post & let EVERYONE know how amazing Shawnika is. Shes smart, kind & efficient. If you have to get tested these are KEY factors!! Ask for her & give her a raise because she certainly deserves it!!

The idea of getting the lab work you want when you want it is great. BUT the Sandy Springs location was run down looking. The waiting area was dirty the seat where I went to get my blood work had not been sanitized after the last person who was getting blood work done... I watch the lady to make sure she was opening a new needle because I was not sure if I was going to get clean equipment. She did and the results were in fairly fast. However, I asked for emailed and regular postal mail copies of the results and I never received the postal mail one even though they said it sent... So idk where they sent it...

UNPROFESSIONAL. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNPROFESSIONAL.I had an appointment SCHEDULED and CONFIRMED and they were CLOSED for no apparent reason on the day of my test. I could not get an answer no matter what and no one else could reach them either. No signs were posted as to when they would be back or if there was a special circumstance as to why they were closed or anything. Just dead silence and me wondering what to do next. I spent far too much money and took time out of my busy (already stretched) schedule to be there. The level of inconvenience they cause was extremely stressful to me to the point of tears. I would never recommend this place to anyone...ever...especially if you have a time sensitive test that needs to be done.

My father called this morning, they gave us an appointment for today. We showed up, and doors were closed. We waited for a bit, called them constantly, but no one answered. There were two other patrons waiting at the door with us as well. Unprofessional, and that seems to be their slogan lately based on other recent reviews .

I went here for lab testing and I hate needles but Amy made the experience enjoyable I was in and out fast.The environment is very nice, clean and classy. Customer Service here is amazing Amy & Michelle are great!

Im giving this lab 0 Star, it is not been a pleasant experience , I took the test 7 Days ago, I payed 230 at the time of the test and still dont see my result not in my email nor by mail, try to call them , they dont pick up , even the I tried to call the corporate , No Luck! anyway my suggestion would be todo your self a favor and just FIND ANOTHER LAB!
