Both the beautiful ladies working were polite and helpful. I was early for my appointment, but filled out paperwork and was back quickly. The person who drew blood was excellent! Great experience!!!

Wow! I must admit, I did not have high expectations. Kimberly Was my technician and she could not have been nicer. Painless draw and I was in and out in literally seven minutes. Much much easier than any lab test Ive ever had. Worth the money just for the convenience alone.

Reese is the real MVP! She’s so good at what she does, just one stick every time and she’s so fast. She was so great with both of my kids, and even gave my son’s bear a bandaid too so they could match - so sweet! She’s amazing, highly recommend!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Any Lab Test. From the moment I walked into their office, the staffs attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. They seemed uninterested in helping and treated customers as if they were a burden. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge me extra money for unknown and unnecessary collection fees that were never mentioned upfront. It felt like they were trying to scam me, adding hidden charges without any explanation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of transparency and poor customer service made this one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

I made an appointment this morning for some yearly testing I need. I gave them a general idea about the testing needed. By noon time I thought they should no specifically what I was needing to be tested for. Since Im paying out of pocket, I didnt want to know that I needed a test that was more expensive and maybe too costly. I communicated my specific needs by phone and email. By 4pm I had heard nothing from them. So unfortunately, I canceled my appointment. I am disabled and did not want to show up and find out the cost was more than I expected or could afford. They were so quick to send emails and texts confirming the appointment, slow to respond to further questions.

Clean facility, friendly staff! No wait time and my experience was definitely more pleasant than what I experienced in the past at another location. With my tiny veins and not much hydration Ms. Linda drew my blood in less than two seconds. Her years of experience and level of confidence was like a ray of sunshine. Thank you for such a positive experience.

This was my third time here (maybe fourth) and each time they have been so nice! I really appreciate the pleasant experience because I dont love having blood drawn.

Went to give my labs and one of the ladies threw my urine away on accident so now I have to find time out of my busy schedule to go back. No discount was offered for this either.

The ladies here are so sweet! She was so gentle putting the needle in my arm that I barely felt it. She even got it on the first try. Whenever I get blood work done it takes at least 4 tries to get it. Definitely going back.

They’re always fast and efficient. I’m just disappointed that they cut their hours and cut off the time for random drug screens at 5:15.

I called at about 3pm to make an appointment to have blood drawn for some labs that I need to send of out of state. I was able to go in 30 minutes later. Kim was excellent. She found my vein the first time (some professionals have an issue doing this). I felt absolutely nothing when she put the needle in. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely go back to this location if I need any sort of labs in the future. Thanks Kim! You are awesome!

Great place to take any kind of test. Very professional and very people oriented. Atmosphere was great and customer service oriented. Mrs layda not sure of her correct spelling was absolutely warm, polite, and professional. Test area was quick and simple.

I came for a blood drawn and was very nervous Bc I’m terrified of needles! Huguette was amazing. She’s the sweetest and is very skilled with drawing blood, it didn’t hurt at all. I didn’t have an appointment but I came in and was done with everything within 15-20 min. Maybe less. If I ever need any more lab results I will always come here. So professional & quick!

The service that I received from Huguette, and Kim was superb. I came in for a new hire drug screening and they were unable to locate the employer they both went over and beyond to assist inclusive of speaking with the HR contact to enable me to get the test completed. I brought my aunt from Chicago in your Buckhead location and got the most wonderful service. My aunt had a prescription from her personal physician in Chicago and I had no idea what to do, so I was told to go to Any Lab, wonderful experience. We were in and out in less that 15 minutes. The lady at the desk was so warm and friendly, great customer service! Could not be happier, we will be returning!

Excellent testing location. There was no wait time and I was able to get an appointment on the same day. Nicole made me very comfortable and honestly did one of the fastest and most painless blood draws I’ve had in a decade. And she’s funny too! A great spot to get in, get your bloodwork, have a laugh and get home!

Gabby is amazing! I came here for food allergy labs, and she was nice and very skilled. I explained that I have an extreme fear of needles, and that giving blood hurts. Every time before this, I’d get lightheaded and it was hard to sit through the procedure. Gabby was amazing. I didn’t even feel the needle, and I wasn’t lightheaded at all. I highly recommend coming here! Ask for Gabby! A++

I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get seen since I came at about 5:45 PM on a weekday when they close at 6:30 PM, but luckily they weren’t busy and Lyda was able to take wonderful care of me. Quick in and out, and wonderful customer service! Will definitely return in the future.

I would not have gone to this lab if I would have known it would take 5 plus days to get the results of a basic blood test. do not advertise 24-72 hours if that timeline is not reasonable for your business.Correction. As the owner mentioned, the results were sent out to the WRONG email address (I read out my email address to the person working at the lab). It was sent out in a timely manner (24 hours), which doesnt really mean anything considering they sent someone else my results (a HIPPA violation). I contacted the lab two days ago and they didnt fix the issue until today.

I went to the Roswell location for a required TB test and came to this location to have it read two days later because it’s closer to home. The Roswell location told me it was not necessary to make a follow up appointment to have it read, and to just walk in and have someone look at my arm. Reading a TB test is literally a visual test that takes 5 seconds. So I walk in, there’s someone waiting, no problem. Two others walk in five minutes later, one of whom had an appointment and I was told they had to prioritize appointments. This would be fine if:1) the prior location specifically said not to make a follow up appointment2) all the nurse needed to do was look at my armOn top of all this, when I addressed the issue all the nurse did was talk over me.I will certainly not be back to this location. There are many other locations in Atlanta that I’m sure are kinder and better run.In the end, I was brought back 15 minutes later for 10 secs, she felt my arm and I was done. SMH. Very rude at checkout.

I called Monday evening around 5:45 pm to make an appointment for a urinalysis and was surprised to be able to be seen as soon as the next morning at 9:30am.Came in 5 minutes early and Gabby took great care of me. She finished with all of the paperwork, payment, as well as the test, all in 20min. I planned to be late to work due to the circumstances & i was surprised to make it on time (10am) Thanks so much, Gabby! Keep up the amazing work! I definitely recommend AnyLab Test Now! Ill for sure be returning in the future! 😊

Went in for full panel test plus another test in the package it was over $200. Results came back 6days later not 3. They omitted the extra test which were required for my job. I had to go to another facility (I travel for work). The retest of the extras cost me $50. This lab said they would reimburse me $20 which isn’t even half what the retest cost me at their other facility in North Carolina. Would give them no stars but … I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Lyda Randall at the Buckhead location has helped our family for over 10 years. She is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the facility is clean and up to date. She actually makes difficult tests enjoyable and pleasant. Thank you Lyda for your professionalism and excellent service.

Went in for a required TB test. There was No wait and test was administered immediately. Cretia W. was polite and professional and was there to quickly read my test two days later. Would definitely recommend as it was more convenient than making an appointment at a physician’s office.

The young ladies at the office were very courteous and helpful. I was also able to get my lab results in exactly 24 hours, which was great! Would use them again!

I have been going here for 20 years the service has always been excellent. The people are so friendly and have such great attitudes makes it a pleasure to get a blood test.

5 stars to Lyda Randall who drew my blood today.I HATE getting my blood drawn, I usually get light-headed, and today, I had to fill 9 tubes! Yikes! I am giving 5 stars to Lyda who took care of me. She was so calm and patient. Luckily, there was no one else waiting but I know if there was, she would have been 100% attentive with me (there were two other people before me and she gave them 100% of her attention). I’d say by about the 6-7th tube, I was really queasy and light-headed, she had kept checking in with me and I couldn’t do any more. She stopped, took the needle out, applied pressure, put a bandaid on, and while my head was down, she fanned me off and got a wet paper towel to cool me down. She did not rush me. She made sure I was good to go before proceeding with round two in my other arm. She made conversation with me trying to take my mind off of it. Round two was quick but I was definitely feeling lightheaded again. Again, I was not rushed to get up out of the chair and be on my way. She’s been doing this for over 30 years. She was accurate both times and didn’t need to poke around. For such a horrible procedure, I’m sure glad it was Lyda that drew my blood.

I visited this Any Lab Test Now for the second time for the same Titer testing. The first time I received a negative result so I was required to perform a follow-up titer. I immediately rebooked with Any Lab due to the ease of being seen and how quickly I received my results. Needless to say, my second visit at Any Lab was even more pleasant! Having known how easy Any Lab makes my testing experience, I was simply in and out in no time at all. I would recommend for your lab testing.

I had a horrible experience. I arrived 10 min late and the she was unwilling to do a blood draw. She was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude towards me and her job. Terrible customer service. Dont recommend this at all.

Nicole at the Atlanta Peachtree location went WAY OVER AND ABOVE to fix screw ups by the Redmond, WA location that failed to generate a case number and sent my sample to the lab without it. They seemed a little clueless when I was there giving the sample and my worst fears were confirmed. Fortunately, Nicole coordinated with the lab to connect my sample taken in Redmond, WA with my sons sample taken in Atlanta. THANK YOU Nicole for going over and above to get my test done right and the results to us 3 days before promised. You are AWESOME!!!
