AHF Healthcare Center - Peachtree

The first time I came in at 11 I waited for tree hours and never got called. Next day I came in early was much faster however the staff lacked organization they don’t tell you what to do next they fight amongst themselves with 0 regard of the people who come in whit worry in them about the status, other then that the place is great the men at greeting is very nice and attentive need more like him.

The visit as a whole was a good experience, the wait was fine and everything. But every single timw i come here the guys that sit at the desk where it say admit one, have always been rude lmao and i just never understand why every time i come theyre rude. It really be crackin me up fr. Like i always smile and approach them nicely just to get attitude. Outside of that it was real chill

The testing was free & easy. They made me feel comfortable speaking about my sexual history. They clearly explained advancements in how we can protect ourselves like the once a day prescription for Prepp to preventchances of being infected.

For the 1st time in actual years of coming to ahf ...today was a pleasant change from the dysfunctional staff who seemed to take my frustration with ineffective client service I was recieving personalEVERYONE WAS KIND PATIENT PROFESSIONAL AND UNDERSTANDINGN9F MY CRITICISMIM HOPEFUL THISNIS THE NEW NORMALIM GREAFFUL FOR THESE SERVICES AND THE STAFF I ENCOUNTERED TODAYMUCH THANKS

Absolutely terrible experience, tried to schedule an appointment and get some information and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I ended up calling back to cancel my appointment just to not have to deal with their rudeness. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your healthcare needs.
