Old National Gynecology

The lady who did my ultrasound was VERY rude. (Blonde hair ) she didn’t wipe off the gel , was very aggressive and did everything like she didn’t want to be at work. Honestly I wanted to slap her. 🙂The other staff were decent.

The staff there are great. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. They are very professional and the doctor is also friendly and polite. I am reading all the negative things however me and my family been dealing with them since 1999 before they move to this location however people only review place when they have bad experiences but never review when they have have good service so I will continue to recommend friends here and I will continue to go if needed to be.

I came from out of town and the staff was friendly from the start. I made an appointment and showed up. I went the surgical route and was in and out within 2 hours . No pain. I feel fine today. Entire staff is understanding and welcoming . The worst part was the protestors.... which you don’t even see really. Facility was clean .

The absolute worse experience! I didnt even make it to the office. The initial phone conversation with the receptionist was a definite turn off. She was not compassionate or respectful. She had a very nasty attitude and was not too enthused about answering any questions that I had. They open at 9 I called at 9:15 so I shouldve been one of the first customers spoken to which means she shouldve had a better attitude or find a better job. She did not exemplify their mission statement. If the receptionist is this bad I can only imagine the other staff. I do not recommend!!

The counselor and doctor were AMAZING!! They were very knowledgeable, and eased my fears. The only reason why I couldnt give 5 stars is because of the building itself. They should really touch up paint, plant some flowers, etc. When I first turned in I kept checking the GPS to confirm that I was at the correct location, because it was kind of spooky. First impressions are everything! I was considering turning around, but Im glad that I didnt!!

On Wednesday I made a decision to terminate a much wanted pregnancy due to medical reasons. This was one of the most difficult decisions that I had to make.A close friend of mine highly recommended Old National Gynecology for my termination. I am so grateful that she did. The staff was extremely supportive, professional and understanding. The facility was immaculate and comfortable, unlike other places that offer similar services.What impressed me most was the sensitivity of the staff.The doctor explained everything to me and held my hand because I was trembling, so nervous.They must have had special training to be so compassionate and kind.As I said this is such a difficult decision to make.Thank you Old National Gynecology. You helped me when I needed the best medical care and sensitive, supportive professionals. I am truly grateful for your services and would recommend you to anyone in need of this service.

I went here and was scared. The entire staff made me very comfortable. After everything was done it was days later I called and had questions and concerns. Each person who answer was polite and didnt mind explaining what was going on. How this is already a stressful issue to deal with. Old National GYN made this time that much easier to deal with, just with their carring nature.

Everything was decent up until the surgery. Bruh man who was performing the surgery basically told me to shut up so that I do not scare the other patients. Not a good way to handle a patient. After the surgery was done they legit left the room basically ran out of the room for me to deal with myself. I took two Xanax and barely could get up without hitting something. And o was given nothing for pain afterwards.

The staff in the front was very nice and polite. But they DO NOT put you to sleep. They give you 3 pills. When they started operation and It was so painful so the nurse that was in there told me to keep my mouth closed and was being totally rude to me.Place also has a pond in the back. While doing paperwork I saw two different types of lizards Run across my feet.I see why the prices is so cheap.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!Please go someone else!!!

Worst experience in my life. It was worse than labor. The doctor was very rough. He didnt wait until my cervix was numb and I felt EVERYTHING. They dont give u prescriptions for pain or antibiotics. I was in so much agony I couldnt get off the floor. Not worth it. DO NOT GO HERE. Ok, so i got a call from the clinic asking me to remove my review which I will NOT. Now, 3days after my procedure im experiencing pain and hemorrhaging. Im passing huge clots and filling over night pads in less than 30 minutes. If you go here your risking your life.

Wow I felt so comfortable here. The staff were very nice, helpful and willing to answer any questions.. I would recommend this place to anyone.. they did a wonderful job.. great service.. the dr even held my hand when he talked to me👍

This place saved me from a life of horror had I continued my pregnancy and I smile everyday knowing I was able to take control of my life. I have no complaints but I definitely dont want to ever have to go back to any abortion clinic lolBut this clinic is an oasis in a desert of people that just dont understand. The doctor was very calm and kept telling me I was doing a great job during the procedure which wasnt hard because I didnt feel much of anything.Due to the overzealous nature of pro-lifers, you might witness some protesters outside on the sidewalk in front of the building depending on which day you go. Apparently theyre especially there on the weekend. I really dislike pro-lifers as they only care about the child until its born. After that, their goal has been reached so if you end up struggling in any way to raise a child, oh well! Dont let those people make you feel bad for your own life decisions. Only you know whats best for you.

The staff at Old National Gyn was very nice and understanding.. I was taken care of from the time I stepped in the office until the time I left.

Coming in the office I was already nervous.. The staff there was very polite and nice.. They answered all of my questions and let me know step by step about what was going on.. Those ladys at the clinic was professional and I thank them for all of their help.. Not many people can work at a place like this but they are here to help women in need.. Great job!!

Everyone was kind and very caring. Staff was very professional. The physicians talk to you, not at you. My daughter was at ease and was very pleased that we came here.

I just want to thank Old National Gynecology for seeing me.. The staff are very friendly and the person in the room with the doctor walks u through the whole thing.. She is very kind and helped me a lot.. The doctor took his time and told me step by step what was going to happen.. I would recommend this place to anyone.. Everyone goes through a rough time in their life.. They dont judge u.. Because its your decision..

When I First Got There I Was A Little Scared Because The Receptionist Told Me Over The Phone They Dont Put You To Sleep. So When I Got There I Checked In & Got All My Paper Work & Went To Do My Paperwork. Some Of The Employees Where Out,So It Was Going By Slow,But They Were Doing Good. I Got My Blood Pressure Checked,Blood Work,Then Proceeded To Get My Ultra Sound. After I Got My Ultra Sound I Went To The Counselor To Go Over Everything & To Pay. The Counselor Is Who Gave Me The Meds. When I Went Back Into The Waiting Room I Fell Asleep Because Of The Meds & Was Out Of It. The Procedure Wasnt Really That Bad. It Was Very Quick & The Nurse In There Was Very Helpful. Honestly I Barely Remember Everything . So The Meds Do Help W/ The Procedure. They Let Me Sleep Until My Ride Got There & Walked Me To The Car. I Would Defintly Recommend This Place,But Just Dont Make It A Habit. The Aftermath Is Just Cramps & Bleeding,But The Medicine They Prescribe To You Is Helpful.

They were great , everything was fast and easy. I had questions afterwards so I called the aftercare hotline and I was directed to my doctor right way he was friendly and answered all of my ignoring questions lol

They allegedly do not abide by the 24 hour waiting period laws for their clients and perform abortions without informed consent. Other sites also say a past doctor here is serving prison time for Medicaid fraud and death of a patient who aborted here.

I remember them being friendly and even though the procedure is painful they walk you through and make you feel comfortable enough to know you will be fine. They are okay with me!
