I had the most amazing experience at this location while getting my annual & Pap smear. I was welcomed by the receptionist staff even after being 30 min late to my appointment. Alisha/Anisha began my intake & she immediately made me feel at home! Katie the student nurse practitioner & Laurie took care of my exam which was seamless & comforting. Such a heart warming & seamless staff. Thank you!!

I recently had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this clinic. The staff seemed unwilling to go beyond the absolute minimum in their duties, and I encountered significant resistance when trying to obtain birth control—something that should be straightforward and handled with care. This level of unprofessionalism is unlike anything Ive encountered before in a healthcare setting.While I appreciate that the clinic itself is clean and maintains a quiet environment, these positive aspects are overshadowed by the poor service I received. It’s unfortunate that the standard of care did not match the physical environment.

Loved my experience at this location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening for each step of my appt. So thankful for the wonderful Ladies at Planned Parenthood- East Atlanta!

This is my first time coming to this location and the staff was great. There was a little of a wait time with the doctor coming in to give me my depo shot, but she apologized and was very nice. She answered all my questions. Maybe I got lucky with a great staff that day, and I do recommend this place. Thank you all.

I was so anxious about my visit, but the level of care and support that the providers and the staff superseded it.Waiting time wasn’t bad at all (maybe because I already filled all my info online before my visit). My provider Janice and the nurse (who I didn’t get their name sadly) had great bedside manners and were very skilled in what they’re doing. They made my visit so comfortable. I also love that they also have a trolley full of menstrual products as goodies to take home!Thank you so much for making healthcare more accessible and affordable, PP @ EAV!

Horrible location. Rude staffMiddle age Asian lady and older black lady with glasses. My appt was at 8:50am arrived 5 min early. Was told the provider would be 20 min late. 9:50 came around and I was still waiting. Once it was time to pay I was told my insurance wasn’t covered. (Keep in mind I was told the day before my insurance was covered at this location but not at the nearest location to my house. I drove a hour to avoid paying $85.) just to be told I would have to pay $85. After sitting for a hour and becoming frustrated I was taken to the back and then told my blood pressure was to high yo receive my birth control shot. (I wonder whyyyyy).The black front desk associate even said “I don’t have time for this today”. When I walked past.Nurse was rude, front desk was even ruder. At that point I left, completely waste of time. There were two other women in the waiting room who had been told the same thing regarding their insurance and had been waiting just as long. Avoid this location.

Loved having this office available for an appt I booked in advance! The visit and the staff was super personable, kind and I felt like I was treated with so much care. I definitely needed medical care and the NP who saw me was absolutely sweet and had great bedside manner and my appointment was seamless.I can’t thank you all enough for your services and how affordable it was.Very grateful for my visit and the people there who were so kind to me. Definitely worth the drive for me!

Spoke with Violet at the customer service center. And the service was so great it made me want to write a review. She was friendly, answered allllll my questions. My experience at the office was great, everyone was really nice and I received the care I needed. The problem is the aftercare. I was supposed to receive a follow up call and I never did, I called them to ask about it and was given the run-around. I also elected to receive information through the patient portal but I havent been given any information as to how to sign up and access the patient portal.

My visit today was perfect! The staff was so inviting and professional. My appointment was fast & easy! The office is super clean and warm. Front desk Tamia was great! I will definitely return for any other services I may need in the future and not to mention it was super affordable for me! Thanks PP @ EAV!

From scheduling , I checked in with Jae who was friendly and paid with Estefani. I was pulled in by Ayesha who got me prepped before I saw the NP. I had to recognize them the entire staff was polite professional and seemed like they enjoy their jobs and was happy to be there giving off good energy which made me feel comfortable. The facility on Moreland Ave is clean, waiting areas, bathroom, exam room. More importantly the Nurse practitioner Susana W was very informative from the moment she walked in the room explaining the entire process before after (I had my IUD removed) I didn’t even have to ask any questions . She completed the procedure very smoothly and quickly I was really nervous going in bc the insertion procedure . This was a great experience overall and Im sure I will be returning and would highly recommend .

Went in to remove my iud and had a great experience! A little long wait but it was expected as with all doctors appts. Process was easy and the nurse practitioner was amazing

I came here for an IUD, because all the OBGYN’s in the area were booked MONTHS out. I had such a wonderful experience. The nurse was super personable and the doctors were so communicative, had wonderful bedside manner and very ready to extend any information.

My 19 year old daughter went here for her Depo shot and was told our insurance wouldn’t cover it and made her pay $96 for her Depo shot! When this same insurance plan has ALWAYS covered her Depo shot at this clinic! This place is money hungry and are double dipping into insurance and making their low income patients pay out of pocket. Previously she has never had to pay anything for her Depo!I called to speak with someone about this and Lindsay was very rude! Kept cutting me off saying I need to call back tomorrow to speak with someone else but wouldnt tell me who that person was. Then she hung up on me!I’m so upset they took advantage of my college aged student!

Poor communication. I called to place a appointment and nobody told me that they do not accept Care Source medicaid anymore. I go into my appointment and they tell me that they do not accept and I will have to pay out of pocket for my Nexplanon removal. Ya’ll need to do better with your information.

The service at this location is unparalleled. I’ve honestly never had a better healthcare experience, I was so surprised. All of the staff upfront and the nurses were fantastic, professional, detailed. They made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I wish I knew everyone’s name who helped me but Doctor Suzanna is amazing!

I visited this location on Friday for thr first time and I must say, I had a great experience. The staff was all nice and professional. I arrived 30 mins early to fill out paperwork. Cinnamon was very pleasant and detailed. NP Laurie was amazing. She made my procedure very comfortable. I must say I was definitely satisfied with the service I received.

Honestly I cant believe they have any bad reviews. Every person I spoke to/interacted with was really kind, answered all of my questions, and treated me with respect. I know what they do is really difficult, especially in todays political landscape in GA, so I was extremely appreciative for the care and treatment they gave me. Thank you to everyone at PP.

My caretaker/midwife who took care of me was absolutely amazing and so professional. She made me feel so comfortable and cared about and it made a 100% difference from when I first walked in.The person at the desk was absolutely rude. She didnt look at me, mumbles under her breath, and I generally got the vibe that she just didnt want to work at that time. If I ask her questions, I felt hesitant to ask because she had a careless attitude towards me. Shes the only reason why I took off one star. Otherwise, the facility was clean and professional!

Horrible customer service from the two women who check in patients at the front desk (Moreland Ave. location; East Atlanta Health Center). First, they dont welcome with a smile. They dont greet you. They let you stand and wait before they address you. When they call you up, they dont speak with kindness in tone. Instead, they ignore you until theyre ready to address you. Yet, they are all smiles with each other as employees. I went in for a routine gyn service. I feel bad for those who come in with greater issues when there is no compassion given by the women checking in patients. Planned parenthood should employ people who are empathetic and professional. From my perspective, these two women should be trained on the basic knowledge of how to serve paying customers in a service based industry.

This location does a fantastic job being confidential, welcoming, and informative. They also provide trauma-informed services which is something I have rarely seen in medical contexts but is very important. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely choose it as a place to attain womens healthcare services again!

My experience at the East Atlanta location was amazing! The staff definitely shows that they care about your well being and personal health needs. They were really informative about the services they offer. The facility is also very clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this place!Ive gone to the Cobb County location before and I would have to say, my experience there was not like the East Atlanta location.

Check in was smooth, they were up front about all the costs. The NP was knowledgeable and personable. And the amazing nurse who held my hand was so sweet, I wish I could remember her name! (Her poor arm was in a sling, and she held my hand with her good arm!) thank you for being so selfless and caring, all of you!

I was extremely stressed & nervous before going here. Their ratings & reviews didnt help. This location & each person i encountered that morning was amazing. As you walk in there is music playing... I believe this really helps in creating a calmer atmosphere. I appreciate the energy at this location. I want to acknowledge their professionalism, compassion, cleanliness & efficiency. I intended on being there 4-6 hrs. I didnt eat the night before. I asked if I could eat because i felt lightheaded & nervous. Make sure you call to see if you can eat. I heard everyone was starving that morning! :) To make light of such a drastic life choice. Thank you to everyone that helped guide me. Thank you!

Very unprofessional they called me very last minute to tell me that my appointment was canceled. So I had to schedule another appointment at a different location. My appointment is at 8:40am and I the lady tells me that they won’t have a physician available until 9:30 to give me a shot. Like why wouldnt call and let me know that instead of having me wait 50 mins to come in then have to wait for my name to be called to see him. It’s in a super sketchy neighborhood. I don’t want to be in this area any longer than I have too. Definitely won’t be getting my depo from you guys anymore

I was seen today here and everything went great until I seen the doctor.(The other staff/professionals are wonderful) The Dr. asked me how well do I tolerate pain, PAIN! Why would a doctor ask that before a procedure? Then she proceeded to give me less pain medication then they do for everyone else! (I say this because the prescription was already printed out with the amount) yes she scratched out 15 pills and put 10. I’m still in complete shock!

They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I mistakely put refill instead of new because this wasnt my first time getting the birth control so the wording through me off. The lady told me I cant get the birth control because the appointment was wrong. I used my last 10$ to get there so I was in the waiting room waiting to call another uber another lady came out and told me to leave bc i dont have an app and i corrected her and she said well not the right one so leave. How do u run a business with such ugly attitudes.

I was so nervous to go here, but a gentleman named Jose, (who checked me) in made me feel welcome right away. I told him why I was visiting and he gave me other options and tried to find the cheapest way for me. The Doctor made me feel comfortable as he could tell I was a little nervous. Highly recommend.

I had a great doctor to get my Nexplanon removed at this location, but when my FSA requested an itemized receipt, the main line told me I could just pick it up at the Moreland location. When I went in, the two women at the front talked for a few minutes about it, I heard one of them say Im not doing this right now, and then they told me that they cant print the receipt because it was already sent to billing. I went home and called the number they gave me to reach billing, who then told me that no, I can only pick it up at the Moreland location. The billing lady even called them for me and confirmed that they could easily print the receipt for me, and they said theyre ready to do so whenever I can come in. So now I have to go BACK downtown to pick it up again. What an absolutely waste of my time, just because they didnt want to print a receipt.

Robin is incredible. Honestly everyone working with me today was kind, compassionate, and made me feel safe and cared for. Best healthcare experience of my life

Wait was a little long, but I expected this. All of the staff including the reception, nurse, and nurse practitioner were lovely. As someone who is so used to jumping through hoops for my healthcare with former OBGYNs and general practitioners, it was a really nice change of pace to be able to treated, believed, and not hassled to get basic care.

I enjoyed my visit! Everyone was nice and the wait time wasnt long at all! The office was very clean. The music was great! I had zero issues! Thank yall for everything! I will be back!

Horrible attitudes made me wait hours even when I was early to my appointment since I didn’t have my wallet on me told me not to leave to leave then argued with me will I trying to figure out if I can don it online kept getting aggressive because I was on my phone and they were scared I was recording them or calling someone to tell on them (sounds sus ) and then call there Secuirty on me when the whole time i figure out a way I could of down it online the whole time. Never been gang upped on at the doctors office but there’s a first time for everything

I contacted both the Atlanta office and the Lawrenceville office. I need my IUD removed and a new one put back in. I was laid off in June and do not have insurance. I was trying g to find an affordable service to help me and immediately thought of planned parenthood. What a joke. They charge more than my normal doctor and require two separate office visits, for which they charge two separate office visit fees. Total quoted to me was $1280. So much for providing affordable services to women, allowing them to take the responsible route.

I had scheduled an appointment for the depo shot. I came early to my appointment and it took an entire hour and a half for them to let me know they were out of the depo shot. They had been out of it for weeks, so they could have taken the shot off of the website so people won’t waste their time.

I Had An Abortion in July I decided too take the pill for the comfort ability to be Home so that I can take care my Daughter . Unfortunately, when I followed up on August 14 by phone My test was still Positive so The pill did not Work . So you have too follow up for A ultrasound too discuss what’s Next. I Just want people too keep in mind that if this procedure that you just paid for If it doesn’t WORK then YOUR responsibility is too pay Another $95.00 For the ultrasound if it’s 30 days from the Abortion .

The staff at this location was very nice and professional. Joy answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out in an hour and the wait time wasn’t long at all! I will definitely be back!

Don’t waste your time booking an appointment here. Find another location. The service from some of the staff at this location is disgusting. They’re extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I actually went here to get my mirena out. There wasnt that many people there and when it was time for the doctor to see me she made me feel confortable and talked me through everything she was doing. It was quick and painless. We paid 150 to get it removed.

I had a terrible experience. They were no help at all. They had no concern with my issue and could not give me any beneficial information or help. They were beyond unprofessional and rude. With them being on a college campus I feel bad for any young women going there with concerns about planning for parenthood. They will make you feel uncomfortable and waste your time! Go somewhere else women!

I recently moved to a Georgia from California and the service here is completely different. I called to see about getting more birth control and after I told the rep on the phone I have medical. She quickly cut me off and said that doesnt work in Georgia, only in California. I then asked how can they help me, she explained that planned Parenthood wont help you unless you pay cash up front. I have been going to planned Parenthood for about 14 years now and know that they have a no turning patients away slogan but the rep againcut me off and said nope we dont have funding to help everyone, thats only in California Im disgusted. They are just money hungry out here and doesnt care about helping people. I want to take this up the chain but not sure where to start. Rediculous.

The same place Ive came to twice. The first time they had me pay at the end of my visit, and Now they treated me like I had to pay to even be seen..when I went to the one in Marietta I paid after my appointment...Definitely dont like the workers here today..I honestly felt disrespected here.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Especially the receptionists are welcoming and pleasant. They do their jobs efficiently and gracefully.

The actual doctors and staff at the Lawrenceville location are great but the whole process of even getting the appointment is a headache, my appointments kept mysteriously getting canceled and luckily I had my appointment reminder to even get seen.

First time at this location I went on Tuesday and it was great ! Everyone was really nice and friendly I love this place I recommend I got the nexplanon replaced and it went great

Took 45 minutes for them to dispense birth control pills. I should have been in and out. Yikes. Do not recommend this location at all.

Robin the manager is super rude and condescending. If you ask questions about your paperwork she will refuse to assist you and speak with her back turned. Find somewhere else if you can.
