When I started searching for doctors I was really nervous and scared. Meeting Dr Rubin was a breath of fresh air. She listened and “heard me” and my concerns. I’m so excited to take this journey with her.

Dr. Toledo, wow! After 2 years of trial and error with another provider, a friend of mine recommended Dr. Toledo. He gave us very detailed information about our fertility journey and what we could expect moving forward. He was 100% right, down to the day and time on how things turned out for us. While I know this cant be the story for everyone, I understand that with his expertise and knowledge, he is going to work to get you the best outcome possible. We welcomed our baby in August 2023, and we couldnt be more grateful to Dr. Toledo and his team!

Dr. Rubin was professional, friendly, and engaging! She made us feel very comfortable and answered all the questions we had about beginning our fertility journey. We are excited to work with her & the RBA team!

I am sure she is knowledgeable but she wasn’t the right fit for me. I wasn’t truly prepared for the consultation I believed. It would have been great if someone would have told me what to expect. Being a plus size women most doctors focus on your weight instead of other factors. Yes, I fully understand the medical implications behind being at a higher weight while trying to get pregnant but the delivery is important. I would try to ask a question and she would try to answer it without me finishing the question which was annoying. Also it was a drill going off in the office and she just kept talking like how do I suppose to concentrate on my options and hearing her through a mask while that is happening. Overall I am seeking a second opinion just not the right fit for me.

My initial meeting was wonderful. Everyone there was kind and really put me at ease. I was treated with great care, courtesy and respect. The environment was warm and caring, and I was happy with my experience.

Dr. Rubin is very down to earth and genuine. She demonstrated interest in getting to know us as people and was very informative about the options available to us.

We were lost and late (20 min) and she still saw us. She was extremely thorough and explained and answered everything. We are really looking forward to working with her!

I called the hospital for an appointment more than six times and left a voice messages and no one reached back to me!
