My experience at this clinic was absolutely amazing! Easy to book an appointment, the staff calls you by your name and treats you like you’re important to them. They all listen so carefully, they build a plan according to your needs, they communicate very well (no frustrating surprises with billings or anything like that), they share their expertise, they explain everything in details! Dr Kaplan and her team will make you feel safe and calm: it can always be overwhelming going through fertility treatments and they make sure everything goes smoothly for their patients! If you chose this clinic, you are in great hands!

Dr. McGrail and the wonderful nurses were instrumental in our successful IUI procedure, despite struggles with PCOS and endometriosis. We are forever grateful for the amazing gift of life this practice strives for daily. All I can say is-don’t lose hope, my friends who are struggling with infertility.

This office is NOTHING short of amazing! It starts with Ms. Tonjali greeting you at the door with her warm welcoming and her compliments, she sets the tone for the remainder of the visit. Saleha was great with my bloodwork and she has the most gentle stick. Marie was also awesome getting you prepped with vitals for Dr. Kaplan!! Dr. Kaplan is sooooooooo extensive, she explained everything within and parts of my body that I never knew existed . She was a great listener and she gave the most optimal feedback for my concern, from the time she steps in the room she provides you a safe haven where you can talk to her about anything and she has the best advice for whatever your care plan may be Moving forward. She explains things in unimaginable depths all while preforming whatever testing for you. She has so many years of experience and believe me when I tell you she proficient in all areas of her scope. I wouldn’t recommended any other office to go to for your internal medicinal, PCOS or pregnancy journey . Thank you !!!!!

This whole practise is amazing! Every single person working there is very professional and really caring. Its a first place in the US (in 3 states we lived in) - where i felt understood, cared and really treated. Dr Kaplan found and treated the issue with my health no one could find in the past 10 years and in 2 countries. Dr McGrail was my surgeon and did an amazing job. Every nurse , admin, manager - treats you like you are their family. They do care about women , about pain, about every worry you have. We are expecting our first child thanx to them.

I had a great experience with REIG. I mostly saw Dr McGrail and NP Courtney Blue. I have PCOS and was having trouble getting pregnant. My regular OBs office left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Here, it was easy to get appointments when i needed them, they helped me understand all my options and make the decision that was best for me, and you can tell everyone in the office really cares about each patient. The office staff remember your name and treat you as more than just a number. They offered a much higher level of monitoring than my OB could. It was reassuring to be able to see how my cycle was progressing each month. It took a few months but i was finally able to find success with the help of REIG and now have a 3 week old little girl.

I unfortunately have not had a great experience thus far. My first appointment that I made around my work schedule was canceled last minute, luckily they did reschedule me quickly. My appointment itself though wasn’t the best with Dr. Kaplan. I was super excited based off the reviews. She kept asking me questions of things I had already told her so it felt like she wasn’t really listening to me. I also got follow up labs which I received a message about but no phone call even though I requested one. Still waiting a week later to hear back about labs and other stuff that I was told I would receive a follow up call for. It’s very disappointing during an already stressful situation. I will now be looking for a new clinic.

My experience with Dr. Carolyn Kaplan has been nothing short of a god-send. I have some odd/complex medical challenges that I continue to deal with. Dr. Kaplan has treated me for years on and off at this point, and every time I leave her office, I am beyond grateful for her expertise. She clearly recalls details about my health history and previous treatments each visit. She excels at clear and compassionate communication and takes as much time as needed to answer my questions. She is extremely thorough, specifically regarding ultrasound imaging - I’ve had plenty of appointments with other doctors for various reasons who miss things that Dr. Kaplan notes immediately. And this is critical for effective treatment. She is a truly caring doctor and shows a lot of empathy for her patients. Her knowledge and guidance consistently make me feel like I’m in the best hands possible. Without her expertise, navigating my health issues would feel far more stressful and daunting. On another note, the other staff in the office are also amazing. The receptionist, phlebotomist, and nurses (thank you, Marie!) are all so personable and helpful. I love this office and am grateful for them! Would highly recommend it to others.

The longer I am on this journey of infertility the more I appreciate Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Group (REIG). I was lucky enough to find them on a Google search of best rated places in Atlanta and Im so grateful I went with them.I received very hard news with my blood work when my initial gynecologist did some testing. I live in North Augusta, South Carolina, and the soonest specialist appt. was 4 months later. This is after they told me to get the show on the road before I ran out of eggs. This was very scary and Im so grateful I decided to drive 3 hours for REIG.My first phone call to set up the appointment Tonjali answered the phone, was efficient, made scheduling easy, talked me through everything, and helped ease some of my fear and anxiety. She has since been incredibly kind to me and even comforted me recently when I went in for a procedure I was very nervous about.From the moment I walked in the door Patat the desk was absolutely kind, genuine, caring, and professional. She has since then gone above and beyond to help me in any situation, when I need to get medication sent in for a procedure, and just listening to how I feel along the way. Marie also has been so helpful along with Pat, even at times working/communicating on weekends when I need medicine, etc.! They are so dedicated to the patients and the team.Courtney was the first nurse I did testing with and had a talk with and she also shared her own personal journey with me in a way that offered professional empathy that is unprecedented elsewhere.Dr. McGrail is my provider and since I have been working with her she has been extremely compassionate, intelligent, communicative, and has managed to continue to both give me practical accurate feedback while holding out some hope for me. She is skilled enough to manage a very difficult balance of letting me know whats going on with me without adding to my fear or pain about it. She has been very careful and thoughtful about how to best help me have a chance at having my own children. I appreciate her good advice, being on top of my testing, and recommending next steps.Recently I did my SHG/SIS procedure and was very nervous about it. Again, I was completely taken care of by Lutissa who did my procedure, and Alexis, who assisted. Lutissa brilliantly handled my anxiety, informed me of what was going on every step of the way, and did a great job of using her expertise to teach me about the findings while mitigating any potential discomfort. Alexis was comforting, grounding, and incredibly helpful as well. I left that appointment feeling even more cared for than I ever have by this team.When considering IVF I went to another place to get information and they were not only untrustworthy but they were inaccurate, flippant, greedy, and callous in how they handled my case. Struggles with infertility are some of the hardest struggles anyone will ever have in this life, and I feel taken care of and trust REIG. Every time I call the office before an appointment they care enough to remind me to have a safe drive on my way there! You are not only a patient to them, you are a human being. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this team.

I was recommended to this doctor’s office by a friend. I had previously been going to another medical group, but always had a hard time getting an appointment when I needed one. When I called the reproductive endocrinology and infertility group, I was able to get an appointment within a week. This alone had me sold. The day of my appointment, I was greeted by the front desk receptionist. She was very kind and helpful. My appointment was with the nurse practitioner, Lutissa Parker. She was wonderful. She had great bedside manner, personable, and very thorough! The front desk receptionist, Lutissa Parker, and Marie were great! Because of them, I am happy to have been referred here and I am looking forward to my future appointments.

It feels impertinent to me to share my experience in this establishment after being given some reflection that no other woman should have to experience the tenacity of abuse on vulnerability in a doctors office centered around womens reproductive health.Most importantly, I want to start this review by praising the ladies at the front desk and lab portions of the building. They were the only kind and shining light in Dr. Kaplans office. This also made it so highly unassuming that I could have had such a horrible experience with this after these pleasant introductions.Before my appointment, I was asked to complete paperwork on my portal highlighting my concerns, wants, and needs for this initial visit with Dr. Kaplan. Evidently, she had yet to take the time to brief herself on the paperwork received weeks prior.After being brought back to the ultrasound room, Dr. Kaplan came back into the room and said, Oop, Im going to need you to take your pants off, and left, expecting me to have already been pantless.I also want to mention that one of my other concerns, which I mentioned while talking to Dr. Kaplan, is that during intercourse, I have been experiencing bleeding. Dr. Kaplan did not concern herself with this matter. It was as if I was not here to ask questions or engage that I was a fly on the wall to my own demise of emotional discomfort.Moving forward, Dr. Kaplan reached a clear view of my cervix. Now that the doctor, my partner, and her assistant are in the room, she asks if my partner would like to see my cervix. Like most of the monologues of irrelevancy to my fertility in the appointment have been thus far, an unfiltered remark was made about my cervix. She stated it appeared as though it had lipstick on it. Dr. Kaplan continued her examination of my cervix by saying she had a treatment for the overgrowth of cells on my cervix and that she would put medicine on it. With more research, it was a cauterizing agent to readjust the experience Ive had with bleeding during sex. Though, this was not consensual. Im aware that being a self-advocate is required at any time and place. However, there was no room for opportunity to fulfill this when the room was filled with an obnoxious entitlement of this all-knowing and no-telling doctor.Following the acknowledgment of my cervix, we went on to an ultrasound. With much labeling and the dosage of virtual measurements, she bore fragmented speech about the visuals she was interpreting for much of this entertainment.After going through the motions of examination, she revisits a frequent topic of concern for her: my weight. As someone who struggles with PCOS and Endometriosis, it can be hard to lose or gain weight as my hormones fight to maintain it. This is also not something that I presented as a concern in this appointment. I had no interest in divulging a topic that does not require a doctor. I am a healthy and casually active individual. My diet is healthy and leaves little interest in junk food or alcohol, which is what she made immediate assumptions about. Dr. Kaplan asked if I stress or binge eat. She continued by rattling off healthy food choices in my diet, all of which are already included in my day-to-day.Without disclosing my weight, I can tell you that this was ridiculously uncalled for and out of bounds for someone who is trying to help me determine whether or not I have Endometriosis and how I need to care for it. Or even how it relates to my fertility. With a mother who had to have a full hysterectomy at 35 in the discussion, the weight didnt cross my mind as something being presented by the doctor. I wanted answers for having a future in building a family.Dont waste your time trying to understand these outdated means and prehistoric ideologies. We are adult women who deserve respect for our fertility. Specialists are niche for a reason; she does not provide that supply and demand, producing inaccurate to little information about a womans reproductive diagnosis.

My first time here was so wonderful , All of the staff are nice and friendly. i went to see Dr. Kaplan for some medical issues i’ve been experiencing for some time now. Unlike previous doctors i have been to, Dr Kaplan was very patient, she took time to hear me out and gave me some very useful/ helpful information. i will definitely be returning. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND her! She is Incredible!

Went in for an initial fertility consultation. Price of consult exceeded other clinics but wanted to give a smaller office a try.I felt I was met with disinterest in assisting me with my journey. I sent over records prior to my visit (and yes, there were a lot) and they were not reviewed at all. I was also given (what I would describe) a lecture on my weight. I left without any clear guidance on what the next steps were or what the process would look like long term.I left feeling disheartened and alone.I would not recommend this clinic for fertility if you have a higher weight; while other clinics have clear bmi requirements, I have found the providers to be more inclusive and supportive than Dr.Kaplan. Since being at a different reproductive clinic, I can say there is better customer service and support out there.Also, heads up: you do have to pay for parking without validation.

I have been thoroughly impressed with everyone in the clinic so far. From Mrs. Pat answering my first call and helping me get scheduled, Dr. Kaplan listening and thoroughly synthesizing all my history and background to come up with a plan (and a plan b if needed) and Marie who is quick to respond to messages and explain everything in detail. Dr. Kaplan scheduled my follow up appointment on a day she doesn’t usually come in and Ms. Pat even returned a voice mail after hours. The phlebotomist used a small needle for my small veins :) and the front desk was so kind and encouraging. Having to make a specialty appointment came with anxiety and lots of questions but everyone’s kindness and expertise in the clinic has put my mind at ease. I work in healthcare myself and am so thankful to find practitioners who treat me the way I strive to treat my patients. This clinic has made navigating a difficult and unknown season better than I had ever imagined! I am thankful for an answered prayer in finding this clinic, and patiently awaiting more glimmers of hope along the way. Thank you all :)

I originally went to Dr Kaplan for a fertility evaluation because I have PCOS and was wanting to see if I need an intervention in order to conceive. On my first appointment she was able to perform an ultrasound and determine I was nearly ovulating and instructed to attempt to conceive before pursuing interventions. At her instruction we were actually able to become pregnant right away which shocked us as we had been together for seven years at that point in time with no previous pregnancies. She also caught onto the fact that my progesterone level was low and closely dosed supplementation for me. I know this is not the typical fertility treatment story but I’m so glad that i went to her office as I firmly believe her close monitoring kept my unborn baby safe. Even if it you just need a baseline evaluation of where your fertility stands I would highly recommend this practice!

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kaplan — she listened to me when no other doctors would.

Dr. Kaplan has extraordinary bedside manners and provided thorough, detailed medical explanations to ensure that I understood complex medical terminology related to the body. She took her time understanding me as a new patient and did not rush through my appointment. In addition, Dr. Kaplan demonstrates a high level of knowledge and expertise within the field of reproductive endocrinology and reproductive medicine. I value both her kindness and her expertise that she contributes to the field of medicine.

Dr Kaplan took the time to speak with me, listened carefully and asked a lot of questions.I didn’t feel I had to rush explaining my symptoms, and I liked that she took the time to investigate and trying to figure out some issues I brought.She showed empathy and was kind. These are critical skills for a doctor, in my opinion. Thank you!

Dr. Kaplan and her team are amazing. The reviews arent lying about the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Each person I encountered made me feel at ease. Dr. Kaplan was very knowledgeable and explained everything that I needed to know to get on the right track with PCOS and getting pregnant. She was also thorough in her exam and helped me understand what we were seeing on the ultrasound screen. Overall, I feel the wait was worth it to see her. Im excited to be on this journey with her and feel positive about getting the results I want.

Dr. Kaplan is the best doctor I have seen in a long time. She actually takes time to listen and understand my problems and came up with a plan tailored specifically for me. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed and she looked at me instead of a computer. This is not the case with many doctors these days. I appreciated her genuine sincerity. I will admit I was deterred by the long wait time for an appointment, however it’s well worth it. Also, her office had a cancellation and was able to see me the same week! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her office staff was excellent as well! Five stars all around!

I’ve read the other posts and every single person has described the same experience I have had! Dr. Kaplan is truly phenomenal. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to provide individualized care. As a nurse myself, I have the upmost respect and unique appreciation for the the kind of physician she is. You won’t find better!

Only one visit so far, but everyone from the front door back were very nice. Dr. Kaplan was very thorough and spent more than time allotted with me. I am looking forward to working with her and this group for my health.

My experience with Dr Kaplan has been nothing short of amazing! She is gentle, encouraging, kind, and very detailed. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for a long time and were starting to feel hopeless before we made our first appointment with REI. But Dr Kaplan took her time and explained my conditions in a way I could understand. She gave me a real sense of hope when other doctors told me I’d never conceive a child naturally. We followed Dr Kaplan’s guidance and ultimately conceived our first born son!!!!!!We are so extremely grateful for Dr Kaplan and her caring staff! I highly recommend Dr Kaplan if you’re trying to conceive and feeling hopeless !!! She also helped me get my health back on track. I felt like Dr. Kaplan wasnt interested in helping me with my fertility. She listened, but she seemed disconnected. I dont want to share more details because this experience is personal, but I didnt have the experience I read in all the reviews I read before my visit. We didnt do any tests other than the ultrasound. I found out later through my own research theres test that can be done to see where your fertility health and status is. She gave up on my ultrasound after she couldnt locate my second ovary after only a minute or so, but was still billed $800. Everyone in the office is nice, but I didnt feel like it was going to be any kind of supported journey. My friend also went to see her before I was able to go. For some reason I had to wait longer, even though my friend made her appointment after I made mine. She also said the experience was just off, which I understood better after my own appointment.

I had initially thought I wouldn’t care for the upcoming visit because of how difficult it seemed to be to get a response via email and phone. Once it made it to the first appointment yesterday, the receiving nurse I spoke with explained they have recently been short staffed and if they do not answer the phone it is because the ENTIRE staff has a patient in their care. Once we met Dr.Kaplan, we knew we had made the right decision. She was kind, empathetic, and compassionate. She HEARD what our concerns were, and stressed each of them. She was honest about what she did and didn’t know. I also really love how this center gives you a list of the tests they would like to perform and advises that you reach out to your insurance provider to see what is and is not covered so that you’re not blindsided by your total when you check out. Just be advised that your payments are due at the time of service.

Dr. Kaplan has been wonderful, attentive, and very knowledgeable in her field. The only doctor thats listened to my concerns and took my feelings and wants into consideration. Shes helped me get further in this pregnancy than all my other pregnancies at a different location. Thanks to her and her staff I saw my babys heartbeat, something Ive never seen since my daughter, 10 years ago, and Ive had 7 pregnancies since then. Im excited to continue this journey and would definitely recommend Dr. Kaplans expertise to others who are having a difficult time growing their family!

Dr. Kaplan is everything the reviews said: Kind, compassionate, patient, meticulous, and thorough. The staff are VERY professional. The office is CLEAN and WELCOMING. I asked a lot of questions prior to the visit so that I could be prepared and all of my questions were answered each time no matter how many times I called. Dr. Kaplan is so sweet. She listens and she takes her time with patients. I have an extensive medical history and she documented everything and asked questions. During my initial visit, my blood was drawn, had a 2HR Glucose tolerance test, ultrasound, the works. Dr. Kaplan exceeded my expectations.

Update to prior reviews: Dr. Kaplan continually shows herself to be the G.O.A.T. (greatest of all time) when it comes to care-centered physicians. I have encountered only one doctor (in a different specialty) with a similar commitment to individuated patient care, and that was years ago in my hometown. I have also found my encounters with her staff to be positive - they are kind and courteous, responsive and professional.Update to prior April 2021 review: Dr. Kaplan and her team continue to provide exemplary patient care. The team is responsive via phone and portal messaging. Dr. Kaplan remains attentive and empathetic, but with superb clinical knowledge and skills, focused on helping you live your best life while safeguarding your well-being. The entire staff was super friendly, helpful, and thorough. Dr. Kaplan actually listened to and addressed my concerns; she is the first doctor in my adult life who didnt dismiss my pain and Im so grateful. You wont find a more caring, patient, and understanding doctor than Dr. Kaplan. I genuinely feel like she cares about me, which is hard to find these days. She does not rush my appointments and made sure to answer all of the questions that I had. Cant recommend her or her team enough!

I have a lengthy medical background and visited many doctors. I can say that I haven’t had a single other physician spend as much time with me as Dr. Kaplan has. She’s very thorough and spends the time to hear the details. Dr. Kaplan does a great job with explaining her findings and thoughts. When there are issues she doesn’t deal with she has given me great referrals. I have enjoyed everyone in this office. The ladies and the front desk are friendly and knowledgeable, the nurses are so nice and do a great job, I LOVE the PA and the phlebotomist is always so nice and accurate!

My first visit with Dr. Kaplan was very helpful and pleasant. She and her staff are abundantly thorough, helpful, and take the time to make sure everything makes sense and no door goes unchecked. I’m excited to be working with the office and for future visits as well.

So sorry I didn’t get to add my description. They have probably the most impressive response times in messaging and online portals that I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve definitely been to a lot of doctors.The staff and front desk is also super personable, and really unintimidating, which was helpful in a process that can be really emotional. Also the doctor is so knowledgeable and you can tell she’s really passionate about what she does, she was willing to show me what she was doing as she did my ultrasound and explained to me what different things were so I felt in the loop during the entire process. I can’t say enough good things.

Dr. Kaplan is hands down the most amazing doctor I have EVER seen in my life! She took her time to explain everything to me, she didnt leave anything unanswered. She is very nice and easy to talk to. I recommend her 1000% and the entire staff is amazing especially Deja and Maddison.

So, this a complicated review and Im hoping it will help others considering this practice. Essentially, they dont help assist getting pregnant unless your BMI is 40 or below. The conversation surrounding weight was extremely triggering for my eating disorder as well. The focus of my session was primarily about weight loss. However, I can see why folks in a smaller body have great things to say about her though. She is thorough and seasoned. I just truthfully wish the knowledge was something accessible to all sizes. Im not sure Ill return considering this experience.

I was very happy with my initial visit. The phlebotomy was fantastic with the needle. Dr. Kaplan was honest, personable, and to-the-point. She helped layout a general plan to go forward. I look forward to continuing my journey with her and her team.

Meeting Dr. Kaplan I thought this would be a perfect fit. However, no real plan of care for me was designed. It was more of a one size fit all type of feeling. High doses of medications was prescribed that wasn’t needed. I was placed on medications that directly impacted my thyroid. When I told them about it, it was overlooked. I left this practice and have been under better care. When they looked over my medical records from this office a lot of what I suspected from doing my own research was true. I always believe in 2nd opinions when I feel something isn’t right. Be careful, some procedures are needed and some are pushed on you for the money! Since leaving her care I have been taken off some meds and others the dosage has been significantly lowered. My doctors are working as a team (PCP, OB, and Endocrinologist) to ensure the best level of care. If u choose this office, don’t leave it all in their hands. MAKE SURE your apart of your care choices and UNDERSTAND “YOUR” choices, why it’s deemed necessary, and other options.

I am a PCOS patient, husband and I tried to conceive for over 15 yrs. Not other doctor actually helped us without judgement. This staff were always helpful went above and beyond. Gave my husband and I the tools and knowledge we needed to conceive naturally. I came to her cause I wanted to do this as holistically as possible. Progesterone and changing my eating habits I believe is what helped us. Never felt so comfortable and cared for. Only down fall is we wished Dr.Kaplan could delivery our little one cause I trust her and the staff so much!! Thanks guys for all You’ve done. You’ll definitely see our little miracle in the future..

Dr Kaplan is an amazing doctor. I appreciate that she never sold me the dream and was always really honest and upfront with me while being positive. We defined a proper treatment plan with her with clear milestones which makes control freak people like me feel like everything is going to OK.The entire office staff is amazing! Lutissa who is the nurse practitioner is really caring and extremely knowledgeable as well. The nurses are also all amazing and Ariel is a real sunshine to work with!!Everybody went above and beyond to make sure that my questions (and I had a lot) were always answered even late in the evening or during the weekend!I have now graduated from Dr Kaplans office because I am currently pregnant and I am really sad that my OB cares wont be done with Dr Kaplans office.I am extremely thankful for what Dr Kaplans and her office did for us. We might not have been able to be pregnant without all you guys. Thank you again

Ive been seeing Dr. Kaplan regularly for 6 months now for PCOS & Infertility issues. It took me a while to get into my first appointment, but I was well worth the wait. I havent had a doctor spend this much time with me during appointments. Her team is all very nice and extremely thorough :)

Just went for my first visit. Everyone in the office I interacted with was thoughtful and considerate. Im very encouraged by the plan theyve put together for my treatment. Dr. Kaplan gives off very calming, knowledgeable, genuine vibes!

Dr. Kaplan is an incredible doctor. I wish I could see her for all of my medical needs. Shes thorough and shows genuine interest in her patients. Shes also surrounded by a great team who share the same level of commitment to patient care.

Dr. Kaplan is a fantastic doctor and I especially appreciate how she does her best to make the patient feel at ease and comfortable even in the most unpleasant situations. Having had bad experiences elsewhere with doctors that were not concern at all about my comfort, this is something I greatly appreciate.

*** UPDATE***Ive been coming here for almost a year and I love it. The office staff knows me. Dr. Kaplan knows me. This is how its supposed to be.So far so good. I only had one visit. The office was in contact with me before my visit to tell me what to expect both financially as well as personally. I came in and it didn’t take long to be seen. I then had an interview with Dr. Kaplan about my history. It was very human to human. She listened and understood my concerns. She asked questions and didn’t make me feel like I was crazy. She then ordered my tests which I had all right there. I was there for a while but I was occupied and getting things done the entire time. I’m really looking forward to working with Dr. Kaplan and her office for my wellbeing.

Dr. Kaplan is Amazing at what she does. I would trust myself in the hands of no other Reproductive Endocrinologist. I was made comfortable from the 1st day I met Dr. Kaplan. She is thorough, she is easy to speak to , she understands and empathizes but most importantly she is not fearful of Educating you on the truth and a plan to execute. Dr Kaplan’s and her staff were warm and attentive. All made me feel heard and important. I really appreciated that not only was this 1st appointment a consultation, but I also had blood drawn and an ultrasound. Procedures ordered, medication/treatment cost and just basic fertility info was thoroughly and clearly explained. I left feeling like we had a plan and happy to be working with everyone I have met so far.

Im extremely satisfied from my experience with Dr Kaplan. Due to a very negative previous experience with one of Atlantas biggest infertility groups, I visited Dr Kaplan after having read the reviews online. I was positively surprised by her humanity, professionalism and positive energy. Once I saw her in the first visit, it felt like home, a feeling of safety and tranquility. Shes very experienced and in that first visit she spent more than an hour with me as she was trying to understand everything about me and my body. No other doctor in the past has explained everything so thoroughly and in such a knowledgeable way. Im also impressed by her teams organization; the online portal they have makes everything easy and transparent. Once you post a question, they will get back to you within the day. And this makes you feel safe and heard. I feel lucky to have found her. In my first visit with her, I brought all of my infertility exams that the other Group asked us to do. While in the other group they were stressing me and putting me under pressure for infertility treatments (and never mentioned that everything is normal with us), Dr Kaplan told me you are both healthy, just go home and get pregnant. Guess what? Im now in the first trimester of my natural pregnancy and I really believe this is because Dr Kaplan made me relax and think positively. In other words, shes not seeing you as dollars but as a human person and a woman. Her entire team is kind, calm, friendly and super professional.

Dr. Kaplan is amazing! If it wasn’t for her and her care, we would have our perfect baby girl today. Got us pregnant 1st round of IUI and I have PCOS.

I’ve had stomach issues for quite a while and have been to doctor after doctor just to be told it’s anxiety and ibs. I’ve also gotten so many tests done and never got any results .When I first started going to my new gyno I talked to her about my pain and what I was experiencing she thought I had endometriosis. My mom did her research and wanted to take me to a specialist. Walking in the staff is super nice and amazing . Dr. Kaplan truly listened to me and spent a entire hour performing a ultrasound and talking to me and my mom . I’ve never had a doctor actually do the ultrasound sound herself and diagnose as she went on. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Honestly she’s probably the best doctor I’ve ever seen and super professional. Her and her staff are truly amazing and helpful. I’ve suffered for a while but finally have no pain.

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had getting my annual pap. After having my obgyn of 6 years retiring suddenly I was nervous to find someone I could trust and feel comfortable with. I made my appointment through ZocDoc and received a phone call to verify everything and I knew then I was going to love it here. This is the best staff ever from front office to the back office. Ms. Deja , Ms. Alexis, Ms. L, the nice young lady who did my blood work (Sorry I can’t remember her name- she was amazing) & The Best NP ever Ms. Courtney Richardson. I felt like Each concern I had was listened to and they were the nicest and most compassionate people I have ever met in the medical field. Also, very professional, patient & proficient. Im so proud to be a patient at this facility and of Ms. Courtney Richardson, NP. I rate my experience 1,000/10. Thank you ladies for all you do.

She is a wonderful Doctor. I am so glad she is my doctor. She listens & helps you the way you want a doctor to treat you as a patient.I choose my insurance plan based on whether or not it includes coverage , in network if it includes Dr. Kaplan. I really love that she is my Dr. I think everyone would too.

Dr.Kaplan and her staff were amazing from the first moment I stepped foot into the office and up until it was time for me to leave . Each person I came in contact with took the time to make sure I understood EVERYTHING!!! Their willingness to help went above and beyond my expectations. If you are reading this comment, you are probably dealing with infertility problems and might have experienced with few losses. First, I want to say to infertility is just a part of your journey in life, do not let it to define you or take up your whole life (I try to remind these to myself every day). When dealing with infertility, you want:1- Some one who explains everything in simple words2- Some one you feel safe to ask many questions3- some one who is professional but at the same time compassionate4- a responsive team who gets back to you when you have inquiry5-some one who respects your choicesI have been a patient of Dr. Kaplan for almost 6 months and I am in the middle of my infertility journey. I would say Dr. Kaplan and the staff are very professional. and the whole team is GREEEAAAAT!!!!!! . I know your doctor is not your friend, but it feels good to see friendly faces when you are under that much stress and pressure.Sending lots of love to all the couples who put their bodies and hearts into this journey!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kaplan and her TEAM. I emphasize team, because everyone from the receptionist, to the nurses are so extremely kind and knowledgable. I have been coming to Dr. Kaplan for a year now. She makes me feel like she cares about my situation and spends sufficient time explaining anything I dont understand and/or answering every question I have. She is very accommodating and thoughtful. She has a wealth of knowledge that made every visit so much more efficient and productive.Id like to mention Ariel because she makes this place shine. She answers emails and phone calls, and she is always upbeat and kind. She also has a wealth of knowledge so that even when Dr. Kaplan is busy with another patient, you can still get most of your questions answered.There is a patient portal you are able to ask questions and request prescriptions through, and this has also been amazing for me during COVID as we have all been home or quarantined.Id also like to point out that there has not been more than one guest in the waiting room since COVID began when I arrive. They take temperatures and require masks and hand sanitizer is readily available.Id like to leave a personal note on my latest experience as I had to have a Hysteroscopy completed and I was completely terrified. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and front desk staff were more than accommodating. They answered any and all questions I had and completely calmed my nerves. I knew I was in great hands. When I woke up, they had already called my husband and they also dressed me completely. They go the extra mile.I have referred friends here and will continue to refer anyone who suffers from any sort of endocrine disorders or infertility issues! Do not go anywhere else! Dr. Kaplan is a CLASS A physician with a humble personality and a gentle bedside manner. She took the time to listen to my list of concerns and provided informed responses to help guide me through my situation. There isn’t enough Dr. Kaplans around! I cannot put into words how much I LOVE everyone at this office. From the minute my husband and I had our first consultation we left feeling like we finally found a fertility specialist that truly cared about our journey. Dr. Kaplan truly takes her time explaining and answering any questions we had. We decided to move forward with an IUI. I had a minor unexpected symptom occur over a weekend during our monitoring process, I emailed the main contact (on a Saturday) and within 20 mins I received a response. You simply do not get that level of customer care at any other doctor. Later that same evening I reached back out, concerned and Dr. Kaplan called me herself. I cannot recommend this practice enough! What a wonderful experience! I came in for a second opinion and will not be looking elsewhere. Dr. Kaplan and her staff are amazing. From the minute I walked in I knew I was in good hands. She is very thorough with her patients and does not rush you. I am so glad we found her!

I started seeing Dr. Kaplan earlier this year through a recommendation from a friend. Be prepared to spend a couple of hours each time at your appointment. Its not because youre just waiting for no reason, Dr. Kaplan actually takes her time with you. Which honestly I think is necessary especially for something like infertility. She is trying to find answers for you and give you answers that youve been looking for. You wont get that at a most other places. Yes, shes a doctor, but shes a human doctor and treats you like a human and not just another case or another person trying to get pregnant. Trust me, Ive been to a lot of doctors!During our initial visit, she went over a thorough medical history and took notes (even with a broken wrist)! Ive never been to a reproductive doctor that was very careful and meticulous about treatment. Yes, there was a lot of blood drawn, frequent shots and needles, and an unsuccessful outcome, but she monitored me throughout a whole treatment making me feel like I was in the best hands through this difficult time.Her office is small and intimate, but I actually prefer that. The office knows me as a person, not a patient. They are sensitive to what Im going through and they try to keep an extremely stress-free environment.I havent had any trouble with appointments or call backs. They have a patient portal that the offices uses for communication and even scheduling appointments, as well as calling back as soon as they can. This review should speak for itself, but I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan and her office.

I visited Dr. Kaplan after my OB told me they could no longer help with my PCOS symptoms and treatment. Dr. Kaplan is very knowledgeable and attentive. Her staff is sweet and understanding of what I’m going through and spent a lot of time with me answering every question I had. I got more answers in my first appointment with her than I’ve gotten from my OB the past 8 years. Highly recommend her.

I can truly saw I love Dr. Kaplan and her office. I feel informed and never rushed by her or her staff. Usually Doctor offices schedule your appointment and rush you off the phone, but Ariel talks to you, answers questions and they check on you afterwards. Dr. Kaplan shows that she cares about you and not just the numbers. Amazing doctor truly amazing!

Dr. Kaplan was very professional and very detailed. She pays close attention to every word you say and gives you answers to what you want to know. She doesnt waste your time and is very honest. I am so happy to have heard about her and just wish it would have happened sooner.

I booked my first appointment with Dr. Kaplan because I saw that she tested for certain immune complications that affect pregnancy as well as had experience treating Asherman’s syndrome. Coming from out of state and driving 6.5 hours would be worth it I thought for someone with her level of expertise and great reviews. When I booked my appointment I asked lots of questions and was very thorough, making sure I knew what to bring as I told them we’d be coming from 3 hours away. I also coordinated with my 3 prior doctors to ensure my medical records were sent over ahead of time, and called the day before my appointment to verify they received them all - they said they did.We arrived today and were told “I’m not sure if you’re aware, but your husband can’t go back with you.” I said, “Why not? He’s a patient too and he’s paying for our treatments.” I was told that if we had an OB appointment, or a different type of first appt, he could, but we didn’t so he couldn’t. I was never offered another type of appt or told this before. Then they told me, “I just want to make sure you know, your insurance won’t cover infertility treatments or testing.” I said “Yes, but the do cover recurrent pregnancy loss - can you bill it as such? When I called to book the appt they said they could.” She said “Yes but it still falls under Infertility.” This is not what my insurance company told me, but now I was concerned about moving forward because I didn’t want to get hit with surprise bills. I called the office 3 times prior to my appointment, and I feel like these things should have been brought up ahead of time as there was ample opportunity. I looked to my husband because I was seriously doubting my decision to come here, and the receptionist asked me pretty harshly, “Did you want to say something?” I said “Well, to be honest I just think that in the future you may want to inform patients of these things you think they may not know before their appointment that’s all.” I wasn’t going to say anything at all but she was so confrontational I figured I may as well state my opinion.Dr. Kaplan came in and clearly knew nothing about me. The first thing she said was “I’m sorry about your miscarriages” but while she said it her cell phone kept ringing. She then launched into a monologue about a chromosomal issue that can cause miscarriages, and the expensive testing that’s done for it. She said it only causes 2-3% of losses. I asked, “Is that what you think could be causing our issues based on our history?” She said “I’m not sure, but if it is the cause we’d want to find out.” She talked way more than she listened. She didn’t ask me any questions for 20 minutes.When I told her I had diagnosed clotting issues, she said she didn’t see that in my records - because it turns out they only received 1 of 3 sets of records. So glad I called to verify they received all 3 ahead of time! It wouldn’t have made a difference though because it was clear Dr. Kaplan had never reviewed my records anyways.When I explained other symptoms I’m having after my most recent loss like unusual pelvic pain, she looked absolutely dumbfounded and even shrugged. It appeared that if you fell outside of her usual prescribed regimen of testing, she was out of her depth. She offered a few routine testing options that I was already planning on doing with another doctor, but when I asked if they were painful, she said that they were and didn’t offer any options to reduce the discomfort. I don’t appreciate doctors who think procedures should be painful - at least have a strategy to minimize discomfort like numbing agents or provide pain relief ahead of time, this is not the Middle Ages!At this point I decided not to move forward with the exam and left. Fertility issues are traumatic and expensive, I expect to be treated with respect by the doctors I see for it and that was not the case here.

Such a great clinic. Dr. Kaplan, Dr. McGrail, the nurse practitioners, nurses, and all of the staff are extremely attentive healthcare providers. The front desk staff are excellent. Really appreciated all of their support during our journey.

Everyone at this office is warm and friendly. Dr Kaplan is the best. If only every doctor could be as attentive, patient, thorough, warm and informative as Dr Kaplan!! Highly recommend.

Dr. Kaplan is my favorite doctor ever. She seemed to have all the time in the world for me. She was knowledgeable and spent more time listening to my problems and questions than any other medical professional I’ve come across. Her staff is superb as well. I’ve suffered from PCOS forever but Dr. Kaplan and her office made me feel like i was heard.

Dr. Kaplan has been a true blessing. Her knowledge her bedside manners and her patience is like no other. Her staff is amazing and my fiancé and I have been blessed to conceive after only 6 months.

Horrible experience. They were unable to service me but kept my deposit. The office is so unorganized and confused about what options are offered. I’m self pay so I like to be clear on my charges upfront. On my first visit I was charged $400 while making the appointment they said that would cover my visit and any tests the Dr needed to run. Then received a bill for $1200 the following month. I tried to come back for a second visit and asked that I be notified of all charges upfront going forward. After several minutes and no clear answer, I asked that they cancel my appointment. They refused and said they’d still charge me. Would not recommend!

Dr.Kaplan was very thorough and attentive to me. I feel like I’ve been getting the run around from doctors and came to see her for a second opinion. I am so glad I did. She is very knowledgeable and I feel confident being under her care.

SHE is the incarnation of the word sunshine , efficient always with a smile, even over the phone and has a good word for you. It feels so good to see efficiency associated with not rude!Then there is Doctor Kaplan. SHE LISTENS, reads your file, comes prepared, has options for you, do not doubt you nor come up with an arrogant already made up judgemental diagnostic. Each cases is different, she keeps that in mind, science makes progress and she is ok with that as well. She is warm, caring, does not make you do exams you do not need. I could not find an endocrinologist able to manage all aspects: woman specailist around 50, plus insuline resistance due to gallalder removal and gynecologist. So I tried this office, and I am glad I did.Then you meet Leticcia, the nurse, I appreciate her a lot. ( you can save time and do your blood work in office ) SHE is full of energy, extremely positive and encouraging. Got blood work done in my hand not even a slight bruise!SHE gets you pumped up with good vibes and inspires you to manage your metabolism. SHe is the strong woman who will wake up if you do not do your part of the treatment!It is easy to communicate with them, to get appointments and paper work done.I had no issues with them taking care of my insurance. Thank yo, Dr Kaplan to have promoted such difference in a world of medical health sometimes so impersonal. It is not always easy to find places where the patient is taken care with no condescending attitudes. Your knowledge, talent and care is much needed. LADIES thank you dearly

Dr. Kaplan and all the providers in this office are wonderful. Dr. Kaplan and Lutissa Parker, DNP always take time to answer my questions and address my specific concerns or worries. I am very impressed by their prompt responses to secure messages, and the clarity with which fertility options are discussed. I always have a great experience when I visit Dr. Kaplan’s office. Her office staff is so nice, organized, and pleasant. Dr. Kaplan is also very thorough and listens to your concerns. This is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Kaplan spent quite a bit of time with me at my initial appointment. She did research prior to my appointment as well as asked me a lot of questions. She also let me ask a lot of questions and provided great answers.

This office made MANY mistakes in the short amount of time I was seen by them (Including what I’m assuming was a mix up with my bloodwork although it was never confirmed). Dr. Kaplan overall lacks bedside manner. I have since found a great group of reproductive specialists at RBA and will never be back. I wish I had listened to my husband after my first appointment when I knew something was not right at this practice.

My husband and I came to Dr. Kaplan’s office after I experienced back to back losses. Dr. Kaplan and the whole entire team were so empathetic towards my situation and made sure to get to the bottom of why this was happening. After extensive tests and treatment, I’m so grateful to say that I am now pregnant again and everything is perfect so far! I know that I could not have reached this point without the help of REI. Thank you all again SO much! We are so grateful for everything you’ve done and continue to do for us.

The doctor spent a long time with us, answering all of our questions and provided a comprehensive, thoughtful examination and discussion. The lab technician was great and everyone that works in the practice was helpful and caring. 10/10 would recommend.

WARNING, DO NOT TRUST HER with your fertility journey.  SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.  Unfortunately, Doctor Kaplan was the first experience my husband and I had with an infertility doctor and it was, and still is, scarring to us.  We are now at another fertility practice in Atlanta, and the Doctors there are WONDERFUL.  We explained the previous testing and treatment plan that our previous fertility doc put us through (Doctor Kaplan) to our new fertility doctor.  We did not mention her by name when doing this, and without missing a beat, I think I know what Doctor you are referring to.  We were shocked at first that Kaplans BAD REPUTATION was THAT prominent in a large city like Atlanta, but thats how bad of a Doctor Kaplan is. They explained that they see many of Kaplans patients after she fails them and drains their bank accounts with her outdated approach to the tests she chooses to perform, her theories, misdiagnosis, and treatments.  Fortunately, my husband and I were able to identify her incompetence fairly quickly, (1 month in) and we fired her after experiencing a complete LACK OF COMMUNICATION and overall appalling encounters.  Save yourself the severe stress, money, and total lack of answers.

I have been a patient of this office for a little over two years now. I never had any issues in the past with scheduling appointments or any of the staff at the practice.This year, I was due for a new contraception and was looking forward to being able to quickly and easily come in for a removal and replacement. Although I didn’t need this small procedure until this July, I started talked with Deja in the office in April of 2022 to ensure this process was going to be easy and quick.The day before my scheduled appointment for my procedure, I received a call from Deja stating that the contraceptive I needed was “out of stock”. This was not true. I did my own research with my insurance company and my specialty pharmacy to find out this was not the case. I called Deja back MULTIPLE times to explain to her how to order this medication (which I shouldn’t have had to do). I called & messaged in the patient portal for updates for weeks about this matter and never received calls back. I felt truly undervalued as a patient here that Deja did not ask for assistance with my contraception order. I eventually decided to leave this practice as I never was able to get a new contraception ordered. My new practice easily ordered what I needed and scheduled me for an appointment immediately. Hoping no one else had to go through this experience.

Let me just say I have been on this fertility journey and my previous doctor had me all kinds of lost I struggle with PCOS and having this diagnosis makes it difficult when try to conceive. Met with Dr. Kaplan and within the first hour I learnt so much about my diagnosis also she ran some test on me to see what my body is doing and where am at now she can can help get my body on track to help me on my journey to conceiving! She is an amazing person and has great personality so excited to journey through with Dr. Kaplan!! Her staff Ariel and Maria are so helpful and knowledgeable about the process which makes it an even better experience for me. I found my place of peace!

I was scheduled for a pre-op that I ended up not doing because of all the unexpected surprises.Here are some surprises you need to expect from this office:- If you have not met your deductible, this office requires the entire Amount due upfront, in person, at your pre-op visit and the payment is also due before your pre-op visit. I was also not informed of this until the day of my initial surgery, so I was extremely taken aback. I ended up rescheduling because the office was backed up and I was not going to be seen for another 1 hour. It did not help that I was not able to eat or drink anything since 11:59pm the night before and it was already 11am at the time. That meant I would be seen around 12pm and leave the office 2-3pm.- The receptionist does not know what she is talking about when it comes to fees. Make sure you get a second opinion or you will get a surprise bill. I walked out of my appointment because this office is so unorganized and lacks communication and I did not want to invest too much time, emotion and money with this facility.- Ms. Janet is almost impossible to get a hold of because she works with multiple different offices. So.... try to talk to Lashonda who is the office manager.- I asked the receptionist for something in writing that I would not charged since I did not get serviced today and the receptionist said that there would be no charge. I still insisted it in writing. Lashonda came out and said there would be a $75 cancellation charge. I was not informed of this anywhere in any of the emails I received from the office. When I asked for it in writing, she printed me an emailed policy that states “as of 12/21/20 we have moved to our new office.” I have only been a patient since June 2021. It would have been nice to have been aware of this policy. I did not even sign a waiver form saying that I agreed to the $75 charge nor did I receive a receipt.- They charge you for medical records. They charge per page for the medical records but will waive the fee if they send it to another office. Lashonda was nice to waive the fee because it was only 4 pages. I asked the cost of the per page but she would not tell me since I was not charged. I know she was also being professionally petty. She was probably hoping I would have more than 10 pages, so she can rack up my bill. Fortunately, I was able to read the red flags with this office within 2-3 visits.- I have only been to large fertility clinics and the large facilities are surprisingly more organized and communicative. But for an office this small, everyone should be on top of their things and need to communicate better.- Oh and the Lashonda does not know the different between a polyp and a fibroid. I was informed for billing purpose that It was a fibroid when it’s actually a polyp. They could’ve have possibly billed insurance incorrectly.- When you lose trust with the front desk and/or billing, you end up losing trust for the entire team. Choose wisely as there are so many other options out there. Even ACRM was better than Dr. Kaplan’s team, especially the billing department.

Coming from a really busy and stressful reproductive infertility office in Sandy Springs, I was not sure what to expect with the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Group. I really enjoyed going to Dr. Kaplans office. Its very personable, warm, and everyone is polite. Dr. Kaplan listens and always makes sure youre comfortable and understand whats going on. The most amazing thing is we got pregnant naturally!! After two failed IUIs and multiple stimulant drugs...I do believe it was the relaxed atmosphere and Dr. Kaplan that made me feel like my body could do this.

I dont like conventional medicine. I HATE going to doctors. Typically doctors make me feel like just a number. They dont really listen or address my concerns and always go straight to medications. I wasnt expecting much when I came to my appointment having been disregarded at my last endocrinologist. I had even thought of canceling, figuring it would be another waste of time and money. I am so glad that I did go. The doctor actually listened and addressed all my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my full history and make a game plan moving forward. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere inviting. I am so happy I was referred to this practice.

I love Dr. Kaplan, Ariel, and Marie! They have been wondering to me. The doctor always listens about my questions and concerns. I would recommend my friends and and family to see her. The front desk and nurse are always so helpful and kind to me. Love them!!!

This was my first visit and it was like being around family. I felt so welcome and like a queen. They even called and messaged me with updates and the visit. Dr. Kaplan and her employees are magnificent. I highly recommend them.

The entire staff is amazing Dr. Kaplan, Ariel, Marie, and Lutissa. I love that it is a small staff and when I send emails with questions or concerns no matter the time of day I get an email reassuring me of whatever is on my mind and it truly helps calm me down. Dr Kaplan is a great doctor if you are trying to get pregnant; but if you are trying to manage your PCOS symptoms, I would look for another doctor. She has great bedside manner, but she did make me feel pressured into getting an IUD, even though I told her how I don’t react well to birth control. I ended up having her remove it shortly after it was placed because I felt ill the entire time it was in. As I suspected, it messed with another medication (like I told her it would), and it caused havoc on my body. While it does state that she treats PCOS on her website, I firmly believe that her version of treating PCOS is sticking someone on birth control.

Dr. Kaplan and Lutissa are both amazing. They take their time and actually listen. I have thought I have had PCOS for years but could not get any doctor to do the right tests because I didnt check all the boxes. Dr. Kaplan and Lutissa listened to my concerns and trusted my gut feeling about my body. Now we are on a track to improve my health and hopefully get pregnant when the time is right.

Telemedicine rendez-vous with a knowledgeable doctor eased my first visit. Easy access to Dr. Kaplans practice to draw blood with a courteous nurse.

I honestly love this office. They truly listen to your concerns and what you willing/not willing to take as medication. I expressed that I did not want birth control pills as a resolution for my situation. They found another alternative and I like it so far. They’re really caring and thorough. I love it here.

I was diagnosed with PCOS 10 years ago and have been searching for a doctor to help me treat it for AGES. I think Ive finally found the doctor I was looking for all this time. My first visit was efficient - she got right to doing labwork, consultation, and exams right away and spent 2 hours with me going over my medical history, expectations, and experiences with prior doctors/medications. Its only been one visit, but so far I am beyond impressed and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help with their reproductive endocrinology.She was also the first doctor who didnt recoil when I mentioned I was vegan and dealing with PCOS! She is totally non-judgmental and actually listens to you without jumping to a conclusion or pushing a treatment plan on you that doesnt align to your goals or expectations.

I usually despise going to these type of appointments, however I felt stress free and respected there. Everyone in the office was welcoming and kind. Everything was well explained- and I felt comfortable asking my questions. If you are self pay - worth every penny!HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
