My visit great! The doctor great! But the front desk that answered the phone when I called the day after my appointment which would be today 1/31/24. Whoever was up front , hanging up in someone’s face after that patient was told to contact the clinic if any emergency or questions after my appt is the reason why im leaving this review. I work in the medical field Clinical and administrative and that is not how you do things. If you don’t understand what I am saying transfer me to someone who does. Ignorance isn’t an excuse in the medical field. Also do not hang up in a patient’s face!

My experience here was nice. The staff was awesome. My wait time was not long. The whole process was at a fast pace. In my abortion was free I guess because I receive foodstamps. But I will recommend this place anytime. They talk to you and kept you up on every step you had to take.They also call n check up on you and give you further details after your abortion on what to do and how you should be feeling. I give this place a 10.

I just had a visit today for the pill, I think the staff was really good and professional and overall just wanted to get you in and out efficiently. Of course there are rules, no purse , no phones in the back but I feel like it just goes hand in hand with making sure we’re all safe and able get the proper services we need. If ever in need of this type of service again I will be back to this clinic. ⭐️

Despite being prepared for a 4-6 hour wait time I was in and out in about 2. The staff is all very compassionate and respectful, I never once felt bad for my decision and I expected protesters but there werent any. I was fully educated, all of my questions were answered and the team was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. I traveled in from out of state and felt safe and seen the whole time. I will say the only thing that left me a bit miffed was why some patients were allowed to take their phones back and others werent. Id like the consistency of all patients adhering to the rule but its such a small non-issue. Ultimately my experience with the care was the best and I am forever grateful.

This place is horrible. First, when booking the appointment I was Rudely hung up on for asking clarifying questions. Upon arrival the lady thru the intercom was demanding and very off-putting, not friendly at all…They take your phone immediately, before you are even called to the back.Once in the back, the entire staff, and I mean All of them, are BEYOND rude, they look/act unprofessional, everybody moves like they’re in a rush, one girl was openly laughing/ talking about me (idk why). I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy.The place is dirty and the staff is full of uneducated mean girls who don’t like their job. I even changed my method of abortion to the pill because I didn’t trust them doing any type of procedure on me. I got my abortion 2 months ago and the experience at this location has TRAUMATIZED me.0 STARS!!!Since abortions are performed here, you would think the staff would be friendly, compassionate and comforting. I got NONE of that. I felt Like my presence was bothering them on top of being vulnerable about my own decision. Worst experience ever.I’m not the type to write google reviews but I’m here to warn everyone NOT COME HERE.

Obviously the reason I was there was uncomfortable, but the staff from beginning to end made me feel good and were very sweet.

I would truly take the bad reviews of this place with a grain of salt. I know that a lot of people put bad reviews on here to try to make the clinic look bad, that way people wont go. But a lot of what the people are posting on here are false. The ladies were as friendly as any other doctors office nurses. Some of course are extremely friendly! Stephanie made me feel so much better and comfortable. She was the one that really changed my mood and left me smiling. All the women are understanding and NONE of them make you feel guilty. They even make sure you talk to someone about how youre feeling. You do go to a room alone and the wait can be long. But it is for your privacy and they only have one doctor on staff most of the time, so just be patient with them. All the ladies told me multiple times that they were trying their hardest to get us out of there as quickly as possible. I was there for about 3 hours but I expected to be there around that much time. They have to do many things to make sure everything is safe for you so honestly, the wait did not bother me. At least I knew that they were being thorough. But the one thing that I noticed was most important is that they really care about your well being and they want to make sure you understand everything clearly so that nothing goes wrong. I accidentally missed my follow up appointment and they were not rude about it at all. They actually were happy that I called to reschedule and wanted me to come in to make sure that I was okay. Overall extremely caring! The whole process was extremely scary at first but any clinic will be. The nicer you are to the ladies the nicer they are back to you. They get rude people all day so if they are in a bad mood its probably because of that. Also, you have to show an ID to a police officer just get into the building so that made me also feel safe in there.

I called their contact number last week to ask information for abortion and this lady that answered my call giving me an attitude and when she asked me about my first and last period which i knew how many weeks i was pregnant then she told me my count was wrong it’s about 4 weeks last week but then she told me it was 5 weeks for sure, which isn’t because i went to other clinic for my procedure yesterday and told me i’m 5 weeks pregnant. She doesn’t even know how to count and giving me attitude told me that how do I know how to count and because of that i ended up not going in this clinic and went to the other one clinic which is very good decision i made.

Had a fast paste experience. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and she let you know every step of the process. She’s very good, sweet and fast.Pain: It’s not painful at all, it feels like a tug. The awake process was super easy and lasted about 20 minutes. Including The in and out process afterwards lasted from 9:30am- 11:45 including paperwork, and waiting after the process.Staff: WOW !!! I don’t remember their names, sorry but I do remember where they from. Ms. Philly is super sweet and assertive, Ms. Baltimore is very caring and attentive. The other Doctor (he) was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as well. Did I mention he’s hilarious well??? Smooth process.Area; be aware of the protesters outside, they are no harm but will try and convince you so otherwise. Parking is available and freePrice: well you may need to call for that, it varies.FYI; I read some reviews that complained about the wait time. In my opinion and experience. I’m assuming those patients selected the sleep process with anesthesia. That will take longer due to the demands. If you don’t select the sleep it’s super fast but she so numb you. Trust me save your money and go on a day where you don’t need to wait for the anesthesia Doctor to get to you. You’ll be ok and it’s no pain but a tug sensation. We women and can handle it

I called in today and spoke to someone by the name of Luka (spell check). She seemed really nice at first. I asked if there were any appointments for Monday and she stated they are closed on Sunday & Monday and that I would need to come in on Thursday so that I can get there before the 6 weeks. I thanked her and told her I look forward to speaking with her soon because I need to talk things over with my partner. She replied “talk to you soon” and before I could say anything else she disconnected the call. I assumed it was because I stated I would need to make sure Thursday is okay with my partner. This is my first time ever being pregnant and I’m scared. I had been crying and for someone to just disconnect the call was completely unnecessary. I was able to reach out to another place and scheduled an appointment for Friday. Had this lady never hung up in my face I would have went with this place but I’m glad I didn’t. No empathy whatsoever from the receptionist. The place I chose has 4.4 stars btw!

Yes, the wait time is long, but they prepare you for that. If you go in there thinking that you’re the only person who needs help, that’s being unrealistic.My experience was good. I received education on the process, an ultrasound, got the medication I needed, and that was that.Only negative thing I will say is the follow up protocol is horrible. I never received a wellness call as promised. I had to call when I had concerns and It was difficult getting someone on the phone and that was scary. Thankfully everything went well and it’s been 6 months since my visit here and I’m still doing well.

Idk why there’s so many bad reviews on this place. This place is extremely nice. The only slightly bad part is the idiot protestors that stand at the end of the drive in and try to talk to you, but the offices doors are locked so they can’t get in. At no point, did anyone make me feel bad or make me felt judged at all. They were all very kind and professional as well as informative. Wait time isn’t bad at all, guess it all depends on what time your appointment is. Lots of other women in the waiting room so it makes you feel less alone.

I just had surgery and I am pretty happy I got taken care of it at here, Atlanta woman’s center. I don’t have anything to complain about. More likely, I would like to thank to doctor who operated. He did really good job on me and I am very content.Surprisingly I did not get bleeding at all. Maybe very little. The surgery was really short like 5 minutes. Doctor told me that he will be explaining everything during the surgery and he did. It made me really comfortable. I only took one medicine for not to get infection but did not get pain medicine. I was a little bit scared but it was not that bad pain. Nurse was there to soothe me which made me feel comfortable. Since I did not put myself in sleep, I could leave a lot earlier than other girls.Since I read the comments here before I go, I was ready to wait before I go home so I took computer and blanket. Sadly, they did not let me take any devices or bags even phone was not allowed inside but there was movies to watch and I enjoyed that. I took very thick jacket and blanket because I get cold really easily and it worked very well. Everyone was freezing but they gave us blanket so you should not need unless you get really cold easily like me.Sure I had to wait for a long time but at least I could leave before the time I have to pick my son up so I am pretty happy.

Had an appointment this morning at 7:30. I had read reviews before choosing this place to go get an abortion. I have never had one before and had no idea what to expect. Lucky, they warned me beforehand that the process could take anywhere from 3-6 hours. 98% of that time is just waiting on the nurses to check ur vitals, take your blood, do an ultrasound, and then just waiting on the actual surgery because they only have one room to do the surgery in (there was probably 30 women that came in this morning to also have the surgery so imagine the process and time for 30 surgery’s with only one surgical room) , etc. I had a really pleasant experience at this center. Everybody was nice. The nurses would joke around with me. Even the anesthesiologist was sweet & funny and made me feel better right before the surgery. I have to say literally the only bad part is the wait. Like I said, we got there at 7:30am. I did not leave until 2:30. The abortion happened maybe around 2. It’s a very long process but the staff makes you comfortable and is helpful.

I am so thankful for this place. They were there with me every step of the way of my pregnancy. They made sure to call and check in on me often and asked if I needed anything throughout my pregnancy. They provided me with a box of baby clothes, diapers, blankets, and a car seat my child was able to use at 2. They also gave me multiple ultrasounds and allowed me to hear my babies heart beat. Thank you guys for being there at this time in my life.

I am honestly so thankful for everyone there. My appointment was on February 12, 2016. When I first walked in I met with the policeman he was very nice and professional. I was a bit nervous when I reached the office, but the paperwork was fairly easy to fill out. I was then called back to sit in the waiting area to get lab work and tests done. I received my sonogram and everything went by smoothly. Everyone were super nice and caring. The first part of my procedure I was terrified and just scared. I had to get a D&E, so the first part honestly for me was very painful, but the doctor was very gentle and took her time when needed. After that procedure I was still in a lot of pain, so one lady took me to the recovery room so I could get an IV, and then a sweet lady gave me some medicine to ease the pain and I was knocked out. A few hours later I got my second procedure and it went by smoothly. I just want to say, thank you to everyone there and to the person who trains each individual you are doing an amazing job. I highly recommend coming here. ❤️

Even through I had my done years ago I remembered how loving and caring they were. When I called they told me how much it was and even told me about the financial assistance I was able to get. They let me know about the waiting period which was no problem because my appointment was a couple days after my phone call. The day of the procedure early in the morning the police officer who was at the check in desk was extremely nice and helpful. When I went up stairs they took care of me. They explained everything before and as it was happening. The procedure went fast to me because opted to be put under. Recovery was no problem because the nurses was nice. They dont pressure you at all. I am grateful for this center. They was there when I needed them.

The wait was a little long but once I got to the back of the office the sonogram lady was very nice and the counselors were extremely nice. I was nervous going in but they made me very comfortable. Everyone I came in contact with was nice. I wouldnt want to see them again under the circumstances but I sure do love their practice. Nice and clean place. Positive energy positive vibes

Not many reviews about second trimester procedure so I wanted to leave an review about my experience for future patients. I had to have a 2 day procedure because I was so far along 21 weeks to be exact. First day I sat in waiting room 6 hours before they took me back to put dilators in my cervix and give me a shot to slow the baby heartbeat basically killing it. The wait time was discussed at the the time I made my appointment so I was prepared just dress comfortable. During that wait time I was called back and forth for things like ultrasound,vitals, Counseling, and payment. It took about five minutes or less for the doctor to put dilators in but that pain was a 10(1-10 ten being highest). After that you go home eat rest take pain meds when needed. My pain at home was little to none say 5 or less the rest of that iday. My second day I sign in they take me straight to the back where I was put in recovery room in a recliner with a hot pad over my stomach. Nurses asked about my night overall which was good I was in little to no pain. An hour and a half goes by my name gets called the doctors are ready for me. I did get put to sleep during my procedure so I felt nothing heard nothing but soon as they woke me my pain was horrible definitely a 10. I told nurses I was in pain they gave me meds and two shots in my leg one for pain one to not bleed so much. I was at a 10 in pain for about 15 mins. When pain level reach about 5/6 they release you which shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes. May seem like they kicking you out but they have many patients and your expected to feel pain/ discomfort nothing to worry about. I am now home resting no complications as of yet praying none occur I am very thankful for doctor and nurses everyone here at this facility played apart in helping me in my time of need.

First let me say that the bad reviews on here are truly false. This was my first time doing this and I could not have had a better experience. I’m not sure who these people were referring to but the front desk girls were very friendly no attitude at all. She greeted everyone with a smile and said good morning. The nurses and doctors were all friendly, extremely helpful, kind and showed they cared. Of course everyone will have different experiences and interactions with staff, but I was blown away by the kindness and care. I am not a employee writing a good review, I just left and could not wait to write this. Thank you everyone!!!

I came to this clinic almost 12 years ago and they were so kind and to this day Im still so so grateful to each and every femme that took care of me that day. The wait time was long, that was to be expected. I was given anesthesia and woke up on the other side to very caring hands. There are definitely angels walking these halls.

Had a pleasant experience. Everyone was nice and very helpful. The two K girls I don’t recall the full names one had small dreads and the other had light brown and black hair. They talked to me when I was feeling apprehensive and also made me laugh when I wanted to cry and I really appreciate that. The girl In the procedure room thin light skinned girl has a smart mouth and wasn’t very professional. The recovery room nurses were all nice and made me feel comfortable. Thanks ladies for doing what you do.

Was seen here yesterday, my appointment was for 6:45am I left here about 11:30am. It felt like a long time but with the full waiting rooms it deemed necessary. My experience was great. All of the nurses and doctors were very kind and very fast and non judgmental as this was my first time having this procedure (I am a mother of 4 live healthy births already and I was 16 w 5 days far) so I was very hesitant and guilty of this decision but everyone there fulfilled their duties and purpose and made me feel safe and secure. Most staff is all females I saw two males. One nurse one doctor. If I had to do this again which I’m sure I won’t I would definitely come here again. Very few protesters when I arrived and left. My water broke before the procedure and everyone was so supportive and took fast action even though I was extremely embarrassed and very sad. No complaints thank you to the staff for making this experience alot less scary than I thought it to be.

My visit there was fantastic. I was very nervous and skeptical about the procedure at first but the nurses and counseling staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. After the procedure the staff did not allow me to leave until my np was down and I was well enough to go. They were very friendly and warm, and had me laughing. Great center.

I give three stars for how well they took care of me. Everyone was very nice and supportive. The wait was about 7-8 hours 😭😭 I honestly hope my concerns are taken into consideration. This was a very difficult decision for me, I was looking forward to having my son but it wasnt meant to be and my baby had a less than 1% chance of survival. With that said, being in the same waiting room with 15 other women who are doing this as a choice (not judging) wasnt helpful. I was emotional and they were laughing and making jokes about abortion. There were 2-4 other women crying due to how difficult of a choice it was for them. If possible, after counseling, women can be separated by reason for the abortion. After changing into my hospital garments, I had to wait for over 3 hours to be seen. Thought that was too much and also the staff in the recovery room was inpatient with women who werent ready to wake up and walk to get out. I guess they wanted to go home. So maybe the facility should only schedule a certain number of people to avoid the long wait and also allow patients recover as their body allows them (everyone recovers differently) In all it was a good place, fix those things and you will be great.

I will never forget how good my care was at the center. No one wants to have an abortion, but the entire staff was just amazing and supportive of my choice. My surgery tech held my hand the entire time. I felt safe and cared for. My doctor was amazing and kind. I don’t have anything negative to say at all. Thank you for everything. Thank you Atlanta for being there for southern women. You changed my life and freed my from my abuser.

Honestly before I went here I read most of these reviews and it definitely scared me a bit, I wasn’t particularly excited in the first place to go to the center but the reviews made me even more nervous but it wasn’t as bad as some of these reviews make it seem. Atleast my experience wasn’t. I will admit the waiting area is very small. Don’t expect there to be a lot of space because the clinic in general is small. If you are looking for an upscale, spacious place to get your abortion done I would advise going somewhere that has better reviews. There are definitely other places you can get your abortion done with better accommodation and better technology. The staff overall was very friendly although a couple of them could work a little more on their customer service skills. There was one doctor’s assistant with an attitude towards this other patient that was there, but overall it was a very welcoming experience. Do bundle up because there’s one area in the back waiting room that was pretty cold but they do offer blankets. With that being said my experience wasn’t bad at all. I arrived 15 min late to my 9:30 appointment and went to the back around 10:30 and I left around 12:50 so definitely expect to be there for a few hours. The room where the abortion takes place isn’t a very inviting one...it’s small and the floors are concrete. Like I said, if you’re looking for something with more quality this is not the place for you. It’s a place that gets the job done and that is all. After the procedure they take you into a recover room and when you’re coming off the anesthesia they will tap you to wake you up then afterward give you some snacks and cranberry or apple juice and let you recover for as long as you need. They also offer pads. So in general it wasn’t a bad experience but there are better quality facilities.

My appointment was June 7 2017. This is never an easy decision and a lot of girls I met were a lot like me: this was their first time and we were all a little nervous/scared. The nurses made it as comfortable as possible. We could hear them joking around with one another and it made a lot of us comfortable enough to joke with each, be some sort of comfort if only for a few hours. Obviously there was a wait and it was packed; but you could tell they were moving as fast as they could and were doing the best they could. Highly recommended.

Went Wednesday 7/21/21 everything went smooth it was a little rough during the waiting time. The staff was a little ( ghetto/ratchet ) but mostly I didn’t have an personal problem with them. The price is fair. They sent me home with just ibuprofen which didn’t really do anything for my pain. Ended up in the emergency room back inside my town ( Alabama ) 7/24/21 with an infection in my uterus. Had to get an D&C surgery, Obviously Atlanta Women’s Center didn’t everything out of my uterus so I had to basically get another procedure done all over again. Please go get checked immediately if you heavy bleeding and heavy abdominal pain non stop. That means something went wrong inside of your body. I ended up going through surgery. Now I’m home resting with some very strong pain medicine. I was dehydrated throwing up almost every hour. So please be CAUTIOUS AND CAREFUL.

I am posting from a different name because unfortunately I still have a follow up appointment to go to and I dont need service that is any crappier than before.First and foremost when you go somewhere to have an abortion done the 1 thing you want to feel is comfortable. You are making one of the hardest decisions of your life and the last thing you need is for the people you are trusting with this to make you uncomfortable but that is EXACTLY what happens. 1 of the receptionist was very pleasant to deal with but the 2nd was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered and unfortunately she was at the desk more than the other so she was the one I had to deal with the most. (I am assuming she was the same rude one that has answered the phone when I called).The counselor I spoke too after being put in the 2nd waiting room was extremely nice so no difficulty there at all but the rest of the staff between speaking to the counselor and going in for the procedure leave a lot more to be desired when it comes to attitude. The nurse who did the blood draws want rude but wasnt very inviting either, the ultrasound tech was downright horrible and the lady going over the insurance just seemed as though she was there to just collect a paycheck.This was a very frightening procedure especially for a first timer and I was made to feel as though I couldnt ask questions or express any of my concerns because the staff was so off putting. After the procedure I was put in a recovery room. Im not 100% sure how long I was sitting there because I was sleep (had general anesthesia) but it wasnt long enough. I was told it was time for me to get dressed and go before my body was ready, I got up feeling extremely dizzy, fell in the bathroom twice because I was feeling so groggy and not 1 time did anyone ask me if I was ok. Instead I was handed my prescription and told I could go.If you are looking for a place that provides good patient care and makes you feel comfortable about the decision you are making, this is NOT the place to go. I am dreading going back for this follow up appointment.

The facility is nice and clean. The wait was long but I was prepared. I was very upset about coming ona date that I shouldn’t have scheduled for due to circumstances but I returned with a $500 increase in my bill. The procedure was smooth but the ladies in the recovery room are DISGUSTINGLY rude. They talked about patients and their hygiene. They were also very rough with unconscious patients who were coming down from anesthesia. I witnessed them toss a girl onto a table several times. That ruined the overall experience.

This place is HORRIBLE. My appointment was at 8:20 I sat in the lobby until 12:26. The bookkeeper overcharged my card then put in the system I paid CASH. Meanwhile my RECEIPT shows I paid with my card for a different amount. My procedure wasnt the best. A waste of time& money. This place needs improvement on the staff empathy, COMMUNICATION , etc .. Go to Summit Medical I promise you youll have a great experience their. Im speaking from my previous experience with Summit ! The only reason I came here is because I didnt want to wait 3 days for my appointment at Summit. I wish I didnt have to give this place any stars at all .

I had an appointment today 12/09/15 at 7:15am. When I first read the reviews ,previous to my visit, I was a little afraid. I wasnt sure what to expect. When first walking in you speak to a police officer (friendly and professional) that gets your information and then directs you to the office. After filling out paperwork I waited for about 15-20 minutes and then was called back for lab work, counseling ( she was very comforting and sweet), sonogram, and etc. There quite a few girls In the back waiting area. Depending on the service some waited longer than others. I waited about 2 1/3 hours before I had my procedure and ended up being the last person leaving. All and all I was happy with how everything went. Just wish I didnt have to wait as long as it did.

Be prepared to wait at least 5-6 hours. There were several of us in a room, some were there for follow-ups and they confirmed the wait time. The people were nice when I was there, but when I tried to re-enter the building to ask some questions after I left, they wouldn’t let me in and were incredibly rude about it. They also said they checked my insurance but when I went to file the claim later, my insurance said their office was covered under my plan; so that makes me wonder if they really checked. Just caused me extra work, grief and money upfront. I ended going somewhere else, was in and out in 2 hours and had such a better experience. I really wouldn’t recommend this place.

Almost 8 years ago, I walked in for a simple procedure. The staff was very professional and caring. When it came time for my procedure the nurse noticed my band aid on my leg from which I was covering a shingles outbreak. She informed the Doctor and they suggested that I wait to complete the procedure. Well....long story short I have a beautiful 7 year old girl. :)))) I wish I could see that sweet nurse just one more time and thank her for Saving my sweet baby girl.

So I was really nervous going there reading about the reviews. But only after talking on the phone I felt a level of respect that made me wonder if the reviews were by people who are against it.They were very friendly and polite and professional in person as well. There were people outside, but there was a police officer who monitored everything. Also about the bed manner comments: all nurses and a doctor were female. They asked for my help in order to do examinations. Speaking of respect and privacy! I have never had that level of respect even at a Gyno doctor! Yes you can see ceiling tiles,etc, but they are simply renovating. Everything was clean! I was completely satisfied. Dont believe everything you read. Thank you!

I was just on the phone with a lady, didn’t get her name but she answered so RUDELY! She asked me 2 questions and I mistakenly said I was 4 months instead of 4 weeks so she just hung up the phone! I already was on hold for like 5 minutes before an actual agent answered. The service may be good but because the lady that answered was sooo rude for nothing I gave 1 star .

Had to comment under a different name but I most say I was nervous and had many thoughts. The staff overall gets a 10+ they make you feel comfortable, talk to you joke around and etc . Only thing that got me was the wait time . But they move fast . Just prepare to wait longer than expected . Surgery wasn’t bad I got put to sleep honest I don’t remember everything that happened. I am now at home resting THANK YOU GUYS !

My sister, whom was the patient, and I both are writing this review. I just want to start off with saying the women that work in this clinic are phenomenal. We were initially told wrong information over the phone about ID and the time. When talking to the girl Viv at the desk my sister was told that her ID could be printed out at the desk and that I could get a work excuse for having to call out because I wasnt told when scheduling that it would take my sister 4 to 5 hours to be seen. She was pleasant and helped during a very hard time. My sister was freaked out and talked to the other girl at the desk that was able to calm her down and was actually very comforting and even walked her to the back to make sure she was okay. It was a long morning but the black girl (sorry for the description) at the desk gave me updates about my sister which made me feel comfortable and that she cared. She told me she would call me 30mins before her abortion to pick her up and she did and I was able to be there waiting when she came out.My experience at this place was dope. The staff here was nice and down to earth and made me feel good about my decision. This was my first time and I was scared and very nervous. Seeing the cop when I walked in was great. The two people at the deak were so helpful and one of them checked on me and was there when I woke up after my procedure which made me feel like she really cared. The lab and ultrasound ppl were cool and made me laugh. There were 3 nurses in the room and the one couldnt get my iv and a guy came in and did it and was very nice. The doctor was nice and the nurses in the last room were funny and made me feel relaxed and checked on me often. I appreciate all of them for making this bad experience great. I hope I dont have to come back but if it came to that I would definitely come back here and hope I see the same faces.

Yes the wait is long I think they saw maybe 39 women the day of my appointment. I was 20 weeks so it was a two day procedure but once you get to the back things go a little faster. The first day was the longest I was there basically allllll day. The ultra sound tech and counselor that I had were both nice and awesome. The finance lady where you pay was a little rude and cold oh and pregnant lol. On the second day they had me come in at 530am I was out by 830. The RN was loud and obnoxious talking about coworkers and patients. One of the patients wanted her mom to come back with her although thats not allowed and she said to me she didnt want her mom with her when she was having sex like lady really?!? Besides that it was great I traveled 6 hours out of state to get it done and I would recommend it just be sure to plan to stay all day! Oh and dont tell them you have insurance I had to pay 1600 out of pocket because my deductible was lower than the procedure if you dont have insurance they can get funding for you to help. Oh and I recommend spending the extra money to be put to sleep.

I had to write a review ! Everyone here is amazing from the medical assistants down to the doctor! I was treated with respect everyone was very understanding and caring. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45am I was out of the door at 11:50am. I believe the other reviews about this place may be trolls or fake these people are truly amazing. Special thanks to the DON and the doctor that was on duty on 1/22/19 you guys really helped me get through a difficult situation I really appreciate it.

I visited this facility on 1/21/18. For starters there was no parking! I completed my paperwork, and was sent upstairs, I realized why there was no parking. It was packed! The wait time was to be expected with so many patients. The receptionists werent great, but they werent bad either. Here is why I rated four stars. Suki, the sonographer was awesome! Jocelyn the counselor wanted to make sure that I knew that I wasnt alone, provided me extra resources in case I needed them, and Dr. Tweedy took the time to explain what was going to happen. When my procedure was complete, I had a reaction to the anesthesia and the nurses made sure I was ok, provided me extra fluid, and didnt allow me to do anything until my blood pressure was stabilized. The facility appeared to be clean for the most part (the bathroom and was a little disappointing), and they played movies to pass the time. All in all, my experience was good.

Overall it went well due to the circumstances... Overall the staff was nice some seemed a lil rough around the edges (figure of speech). Lab tech came off a lil rude..Sometimes its not what you say its how you say it all the other employees called your name and walked to look for you (good idea being that multiple individuals would call you at different times for different things) she would call your name and its like you had to search and listen or in my case one of the other pt (patients) advised where to go. Her demeanor was a bit harsh.. Hispanic nurse who called you back for the procedure was a bit pushy/loud somewhat insensitive but maybe she was just focusing on getting everyone in and out.... other than that it is what it is... only thing I did dislike was the discharge process. I personally was still druggy from the anesthesia felt a bit woozy.. once you wake up they check your BP (blood pressure) a few times, offered juice and snack, ask you to find your clothes in the little storage area and advise you to get dress in the restroom area. After that the RN meets with you go over aftercare and walked you back out to the waiting room. It was so many people in the waiting room I just stumbled out and my husband stopped me before I walked down the stairs... I didnt realize he was in the room because I was still under the effects of the anesthesia. It would be more beneficial if the patient (Especially those whos sedated during the procedure) had a designated pickup area that the pt could be picked up from verses walking back through the waiting area taking the stairs or elevator back to your car... I pray everything heals well. Needless to say Thanks to All.

The clinic is ok. They get the job done, which is much appreciated. The physician was very very nice. Some of the nurses were also awesome. However, some staff seemed annoyed to be there. Some of the staff was not educated enough about the procedure and the effects of the procedure. I was told that local anesthetic didn’t help with the pain of the surgical abortion. Which seemed to be inaccurate, but I didn’t want to take the chance. One of the nurses said that it could hurt a lot or not at all, and that the medicine doesn’t numb the cervix it only relaxes it. I really believe she was confused, because the purpose of local anesthetic is to numb the area of treatment. Instead of taking a chance of a surgically potentially painful abortion I opted out for medical abortion route. I had surgical abortion with local anesthetic done couple of years ago at a different facility, and so far I experienced less discomfort with the surgical abortion compared to the medical. The nurses should be better informed about the procedure, drugs used, and the effects of the drugs on the body. However, some of the employees were great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I think the contradicting information reduced my conference in this office. I really appreciate the work they do even with some confusion that might potentially arise.PS it is imperative to stay well hydrated during the medical abortion. Hydration reduces much of the medication induced discomfort. Gatorade, coconut water, just make sure to restore electrolytes lost during frequent urination.

I just wanted to express my experience at Atlanta Womens Center. My visit was April 18th 2017 and I was very nervous due to all the reviews and negative comments made, but for furture woman having to make the hardest decision in your life I highly recommend the wonderful women, staff and Doctors working at this facility. I was treated with respect and more than once while in the waiting room was asked how we (me and the other patients waiting) were doing making sure everyone was ok. Things in life are not always planned and sometimes difficult decisions have to be made and for people to be there and support you and not even know who we are really makes it a little easier. Smiling faces and warmth of compassion from the staff makes the experience not as bad as you anticipated..So for me and my experience I would like to thank and amend the staff that work here everyday and also having to have courage to support women in this difficult time. The Dr was amazing and very helpful the nurses very nice and supportive the woman at the front desk welcoming and polite. I am very grateful for people that still have a good heart and are there for women in need. God Bless and many many thanks

I visited the clinic last week and found the staff to be friendly and down-to-earth. While getting my IV started, I informed the doctor doing it that, I was a hard stick. He made me feel so comfortable and had a sense of humor by asking, Im not going to claim that. He got it on his first try and I didnt know he was finished until he started to tape it...YOU GO BOY!!!Thanks for making me feel so comfortable!!!

My experience at this place was very horrible! I called to get information about the place and to book a appointment. The lady was very rude, she was getting irritated for no reason. I had my procedure done 2 days ago and it was the worst ever! The employees at the front desk was very rude and the lady who took me to the back to get my procedure done. During my procedure the lady who was in the with the doctor yelling at me tell me to stop screaming. When it was time for them take me out the wheelchair the lady let me fall after I informed her that I couldn’t stand up by myself. The medicine that they gave me during the procedure had me not alert. This place was my worst nightmare! I felt like they were trying to kill me! Then I was taking longer to recover then the other ladies so I feel that the employees rushed me out. Please ladies whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THIS CENTER!!!!! No one deserves to get treated the way I was treated!

Had a 1st-trimester surgical procedure here yesterday and would recommend it to someone seeking the same procedure. I honestly wonder if some of the negative reviews are anti-choice trolls trying to scare people out of seeking an abortion. The facility was clean, and as comfortable as could be expected.Yes, its a bit crowded, and yes its a lengthy process, but thats to be expected in our hostile political climate in which clinics are closing left and right. Some of the reviewers on here sound pretty entitled to me, when they should be grateful to even have access to this procedure in a safe, professional setting.Some of the staff werent super-friendly, but they were great where it really counted (the counselor, the MD & the aftercare people all rocked). I had the procedure with local anesthetic only. The female doctor was very personable and explained what she was doing during the process. (She also alerted me to a slight abnormality in my blood work which I am now going to get checked out, so good looking out for that, although it didnt have anything to do with my procedure.) My only wish is that they had a patient advocate in the room to hold hands with the patients during the procedure. There really was not enough space in the room, though, between the MD, MA and me & the equipment.One thing I liked is that since they are part of the National Abortion Federation, they will screen you for financial aid eligibility over the phone when you make the appointment, so you dont have to deal with calling the NAF hotline separately.Ive also had a procedure at Feminist Womens Health Center, and overall do like it slightly better if only because the layout feels a little bit more spacious, they do have a patient advocate for people who opt to stay awake for the procedure, and the overall vibe was slightly warmer. This time around FWHC did not have an appointment open on the day I needed it. Thankfully Atlanta Womens Center did, and Im happy to say I dont think I compromised on care to any really important degree. There are some great people at AWC doing great work and overall Im pleased with my experience.Definitely bring a sweater (and tell your escort to do so as well).

The wait staff is terrible and even when you make your appointment at 7 am you still dont go back for over an hour and then you sit back there with others while 7 nurses just talk crap and the black lady with the short hair has a disgusting attitude every visit. And 1 Doctor. So just plan on staying all damn day and dont trust any time frame they give you because they dont even check to see which patients are in the recovery room to let the families know. I couldnt imagine actually coming here for the procedure and not just as a companion and escort. There are way better places to go that take an hour and a half and do it politely and correctly. Use those places.

I just had an appointment yesterday, and the ONLY reason I give this place a 4 star was because of the office space when you first get there, it was PACKED! I was very skeptical on this place because of the reviews but once they called me back everything ran like an efficient operation. Everyone there was AMAZING!! Even the people a lot of reviews claimed as rude, came off nice to me. ESPECIALLY the nurse that came in the room with me during the procedure! She was AWESOME SAUCE!!! My doctor was pretty okay but he had been seeing over 50 women that day so I can be sympathetic to him being tired because hes the only one there, and I was like 3rd to last lolBut as far as the wait, it seemed pretty normal, I mean its a clinic lol Id definitely recommend this place to anyone and their prices are extremely reasonable.

So, for the sake of anonymity Ive slightly changed my name. I went in for my surgical abortion this morning and Im now home in my bed recovering.Overall the experience wasnt bad, I didnt wait so long. I liked the pace of everything. You go, do counseling, get an ultrasound, a blood test, and you pay for everything. Then proceed with your surgery.I wasnt upcharged or anything, the price was less in person as I wasnt as far along as I thought I was.Now I will say I did have an unpleasant interaction with the Hispanic doctors assistant, I didnt get her name though. Nothing major, she just seemed in a rush and unfriendly.The rest of the staff was nice, I got so many hugs from everyone while I was there, and constant reassurance everything would be okay.I reccomend AWC, take all the negative reviews with a grain of salt here really.

Horrible experience of my life. My appt was at 8 but I wasnt taken in until 3 ...which means I had to be fasting until that time .Some staff was nice and some dint even bother about you being there . After the procedure they put me in recovery room and as it was 5 they were rushing to get the patients out as they had to leave as well. They just made me sit for 15 mins and kept the juice and crackers next to me and never bothered making sure if I had something and if I was able to tolerate the drink before I left . They just let me leave tho I was still cramping bad. My escort wasnt even called and when I went out in the waiting room I had to go look for him and ask someone where he was. They are not professional at all .On top of all this I was in the hospital for 3 days due to their negligence. They did not do a good surgical procedure and left some particles inside due to which I had infection in my uterus and had to go thru excruciating pain and had another procedure at the hospital.I would not recommend anyone to that place as I had a worst and painful experience.NOW BECAUSE OF THEM RUSHING AS THEY WERE OVER BOOKED THAT DAY, I HAVE TO PAY A BIG BILL AS I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND ALSO I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS PAIN FOR A LONG TIME .

I would not go to this clinic if I were you. I left in a lot of pain and barely could walk. They told me in the recovery room that I would be okay and they rushed me out of there so that they could have more room for incoming patients. On the car ride home I couldn’t even sit down. I was crying and screaming and had to go to the emergency room due to the pain I was in. Come to fine out I needed a D&C because they had left tissue from the baby inside of me

The wait for this place is insane ! i traveled from a. different state and lady on the phone said about 3-4 hours when in reality it’s about 6-8 hours . yes , doctor visits are needed but no one wants to spend their entire day at a clinic . also , you can’t wait in the car which i think we should be able to do due to the fact that we’re going to be there ALL DAY .

I went to this place and when I tell yall I was nervous, because of the other reviews I saw!!!! I was pleasantly surprised, not only by how much care they showed me, but also because of how professional everyone treated me. It actually felt good to not be seen as a number. I would make them my regular doctors if I could. From start to finish....I have no complaints, except the wait time is long, but not unbearable.

They are rude as soon as you sign in. Kay who draws your blood is too aggressive to work in this kind of clinic. She grabbed my hand without telling me what she was doing I had to ask her to be gentle. She didn’t explain what she was drawing. A patient should be told what their blood is being tested for. The Ultrasound lady Janice is nice. The finance lady is nice but everybody else you can tell just works for a check. There is no care or compassion for this to be a healthcare facility. Choose another clinic for this type of medical procedure.

I just had my appointment yesterday I was nervous a lil but I picked the option to be put to sleep which was a good experience for me I didn’t feel nothing at all. This was my first time doing this too so I was nervous about the whole thing. My cousin told me about this place and her experience I’m glad I pick this place every one was so nice and helpful. Thank you I feel great no bleeding, cramps or nothing.

They lie to you to get you to be okay with your abortion. Please get a second opinion before you come here. Will be the biggest regret of your life!So many women suffer so long everyday after this. Its not a one stop solution. Education needs to be better and needs to be non biased so that woman can make the best choice.

Honestly, I felt bad going into this . They gave me no judgement what so ever . Very detailed on how everything would work , and the wait time wasn’t crazy like i thought it would be . A small amount of weirdos do stand outside and try and change your mind , but just drive past them . The clinic was clean and I made real connections with other girls who were also waiting.

At a difficult time, this place made me feel more at ease about my decision. The process does takes time however the hands on care was really appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone. You also meet other women in your situation and it makes the time go by faster and it’s like a support system while your there. This experience will definitely be a moment in my life I will never forget and thanks to the staff for being professional and getting everyone in and out in a timely fashion. Kudos!! I actually read over the reviews that are listed from 2-3 years ago and from going recently in the year of 2015 the issues are still there. The building looks like a construction war zone. You are treated as a Number not a Patient. A lot of HIPPA Voilations & no sense of comfort or 1 on 1 attention. I would not recommend this place unless you are trying to save a dollar. I am a real person hoping to help another young woman not make the wrong decision as I did. I truly believe the other comments are fabricated. If you want confidentiality, comfort, peace, short wait & good doctor/patient communication go somewhere else. The wait was 5-6 hours, you are shuffled from room to room as if you are a animal. This place should actually be reported and closed. please read all reviews before running to the quickest, cheapest place that there is. Take care!!

Nurse that checks you in in the front was very rude over the phone and in person. She acted as if I was removing a mole or something miniscule.....however the rest of the staff was very sincere and nice and checked on me often. Would be a great experience had that one nurse (African American) not been there.

The women here are very welcoming and nice. I was very nervous and and afraid the doctors made sure I was okay and talked with me throughout everything going on around me. My surgical procedure was very quick and the team in the room were very nice and made sure I was okay. Great job guys!! I highly recommend anyone this clinic!!

Ill be honest- based on the previous reviews I would NOT have come here had it not been the ONLY location my insurance provider would cover me at. However, after my experience I felt it was necessary to write a review so that I can maybe balance out the bad reviews. Did it take awhile? Yes. I was there for 4 hours from check in to finish. However, I have to say everyone was VERY friendly. There were A LOT of women there and once they began with the procedures it did seem like a factory line almost- wheel one in, wheel out, next... however, they seemed to have a good streamlined process which didnt make me feel like there was a lot of wasted time. This was one of the hardest things Ive ever had to do, and Im thankful that the employees here made it pleasant.

I went through two nurses one prick my finger checked my vitals and the other did my paperwork both of them was extremely rude. Soon after I went in for surgery . I asked the staff where should I put my belongings I was told in the corner on the shelf with a bad attitude . One Latina nurse in the recovery room Latina nurse in the recovery room mug me gave me the most dirtiest look when I went into surgery. After being put to sleep they did my surgery and I woke up with that same nruse in my face. She says to me so you got a problem with me ? I heard you was talking about me ? I’m still drugged up just woke up and she is standing over me looking for an argument. After repeatedly telling her she doesn’t want a problem out of me. She continues to argue. So I had to take myself off the monitor take the IV out of my arm and walk out. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH RESPECT ITS BAD ENOUGH DOONG WHAT WE ARE DOING!

Terrible. The three nicest people were the ones who did my ultrasound, and counselor and the lady who took my payment. There was no bedside manner whatsoever, everyone rolled there eyes and the RN was extremely rude while I was upset about the abortion. She huffed saying she wasnt gonna help me if I was crying. Which made me cry more. I thought maybe Id get a bit more bedside manner, but I didnt. I wont recommend this place to anyone and in ashamed I picked this place to have such an emotional thingdone.

It’s been a few years, but these ladies were fabulous. I can’t complain. I was in a difficult spot, and they were very helpful. It’s my body, my choice and these ladies helped me through a very hard time. I very much believe in women’s rights. If men were in the same position, they’d never make it.

Worst experience ever!I arrived for a scheduled appt. Called to the back within 20 mins after completing paperwork to pay, ultrasound and counsel. I choose not to be put to sleep so I heard & felt everything. Recovery room staff very unprofessional they were loud and discussing an episode of Scandal. I didnt follow up with my doctor until 9 wks after procedure due to spotting, but when I did. I took a pregnancy test and it was POSITIVE! I couldve passed out because I have not had sex since the procedure. I had to get more blood work and an ultrasound done which showed something still in my uterus. Now Almost $400 &11wks later I have to get a DNC to get the rest of what was left in me out. I have to go through it all over again and Im a nervous wreck.

This is s fake name but I am a very real patient and swear on a stack of bibles that this happened to me before (maybe 2 years ago... I just felt the need to share to show what an awful place this is). So I got through the whole process of paperwork and processing- it took FOREVER.... fast forward to the moments before the procedure. I was further along and had to be given pills prior to the surgical part. They gave me the pills and told me to wait in the waiting room. I waited so long that I started bleeding and having my abortion in the waiting room. Even after the staff was alerted it seemed as if there was no urgency for me to be taken care of. So I went in the restroom basically trying to contain the bleeding with tissue until they were ready for me. The most awful experience EVER

Worst abortion experience ever. This was my 5th and I have never ever once ever had to wait 5 hours for my bort. Crazy wait time. However I will say, they medical experience was not bad ! Still appreciate what yall do for our community and culture tho.

My experience was good . I was there for a total of 5 hours . The staff was supportive , patient, and hands on. Everyone acted like they cared . Definitely a no judgement zone . Bring a jacket because it is cold but they do provide blankets . Hopefully I will never have to go back but I would recommend this place to anyone who does .

My daughter is in the process of scheduling a procedure. This is her first time, and so far is having a horrible customer service experience with the representatives on the phone. Since this is her first time, she is stressed out because she doesnt understand the process, and is going back and forth with the partner on payment. First he is going to pay, then he wants half, then he is going to pay. She is saying that the representatives on the phone are rude, and actually hanging up on her. Im not sure if it is because she is inexperienced and doesnt know the right terminology and might be unclear, but why is it okay for them to hang up on her and be short and abrupt with her when this is a sensitive time. I also understand that having these kinds of phone calls, all the time, can desensitize reps, but that is where managers should ensure and enforce rotation or constant training or something. This makes her nervous about the competence of the center.

If i could give them zero stars I would. I usually don’t leave reviews or pay attention to the but it’s very necessary for this unprofessional place of business. The staff is rude beyond measures. EVERY PERSON I SPOKE to was rude, nonchalant, and made me very uncomfortable. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I had to cancel my appointment because the staff was so rude the lady proceeded to raise her voice at me during our over the phone conversation and that was the last straw for me. I will be reporting them every chance I get because there’s no way a business with this bad of customer service should remain open.

Great clinic. friendly staff. time in is different because one day i went in at 7 and didnt leave till 2! but my last time i went in at 8 and maybe left around 11:30? but im giving 4 stars because i had to RESCHEDULE because of theyre mistake! they said they didnt read my the thinf GA requires them to read 24 hours before an appointment but they did! and said they had no proof so i had to reschedule! and keep in mind i was sick as a dog!!so i was very upset about that! but other than that its a fine clinic.

In order to remain private, I am using a different email and name. This clinic made a mistake with the narcotic I was prescribed for the second pill. The nurse wrote 6/9/2018 instead of 6/8/2019, yet the date for the ibuprofen was correct. Since narcotics are heavily controlled, they couldn’t call it in, and it took several calls and two days after my appointment on Saturday to finally get Tylenol called into my local pharmacy as a sort of substitute. Anyone going to this clinic for an abortion should double check at the end of the appointment to make sure they aren’t given invalid prescriptions.

The people who work here are insensitive and unhelpful. Couldnt answer any of my baisic questions and acted stuck up and offended that I didnt know all the answers myself. Im 23, freaking out and it in the position to raise a child. The lady literally sighed every time I asked a question. Like does it Hurt? Or will I be able to drive myself? I was shocked at how rude people could act regarding such a sensitive matter even if you do deal with it every day. I wouldnt ever recommend Atlanta Womens Center. Summit Medical Center is much more intimate and they are beyond helpful, understanding, CLEAN, and willing to offer support (answering baisic questions etc.) Atlanta Womens Center never directed me to their FAQs page instead they rushed me. My friend who decided to go through with her procedure here came home distraught feeling like they treat the women like cattle. Please save yourself from an already stressful situation and dont choose to go here. Summit was very intimate and caring. Theres no rush and they have tons of support and kind nursing staff. if I could give Atlanta Womens Center negative stars I would. The facility is old and unkempt. Best of luck to everyone and their decision.

If I could ruin this business, I would. Currently seeking if I can take legal action. The staff here said I was 5 weeks along. After 5 mins of counseling, hours of waiting, and seeing the girls that just got their abortion done crying their eyes out, I was taken back into a dirty looking room for my sedated surgical procedure. I was a wreck afterwards and they had let me wander out into the rain to wait for my friends to pick me up. (They werent there because the staff didnt keep them updated like they said.) It is now 22 days later- I have been bleeding heavily since, nauseous, no appetite, tender breasts and extremely fatigued. I was tired of feeling like this so I scheduled an appt with my GYN. The Atlantas Womens Center failed the abortion. The fetus is still in me, aged 7 weeks. The procedure I got done has a 99% success rate and was never told the possibility of it not working, so I can only blame the incompetency of the staff for making me relive this traumatic event. I now have to schedule another D&C surgery to remove the dead fetus or I face bleeding out and hemorrhaging, and of course on top of all the hospital fees. This is by far the worst thing to happen to me in my life and I have the Atlantas Womens Center to thank for not doing their ONE job. I call on the head person in charge of this facility to give me answers of why his staff failed.

Do not go here if you want to be treated with respect or care.I called The Womens Center the day after going to my gyno and finding out I was pregnant. The woman on the phone was snappy and rude. When I asked if I could make an appointment for a medical abortion she snapped and said Well first of all lets see if you even qualify. I was intimidated and already in a scared place emotionally so I went on. This was the only place that I could find that would take my insurance (and since I had checked with my insurance I knew that I had one medical abortion covered at 100% per calendar year.) I made my appointment for two weeks later when I would have been 9 weeks and 3 days along (only 4 days from not qualifying for a medical abortion which I knew that I needed since I have many complications that would not allow me to have a surgical one). They said that this was the soonest appointment which, from calling other places seems to be very rare. Most places will get you in within days. I sat for almost two weeks scared that this place I had chosen based on cost would be scary and uncomfortable, since MANY past reviews said so. THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT I WAS TEXTED AND TOLD I NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE. But not just any text, an informal, very scary and sketchy text that looked like this please call regarding your appointment. you must reschedule There were no capital letters (very unprofessional) and no way of me knowing who exactly was texting me. I called and was rudely informed that the doctor rotation had changed and that I would either have to reschedule or would have to come in and pay $570 out of pocket. The woman on the phone was extremely rude insisting that that wasnt a lot of money. She had no idea what my financial situation was and continued to insist that it was only $600. I explained to her that I needed an appointment because of how close to the 10 weeks I was and she said she could have me come in on the following Wednesday WHEN I WOULD BE EXACTLY 10 WEEKS. She said that basically what would happen is I would come in, do an ultrasound and if I was even an hour past 10 weeks I would have the option to LEAVE THE FACILITY AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE or pay $700 for the surgical procedure that I made very clear I was unable to have. She continued to be rude and act like this situation was my fault for not scheduling sooner even though I called the day after I found out, when I was only 8 weeks along and this place wouldnt find a way for me to get in sooner. I RECOMMEND ANYWHERE BUT HERE. EVERY OTHER PLACE IN ATLANTA THAT I SPOKE TO WAS SO ACCOMMODATING AND KIND AND HELPFUL. I did not speak to one sincere person on the phone at Atlanta Womens Center throughout my many phone calls with them which consisted of ME figuring out THEIR problems. AWFUL PLACE. ZERO STARS.

Everything was good as far as the nurses and whatnot. But they left stuff in me. There was no follow up appointment even offered. I went to my regular obgyn a few weeks after, and had to take the abortion pill TWICE to get rid of all the stuff they left in me.

The staff at this medical center are the rudest and most unprofessional people that I have come across in my entire career in HR.I would caution patients from having services done here, and would recommend that any organization that is potentially assessing candidates with a work history from this clinic be very critical and cautious of the quality of candidate they may be receiving.

I’ve never had an abortion and today was my first time here the night Before I looked up reviews on this place I read some good ones and some bad ones so I’ll tell you my experience, I got there at 7am and was greeted by the security guard he was a very nice gentleman then went to the second floor to sign up and register the ladies in the front were very nice and they had a funny movie playing which eased me a lot they were fast on taking me back there I did spend a total of 4 hours there so it was very quick everyone was super nice and the consuler was very very very caring the doctors and nurses were all so very nice and the moment came to do the procedure I was scared out of my mind but the doctor and antieshlogist were very caring and reassured me everything was going to be fine they counted to 10 and I instantly fell asleep woke up seriously 2 seconds later and was already in the recovery room, loved the ladies that were in the recovering room they made you feel at home they were laughing because when I was starting to wake up I️ was acting a fool so they told me about it and we joked and laughed and the made me feel calm and I just love this place! And would deff recommend ! 5 stars all the way!!!:)

My appointment was at 10:30am got here early at 10:15. I am currently sitting in a lobby at 2:30pm and still have not gotten taken care of. The process takes way too long for an appointment based facility. There’s no snacks or water for the women here for even waiting for this long. Horrible.

I had the best experience. I am so glad places like this are available for women who get put into situations they cannot help. The ladies were were so nice and caring. The doctor was great. Im so grateful. Awesome place to turn to.

The worst damn people ever! Nobody knows nothing! The wait time was told to my friend 3 to 6 hours and we have been here 8 hours! They kept putting several people in front of her.....I kept asking the office manager how long (after 7 hours) she told me she doesnt know! Then the P.A (who does the procedure) walks in during the conversation, I asked him (p.a) how long it would be after 7 hours of waiting and hes says he doesnt know either.......he then walks my friend in the back to talk to her by herself after she explained to him and the dumb fat ass office manager that several people have been put before her and left before her and she is still waiting he looks at the time she arrived and tells me she will be out shortly.....i would never recommend anyone here due to the fact of them not knowing what time they will have you in their facility.....if the office manager doesnt know or the p.a you could possibly sit here the whole day! Due to them not knowing nothing!

Well, first of all I found out that this clinic does not have an elevator but was required to have one! Secondly I found out that they dont even have a Sprinkler system but again were required to, found this out talking to people out front... Dont even know how this place opened up really. The day I was there it was so crowded cars were double parked! That alone had to be a safety issue as a fire truck certainly could not get in or out of the parking lot! I decided to leave after seeing my ultrasound. One of the people out front told me it was GA. law that they had to show you the ultrasound if you asked so I did. I realized I would be aborting a child, fully developed just like you or I . The people out front offered me real help. They even told me they had a program to help take care of the baby till you were ready, through parental transfer, but that it was not a governmental program, It was privaete and I could come see my baby whenever I wanted. They offered me real help, inside all they could offer me was one choice, and that was something I had to pay for. Kill my child. I said No, if I could do it then just about anyone can, I know it is your choice thouhg.

I couldnt wait to get home to tell how Horrible my experience was! First off they upped my price ! & when i told them i only had the exact amount they told me to bring i still didnt get my procedure done. But yet i still had to pay $150 for one ultrasound! I could have got a ultrasound with my doctors office for FREE! & No its not a problem but nobody even Made me aware of this or anything else! So now i have to come up wit $300 more to get my abortion living on low income staying in based on income housing. I dont have the money. And wat NAF & medicaid covered its still not Enough. Im so hurt.

My only issue is the wait time. I had all the info needed upfront. Never had any complications after any appt. Unfortunately the wait time is long and I become a HANGRY (Hungry and Angry) woman going long periods without food. Lol. Staff is nice and friendly

I had my procedure done today my experience wasnt bad at all the staff was very friendly and the Director of patient services Evelynne was very friendly she made me feel comfortable her Customer Service was Awesome she had to be the best in the whole clinic. i would recommend this clinic to anyone

I booked my appointment a few weeks ago...I ended up reading the reviews ON MY WAY to my appointment. I was HORRIFIED at the idea that I was going to be walking into a nightmare...NOT THE CASE. Are you kidding me??Some of these comments I read are pure insanity. The security guard is like your neighbor next door, the elavator works JUST FINE...and the STAFF is absolutely AMAZING. AMMMAAAAAAZING! I had a two day procedure, and just watching how these women and one amazing man who only had to stick me once LOL worked with each other was a blessing. SHOUT OUT TO MY DR... DR. H made my experience amazing.Forget what people think about the hardest decision you will ever have to make in your life. I am glad at the hardest time in my life I was treated with 5 star service, respect, and DIGNITY. I am glad I wasnt judged. It felt good to smile and laugh with nurses and other patients (women from all walks of life and socioeconomic backgrounds). It is HARD being a woman...VERY HARD! If I could give this place a million stars, I would.THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU for your service to women, WE MAKE THE WORLD...and sometimes the world beats us down, but you guys allowed me to leave in peace and even stood there for me with smiles when I was crying. THANK YOU! Expect a card in the mail! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! WONDERFUL FACILITY.**NOBODY PAID ME TO SAY WHAT IM SAYING...and for all of you writing bad reviews...I just think you are the awful protestors with a closet full of skeletons nobody can see #LONGLIVETheRightToChoose**- If your complaint is...you have to wait too long, they let you know ahead of time, it is normal everywhere you go.- If your complaint is stairs, take the elevator.- If you are complaining PERIOD, about this facility...you literally have the type of personality that nobody can please you.

I just tried calling to make an appointment for someone that doesnt speak English. I was told the person would have to call themselves and that there is someone there who speaks spanish. I wanted to confirm the spanish speaker would be able to assist my friend over the phone to make an appointment and the lady in reception gave me the nastiest attitude and answer ...thats what i said! idk who the hell you hire to deal with people going through a tough time already but i suggest you seriously have a talk with your staff who is responsible for picking up the phone and advising them to think before they speak.

If this tells you anything we got here at 9am, she went back at 11 and Im still waiting for her to return or even hear anything. The staff is very disrespectful. You would think for people going through this kind of stuff they would surround you with up beat people and comforting surroundings. This place is awful, cold, blank, ect.

My appointment was set for 7am and I didn’t leave until 1pm the wait is very long but over all I was comfortable the nurses was nice except the nurse who did my anesthesia she had a real nasty attitude other than everything was cool I only paid $275 to get put to sleep

Horrible!! Dont bother making an appointment, and whatever you do eat before you go!!!(no food after midnight the night before) I sat for 5-6 hours with an appointment and about to pay over $600 with insurance to watch everyone else get service for free. Not to mention, the thought of having to sit for another 5-6 hours of wait the next morning. Just a horrible experience.

This place is terrible. I couldnt get past the phone representative who was so rude and not knowledgeable at all, her name was Bianca. Any other place I have called asked several questions to screen to see if I was even qualified for the medication abortion and this lady was just like, well, what do you want to know? Huh??? not asking how many weeks along I am do I have insurance ANYTHING. I just hung up, moving on.

I have helped my sister coming here twice and for me the waiting time was a bit long but the staff was very friendly and helpful to everyone. As for my sister she. She never had any complaints that I know of

The front desk ladies are very rude which is a bad first impression. The place looks very old. They never called to check up on me after they said they would call to see if everything is going okay .

I had an appointment October 16 , 2021 I was extremely nervous. The staff were extremely nice and no one seem to have a bad attitude . Procedure went extremely quicker than I was thinking . Thank you all 🙏🏾

I really wanted to give the clinic five stars but due to the beginning process before I got to the clinic I had to give them 4 stars.. when I first called to make an appointment with the clinic they were kind my only issue I had with them was they had gotten my insurance information wrong when they had called me the day before the appointment with the price was suppose to pay after my insurance my insurance company had told me they cover 100% if in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield which I was told that they were by a staff member when I called.. come to find out they are out of network with Blue Cross Blue Shield which was no biggie my insurance company said they still will cover 90%, but the clinic was quoting 80%.. so I called and tried to explain my benefit to them, this is when they got ugly telling me I need to call my insurance company on 3way which I did, as my insurance was explaining my benefits and that they cover 90% they billing lady at the clinic became rude and told me I wouldn’t know how much I had to pay till the day of service.. which pissed me off cause I need to know how much money to have before the date, so I called back and asked if I could have corporate number or speak to a supervisor they told me they couldn’t do that so I called the clinic in NJ which actually was a call center for all the clinics and they were kind enough to tell me the price.. it was that simple and I was very happy.. the day of the actual procedure everything went great the staff was warm, caring... yes it was every bit of 6 hours I was there, but they are very Thorough and clean.. just be sure you bring a book or a tablet cause you can’t bring your phone to the back with you..

First time I walked in, it was packed, you do wait long but the good thing is...the customer service is A1.I love Suzie, shes a sweetheart, the other staff members are just nice people.

Worst Customer Service.. Drove 1hr and 30min..there arrived on time for my appt to be told by a rude security guard who asked me Did I call... Im like no why would I since Im on time.. Call up to the office to be told that there has been a change in scheduling we tried to call.. First of all thats not how you do business this is not how people should be treated.. I dont live around the corner and I made an appt it should have been honored because they dont know what preparations had to be made to be there.. I know alot of people who are in my very position I wouldnt dare return I dont care what discount they .. offer... If you treat people like this I can only imagine what type of service the doctor will give on the inside.. Will not be returning..

Okay so after reading reviews the good in the bad I decided to go in today....when I got there the polcemen down stairs he was nice in told is to go up to the second floor,when I got to the waiting room its was not the pack but yes it is very small lol right after I finish my paperwork I went straight to the back to the once I got back there I waited an aother room for my sonogram then the cousnler who where very nice sue help me get threw it I was crying every where ......once after that thing only took a hour. Before I went and the back,I was so nervous but they talk to me calm in Thur it all........I just want to say that this is not a easy decision and if you do have any type.of support system you should not go here, I will never recommend anyone else to get abortion the guilt feeling in wayyyyyy worse then been pregnant .God bless

The staff was nice but the fact that they do not offer any pain medication is horrible. Ibuprohen does absolutely nothing an I had a 2nd trimester abortion

The nurses were a little insensitive but everything else was fine. The doctor was nice...be aware of the protesters aswell.

I read the reviews before i got there thought they were exaggerated but they didnt hit close to my horrible experience besides how rude the intake man was when i finally got upstairs the nurses were so digustingly rude they were like they didnt want to even be spoken to the place was packed my appointment was at 7 am didnt get anything paper work started until 10 i had to stay awake i wasnt given any pain medicine for the procedure the doctor was very rude an mean i got very sick after the procedure wasnt given anything but an ibuprofen for pain while in after xare nurses were prancing around trying on waist training talking about their pregnancies and children in front of all the patients the people who were put to sleep were slapped to be woken up or shaken very roughly i passed out the nurses didnt even see me they were ordering food like i was so shocked at how bad my experience was i really couldnt believe it this place should be shut down or at least replace alll the staff

This place is awful. its like walking into a hell. missing ceiling tiles, no room or places to sit, no compassion or basic customer service. theyll botch your surgery. do yourself, or your girlfriend/wife a favor, go somewhere else.

The women in this clinic helped me in a time of need, and I will never forget them or kindness they showed me. We support you and the work you do.

They said all the clients must to speak 100% pure English if they dont speak perfect n pure English they dont accept it and they will let you know once you book your appointment with them n after waiting for few days when you will go there at that time they will let you know all these bullshit !!!
