I cannot praise this facility enough. They are super private and extremely cautious as to who they let in. I love the privacy. I felt so safe and the staff here were just extremely nice and knowledgeable. Courtney was SUPER AMAZING!!!. She answered all my questions and was so thorough. And they also take insurance, which I love because most facilities of this nature do not. I was just really impressed with my entire experience and I want to thank EVERY SINGLE member of the staff there!!! You ladies are truly a blessing

Just left from this facility and my friend was told about the grace period at her arrival as she was late. I understand the importance of on time arrival however the front desk clerk was nice in a condescending way as she proceeded to tell her to reschedule instead of putting effort to see if she could still be seen and insisted to reschedule as if jobs and commutes aren’t a thing to figure out. In moments like this, a patient would like to be handled with empathy and care as that would be appreciated in unforeseen circumstances!

The staff were super helpful and understanding. The nurse practitioner was very kind. They were super quick about getting me in for my initial appointment and were able to see me urgently for an emergency follow up appointment to address my concerns. My experience went smoothly.

GREAT STAFF, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY SAFE, GREAT PARKING, GREAT EVERYTHING . They got me in the door one day after finding out i was pregnant and took care of me. They are all very knowledgable and will do their best to help you with what you need. Im so amazed at how great the staff is and they check up on you after too. They care alot. GO TO THEM

I wanna know why it’s cost $250 and not less for me to hear, oh No we can’t do it. The place is beautiful, nurse was great but Cmon !!! $250 for just an Ultrasound??? Just to tell me, we can’t do it in the State of GA. Ight that’s fine. But when I called and I told the lady my first day of last period, she said Ok, you gonna be 6 weeks. Then I go there, they said oh you 7 weeks. Ntn is wrong but $250 for that ????? Cmon ! That was the fastest apt and $250 gone in minutes. If only I knew more important, I would’ve stay home, go to work and not lose $250 . It’s all good. I wish I knew the cost upfront for everything but it’s a lesson learned. Hope this will help someone.

I had a procedure done with this clinic and experienced severe side effects afterwards and was unable to return to work for a week. I pleaded with the manger of the location to excuse me from work for just a week instead of their standard 3 days. She said she had to get approval from the clinician to extend my doctors note and I was unfortunately turned down. I might lose my job over this. I am extremely upset with this location and their inability to help me. Not being able to get out of bed for a week. I’ve never experienced a medical practice refuse to extend a doctors note, especially when I contacted the facility during my bed rest to ask them if what I’m experiencing is normal and should it be this painful. I will never return here or recommend this place. This location was all woman and not one woman had compassion or empathy. The only time the manager sounded happy or kind was when she called to let me know they could not extend my note. I regret coming here. I would have went elsewhere if I had known this.

This place is a godsend. The staff are very welcoming and professional. They make sure you are comfortable in the office and after you leave. A true gem.

I had such an amazing experience. My appointment was quick and seamless. The staff was so kind and compassionate. The office was small, discreet and protestor free. They are even texting me after my appointment to check in on me. I wish I could give them extra stars! The woman of GA need a place like this.

I had a D&C done there before the pandemic… it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I felt horribly judged by the staff, the doctor made me feel less that human. No pain management what so ever, idk if they forgot or something. During the procedure I was told sternly to keep it down because there were offices above the facility. I was shown the ultrasound against my will… After hearing from other women how theirs went and how peaceful it was I highly suggest going elsewhere to spend over 500 dollars. This is a butcher shop.

I had such a terrible experience at a different ATL clinic for an ultrasound/consultation that I refused to go back. But Carafem’s website and reviews looked promising and I took my chances here.Dr. Lindsey Fuller is amazing. Super calming, patient, and thorough. And thank you to Josh for walking me through the procedure and answering all my questions. The entire staff here is very professional and I love the system they have here from start to finish. Never felt rushed or misinformed at all. They send you home with a bag full of extras like a pregnancy test, condoms, peppermint tea, a pad, etc.In and out within 2 hours without any judgement and complications. I’m the extremely anxious type so this entire appointment went perfectly. The waiting room is very small so you can’t bring anyone with you but it’s understandable with their policies. Thank you to Carafem for making this so easy.

Absolutely love this place! They were so understanding and patient. Everyone from the front office receptionist, to the ultra sound techs, physicians, and Bria were exceptionally great! I am using an alias as to protect my identity. I had an appointment 9/15 @ 10am and I must say that I am overwhelmed with happiness after my visit. The facility is in a very nice, discreet location free from protesters. The office is cute and receptionist was very friendly. I was called to the back within 15-20 minutes after arriving and the providers literally counseled me and walked me through every step of my procedure. I am very surprised that carafem was able to confirm my pregnancy with me being only 5 weeks and 2 days. It made me happy to see that they had the technology to confirm early pregnancies and I was able to proceed with my procedure without being told to come back in a few weeks due to being so early. I chose the medication method and was able to sit and receive information on what to do, when to do it and when to call for help if needed. Everything was explained thoroughly and I felt like I mattered as a person. All of the staff were warming and welcoming and this made the process much easier. The little snack in my medication bag was an added bonus! Carafem was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I ever needed to! Thanks Ladies!

I had a great experience with carafem, their office is very discreet, private, and safe and the staff are caring, supportive and professional. I was able to make an appointment online and be seen in office quickly. Overall it was very quick and easy and I really liked the extra effort put in including a nice little care package for the process. I would say before you go be aware of the cost and they may or may not take insurance so be sure to check first.

I had a great experience with Carafem! In my state, I couldnt even get an appointment at an in person clinic until the next couple weeks out, and it wouldve cost way more. Meanwhile, the only clinic that would take insurance didnt have any openings until the next month. I was in so much pain and agony, I was desperate to seek out anything, even telemed, and thats when I looked into Carafem. When I looked up the company, I was able to get a telemed appointment the same day. I was skeptical at first, but did some research before proceeding with this company because the price point was too good. The price point is indeed real, and worth it. During my telemed appointment, the medical assistant was very thorough and empathetic. She made sure I understood everything going into it and she made me feel comfortable and safe. My discrete package came in the mail within a day and it came with a bunch of useful products besides the medication. They made the process so easy by setting up a text chat with an automated bot that guides you through the process and it gives you a tentative itinerary. It also checks up on you periodically- the med assistant I spoke to mentioned that if your replies seem abnormal, someone calls you to check in or it asks you to call a number, but I didnt have any issues throughout the process. The heat pad definitely came in handy eventually. Overall, I had a smooth experience with Carafem and my outcome. I would recommend this company if it is available in your state.

Paid $475 for a procedure. Had to get my blood drawn 3 times because they lost 1 of my blood works. Now Im getting a bill for an additional $270 which I supposedly owe. I wasnt told the procedure would cost me $745 FOR PILLS.

I’m not sure what happened for some of the other reviewers. I had a great experience. Well, their services were top notch. I contacted them Monday, made an appointment for Tuesday morning and listened to the required speech for my state. There is a 24 hour waiting period between hearing the mandated service announcement for your state and your appointment time. I met with their staff and doctor virtually Tuesday and they answered all my questions. Same day Tuesday pain meds were called in to my pharmacy which I went to pick up, and Thursday the package with the pills arrived in the mail along with instructions and some tea and a hot pad, which was nice. I had begun to panic a little since this was the first time I have ever needed this procedure/ medication before and the entire thing was done in four days and I didn’t have to leave my house. Price was also reasonable. This is by no means a Christian hotline center. They are servicing women’s needs and choices and they provided me with nothing but respect and efficiency.

They were the most helpful with services in Atlanta. No judgement and no Christians cover up. I was able to have the procedure at home. They sent me everything i needed in the mail. There was a carrier delay (due to the carrier not carafam) so i got my package later than expected. They were super helpful and i called a few times for questions. All the staff were super nice and directed me with the right questions. When i went to the follow up, the nurse was super relaxed and answered my follow up care questions. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Dont waste your time with these other clinics other than PP, most just guilt you and shame you with christian values.

Beyond grateful for the service I had recieved. The office is very secluded and private, not alot of traffic or people in and out. The STAFF MY GOD THEY DIDNT MAKE ME FEEL BAD FOR MY CHOICE. THEY LAUGHED WITH ME, AND TALKED WITH ME AS LONG AS I NEEDED. Not once did i feel uncomfortable. Everything was fast, cheaper than I thought, and just smooth as ever. If you want discreet, and secluded treatment, this is the place. And theres no people outside with posters, saying not to do it. I was really nervous about coming into a Abortion clinic. However, the time i got into the office all the way until the end of my appointment, they made me feel so comfortable and were so understanding. I love how they treat you with care and don’t look at you like your just another number. All the nurses and staff gave me such great vibe.

I was in the worst state of my life when I called them. They immediately put me at ease. I called back with endless questions and concerns and every person I spoke to was kind, patient, and I truly felt cared for. They made this as painless and compassionate as possible. I am on track to receive my order in a very timely manner and will be able to get back to my life and caring for the people already in it. I definitely recommend for women in need, they’re quick and to the point, professional but still you feel relaxed. I spent days researching options for clinics in the Atlanta area and decided on Carafem based on their reviews and I’m so glad I did! They were prompt, compassionate and caring. I was made to feel extremely comfortable throughout my entire visit. I am so thankful I found Carafem!!!

My first visit at carafem I was understandably nervous as I’m sure most people might be. All of those nerves were almost immediately taken care of as soon as I checked in. I was treated with compassion by all of the staff, it’s obvious that they care about their patients. The office is very private, which is something that made a huge difference to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if needed.

It was my first ever experience and they make you feel so comfortable also the nurses explain everything and they answer all of your questions. They give you a goodie bag with items you will need in the future at the end of your appointment. Which I thought was really sweet!

The process for setting an appointment was easy. When everywhere else was booked, they squeezed me in so I was able to get a medical abortion. The only reason I gave it 4 stars would be because of me waiting an hour after my appointment time to be seen. The staff and doctor was extremely nice and thorough. I felt comfortable talking to them and getting information during my appointment. Another plus is, there was no pressure from them or protestors outside unlike a planned parenthood facility. This is not an abortion clinic , I don’t care what the reviews say. It is my personal opinion that this is one of those christian centers that force you into having a baby by making you wait until the abortion is no longer accessible. I called this clinic when i first found out about my pregnancy, I was extremely early at that time. They informed me that they release appointments weekly and someone would reach out within the next week about availability. I have called every week since then it’s been a over month and have been told “They are not sure when they are releasing the next set of appointments” each time I call for the past 5 weeks. I don’t see how it’s possible you haven’t released any appointments in a month. I am now close to the time in Georgia where a procedure would be illegal and making frantic calls to other places so that I can get my procedure done at an actual clinic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! THEY ARE LIARS.

The staff at Carafem are amazing. Everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They helped me decide which birth control option would be best for my lifestyle- something I wouldnt have felt comfortable doing alone.

This non-profit organization has great prices for medical ans surgical abortion which includes seeing the doctor, nurse, ultrasound, urine test. The front desk staff was very kind and the nurse - Meghan was excellent! We loved how she explained us the laws, procedures, provided education on abortion and answered all queries.I wouls recommend this place because it gives you quick appointments, it’s open on Saturdays, and FEM Health Center family is growing all over the States since the past 7 years. We appreciate their services and their friendly staff.

I was hesitant at first. (I thought it was a scam) But it was totally the opposite. They take their time talking with you about the procedure and birth control options. I received my pills in two days. I highly recommend them if you would like to keep things discrete.

I went to get the pill but was scheduled a day a doctor was not there. They refused to give me the pills because I needed a sonogram first. They sent me somewhere to get a sonogram but since the place that was suggested couldnt find anything Carefem suggested I go to the ER. Its been 3 weeks almost a month and still havent released my money back to the bank.

When a woman calls for a refill on her birth control, it should be a top priority to send in a prescription ASAP! Being told the provider is with a patient doesn’t justify not getting a refill and missing 4 days of your birth control. You would think a group of women would care about helping other women stay and feel safe.

I choose Carefem because they had the technology to detect a very early pregnancy. My hometown uses the standard ultrasound method, which forces you to wait at least six weeks. My overall experience was totally unexpected. The staff is very caring and helpful. Non-judgemental secure environment. Carefem provided me with everything I needed or thought I would have needed to make the process go as smoothly as possible. The nurse called me to make sure everything went accordingly. Carefem definitely goes that extra mile. You will certainly feel like they are there to help you every step of the way. I can definitely say Carefem cares for their patients.

There is no such thing as a pleasant abortion. But this place made the experience as great as could be done. For starters, the scheduling process-- easy. The legal requirements getting settled, easy. The discreet location without judgement nuts protesting, perfect. I felt safe and secure and didnt have to walk through metal detectors or leave all of my belongings outside (as some clinics that i didnt choose, require). I was pleasantly surprised at the pleasantness of the physician. She made me feel like she was a professionally trained ob-gyn and not just an abortionist. Surprisingly the doctor is with you most of your appointment, so all of your questions will be answered if you are bold or curious enough to ask. Although the appointments are very quick, its not like an abortion mill, where they overbook and rush one lady in after the next.I never once felt disrespected. When you read abortion horror stories on the internet, you will see that some pro-lifers saying the doctors laugh as a mom and baby die together on a table. Not once did I feel like this doctor would have been ok with me being harmed at all. I will say that Carafem, unlike many other clinics, does not offer sedation. This means for surgical patients, you will remember this unpleasant experience.{medical people will remember too no matter where you go as it is not an instant termination} For me, this surgery experience will be a constant reminder of why I needed a more permanent form of contraception [ not blaming myself or any woman for birth control failures, because realistically, it happens]It will also make sure that I would consider all options before choosing termination again. Its not a light decision to choose to terminate a pregnancy. I feel that Carafem treats you with dignity and respect the whole walk of the appointment and for the 5 to 10 minutes of the procedure, they treat the life inside of you with respect by not making it a lighthearted decision that you didnt have to feel or remember. Lastly, people probably take this place for granted and I want to remind you why you should not. Abortion is great to stigmatize until you need it! I live in a city with 690k people (nashville) and had to drive 3.5 hours to atlanta to terminate a pregnancy because a city of this magnitude let womens health fall to the wayside. Im sure that every OB doctor knows how to perform abortion as it is the same procedures done when women miscarry, but these providers refuse to, because they dont want to be involved with the stigma. This stigma cuts access to our healthcare. It is very tough to get gynecologic services once you mention you do not want to stay pregnant [in Nashville]. Thank you so much Dr. Lawly and team for fighting stigma and providing a necessary service. In true irony, for me, you are a life saver :-)!

My appointment was at 9am for a follow up, which they scheduled because they believed there was something wrong. I get there at 9, I wait a whole hour and was still not called. I proceed to tell them to just give me my records and I will go somewhere else because some other patient was attended before me and she got there 30 minutes after I did. They say that they will be with me as soon as possible. Thats what they said an hour ago

Staff behavior is extremely bad and no manners. Husband and own child are not allowed in reception area as well. They dont allow in the reception area for 2 minutes as well to feed the child

There was only one issue. The guy working at the front desk was very rude. Other than that, great service. I will definitely recommend this office.

My 17 year old was totally unprepared for the immense pain, both physically (4 hours of intense labor) and emotionally (the fetus was formed and obviously a baby). Counselors at Carafem told her that there would be “tissue” in the toilet but she wouldn’t notice anything. This was an outright lie. I tried calling Carafem during the traumatic experience, but could get no live person on the phone.

I had an amazing experience with carfem I felt safe and comfortable and knew exactly what was happening through the whole process. Everyone who helped me through the prodded was so kind and thoughtful . I can’t thank everyone there enough for making something so scary and difficult easy

Quick service, in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and nonjudgmental. They even included a care package with otc pain medications and nausea medication for when I went home. Thank you carafem!

My Gf took a abortion pill and they give her the 24/7 number to call about questions but no one picked up, so I read the stuff they gave us but didnt help, she was in alot of pain and would have been helpful to know if that was normal
