Jo was outstanding in my experience. She made my time at the lab so pleasant; her personality was exceptional. Having testing done, she made me feel so at ease with her caring nature. Her professionalism continued as she has kept in contact with me to keep me updated on my results throughout the process. She really went above and beyond. I came in today to get blood work done for my thyroid. Jo was amazing at handling my freak out session in the chair. I have got to give it to her👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 lots of respect for this lady. Awesome, very friendly, courteous and easy lab technician. She doesnt hurt and gets the job done very quickly and efficiently. So sorry I cant remember her name but she is awesome. I will certainly continue to go there for any future lab work.

Wow, Alicia was awesome. The moment you walk in the door you saw her smiling welcoming face that put you at ease. She really helped explain the forms that had to be filed out. The facility was so clean and well organized as well. My experience was very pleasant. I would not hesitate on returning and would certainly refer family and friends. Alicia is a rare commodity in the health field!

Amazing location, the place is clean, cute and smells so good. Staff was extremely friendly and check-in and testing was done in 10 minutes. I can’t stand getting blood work done but an experience like this made a difference for me.

Best blood draw I’ve ever had, never had a blood draw as painless as i had here. The nurse was very understanding when i told her i faint when i do blood draws and she kept my spirits high with jokes when i did faint. If i ever need a blood draw again i will definitely come here.

Most painless blood draw Ive ever had. I always faint when getting blood draws but the nurse was super understanding and even made light jokes to keep me calm.

Jo is a one-woman Pitt crew! She got me in and out in a jiffy. She was so kind and gentle I couldn’t tell if the needle was in when it was (I was looking away). As a result I will probably get the next 3 tests I want done here too. They can even test for mold exposure! Oh and it was an affordable rate too. Thank you Any Lab and Jo!

I can not rave enough on Jo at the Augusta location! My 5 year old needed his 1st ever blood work done and she distracted him and made him feel so comfortable and special... not even a tear! My son said she should be part of Paw Patrol (which honestly is the highest honor someone could receive from a 5 year old! Haha!). Lord willing, we wont need more blood work... but if we DO, we know where were coming (and sending everyone else who ever needs it too!)

If it wasn’t for the facility opening 45 minutes late. My appointment was for 9:15am. Sign on the door says open Saturday at 9:00am. Yet the employee did not show up until 9:45am. Not sure if the person before me had a appointment but she obviously had to wait as well.

I went to get a required COVID test before an operation. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving and my operation was Monday morning! Miss Jo at the lab was amazing from check in to swab and check out! I got my results Monday morning just in time to present to the hospital. They even called me to let me know the results were emailed moments ago! Very personable and professional!

Wonderful, PCR for traveling done Tuesday 9.00AM, results Thursday 9.00AM. Traveling tomorrow not having to worry about a late test. Receptionist and test taker answered all my questions and called me to notify me that results were in my e-mail. Thank You
