The staff isnt trained in how to deal with transgender patients. When I made the appointment, I was worried how the process would be as a trans man so, I clarified I was a transgender man and to please note that I use he/him pronouns. But unfortunately, it was worse than I expected. I was misgendered and deadnamed throughout the entire process despite repeated attempts to reassert I am NOT a she/her, a lady or a miss. Overall, it didnt take that long, I got the medication I needed, and Dr. Broadfax was very nice. However I wouldnt recommend transgender people to come here. Getting an abortion is already difficult, I didnt need the extra dysphoria on top of that.

I had an appointment just for a simple ultrasound. I had to wait over an hour because there was “people ahead of me” when my appointment was before all of them. Absolutely ridiculous! You have all these nurses sitting around doing nothing and they could easily take not even 5 min to do a ultrasound.

Called to make an appointment, they scheduled my girlfriend for 11-23-23 (Thanksgiving) and none of their offices are even open that day even though i asked, they asured me the 23rd was okay to come in. Glad I called ahead before we drove 3 hours for an appointment that doesnt exist. Super irritating and it has sent my girlfriend into a state of uneasiness considering everything is closed for the next 4 days. Everything else was good but now we are kinda screwed so, 2 stars.

WORST ESTABLISHMENT NOT INFORMATIVE SLACK EMPLOYEES. My girlfriend stays 2 hours away , We came for her appointment she only got an ultrasound done she proceeded to ask what was the next step and was told to call hotline to set up . That was it 25 min appointment. She got home and called the hotline just for them to say she was suppose to have a counseling session with Dr NOBODY IN THE OFFICE SAID HEY WE DONT HAVE A DOCTOR HERE TODAY . Or you was suppose to talk to a doctor . They just let her believe that was all to the appointment and now she has to do the process over again after holidays basically this is very time sensitive and nobody out of the 5 AA ladies in that office said or advised her about anything . That is so slack on this office behalf and big inconvenience . Will never recommend this office horrible experience and of course nobody had anything to say other than it’s nothing they could do . If I could do negative stars I would !!!!

After having to make decisions I wasn’t sure about and feeling very very uneasy, I had a nurse by the name Shareese sit down and talk with me. I never felt pressured for whatever decision I was going to make. I was actually supported more than anything. The building is a little ran down on the inside but mostly everyone is super nice. The doctor is very nice as well and super informative!

The worst. Stay away from this place. They either mistakenly or purposely misdiagnosed my daughter. She was forced to go out or state because of their incompetence. They were terrible to her and my wife.

The staff was so supportive, I LOVED all the nurses and the doctor! They make a very uncomfortable situation very pain free and easy! 100% recommend. Wish they were a dr office i could go all the time

Worst mufucking place ever I had an abortion before & I was in & out it was many people . This one was like sitting in a class room watching a movie . I seen people leave before me or fill out the paper work before me when I came in first . Waste of time don’t recommend 🙄 why wait for an ultra sound & a few papers to sigh it was to much going.

Staff was very unconsidered and heartless. Doctor didn’t even explain the procedure as he was doing it. the nurse that was supposed to be beside you comforting you while the doctor did the procedure was literally just singing to herself. No comfort at all. The nurse told us before that the doctor was “old and irritated easily” and that we better now squirm or cry too much during the surgical procedure or the doctor would make us get up off the operating table.

I went today and they were very nice and everything was pretty quick also, the wait wasn’t long at all. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Make sure to call the NAF hotline if you need assistance, they do cover entire costs of the medications. The doctor was sweet and the nurses were relatable and kind! There were protesters but I chose to cuss them out and then ignore them. Why volunteer to protest instead of helping living children anyway? Don’t believe the negative reviews, the pro-lifers are just mad.

I rather keep my name private. But I must say this office was awesome. I have had to have this done twice but this was my first time at this office. It was so clean and the nurses were so understanding and never tried to judge me not once. Awesome team work and I was in and out within an hour! Ladies you rock!!!!!

When I say I received amazing service. I was a big baby after my procedure and they took great care of me. Not to mention that the office was packed so it was tons of women there. I must say they treated us very well. Especially when they realized that we was there all day they offer us snacks because we was starving. I hope to never return but I will always recommend the place to others.

I worked here in 2016 for a few months. It wasn’t bad but I ended up having to leave because the “manager” at the time told me I had to chose between my pregnancy or my job. Clearly I left. She could always leave and make me be in charge of her job when her kids needed her or when she had an appointment but she got mad because the doctor called me saying he needed me to go see him ASAP because he got my tests results back and it showed I had the flu and a few other things. The doctor that was in this clinic was nice though.

I was at war with myself about leaving a review because I didn’t want to be linked, I just wanted to forget. But I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the nurse who helped me through the HARDEST DECISION I’ve ever had to make!! Bailie was this angel’s name. I was just breaking down on and off trying to remind myself I was doing what best for me. I would still just bust out crying out of nowhere and I couldn’t help it. It wasn’t until she asked me if I was Okaa, and our conversation after that I was actually able to honestly say that I was Okaa. I was able to hold my head up and have no doubt or regret, because only I knew what was best for me!! I just feel this young lady needs a RAISE because since my appointment I haven’t had any negative thoughts, regret, and MOST importantly I have NOT fell into depression ! Honestly, if you ask me I have her to thank!! Because just going through the experience and having to come to to decision is hard ENOUGH, so having such kind and understanding people to better help your mental state of mind set it’s just a Blessing! I thank you Bailie and I will NEVER forget the impact you’ve had on me!!!

I am glad they offer confidential services but I paid 85 for a sonogram and only got to look for 30 seconds before being scooted right out the door.I also got emotional and wanted a picture to keep and they said that would take 30 days to acquire through billing even though she had two copies in her hand.It was a very impersonal and rude experience.

Shareese really helped me throughout my whole experience here. She was like the bestfriend i needed during this time. i loved her and i thank her for all she did for me today. i also loved lilie she explained everything to me and she had pretty handwriting. these lovely ladies really saved me the trouble of feeling embarrassed and sad for myself today. thank you so much to those ladies ! i hope they are blessed and covered !

Google showed that this clinic is open on Sundays. They are not. Only their call center is, but the clinic itself is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Scheduled an appointment with the call center.

Please read:Do not get this place mixed up with the WEST AUGUSTA PREGNANCY CENTER buildingin big black letters on the first building you see. That is one of those fake abortion places that chase after you when you walk in the wrong building to try and counsel you and get you to choose life. You’ll know you’re at the right building when you see protesters outside. Maybe wear a hat because it’s humiliating, and don’t engage with them.Had a great experience. Took the first pill in office, then the second set of pills at home. Keep them in your cheek literally as long as possible and let them dissolve super slow, only sucking every minute or so. Also stay SUPER hydrated with water and an electrolyte drink like Powerade. I kept my hydroflask in my mouth for like 2 hours straight, taking a super tiny sip every few seconds. I also ate light just in case I threw up, It wouldn’t taste flat out nasty. That helped me not to have nausea at all. All I had was some cramps that weren’t even as bad as rough period cramps. After everything was said and done,I was feeling 100% normal the next day like it never happened.It seems like the haters and one star reviewers who are nit-picking at the facility or staff are the pro-lifer protesters who stand outside and Harass the women. I was really in a bind and I didn’t care if their place was a bunch of pill pushers in an alley. Yeah it was rushed and yeah there’s not much privacy. But it was a clean facility and We’re all there for the same reason so no judgement is like the unspoken rule.

FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT THE PROTESTERS OUTSIDE ARE PAID ACTORS ! Not paid by the clinic, but paid by some jerks who just want to make our decisions even harder. I had the abortion pill. The clinic staff was amazing. I felt like they really understood what I was going through and they were sooo nice through out the entire process. The pill worked exactly like they said it would. There were no concerns that they didnt tell me about. If you have to make this decision, I strongly recommend this clinic. Thank you for helping me.

Unfortunately i had to visit this office twice and the front desk receptionist is very disrespectful and unprofessional.The short darkskin girl. I visited very recently 7/2016 and she would roll her eyes at me, short talk me an slam the waiting list on the counter for me to sign. If i had any questions regarding the procedure she would ignore me several times. Its already uncomfortable being there, she made my experience horrible. She is very immature. Dr broadnax was awesome and the rest of the staff.

I don’t find the staff was all that friendly, they weren’t rude but definitely not the nicest I think the lady who took my vitals was the sweetest! Second they make you go sit out in your car several times where you are harassed and yelled at by protestors instead of letting you sit inside other than that I’d definitely recommend to other people.

I went in to TRY and get the abortion pill. When making the appointment I had said multiple times that I was only 3 weeks and some days along, very very early. Then when I went in they did an ultrasound, obviously they didn’t see anything because it was WAY to early, which they KNOW and told me to come back in 2 weeks. They only did a urine test, didn’t even do bloodwork. They took $185 out of the $400 they requested up front for those 2 things. They never once cared to mention that if they don’t see anything they won’t go through with the abortion which is RIDICULOUS and a scam in my opinion. The only reason I have 2 stars was because the staff was very friendly.

Very Professional & Clean. I was very nervous and they eased my nerves!! Very Friendly! Dr. was awesome and talked me through my procedure. Sade was awesome! Thanks girl :)

Incomplete abortion. Ended up in the hospital for emergency D&C. Lost so much blood I now suffer anemia from loosing so much blood. When asked about refund because services clearly werent rendered, I was given the run around and refund was declined. I sent all medical documentation and still was refused. Not only did they refuse my refund offered no show of compassion after this horrific experience. DO NOT GO!

My experience started out overwhelming by the people outside but once i got in the building the lady at the front desk was very nice i was a little late and they still seen me, once i entered in the back the ladies were awesome, i did the surgery yesterday and they answer all the questions that i asked the young girl with the box plats and that young girl in the ultrasound room was the funniest the made me at ease with laughter the lady in the recovery room was full of conversation loved it would tell people to come here if they are ever in this situation

Withholding a refund for a pill that I didn’t take!

All of the employees are very professional, courteous, and understanding but specifically Charmaine and Sharese went out of their way to assist me and I really appreciate it!!!

Very professional. They are nice to you and make sure you’re comfortable. The process didn’t take long and I felt comfortable there!

Terrible experience. Dont recommend. This place is a joke and the Dr is rude and it is all around awful. I hope you get shut down

The worse experience ever. This place is old and dirty. The customer service and privacy are both very poor. I would recommend any place outside of this whole in the wall.
