Ive had an awesome experience w/ Xytex. Jessica is great - she always responds quickly and makes sure my orders are spot on. Excited to receive my first tank this Saturday. Stay tuned for updates on how it goes!Update: OMG I had the worst anxiety, bless them for answering all my (prob annoying) questions. I got the tank right on time. The sperm was good quality and the instructions made the whole process extremely easy. We caught ovulation (yay) so we will see if we get lucky on the first try!!!Thank you Xytex!

I’ve used xytex twice, the shipping is always on time. However, they keep increasing their prices and the last vial I received from them was only 0.3 when I paid for 0.5mls. If we have to continue our ttc, I will be using a different place.

The price per vial is high, but the shipping is on time, they have a good customer service line thats helped me multiple times in shipping, getting donor photos, talking through what sperm to pick.

Big shout out to Amber. She has been a great help in my journey where everything has been so blurry. She was very knowledgeable even to the small details. She provided me with all the information I need and answered questions I had along the way. Amber you are greatly appreciated and I thankyou for being patient understanding with me.(I havent purchased yet. Im in the process. Awaiting the green light and Ill do a review after purchase of how that process goes)

The customer Service I received from Amber was amazing. She understood what the information I needed and walked me through all the steps. She has been helpful inthe moments where Im completely loss and didnt know where to begin. Thankyou so much Amber if only everyone was like Amber

Did not do a thorough investigation on my application to be a donor. Did not administer proper testing or procedures to see if Id be a candidate or not. All they did was say all because I have a GED that I was ineligible. Although I understand that you dont want people with low intelligence to reproduce at the same time there should still be an IQ test or some sort of procedure to measure ability instead of relaying on situational history. It should be a part of the normal process to administer a test like that during the psych evaluation.

They are the only sperm bank my clinic will work with. If I had any other choice I would NEVER give this company money. They charge extortionists level prices. Each vile is $1495. The men who donate are paid about $70 per vile. Also you should know about all the lawsuits pending against them because they didnt bother to verify what the sperm donors tell them. Sperm donors can make up anything story they want and xytex doesnt even bother to verify even the most easily checked info.

So thankful for Nan being so understanding, communicative, and patient with me through the genetic screening process I underwent prior to my purchase. Every step in my journey has been so difficult. Thank you for making this one painless.
