Disappointed that we were brought in only to receive an email a few weeks later that the Dr is retiring. We drove a couple of hours for our first appt. If he knew he was going to be retiring, they should not have accepted new patients. However, staff and Dr were great.

Dr. Servy and his staff are wonderful!! Each person makes you feel like you have been with them for years versus just another patient, which makes difficult situations easier to deal with. All of our needs are met quickly and any issues are addressed with such compassion! I would highly recommend this office.

Yesterday was my first visit and I was so nervous going in but as soon as I walked in we was greeted and made us feel so much better! The staff is so so sweet!! It felt like family! Everyone was so sweet and caring! You dont find that often in the world we live in! Dr. Edouard was truly amazing and very professional! We have been trying for so long and all we can do is pray and hope for our miracle ❤️🍍

STAY AWAY! This has been my worst ever experience with any doctors office. Always overbooked and running extremely late and poor communication. The doctor goes on vacations that last over a month regularly without informing patients and put you on pause with your treatments until after he comes back.I was going through ivf and he left for a vacation less than a week after my retrieval. This was not something I was informed of prior and I had to wait over 3 months to do a transfer because he was gone.Same issue happened about 6 months later when he went on another vacation for Christmas and the office told me I would have to wait 2 months.

Drove 2.5 hours to this place, Insurance person verified my insurance previously. This office knew I was interested in IVF, my insurance covers three ivf attempts for me, however they said I would have to pay out of pocket because they dont accept any insurance for IVF. Reason because the way the file taxes. and code insurance wont accept. Never had any issues with insurance with any other fertility clinic. They wont you to pay $8000 right out of pocket. Sorry I refuse to pay when my insurance cover.Stay away, unprofessional and the staff seem weird.

A Family That Makes Families! 1st class care and incredible support through the good and tough times. Dr Servy and his team really, truly makes dreams comes true...and often those dreams are in multiples of 2! Professional, and top value for money. Dont go anywhere else!

I sent an email in an attempt to set up a consultation. Someone messaged me back fairly quickly with the price and asked me what questions I had which threw me off because I would much rather ask personal questions face to face with a doctor as opposed to typing my questions and concerns over email. This was extremely impersonal from me. A day later I called and spoke to a women who was rude who then transferred me to another women who was equally as disrespectful by giving me a quick, rushed break down of expenses as if she was in a hurry. I would rather be inconvienced by traveling elsewhere or even pay more if that would guarantee a PROFESSIONAL experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Well 1st appointment was horrible.. walked in didnt know what to do. one office lady was rude until I told it was our 1st time..then her Additude changed. Saw the doctor,he didnt even shake our hands nor addressed him self.had a lady in room with us dont know who or what she was. said I wanted to go one way he said the other. prescribe me medication that I said does NOT work with me.without even telling me prescribed it anyway.(I had to pay for it). so far Im NOT liking this place at all..but I will say there is 2 ladies that are VERY nice.. our goal is to have a family. . after seeing him 2 rounds the doctor went on vacation and we where not informed. We where trying to do a 3rd round.we stopped seeing him and his team.. WITH OUT HIS HELP, We ended up pregnant.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone! You can leave a message if you like. They might return your call, but it will be a week later. I dont see how you could get IVF done through someone that difficult to contact. They may be wonderful doctors. WHO knows? but leaving a message everytime you call is bad business.

The doctors here have always been nothing short of amazing! Very understanding, careful, and considerate! I would reccomend Dr. Servy and Dr. Melton to anyone!

Dr. Servy is AMAZING! He and his entire staff are phenomenal My husband and I went here, we now have 2 beautiful children!

Theyre so awesome. Everyone is so nice and helpful. You have to wait a good bit but thats par for most medical offices.

Love everyone in this office! Aprile and Dr. Servy are the best!
