I cant say enough great things about Charm City Healing. Everyone who works there is unbelievably kind and welcoming, and Angie is nothing short of amazing. I started seeing her regularly in August of 2023 for help with hormone balance and gut health after having little success through traditional medicine, and within a few weeks of treatment I felt relief of a lot of my symptoms. Angie is so accommodating and knowledgable, and helped me feel in control again after so many months searching for answers. Highly recommend! :)

I was hesitant to try yet-another non-conventional treatment process. After spending the last 10 years in constant pain, multiple surgeries, pain management, prescriptions, medical marijuana, traveling from MD to PA for specialized treatments, spinal injections, nerve blocks, spinal implants, physical and occupational therapies, and mentally preparing myself to accepting and adjusting my 64-year old body to that of a tired, much-older one, I said a prayer and made an appointment with Angela. What an answer to prayer I received! Angela’s healing hands and spirit has been nothing short of miraculous for me!I have decreased pain (on a scale of 1-10) from a constant 12 to a 3. I am feeling like my old self more and more each day, including the ability to be productive around the house, to get out for socializing, and to feel alive again!If you would rather be tethered to paying unending medical costs, exorbitant prescription prices, lab fees, endless doctor’s appointments, exposure to unhealthy testing procedures ... and still not making healthy progress: understood. I started treatments back in August of 2023 for my endometriosis. I’ve learned so much about myself, and my body from these past months of being treated by Angie. I can’t even begin to articulate the quality of care she provides to her patients. I instantly gravitated towards her caring nature during our initial consultation, and she’s remained true to that. She’s sort of like a therapist and an acupuncturist all in one! She’s shown more care than the doctors I’ve gone to for help. Angie and her team are amazing! If you are considering acupuncture to aid in your fertility journey, look no further. After a miscarriage and difficulty conceiving post miscarriage, I reached out to Angie on the recommendation of a friend. Angie listened to my history and formulated a plan. I was shocked to hear her high success rates of patients who became pregnant within 3 months of treatment (and honestly I was a little skeptical). Well after following Angie’s plan, I became pregnant with a healthy pregnancy within those 3 months! I continued treatment during my first trimester and returned during my 3rd trimester. I can’t thank Angie, Cierra, and Beth enough for their compassion, kindness, and expertise during the whole process!

Angie & the entire team at Charm City Healing are incredibly and have completed transformed my quality of life. I am 25 & had never experienced any back issues before until the beginning of 2023. It was completely debilitating & put me in quite a bad mental health state. After numerous doctors visits, trying everything from steroid shots to physical therapy, my lower back pain persisted and continued to worsen. Angie is a skilled acupuncturist with excellent beside manner. I have been extremely sensitive to her treatments- I keep my monthly appointments and inevitably she helps me feel better no matter what I need that day (everything from back pain, stress, digestive issues, pregnancy related symptoms). Charm City Healing has done it again! After another injury (previous hip injury/most recent shoulder injury) have gotten me back in my running shoes! Angie and the entire staff really listen to what/where it hurts and takes their time with the treatment process. Angie, Cierra, and their team are the best. I cannot recommend highly enough. After two miscarriages, five unsuccessful IVF egg retrieval cycles, and not much remaining hope, we scheduled a consultation with Angie for help with fertility. Although we weren’t very hopeful, we thought acupuncture could at least help to get my cycle normalized again after the rollercoaster of IVF stimulation hormones. Angie recommended a 6-month program of acupuncture and traditional Chinese herbs. After 4 months, she told us we might consider trying again, we did, and voilà, we were pregnant. We kept expecting things to go wrong, but they didn’t. Fast forward just over a year from when we started with Angie, and our happy, healthy baby was born. We are forever grateful. Beyond fertility treatments, I would trust Angie at her word; if she believes she can help you, she more than likely can. Throughout my visits, she helped with myriad other issues that popped up in the day-to-day. I continued my visits with her for support through the first trimester and started up again during the third trimester. Angie’s a gifted healer and goes out of her way to help. Her office is always spotlessly clean and a tranquil, relaxing environment. All of her team are consistently kind and professional. You can’t go wrong in seeking treatment here.

Dr. Becker and her team are incredible! I was having severe nerve pain and western medicine seemed to be a dead end. But after meeting Dr. Becker, she was confident she could treat the pain. Through Acupuncture, ATP therapy, Chinese Herbs and Ozone therapy I am finally starting to feel better; something I thought was impossible. Can I give this place 10-stars? I would if I could! I was new to Acupuncture and experiencing acute pain caused by TMJ in my jaw and trapezius muscles to the point I could no longer turn my head. Angela and her very professional staff, over a series of visits spread over 5-weeks, were able to alleviate the pain while being mindful of my anxiety to needles. I really appreciated their sensitivity and patience. I now have 100% mobility again and zero pain. Also - they provided paperwork anytime I asked to provide to my health insurance to be reimbursed. Of note is the very ample parking.

I cannot say enough positive things about Angie and the staff at Charm City Healing. My issue is chronic low back pain from a water skiing injury 20 years ago, in my 30s. MRI reveals bulging discs at L3-L4 and L4-L5, L5-S1 thinning, foramen and central canal stenosis and spondylolisthesis (all the usual!). Im on a regimen of continuous rehab as Im still very active in a number of sports (tennis, running, cycling, swimming, hiking, among others). Okay, thats my background. Now Angie.I came into CCA in March in extreme LBP from a strenuous move from California to Baltimore. I totally torqued it. SO glad I found Angie. She went right to work with her magic hands and needles. Within a month of 2x/week sessions, I was off the narcotics and using only Tylenol to manage the pain. Activities were limited while my body healed. Things kept improving. Along with her referral to Healthquest for chiropractic care, her work, my work and time, I am now pain free and back on the courts and running paths. I am going about once/month for maintenance and minor injuries here and there.Besides my testimonial, I want to add that Angie really knows her craft. Shes a great listener and explainer. I was fairly new to accupuncture; I had only a few sessions with another practitioner in CA, so not a lot to compare to accupuncturist-wise. Frankly, Ive always been a bit sceptical of the whole deal. Or maybe Ive just been holding out until I really needed it. Man, did I need it in March, cuz I was hurting. Oh yes, I also had fairly intense anxiety about my injury, new home/city, and new job. Accupuncture helped that tremendously also. Despite covid-19, my wife and I have settled in nicely here.Finally, the business is run really well. Welcoming entrance, tidy exam rooms, comfortable tables, soothing music and sound machines. Shes online so easy to schedule and never a billing issue (takes insurance). Im hoping not to have a relapse, but even if I do, I know I will be taken care of and will get through it. Thats of great comfort to me.

I have nothing but positive feedback about Charm City Healing. Angies care has single-handedly helped me get off of painkillers for my joints and back, given me the courage to start being more active after a long period of being sedentary, and been a kind ear and supportive and calming force against my anxious ramblings. I had acupuncture as a child, but was very apprehensive about needles and added pain when I first started up again. Angie always talked me through it, indicated what she was about to do before doing it, and helped me with breathing, which made it a positive experience. The beds they use are very warm and you can just get in the zone for a nice duration of time before the session ends. Their office is warm and inviting (and recently expanded!), and the person at the desk is very nice and calming too, so you have that whole ambiance from the first moment you get there to the last moment you leave. While they seem to miraculously see everyone on time, Ive never felt rushed. Coming here has truly changed my life for the better.

I look forward to my session every two weeks. Beyond being medically therapeutic I find the sessions to be relaxing as well. Angie really cares about making sure the work she does improves your health and pays close attention to your progress over time.

I cant speak anymore highly of Charm City Healing and Angy. I was having serious back issues for over six months that I thought would require surgery. Somehow, she fixed me in two sessions.
