Tola Fashokun, MD

Dr Fashokun has been my doctor for almost 20 yrs. Shes my hero. She takes a personal interest in each of her patients. I have previously been turned away after a prior doctor did excessive damage to me. I live with the pain daily but each time I have previously had complications. I now live on the Eastern Shore & find help to get to her in Baltimore. Ive called her office to find her because I cant find a doctor in the area. She is very knowledgeable & can perform miracles. I hope she views this review & gets in touch with me.

Dr Fashokun was excellent interpersonal skills were over the top very profesdional knowledgeable beyond belief and extremely thorough. I was very confident when I left that my concerns and questions had been addressed recommendations were great. My examination was very inclusive giving me a feeling that she checked all possibilities. The follow up set up was great. Her staff was excellent. She had a resident with her during my exam and listening to her discriptions terminology and teaching were awesome the Resident could not have a better mentor. This Doctor is awesome. I highly recommend her for Pelvic Pain

Dr. Fashokun is extraordinary. She is patient, caring, extraordinarily empathetic to the patients needs and an actual balm for the soul for patients who have been gaslit over the years. I literally can not say enough for the relief she provided to my chronically ill daughter and me( my daughters caretaker), simply by truly listening, truly caring, and truly trying to help..i highly recommend her for everyone and especially for those wounded from previous bad experiences!

She goes above and beyond regular dr care. For example I was having surgery in an area she had operated on a month prior so she wanted to stay to make sure her area didn’t get disturbed with the new surgery. The surgery was scheduled for 7:30 pm and she stayed with me the entire surgery until recovery where she called my mom to update her and let her know that even though it was midnight on a weekday she was with me as support since my mother couldn’t be there. I would trust Dr. Fashokun with my life any day. She’s beyond caring and loving, and also is just as much informative in explaining issues and what options you have. 5 stars just isn’t enough!!

Dr. Fashokun is one of the most caring, relatable doctors I have. She has done surgery on me, but chose to do it on tandem with another doctor doing a different procedure to keep the anxiety and difficulties of surgery compressed into one situation. She has an amazing bedside manner which makes asking her embarrassing questions a breeze, and it’s very obvious that she truly cares about her patients and their outcomes. I’ve been seeing her for years for a chronic illness, and I hope I can see her for many more!

Dr. Fashokun gave my daughter a new lease on life. We tried for ten years to diagnose her with Interstitial cystitis. Dr diagnosed her is seconds!!! The doctor would do a hydodistention with a perineal nerve block. No more pain! She did it a few times and now she has been perfect! Dr. Fashokun is an angel. One of her degrees is in psychiatry so her bed side manner is incredible. We will be forever grateful to her.

I have so much respect for Dr Fashokun! She is so caring and takes time to ensure you receive the best care possible! I called recently to make an appointment but was told Dr Fashokun has left John Hopkins!! I do not know where to find her as the only contact information I can find for her still has her listed with John Hopkins! I hope her information is updated soon!

Dr. Fashokun is an amazing doctor! She is kind, professional and cares about her patients. I feel lucky to have found her.

Double charged me for my doctors visit, been over a month and they cant tell me when I will receive a refund. Also never picks up the phone or calls me back to make my follow up appointment. She also would have never warned me about the medication interactions she prescribed me unless I asked.
