Midwives are INCREDIBLE here at this practice! They are truly caring, guiding, and took time to get to know me and my family. The office was clean and updated. I was always seen on time with little waiting. It was quick and efficient. As a second time mom with no complications, I was appreciative of the virtual option through my second trimester. The Midwife team were incredible before, during, and after labor! I am beyond thankful that I switched providers even halfway through my pregnancy.

I have been a patient w/ this office for many years. When my doctor left the practice, I was assigned to another physician. The doctors are wonderful, but the staff not so much. The communication in this office is very poor. I have called the office twice now - 9/10 and 9/16 - and have yet to be contacted. With each phone call, I explained that I was having an issue and wanted to communicate that w/ my doctor before my appt. I called the office manager on 9/18 to explain my concerns. Hopefully, she will contact me soon to discuss.

I had 2 appointments scheduled today, and apparently my doctor didn’t want to see me until after I had the test done, no communicated that to me. My husband and I took off of work and drove 45 minutes for these appointments. One of the women in the front NOT the young lady that checked me in had the nastiest attitude as if she was inconvenienced. If she can’t handle someone asking a question on why their appointment is being canceled she shouldn’t be the front. The staff needs to work on their bedside manners. You guys use to have really friendly staff when Dr Hilliker was there, the culture is definitely changing.

Dr. Said and her nursing staff could not be more loving and accommodating. I’m advanced maternal age, have found a way to experience every issue or at least symptom known in pregnancy and they have found a way to see me through it and provide incredible care. Ob’s careers are unpredictable, they are in the business of bringing life into the world. Understanding this means giving them the same grace and care they give you. Dr. Said cares for her patients in a way I have never experienced. It’s because of this that her attentiveness to each patient is respectful, understanding and she takes the time to explain and listen. Thank you Dr Said for caring for my growing family. I wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else.

The doctors here are decent but the nurses and other staff are rude and have bad attitudes especially the ones that respond to the patient portal messages. They lack empathy, respect and are extremely insensitive. The female nurses should be ashamed to have such disgusting attitudes especially when dealing with women during such a vulnerable time.

Worst hospital I’m first time mom and entire time of my pregnancy I came to this hospital and at 38 weeks I went to the normal doctor visit and I was told that my doctor took vacation and that my baby heart was low they rushed me to the delivery room and I was talking to the doctor I never seen in my entire pregnancy and she told me that her shift is going to end in 30 min and that I have to decide if I accept c section and because I was so scared that I could loose my baby I accepted it but still regret coming to this hospital and it’s 1year and 5 months I’m still can’t stop thinking about it

Im am always treated with dignity and respect. For the most part every person Ive dealt with have always been very kind. The facility and the offices are always clean. Dr. Giblin is the best. Shes compassionate and understanding. I would highly recommend her office if you need those services. I feel she saved my life

I called because my wife just got pregnant and I wanted to schedule an appointment. Heather at the front desk must have been having a bad day because she was extremely rude and acted like I was a burden for any questions I had. This is her first pregnancy and I thought an OBGYN office would be willing to answer questions and schedule an appointment. I guess not, I’ll be going somewhere else with our business where my wife gets genuine care.

Dr. Flora took the time to answer my questions and gave me the information I needed to make my decision on the best surgery option for me. She also combined some lab testing in the same visit and saved me another trip from out of town! All of the staff was helpful too.

Dr. Flora is the best OB/GYN. She is patient, kind, and always takes time to answer questions or provide medical insight… even if it’s not directly related to OB questions. She is an excellent physician and a women of character. Her office also runs on time which is most appreciated.

I worked with the midwife team after moving from another state midway through my pregnancy. I had issues getting my records to transfer and Tina, one of the midwives, was so patient and helpful and went through my extensive medical history with me. She helped me feel welcome and find other medical providers for my family. Stephanie and Desiree helped with my labor and delivery and both were excellent advocates for the kind of care and intervention I was comfortable with. Throughout my prenatal care, all three midwives were great about presenting information and talking through options. I was extremely pleased with the level of care I received and would recommend the midwives to anyone looking for midwife care.

This was my first visit to this location. And I was slightly overwhelmed with what to expect. The check in was seamless. I was able to check in right through my phone and then provided the necessary information at the counter once arrived. I was met with another patient who assured me that I would be taken great care of. And I sure was. The doctor was phenomenal and got me answers that I have been searching for for well over a year. I would definitely recommend.

Appreciate Dr. Flora so much, her wealth of knowledge—and also how reassuring she is—and has been during this pregnancy and the pregnancy and birth of our other two kids. Very grateful to have such a good OB!

Maram Said is the most caring and competent physician whom I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I am a retired RN and have had encounters with many Physicians. I trust her with my care and also my adult children. Thank you Dr Said.

I have seen Dr. Adrienne Rasbach since week 12 of my pregnancy, and I can’t complain! She is very friendly and willing to answer questions and ease any worries I have. She has the patient’s best interest at heart and is very knowledgeable in her practice. The other staff at Ascension St. Vincent have been very kind and everything has happened in such a timely manner.

I am very pleased to be under such good care with my breast cancer team. This was my first visit with Katie Cavanaugh and she answered my questions and I did not feel rushed.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Ascension Medical. In a very busy hospital Dr. Said, the nurses, and the surgical team made my husband and I feel like I was the only one there. Dr. Said took all the time we needed to make sure our questions were answered and we felt informed both pre and post op.

Loved my experience with the midwife team. They never rushed me and answered all of my questions at my appointments (above and beyond my expectations). At our baby’s delivery they made me feel safe, cared for, and they listened to my concerns. Would highly recommend the CNM’s!

I had a very good experience. The doctor listen and answer to all my questions. However I would love it if she could also give me some information about the reason of my visit: like check on the baby, tell me the positive of the baby, how big is … those kinds of things because is being while so I want to make sure everything is okay ✅.Thanks

Dr Adrienne Rashbach is an exceptional OBGYN who took my concerns seriously, when my GP dismissed them. She listened and suggested treatment that was critical to my good health. I highly recommend her!

I’m a new patient, and I really like Dr. Said. That said, my interactions with the staff and nursing staff have been concerning. There is a lack of efficient communication at this point, and I’ve heard similar feedback from several other patients at this practice when I was asking around for other OBGYN recommendations.I’ve called the office at least three different times for separate questions/issues, and have not gotten a response for all three calls. I had to follow up and send my questions through a message system in the online portal, and then I get an answer from the nurses/staff, but there are two issues with getting responses solely through the online portal, rather than getting a phone call.1) There is a delay— I get an email notification that someone has responded to my question hours after they respond. By the time I get the notification, the office is often times closed, so I can respond, but usually won’t get a response until the next day.2) I often don’t get all of the information I need from the first response. If I was speaking to a staff member or nurse on the phone, I’d be able to ask follow up questions instantly, and get all of my questions answered in one conversation. But I often times only get one part of the answer at a time, and with the delayed notification system, the conversation is strung across several days.Due to the poor communication, I have looked into switching to a new office, but unfortunately most physicians in the area are not accepting new patients or offer services I’m less comfortable with (homebirths, rotating physicians, etc.) The decision we’ve decided to make at this point is to stick with a physician we like and suffer through difficulties with the staff. At this point, I have given up getting responses to my questions if I’m not physically in the office, which is disappointing.Two other minor concerns:- There are several signs in the office saying that it is a no-aggression zone. This upsets me, because I would prefer to have a civil conversation about issues when they arise, but I don’t feel like I can’t bring up my concerns about the office staff without being labeled as aggressive or combative. (So here I am giving feedback on a Google review because I got an email from the office asking me to share my feedback.)- Several of the nurses / staff (not all of them) have been distinctly unfriendly towards my husband. The most hostile of our interactions was a time he had to use the restroom during my appointment. He was told that he left my room, he would be locked out, because they couldn’t have him wandering around opening doors in the patient area. This gave us both the impression that they thought he would be trying to peek at other patients. While this is one example, the distrust of men and assumption they are evil creeps has been present every time I bring him into the office. I understand trying to protect patient privacy, and that some patients likely have negative relationships with men, but my husband is also a parent of our unborn child and provides me with a lot of comfort when he comes to my appointments, and he should be treated with respect.

Dr. Zombrano and her team are amazing! I’m a first time mother and really feel cared for and listened to. Highly recommend her!

I had my baby in December 2021 with Carmel Womens Health at St. Vs in Carmel and cannot say enough good things about my experience. They have a fantastic midwife team supported by OBGYNs that support natural labor. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful, and my midwife Stephanie Crowell, was especially amazing. She really let me own my pregnancy and supported my birth plans. When things didnt go the way we expected, she was so supported and she felt more like a caring friend than a medical provider. Once we had the baby, all of the nurses in the mother/baby area were so kind and helpful. If you are looking for a positive birth experience - definitely go to Carmel Womens Health!

I have absolutely loved my care with the midwives. Each of them is so encouraging and knowledgeable, it has been a great experience so far. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I regret setting an appointment, scheduling is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Most hospitals have a good scheduling system with real people. Here, you only get a messaging system to leave a voicemail. If you need to schedule an appointment, you will have a difficult time setting one. 👎👎👎👎👎

Just rude! My bestie went to get her iud and the energy was just horrible! Letting them know information and they just rolled their eyes at her. Unprofessional for a job they chose to do. Rude workers are supposed to make patient’s comfortable, not make them feel like they’re asking for too much.

Dr. Zambrano is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Front office staff, MAs, and nurses are all very nice. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Chaudhry listened very carefully to all my concerns and gave me excellent advice. Also got to see my doctor within 10 minutes of check-in time. Wonderfully friendly staff.

I feel really disappointed with my appointment today. i checked in online,paid copay and arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. but they let me wait 40 minutes and then said they were waiting for my interpreter to come. while they had never asked me if I needed an interpreter before. when I said I dont need an interpreter today they continued to let me wait another 15 minutes and then called me back to tell me I had to reschedule my appointment because the doctor wasnt available for me today. I dont understand why they are now acting so irresponsibly while I have been here before and never had this happen.

Dr Flora listened better than many doctors I’ve talked to. She also voluntarily shared useful information. I highly recommend her.

Having to go in unexpectedly to the hospital while pregnant is never fun. The nurses and CNM helped me to stay calm, answered all of my questions, and better yet helped me and my baby. I left knowing that I got the care I needed and went home with the recourses to get better!

I went to Dr. Flora for three pregnancies (one which ended in miscarriage) and we loved her and everyone at the office. I never had the experience of having to see a different doctor. Also, had Dr. Flora. Once she was in delivery when I got there for an appointment and was going to have to see a nurse practitioner, but she was back by the time I went back. I highly recommend her and this office :)

Love Dr Flora and greatful for finding her 10 years ago. Shes very attentive and gently spoken that just makes you feel well taken care of.

The staff was very friendly. Dr. Dublin explained things clearly and answered all my questions. She put me at ease.

I felt compelled to post a review for Dr. Moon and Dr. Denman after reviewing some of the posts below. Theses doctors safely delivered my two children. I had high risk pregnancies with life threatening complications. I received outstanding care from the team of doctors and nurses at Womens Health Alliance. At all times, they took all of my concerns and medical issues seriously. They made sure that we had the best care possible. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Moon and Dr. Denman for making sure that my children were delivered safely, and I am alive to raise them.

Dr. Hilliker always answers all of my questions. She never makes me feel silly for asking questions and in fact encourages me to do so. She also gave her medical advice on a topic I had been wondering about and now I feel more comfortable with the decision I made.

This place will dig out your eyes for a few tests 400$ for one appointment.

I visited this office while I was pregnant and they were good for the most part, but I tried calling recently and they said they had no record of me being there and the woman answering the phone was rude and would cut me off and transfer me to another office. Extremely unhappy with that individual.

Everyone seems very kind & understanding! i was nervous at first but i felt safe there because a lot of women go there & it’s not only you that have concerns about your health.

Got my bill yesterday from my appointment that was 11 months ago and there was a list of testing done that I was not informed was being done. Not only that, but when I called to talk to a nurse she said that Dr. Moon (who I did not like, she was very condescending and treated me like I was ignorant and didn’t know my own body, meanwhile I’m very well educated) probably ordered the test to make sure my husband was being monogamous. So I’m stuck with a bill of almost $700 because she made the call of wanting to know if my husband is faithful without asking to make sure I was okay with it, and it wasn’t even necessary because I’d had the same testing done shortly before that and I made her aware of that during the appointment. I have an appointment with a different doctor in a different location next week. I would not recommend this place or Dr. Moon to anyone. Dr. Moon also told me that there were no tests that could be done to check for a certain illness without surgery, and when I called to schedule my next appointment elsewhere they told me that that was wrong and they didn’t know why she would say that. So I was less than impressed and very disappointed that I’m now stuck with a ridiculous bill. It’s Drs like her that give doctors the reputation that they just want to line their own pockets.

Breast center failed to provide ASL interpreter. I have been having mammograms and ultrasounds at the center for 8 years and they knew that I was deaf and I requested for an interpreter when scheduling an appointment.

HORRIBLE! Go to Westfield location and ever since they switched Dr around (with no notice to patients mind you) its awful! Dont get me wrong Dr. Born seemed very nice, however... I realized after my appointment I should have been asked to have a monogram and it didnt happen. Wanted back to check borderline blood pressure and took me 3 weeks to get a hold of them to make the appointment, the Carmel location wont schedule for Westfield and seems no one is every there to answer phones in Westfield now. 3 weeks, glad it wasnt an emergency!!!! Then go in for mind you a blood pressure check only and cant go early, late or lunch nope off work I go again for a 5 minute check. Then Im told my prescription will be called in, NOPE NEVER HAPPENED, call and they refuse to fill it and give the run around. Look up the record and the nurse or dr never logged I was even there or what my blood pressure was and that I had a prescription to refill so now no one will help me all because another stupid St. V Dr stated I had high blood pressure when I didnt on his file, I dont see that one anymore. When do I have it, when Im pregnant, how am I at risk, if I get pregnant yet they wont refill a birth control prescription so now at risk for pregnancy which Im told would kill me and or a baby, lovely, Im a little more concerned about that. This has to be the worst anymore, never been a fan of Riverview but its looking like Ill have to switch to Riverview drs so no other St. V dr seem to give a care in the world or are open to new patience.

Dr. Hirsch is my doctor, she delivered our children 18/20 years ago and Ive seen her before then and ever since. Lots of changes in healthcare and many moves over the years. However, I can say that my appt. last week was so streamlined, I was extremely pleased! I was in an out in 45 mins - included exam/visit and a lab draw. I had a mammogram before the appt. and Dr. Hirsch notified me at the beginning of my appt. the mammo results... Thats efficiency! I found everyone from reception to check-out to be friendly and helpful.In addition, the patient portal and email notifications make finding test results and scheduling a breeze.

This is my second pregnancy with this practice, because they respect my personal medical decisions for myself and my children. Personalized, respectful and educated care.

Dr Liu caught that i was on medication that could have caused a stroke while no other doctor noticed. They immediately fit me in THE NEXT DAY for an emergency replacement. I am so grateful!

Dr. Muraru is very thorough with his explanations. He takes time to understand my concerns. He has a very fine staff.

I saw Dr. Moon for each of my 3 pregnancy’s and she was AMAZING!! All the staff was super nice and friendly! I would highly recommend Woman’s Health Alliance in Carmel!

Went with Dr DenmanHave had a problem for two years and still no resolution. Asked me the same question twice within 10 mins of last asked. Had labs done forgot to discuss them until reminded. Which was primary purpose for being there. Very dissatisfied. Still in pain with no future plan.

I receive excellent care and the doctors and staff are absolutely amazing and caring. Could not recommend enough.
