The treatments they offered had no results. I commend them for their efforts, but after treatments that were painful and beyond embarrassing, nothing. One series had to be repeated because of an incompetent technician (their admission).While a guarantee of a refund is promised, after writing letters and making phone calls (even to the Louisville Clinic), no one would even talk to me.I would recommended talking to a urologist.

This placed used to be great. Now it’s a complete joke. My medication hasn’t come on time in months and with testosterone, this is important. For example, my latest RX was scheduled for delivery on 1/14. Today is 1/19 and it’s yet to be shipped! Awful

I came in after reading their reviews and very skeptical. I had been taking pills off and on for several years with mixed results. I did the initial test for $99. I was very up front and told them I was not ready to commit and did not feel pressured in any way to buy. I told them if I was going to spend that kind of money, I was going to think about it. After a coupe of days, I chose the 30 day plan. It is a little pricey, but well worth the investment. My wife absolutely loved the results, as did I. They delivered as promised. The injections work better (and longer, much to my wifes satisfaction) than expected.

At first my husband and I were impressed with the staff; very kind, helpful and courteous! Weve been at this now for approximately 2 months and still cannot get the correct dosing. We are totally not happy about this situation and have even asked about the money back guarantee that you hear about on the commercials. I understand it may take a couple tries to get it right..but come on, when is enough enough! No man should endure the pain of injections to please someone only to have to give himself another injection to get it to go back to normal.***4/24/19 update: Strike 2. Regional manager called husband to try and get me to take this review off and offered my husband 6 free pulse therapy session to try and resolve ongoing issue with shots. Hubby called to schedule his first appointment right after talking with rep, took off work early and drove 1 hr and 15 mins to attend first pulse session only to get there and no treatment...appt was only to schedule his first treatment!!! Could this not have been done over the phone? Should have just refunded our money like we asked. This experience is really adding up...loss of wages, pain/suffering...not worth it!

Wonderful reception staff and the doctor was exceptionally nice. However, after a short period of time, it became evident that I was there purely to buy medicine from them at a rate that they choose. Subscription plans up the wazoo. Tons and tons of money without any physical evaluation. No medicine samples to see if something works in something doesnt. They start off with a two-year plan and when you balk they back down to one year and then six months. They acted like they were doing me a favor when I said we can give you a seven day sample. Sorry, last time I checked samples did not cost me $607.I went to the clinic expecting a Doctor Who would hold my hand through evaluating what my issues were and how they can be fixed if at all. I left feeling like they just throw pills at any problem as a magical cure all and expect you to pay what is clearly a very high price per pill that is arbitrarily marked up by them and you purchase directly through the clinic.

So much detail to say but in short I did the Testosterone because I didnt need the other pills. Because of my job its very hard to make it up to Carmel. I paid $1650 for 6 month supply. Every 6 weeks Im supposed to get a blood draw. I drove up (1.75hrs) and did the draw on my day off. After sometime I called to check and they said I have to drive back to redo it..... still nothing. They are nice staff and quick to take your money ĺ yeah its a no refund, no insurance company

My husband went here. He was pressured into buying their Injections. No tests were done to see why he was having ED issues. They give you the run around if you try to cancel. The injections are invasive and painful. This place has charged over 1600.00 promised to send samples of pills. Never received them. This place is a scam! Don’t use them, go to a real dr!!

If I could post a negative 5 stars I would.I am a survivor of Testicular Cancer in which I had a double orchiectomy. Since then my testosterone levels have been off whack due to my body doesnt produce any T. After many years not feeling well due to low T i went to the mens clinic to try to get it corrected. However, this place does not know how to treat someone that doesnt produce any T. They may be able to help supplement T, but they can not take care of people when their bodies dont produce any.When I originally started my contract with them i was very clear on my history. They assured me they would get me feeling better. The T level they wanted to keep me at was at the same level my normal physician did. The problem with this was my T level was about 100-150 points to low. This is the reason i continued to have headaches, tiredness, etc. The techs at this facility told me it was against the law for them to prescribe a higher level. This was a lie. It is not against the law. They didnt want to. I called Olympia Pharmacy to ask the question about it being against the law and they verified it was not.When i signed the contract i signed a 2 year contact for service. After about 8 months i started complaining because things were not going well. Now after 14 months I at the end of the road with this facility. This company will NOT refund my overpaid funds to them. They told me it was against the law. I then asked Olympia Pharmacy if they prepaid for my T, they said no. This facility has stolen over $1000 from me. I will be pursuing legal matters to get my $1000 back.Whatever you do, dont sign a long term contract. They will fail you miserably. If you want to try it, pay monthly.

After taking e.d. medications for years, panic set in when they quick working. For a year I did nothing. Needless to say that did not make my wife of over 30 years very happy. The Mens Clinic was my last hope. Everyone has been very understanding, easy to talk to openly, and very helpful in working to find a solution. My wife and I are back on track and everyone is happy. Thank you Mens Clinic for finding a solution for a difficult and embarrassing situation. If you are worried about prices - consider this. I was spending as much on e.d. medications( insurance covered 0). Also, I was afraid my wife was about to leave me if I did not find a solution. I dont want to figure what that would have cost. To me it has been well worth all the costs. I signed up for every program they offered because I needed a solution. The Mens Clinic came through and they do have an answer.

Start with they told me 1600 for six mounth then I get signed papers home look at them and its got 2000 for six months. Guess I should have looked before I signed. They have been real nice butt I going on 3rd week and still doesnt work. The shots are painful and not worth it. They took money out of my account and still nothing but . I have had 6 painful shots and nothing. I told them about the pain and all they said was we will take whats causing the pain out...lol that didnt happen. All they want is my money and they are in a hurry to take.

I found the Indianapolis Men’s Clinic to be extremely professional!! Their initial exam was thorough and comprehensive! Your current health is taken into consideration when advising a client on the many options available! My experience has been positively successful!!! I do recommend a visit to IMC if you’re having symptoms of ED!

I particularly appreciated the Men’s Clinic all-male staff who were sympathetic and knowledgeable. I was dealing with performance problems related to grief-related depression after the death of my life partner. Cannot believe I wasted $200 on a visit. Please dont waste your time unless you want to get told that we can make you have sex or to keep you hard. Im so unbelievable mad. Unreal how I was treated and they acted towards me. Seriously they may help some ppl but they wanted money from me to basically to keep me hard. Please guys make sure you ask them upfront what they can do for you. I was just told that they can only keep me hard thats all for up to 2hrsThats it!!!! How does that solve anything !!!! Nothing????? Im so mad and argued with them that they did nothing for me. Please dont waste your time and money. Sad thing I knew I shouldnt have done this! The first thing I asked them when setting up this appointment was if they could help me get to the core of the issues I was having in which they told me yes 100%... I get here and all they tell me is that there is nothing they can do its an irreversible issue Ill have for life and that its incredibly common! Seriously?! You couldnt tell me that over the phone without taking my $200?!Edit***At least they did agree to give me a refund for my trip and troubles here. Sux I took off work and drove 45 min to sit for 2 hrs and then 45 min home with still no answers or results but at least respect them for refunding my money since they could clearly see I was unhappy....

Very worried about it but what the heck, nothing to loose. Holly mackerel did it work. I was almost a teenager again. The staff is great and anyone of them will take care of your requests, no passing you from one person to the next. Refills are easy, just a phone call. If you need additional assistance, ask. Im now 74 and everything works great.

My experience with Indianapolis Mens Clinic was very beneficial! All of my questions were answered fully and concerns addressed. I had the Priapus procedure with extremely good results. It is expensive,but well worth the cost.

Doctors and staff and wonderful. They are polite and respectful of privacy. They are sensitive to the medical situations and are very helpful in every attempt to solve the medical issues. After a hour they give u a price u cant afford they didnt do any tests but for a thousand two hundred they will give u a shot to make it hard an charge ninty dollars to say it worked totally disappoint my trip was a hour both ways totol bs

Place is a scam.. went to get my t levels checked.. and all they want to do was push some over priced stiff dick medication plans down my throat.. which was extremely outrageous..and the doses they were talking about... oh my God who wants to be hard for 24 hours..The guy actually used that as a part of his sales pitch, stating that they only carry the highest doses on the market... totally aggravated wasted two hours of my day they couldnt do what I wanted ...the place doesnt check your T levels..they send the test out to a actual t-clinic.. where they run your test results on the spot.. and I guarantee the treatment plans for low T are astronomical .. and they didnt even make an effort to go over that with me all they tried to do was sell me meds without any actual test just a survey .. they state $99 fee and a low-t test was included supposedly.. 15 minutes after I was there they had a price chart wrote out that was from 2000 to 6000 dollars... what the hell is wrong with people..of course I said I had to think about it.. and thats pretty much where it ended.. they did still offer me the low t test at the very end but that was just to try and get the 99.00 fee.. and Id have to waste another couple hours going back to get the results..so I passed on the test and still offered to pay .. but they didnt charge me.. that was the only good thing from today...I would also like to add the medications for ED and lowT and once you start you have to keep taking for the rest of your life medications..so these BS treatment plans that theyre offering are crap..what happened to just paying the doctor visit fee doing the test to see whats going on and getting the medications you need for 3-12 month especially for lowT..and then just coming back for quarterly or annual visits to test and adjust your medications accordingly....
