Laura made me feel very welcomed and did a very good job in assisting me with my questions and goals in regards to the LipoLean injections. I will be coming back to try some of the other services they offer.

Laura at the Carmel office was the deciding factor in starting my weight loss journey. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and answered all my concerns. Since I live on the Southside, my consultation was scheduled at their new Greenwood office. At my consultation, Dylan and Chris made me feel like family. Best MedSpa Ive ever been to. The staff is great, they treat you with respect. You also come out of your appointments feeling amazing. So far Ive done Botox, em sculpt, Exxion micro needling, and coolsculpt, Ive had excellent results with all of them.

I was told I needed to sign up for automatic payments to get services rendered. The fee came out a week prior to my appointment, and when requested the money back and to cancel my appointment, I was told I could not receive my money back. In addition, I was told I have to have it debited for 2 months. So this clinic is forcing you into services….. I am confused.

After my consultation I left feeling not like I had been sold something but like I had genuinely been helped and educated, making me feel respected to make my own decision to buy, rather than pressured by sales people. Ask for Dylan he is no doubt is The Guy.

Ok seriously, I have never been able to lose the last 10-12 pounds I needed to lose to get me to my ideal weight. I came to genesis for some vitamin B shots. Luckily, they told me about this weight loss program. There were 3 options, as I recall, and I went for the one where you do not have to watch what you eat. Ha! Whoa! I lost over five pounds the first month. We are talking “plateau weight” here - as in lbs that I have never ever been able to get rid of ever before! Did I say EVER?! So 5 LBS is one month is crazy good! I am back for my second month today. I am excited to wear my clothes I have not worn for a long time. Skinny jeans back? Lol. Check these guys out!

Genesis Lifestyle Medicine is the Weight Loss Whisperer. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2007 when I was 320 lbs and lost 100 lbs but I was still obese and struggled to try to get healthier. When I met Chris, he gave me hope for the first time that I might be able to get to my goal weight of 120 lbs. I am almost 5’ 4” tall. If you want to lose weight if you just want to feel better there’s Lipo lean there’s B12 shots they have so many options but they really work with you on pricing they really try to give you the best price they try to do everything they can to help you by answering questions scheduling you payments anything at all like Chris was just really amazing and his staff is really amazing. I just am amazed at how patient they were with me and how willing they were to work with me on this adventure. And it was 100% my choice they did not try to push me into anything they gave me options we discussed things actually I tried a Lipo lean for a couple of months before I decided to try the Semaglutide and I like the Lipo lean it made me feel really good I just didn’t lose the weight that I wanted to on But I definitely was not pushy at all they allowed me to really decide what I wanted to do and what choice I wanted and what options I want to they just presented me with all the options and I kind of got to pick and choose what I wanted and how I wanted to go about it.

Rarely do I ever leave reviews for any company; however, I wasn’t expecting the personalized attention from the doctors here. I was expecting to see the doc for 5-10 minutes and be out the door with more questions than answers, but that was not the case. The guys at Genesis spent a long time going over my labs and talking about different treatment options for my low testosterone and coming up with the best plan for me. First of all, I DEFINITELY recommend these guys.I’m a young male (26) and I was experiencing symptoms of low testosterone. I decided to look into it and went to this clinic. I found out I did have low T and they addressed the issue promptly with professionalism and for a price that I could definitely agree with. I also had some concerns about my receding hairline and we’re in the process of solving that too, for a cheap price that I literally couldn’t find anywhere else here in Indy. Super happy and feeling more confident about myself already.

I started my journey with b12 injections which I felt did help some. I had got my first of three prp vampire facial Jan 15 I think it did help so far Im excited to go today for teeth whitening and my 2nd vampire facial! Chris and his wife along with the staff are amazing at making you fell at home and helping you find whats best for your situation. Hes never pressured me into buying these other services however I felt comfortable enough to trust him to guide me which so far went excellent. Ill post again after my services today!

I had a very unfortunate and frustrating experience with your Carmel office location. I came in today and met with Dillion in your office. I was referred to your service by a good friend of mine who has had good experiences with the weight loss options. Personally, my medical history is unique and I have to be careful what I will take etc. I recently saw a Groupon had been made available for four weeks of Lipolean or B12 shots. The entire time I was in your office Dillion was trying to upsell me to your $350 a month medication. Which, from my understanding, is a type of diabetic medication - I am currently on a medication that may be a conflict. He said he could apply my Groupon to the medication and went on and on about how great it is for weight loss. Which, I get it, but I paid for a service and felt like I was being bait and switched. He said multiple times he needed to know how much weight I needed to lose and that the medication worked great etc. I finally said, I am already prescribed something in the same class of medications so maybe I can do that with insurance coverage. Which he replied that it was not likely since it was for weight loss, and frankly at this point I nearly broke down into tears because he was not listening to me. I came to the determination that he is a salesperson and he is not qualified to make any suggestions because he is not the practitioner. He never even got the treatment I paid for out to discuss it or anything. I left your office with absolutely nothing.In addition to this, I was hoping to discuss options for hormone replacement and I am looking for a holistic approach to some specific medical issues. I mentioned it and he said one comment about it, then nothing more - almost like it was not even an option. Then he tried to talk me into Botox, which I did not mention nor did I say I had any interest in whatsoever. His belief was that it might be what I meant by I wanted to look and feel better in my own skin. I told him I already have used Botox and have a person I see regularly. He tried three different times to talk me into Botox and when I said I just had a service recently done, I dont need it. He said Oh, you did? - which made me feel awful and like I appeared to need this service that I never even asked for in the first place.I am very disappointed and wish I had experienced the positive results that others have had in your office. I just feel that it is very inappropriate for someone who it not a medical practitioner to attempt offer medication that may not even be suitable for the patient they are seeing.I understand how Groupons work and that sometimes they do not net further business. I am not that kind of person and I would have loyally continued treatment if I had felt even an iota of care and concern beyond the dollar signs. I wasnt looking for a quick fix, I am looking for a long term solution.Ultimately, out of respect to the person who is giving your business a shot, please consider using Groupon as an opportunity to earn business, not a chance to upsell and make it clear that the only concern is getting money in the door. I still can believe I wasnt even provided what I paid for in the first place...

Most of the time when you see a Dr, its a quick in and out process they never follow up with you and they never follow your weight loss progress as if it is their own, with that being said, the providers here follow up regularly and are willing to make the changes that you feel you need to make based on how you feel your body is feeling. With their guidance and support I was able to shed 25 lbs in my first month, I feel 10 years younger, my joints feel renewed, I have more energy than I did in my mid 20s and I was able to do it the healthy way. If youre serious about your weight-loss and self-improvement goals, theyre indispensable partners to have on the journey. I lost 40 lbs over recent months to reach my goal weight. Here is the story of how we (me + Genesis team) did it...I currently enjoy a couple different endocrine issues that have made losing weight all but impossible. Exercise is a part of my lifestyle and in the past few years I have added triathlons and all the training that goes with them into my routine. However, even after spending more than a year training 6 days a week (including nutritional vigilance) and completing my first full Ironman, I felt fit and vitals were strong but even then my body shape was too stubborn to change. So frustrating. I decided to talk to a medical team that dedicated their lives to this. Thankfully, as it turns out, the team at Genesis in Zionsville had just decided to open up a health and lifestyle medical practice. When I met them, they were a small team in a small medical office with big ambitions to bring big change to people like me that needed more options than eat better and workout more. We talked about my goals (primarily to drop to a stated goal weight), and they presented a couple different options, and I chose one that most complimented my current weekly routine. Once daily in the AM, I took a pill, but everything else stayed the same. I continued to exercise the same amount, eat clean, and get good sleep. I successfully dropped 40 pounds to my goal weight over a few months, and now I have turned my focus to maintaining. Its still a daily commitment just as before, but the difference is the results. Its a journey. It involves multiple decisions every day. And sometime it requires us to find a team to help us out. Im really glad I connected with the Genesis team, because they have made all the difference. I know they have big plans including a new, larger office space, which means they can help a few more people like me who are already doing everything right but just need a little extra individualized support.
