Nuvance Health-GoHealth Urgent Care

- Plenty of parking for patients,- Clean and quiet,- Front desk staff was welcoming,- The doctor who saw me was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable,- Restroom 🚻 available for patients,I had a last-minute COVID-19 test done, which was negative. But I still have coughs. I would recommend this Nuvance Health-GoHealth Urgent Care for its cleanliness and quick customer service.

At first I was pretty against additional urgent caress in the area. But this one being where it is, has been super convenient. Dr. White was absolutely amazing. They’re friendly, insightful, and so beyond helpful. The receptionist/nurse was so kind and welcoming. This is probably the cleanest and least drabby/depressing medical facility I’ve ever walked into. I love the accessibility as well! The doors are large and slide to allow ease for wheelchairs and other mobility devices. This will probably be my new go-to urgent care when I can’t get in with my dr. I also saw Dr. Beckwith. She’s very kind and sympathetic, but not the most helpful. She told me a medication that is for the issue I’m having isn’t for that issue which was untrue and was previously prescribed for the same issue.

Dr devon winter and nurse Nicole were amazing. So kind & caring. Super helpful with prescription coverage issue. Hope not to be sick again soon but know I will be in good hands in their care.

No one there except 4 staff. Took 15 minutes to check in. They arepart of Optum and had none of my records. They required a credit card. No idea what Ill be charged. Waited a total of about half an hour even though, again, I was the only one there. No explanation. A P.A. examined me. The only plus was that she had my surgeons cell number and reached out to him. They were pleasant enough but I did not like the seemingly unnecessary wait and a week later still dont know whether or not my insurance will cover or what Ill owe.Well, at least they werent busy.

Every one of the staff were very personable people. I felt very warm and welcomed. I never have had great experiences at the doctors. This was an experience with awesome, heartfelt care. I forgot the lovely doctors name, but she was very sweet! For the first timeThank you Nuvance Care!

I was turned away with my 6 month old baby. I was told by the lady sitting In reception if I didn’t have a credit/debit card or my child’s insurance card we couldn’t be seen. I was extremely disappointed.Unfortunately my child had fallen of the bed and had a huge bump on his head right after falling. We got worried and ran to the first place we could get help. We live 4 minutes away and that’s why we opted to go there. Her words exactly were “ if you don’t have a credit/debit car or insurance we can’t register him”. I offered my husband can go and get it but on the mean time I need him to be seen. She said” we needed that first.” Imagine me standing there worried with my child in hand and feeling rejected and humiliated. I had no option but to leave and go elsewhere..

Great experience with a friendly staff. I was checked in quickly. The staff addressed my concerns and helped me feel better. Their knowledge of local pharmacies helped me get my medication quickly

Facilities were clean and the visit was quick but it was the worst experience Ive had at a medical facility. I was hesitant to go to an urgent care and my hesitations must have been correct because Im not going back.I had an ear infection. I went to see them and was given a prescription. Later that day I noticed the infection spread to the other ear. The next day I called and was told to use the prescription for both ears. Now, Ive run out of the medication early, because of their advice and they refuse to refill it without seeing me again (paying out of pocket, in full--apparentlythey dont take partial payments or bill you if you dont have insurance because then they dontknow who to bill). If I needed to come back in I wouldve done so over the weekend, not randomly during the week for a whole new visit, completely out of pocket because the provider is refusing to help without seeing me again.

I visited this urgent care Friday afternoon. Everyone was so nice the inside was so beautiful. Most of all the Dr. Was wonderful. I have been telling my family and friends about it since i left. I highly recommend people to use them. I was also in and out qickly. Thank you all of you.

The BEST urgent care i have ever been to! I went this morning for my foot and had to bring my kids. All of the staff were so kind and helpful. It was overall a great experience!

My first experience at this new urgent care was prompted by a fall while walking my dogs, resulting in needing two stitches above my eye. The staffs demeanor was courteous, professional, and kind, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The Physician Assistant (PA) who treated me, along with her Nurse, provided care that surpassed my previous experiences at other urgent cares in the area, and far exceeding the level of care Ive received at Northern Westchester and Putnam Hospital ERs. Remarkably, I was in and out within an hour and a half. As I return on Tuesday for stitch removal, I am determined to obtain the names of the exceptional PA and nurse who attended to me; their dedication truly deserves recognition. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this new facility, grateful for its convenient location.

The staff and provider were respectful, professional, thorough and listened to my special needs. It was the first time in a long time that I had such a pleasurably memorable experience at urgent care

I’ve been to several urgent cares in the county and none match this one right here. Most urgent cares. I go to dismiss your needs and charge you up the Yazoo Wasting your time and money. You always end up, leaving in more pain and Nothing gets solved. When I went to this urgent care today, I was in a lot of pain and they were extremely helpful and kind and aggressive with their treatments so that I can get better as soon as I can. I will not go to any other urgent care but this one. My family and neighbors have been to this urgent care recently and they were so helpful quick and empathetic which is dearly needed in the healthcare system. From the front desk person to the nurse practitioner and the doctor were absolutely fantastic and really helped me with my needs. My time nor money was not wasted here. I would suggest Making an appointment online, but they’re walk-ins are not bad either

Excellent customer service. Calming atmosphere. Careful attention from reception to personal history to x-rays to prescribing follow-up, not to mention the gentle wrapping of the ace bandage and putting on the boot. Thanks to One and All.

I would give them a zero if I could. They told my wife she had covid, based on her symptoms, but never even tested her! She went for a follow up visit after 7 days with a fever and cough and was told it can last 14 days, just rest. She asked for paxlovid or antibiotics and they said she should go to the hospital if she wants that. After day 10 with a fever she went to a different urgent care and was diagnosed with a bad case of pneumonia after getting a chest x-ray. Despicable healthcare.

The best experience Ive ever had at an Urgent Care facility. Ill be changing to them from my regular medical care facility. The staff is very pleasant and caring. They do not rush you through. The doctors and nurses were also very experienced and knowledable, not something you can be sure of getting at other facilities. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of care in the Hudson Valley.

All the doctor did was come in and give me my results. Never examined me. What a waste of a trip to Urgent Care. As a matter of fact, the Dr. happily came in and said joyfully you have “Covid!” Thought that was bizarre. Never offered me Paxlovid or an inhaler. I had to request one when asked to leave. If Dr. is afraid to examine anyone who is truly sick you should not be a dr! Find a new profession.

Following up..took my 90 year old father for a fall had shoulder pai, xrays were taken and we were told they were negative. Followed up a week later with Somer Orthopedic and they found two fractures in his shoulder.

The MD took care of my sutures removal - 2 weeks after incident. Kind, efficient, caring from electronic check in ( you can make appt and pre register on your phone )

The staff was so sweet and helped me a lot with my issue. They even did a follow-up call a few days later to see how I was recovering

After getting Covid and not able to secure an appointment with my primary, I decided to try the new Nuvance GoHealth facility in Carmel. I was able to get in right away and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use this facility if you are in need of urgent health care. Thank you again Nuvance team! ⭐️

Cant say how much I appreciate having this new facility close to home.the one in the glass building is ok but when Ive gone to the new facility in shoprite plaza they were awesome and took quick care of my needs . We all know that seeing our reg doctors when sick is like pulling teeth so Nuvance in shoprite plaza is my go to facility when I need a quick check up when sick.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. My son was able to be tested for the flu, Covid and Strep in one visit.It was not listed in the search engines for urgent care but we were so glad that it was open 8am-8pm & holidays 9-5.Note: we were told that the X-ray tech for the machine is on call so you may have a longer wait if u require that service.Overall, I highly recommend this center.

Went to urgent care with the swelling on the side of my face and pain. Was seen by nurse practitioner, who thought it was viral. I was on short term. Antibiotics for tooth problem. Following day I called to get four more days of antibiotics is advised by my primary care who said that the urgent care people saw me. They should write it. Call them put on hold for a while the provider got on and started give me a rang about how this was viral, even though the red striations, and refused to give for it is antibiotics even though I spoke my primary, she yelled at me that I should get my primary to write it and that she already did her valuation. I started talking and she hung up on me. This place is awful real pretty to look at, but the help is horrible. Stay away go somewhere else.

We had a great experience. Everyone was nice, NP was very attentive and informative. My little girl felt very comfortable. The location is great too. We just walked over to shoprite to get a medicine at the pharmacy. It was ready 20 min after we left the facility

Every person I encountered during my visit was so caring and pleasant. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Pretty good saw me immediately even tho I had a different reservation. ( maybe you just need to be nice to the staff) gave me results literally the day after . Even tho my current insurance is trash I had to pay a decent amount out of pocket.

Cant say enough about my experience at this urgent care. I went in with strep throat and they checked me in right away and were very prompt, courteous, and super caring staff. Got the perscribed medication i needed and felt better within the next day. Me and my families go to urgent care when needed.

I give this Clinic 5 stars for professionalism and courteous treatment by full staff from receptionist, nurse, and Nurse PA. I am already telling family and friends to go there.

Provider and staff were excellent and efficient.After going back for a tick bite, I have to lower my stars. The male front desk needs to learn how to speak to people. Super rude.

I arrived with a pain on my left side. I waited over an hour because I didnt have a reservation. Everyone was very nice, but they didnt know why I had this pain. They sent me to the ER at the hospital.

I came in not feeling well close to an hour before closing, having been turned away from other urgent cares, I was very stressed. But the GoHealth team at this urgent care exceeded my expectations! Clean facility, workers were like a well oiled machine, got my covid and flu testing done and was sent home with a work note and medications. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone! Visit was very good, but my issue (abscesses tooth) was more than they could handle.

This is my first time going to this urgent care.The doctors and nurses are so kind.It was such a short wait.Also this place is very clean and I did not see one bit of dust!!!If you are looking for a good walk in office l would highly recommend this place!!!

Nonwait, efficient, pleasant

The P.A. was kind and warm and very accommodating. However, the rest of the experience was poor. This is my first negative Google review and I usually would not take the time to say anything negative but this was an appointment for my child and health care should be friendly and warm when a child doesnt feel well. Upon walking in the receptionist was rude seemed annoyed to even have to do her job and not be on her phone. The intake nurse made me think a robot could have been a more human option. It was an overall cold environment. Perhaps that is why there was no wait and no one was in here.
