Cedar Rapids OB-Gyn Specialists, PC

I am currently seeing dr alons, she is wonderful. She is not at all the reason for less stars. This is my first pregnancy, and in the last few weeks I’ve had symptoms that have concerned me slightly. The nurse I have spoke to at least twice was very insensitive. I asked to have another ultrasound (which is a service I pay for) to calm some of my fears and anxieties. I told them with my work schedule I couldn’t come in that day but could come in a day or two later, she responded with “is it important or not?” I explained to her that in some work environments you can’t just leave at the drop of a dime and that I was okay to wait a day or two, to which she said “fine I’ll put you in even though everything is fine. If the symptoms go away, call us and cancel so we can get somebody in that might actually need to be seen” very insensitive, very unprofessional. This experience has me considering finding somewhere else for my prenatal services. A place that has nurses who seem to care. It’s really unfortunate, because my doctor is great. This is the second nurse I’ve run into that acted like they had better things to do than tend to their paying clients.

Im not usually a person to leave reviews but Im very fed up with this ob. I have been seeing them for the last 4 years for check ups and trying to get pregnant. Laura was amazing for my check ups everywhere snd was amazing.I got referred to Dr Orr for infertility. She didnt even try to check me out or any blood work nothing. Told me I was to big to get pregnant and need to eat fruit. I cried the whole way home. After that I got pregnant on my own and currently 12 weeks along. I did the panorama test with them and the nurse called me saying there couple be something wrong we dont know. Lets send a referral. I call the university on my referral never sent. Before this I was trying to change obs as I wasnt s fan of this office anymore and it took forever to get records sent over. I havent even met Mt dr once. I kept calling prior to switching as I have hg which is severe morning sickness. They refused to give me medicine it took me going to the er and not eating for 24 hours to get the Dr to listen.I dont think Im ever gonna go back there

Im not one to do this, but here I go. For starters, I have went here for all 3 of my pregnancies. Dr. Orr is great she was my regular OB for all 3! Dr. Rexroth delivered my first, he was awesome! Dr. Alons delivered my second, she was also good! My third I delivered myself in the parking lot then was rushed to a room when they did get out to me. Again still great experience up until Dr. Parsons. I did not like how she was in there talking about her phone almost the entire time and I just felt like a big inconvenience for her. She checked me for tears, but unfortunately did not do a great job. I STRUGGLED bad with painful bathroom/bath experiences because of it. I mentioned it a few times and was shrugged off. I called to set up my 6 week and expressed how upset I was and the girl on the phone definitely made me feel heard, but then finally my 6 week came along and I couldnt see Parsons so Jessica Arp looked me over. I expressed my concern and how upset I was about this tear multiple times to her and I was told well it healed up nice anyway and it basically felt like I was told well thats just how it is now deal with it. I called back and mentioned how very upset with that response and appointment I was. It felt like no one cared about this tear during that visit and in the hospital. Now Im left feeling extremely upset, unheard, worried, and self-conscious.I do want to say again though that I have had great experiences there seriously! This is just the biggest thing that really upset me.**Edit to review**This tear was not just a simple heal back to normal tear. It was a rip/separation of where this area used to be connected and now it is not. Yes, it healed, but it left me feeling disfigured.

Jessica Arp I do not recommend. Dangerous medical practices- no woman should ever be on three birth controls all at once to stop ovarian pain. Went and got a second opinion with an amazing OB and had endometriosis surgery, I am feeling the best I have in years thanks to the other OB clinic in town!

I highly recommend Laura at this practice. I will definitely be continuing routine care with her. The office staff in general is also professional and courteous. The reason for less than a 5 star review is a bizarre office policy I was just made aware of. Once you see one of the OB/GYN doctors for any gynecology issue, they dont allow you to switch to a different doctor in the clinic. You have to switch care to a completely different office. I just want to warn new patients to be very cautious and be completely sure about which of the OB/Gyns you schedule your first appointment with!!!!Patients have different personalities and needs for communication. Trust for a doctor is based on that ability to communicate with the patient. Just because a patient doesnt care for the personality and lack of ability to communicate effectively in a style they can trust, really shouldnt dictate a patient should take their care elsewhere. I wouldnt think that would be something a patient has to explain. Changing to a different doctor in the same practice should be welcomed.I was new to CR and didnt know anyone who could recommend an OB/Gyn. Given a past history of issues I prefer establishing care with an OB/GYN over a general, primary physician. Unaware of the policy, I made an appointment with the first available doctor following not so great pap results. Oddly enough, it was acceptable to see a different doctor in the practice when that doctor was on maternity leave but I am unable to switch to that doctor for ongoing care.Had I known about this policy I probably would have established care with an OB/Gyn at a different clinic at the time pap smear results came back showing pre cancer cells. Now that additional issues have come up this really is not an ideal time to be doctor shopping! Most definitely not when office visits go towards my annual deductible, and come out of my pocket. This is definitely not appreciated when this clinic has been paid twice for very expensive procedures and establishing care at a different clinic as a new patient is another 3-6 month wait. As if I wasnt already struggling to trust this doctor, now the feeling I am forced to continue care with her or leave the clinic is simply astounding.I dont want to specify the doctor, because she may have hundreds of other patients who love her communication style and fully trust her. However, I would strongly recommend reading all reviews and asking friends for a referral!

Dr Parsons is absolutely amazing! She was the doctor that delivered my daughter. She took her time to listen to me and made sure all my questions were answered at every appointment.

Dr. Bourgeois was so rough, he seemed to enjoy it. I sent a message about my experience and never heard back. When he was done, his nurse empathized with me. He has a disturbing reputation.

I always had a positive experience at all of my appointments. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated that my doctor (Dr. Alons) kept me informed but ultimately let me make my own decisions. I trusted her experience and went with what she suggested. I always appreciated her asking at the end of my appointments if I had any questions or concerns and took the time to answer every one. I loved how I got to meet all the doctors before delivery day just in case any one of them was on call to deliver my baby. I liked all the doctors and wouldnt have minded having any of them deliver my baby. Thank you to all the staff!

Everyone is always so kind, friendly and helpful for any of my questions or concerns. Growing our family is the next big step and it can be an anxious time in your life but these women always make me feel at ease. Highly, highly recommend!

The staff always makes me feel comfortable, like chatting with friends. Amy takes time to discuss options for any questions I have. Highly recommended!

I just moved outta state and was at the Cedar Rapids OB office for my first pregnancy appointments.. worst experience ever! I would not recommend them whatsoever. My OB Dr. Boardman was a wonderful woman though, she was amazing. Down side is, nurses will go above the doctors requests, and make you feel like your an issue, if you call about questions, or getting your prescription sent to the pharmacy like the doctor prescribed, they will say go to the store and buy what we prescribed (when you have insurance to cover what their prescribing you) and have to actually call numerous times to get them to call your prescription in. The last thing a nurse said to me with a nasty tone was, I really hope you have an OB picked out where your going, no I was actually gonna just have my baby in a barn and not continue to have one set up since Im going week to week now... I really hope other mothers can find a better environment for becoming a mother/continued care or having more children. The comments I received and, how I was treated my last day there was extremely unprofessional.

I absolutely love Dr.Orr. She delivered my last baby and I continue to see her for my annuals. She is so caring and kind. She thoroughly listens and takes time. I feel comfortable and enjoy seeing her every time!! I also rotated to all the providers and they are all very professional and kind. Dr. Pickering was my original provider and was very pleased with his care as well. The staff are friendly and the facility is kid friendly and very nice. Thank you for being so caring during my visits!

Dr Parsons IS AWESOME.. NOT ONLY DOES SHE LISTENS TO MY CONCERNS AND ANSWERS ALL OF MY QUESTIONS SHE IS VERY INFORMATIVE AND ACTUALLY CARES FOR HER VETERANS THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS ALSO NICE AND POLITE NOT ONE TIME DURING MY PREGNANCY DID I HAVE A PROBLEM I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY MOM I COME ACROSS

At my first visit Dr. Alons listened to my concerns and let me make informed decisions about my health. She explained in detail things I’ve never been told. I had made this appointment myself coming for a second opinion after getting no help from another office and I was already impressed. She offered to do diagnostic testing for me. When I came back for that my experience was wonderful, the radiologist was informative and I had another wonderful experience with Dr. Alons.I’ve also met with the nurse practitioner Laura Lipsett. She was wonderful as well.I highly recommend this office. The staff is nice, everything is all in one place (ie the lab, radiology, and drs), and it’s clean with a wonderful vibe. My experience has been great and I’ve never had to wait- (I’ve also never been late).

The atmosphere is great! The nurses and doctors are very engaged with their patients and their needs. Everyone is so polite and respectful. They take women’s health serious and make sure they get the job done. I really appreciate their time management and efficiency.

I highly do not recommend going to this clinic. I had Dr. Deere through my pregnancy and she was the sweetest and very informative. Im absolutely sad that she is leaving. However Dr. Orr delivered my son and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. She only spoke to me once through the entire day and claimed I was resting each time she went into the room when in fact I was wide awake. She was also very pushy for a c-section the entire day. She acted like I was a major inconvenience to her each time she walked in the room. Then when 7 oclock came around I had a small fever and she told the nurses I was getting a c-section and never explained the procedure or asked if I had questions. She never informed me of after care or restrictions. Then at my 6 week postpartum appointment she was still extremely unprofessional and acted as though I was a major inconvenience still.

Terrible experience. Daughter had an untrasound and the tech was apparently having a bad day and being not so nice, rushed through the process and didnt inform her of anything. Then she was left in a room for over 20+ minutes waiting for someone, or a doctor to come talk to her and no one came in leaving her to feel panic ridden like something was wrong with the baby. ( She has lost two prior pregnancies) It took her messaging me upset and for me to call the office and remind them she was still in the room to get them to attend to her. This is not acceptable or how anyone should be treated.

I am very happy I chose OB-Gyn Specialists! I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking OB care! I see Dr. Alons, who is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made sure I knew what to expect in the coming months, as this is my first pregnancy. The staff and nurses are equally as helpful and friendly, making each visit a pleasant experience.

The whole staff is amazing, from the sweet receptionists and kind ultrasound technicians to the caring and awesome doctors/ nurse practitioners. They all do a great job! If you need an OB, this is the place to be! Thank you for the wonderful care I received.

I was referred to CR OB-Gyn Specialists by my primary physician when I was in need of a specialist. All of the staff have been very helpful. My experience has been amazing with the multiple visits recently. Dr. Bourgeous is very knowledgeable and speaks from experience. From my first visit you knew he was compassionate and committed to the care of his patients. He thoroughly explains and is never in a rush when it comes to my many questions and concerns. I am extremely thankful for Dr. Bourgeous care!

They are also kind and the environment is very welcoming and clean. My ob, Amy Steger, is phenomenal. Very personable and always ready to answer questions.

I came here to get a second opinion after a negative experience with another ob-gyn office in Cedar Rapids. Everything here from the check in nurse to the tech to the doctor was wonderful. I was treated like I was the most important patient while I was there. The tech and doctor were knowledgeable and efficient. The bedside manner was amazing. I highly recommend this practice for ob-gyn services.

Experience with this OB was very good. All doctors are polite and respectful and will take the time to answer your questions when youre a slightly nervous soon to be new mom.They see feedback regularly and apply when given. Very minimal wait times and the nurses are absolutely amazing in answering any (even off the wall) pregnancy question!

Unfortunately, I went to this clinic for both of my pregnancies. I absolutely would not recommend this office. There were many times when I was having complications during my pregnancy and they were completely unhelpful. For instance, I knew that I was anemic and kept requesting a blood test, but they would not order one. Finally, after many months of feeling awful, they ordered a blood test that proved I was very anemic and then the doctor acted like it was my fault. After giving birth to my second child, I needed a note for my employer because I was incredible pain and they refused to provide a note. Also, I developed a very painful wrist condition from being pregnant and they doctors told me I was fine. I went to a physical therapist who immediately diagnosed my problem and requested that this office help me, which they again refused to do. Wait times for appointments are also far too long. Go to a different clinic. Im very sorry I chose this clinic for such an important stage of life.

Love this office, online check in has made it where wait time is 2-3 minutes before into a room with the nurse that’s with my physician. I love Dr Alons and her nurse!

I have been extremely fortunate to have Dr.Bourgeous deliver both of my sons. I picked him years ago because of his compassion and dedication to his patients and I’ve never been disappointed in his care of me or my children. He’s extremely informative, prompt, and caring. He was able to put my husband at ease and personally checks in on his patients. Working in the health care profession, i can attest that the care he provides is a cut above the rest, he really truly is an amazing physician!The staff at Cedar Rapids OB-GYN Specialists are wonderful, always cheerful. I can’t say enough thank you’s to the entire team of staff and providers that have provided care for me and my family throughout pregnancies and overall healthcare needs.

Dr. Steger was amazing! She answered all of my questions throughly even when they weren’t exactly based around what I was being seen for. When I called to set the appointment up (as a new patient) they called me the next day and I had an appointment scheduled within 5 days. The people at the front desk were very bright and cheery which is great when going into a nerve wracking appointment. Super impressed with everything i’ve been told and how well they’ve kept up with me in between appointments! 10/10.

Dr. Rexroth is truly the best doctor to be in the care of. Particularly as a high risk pregnancy, and later with a challenging hysterectomy. He and his surgical team are beyond proficient and I felt confident in their hands. I’m healing and grateful that he’s been my doctor through it all!

Today was my first visit as a new patient. I saw Dr. Deer and she is absolutely amazing. Lacey was her assistant and she was sweet as well. All the ladies here are very nice and I was in and out in less than an hour. I had a ton of questions for Dr. Deer and she was very through and explained everything in detail. She makes sure you have a plan and understand it. This was by far the best GYN appt I have ever had. I would highly recommend coming here of you are looking for a new OB/GYN.

My experience with all the OB Dr’s was amazing. My primary Dr was Dr. Deer. She talked me through everything as well as listened to all of my wants! I wanted to do an unmedicated birth and if that is also your wish; she is the Dr for you! I fully intend to go back with my all my pregnancies!

Im 39 weeks pregnant and have had a great experience at Mercy OBGYN! They have treated all my needs and really helped me with any questions I may have! They are very helpful and do a very great thorough job! Every Dr and Nurse practitioner that ive seen has been top notch!

This is such a fantastic practice. From the front desk staff, nurses, billing staff, doctors, nurse practitioners, ultrasound techs, all the way to the staff that checks you out!I had Dr. Rexroth for two of my pregnancies and I highly recommend him! He has great bedside manner and stays on top of the latest best practice coming out of ob/gyn. He caught the preeclampsia that I was starting to develop at the very end of my most recent pregnancy super early and handled the entire ordeal with a kind, yet matter of fact approach and I was able to deliver my baby safely and without issue. He has performed two of my three c-sections and is, what I believe to be, the best surgeon in the Corridor. I highly recommend him and his nurse to everyone that asks!I’ve also had Dr. Orr as a surgeon for one of my c-sections and she was fantastic! She was on-call when I went into labor and everything went so well!They have you rotate through and meet all the doctors on staff just in case you have one who is different than your primary when you go into labor and with how small their practice is - it’s such a bonus. I felt so confident in all of the doctors I met!Overall, I highly recommend this practice!

I’m currently on my first pregnancy and I have never felt so supported and taken care of then I have here with my Dr. and every lady in this building I’ve spoken too!! They are all amazing and have made this so special and smooth for me!!

Every single person here is so nice. The waiting room is inviting, and the coffee selection is the best. Im not sure I would keep my appointment every year if not for these guys!

Laura Lispett is very caring towards her patients. She takes the time to listen and she explains stuff that an ordinary person can understand. She is very personalable. Laura is very knowledgeable and smart. She has excellent bed side manners. The receptionists do a good job too.

Very pleased called and had next day appointment. Check in on line made check in very easy. Any Steger and her nurse extremely friendly and very helpful. Would 100% recommend OB-GYN Specialist.

This is the worst place Ive gone. This is my first baby and they havent done anything but stress me out. The doctor was very rude, had terrible bedside manner. They proceeded to kick me out because I requested a different OB. I had a panic attack while there because i have a complicated relationship with doctors they said I was too loud and disturbing other patients by crying. Thanks alot, for nothing. Never recommending 💗

Dr Rexroth is amazing! He is very professional, experienced, and direct. Anytime I have had issues no other doctor could figure out, he finds the issue and fixes it. If it is not something within his specialty, he has always gotten me to the doctor that can fix the problem. He has delivered both of my children and several other procedures needed. I dont know what i would do without him.

The doctors and nurses have always been nice and Ive have visited them a lot in the past year. Dr. Steiner and Dr. Alons, and both of their staff have been amazing with everything that I have gone through.

I love this office! I have had Dr. Bourgeous for my last two pregnancies and loved having him and his nurse Chass by my side! Not afraid to keep the atmosphere humorous and friendly but communicate important information flawlessly. I recommend Dr. Bourgeous 100%.

The clinic staff are amazing they ensure you feel comfortable from the time you walk in to the time you leave. It hard to find a whole team of people that really care.

OB-Gyn Specialists is a great place. They listen to my concerns and questions then respond the best they can or find an answer for me. I recommend them to anyone and let them know the staff is great.

This is not a place to trust with your labor and delivery process. My first visit with Dr. Bourgeous he was very rough handed (if you know what I mean 😢). I requested a new OB and got Dr. Alonz who was very short and constantly tried to pressure me into having a C-section EARLIER than my due date. Even going as far as lying to me about Stillborn rates at 41 weeks. When it was time to start rotating OBGYN’s to prepare for delivery they sent me straight back to Bourgeous😳🤯 I had no idea and was confused when he walk in the room.Bourgeous, also referred me to PCI for severe anemia, which they quickly confirmed was incorrect and false.

I have seen multiple providers at OB-gyn specialists during 2 pregnancies. I have always felt like they took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. The nurses and reception staff are very pleasant to talk to and helpful.

No matter what is going on with me, Amy Steger takes care of all my concerns. She is a stellar provider and listens well! Even those issues not related, highly recommended!

I was given a Nurse Practitioner named Amy Steger who contradicts a medication that my primary doctor there has had me on for 3 years. It helps with my osteoporosis, anxiety, depression and other female issues. I was treated like I was stupid. She knew nothing about the drug which will cause blood pressure hypertension, my overall well being. Social Injustice is how I felt after leaving their office.Im contacting the clinics management. She was prying into personal things which are against my religion.

Thus far I have had no issues with this office, until now. I am about 15 weeks pregnant and have some quetions about going to theme park. Ive tried calling now, about 20 times to speak with a nurse. I am constantly directed to voice mail. I understand my situation is not an emergency, which is why I am calling the nurses for the service that I am paying for. I need to buy tickets soon, and make plans, but I dont have time to leave a message and see if they will call me back. There are no FAQs on their site that include my topic. I dont really want to turn to google, but I feel that seeing as my own doctors office is ignoring me, then that must be my only option.

I called to make an appointment over the phone a couple weeks back, but when I showed up for it they did not have any appointments under my name scheduled. The person I checked in to see I had never seen before so unless I had actually scheduled an appointment there was no way I would even know her name! I was also able to show them on my phone the date when I called to make the appointment. The receptionist proceeded to tell me to take a seat and she would see if they could fit me in. She then got on the phone and started talking about my symptoms and the reason I was here right in the middle of the waiting room where there were lots of other people. It was really embarrassing and inappropriate, especially because it was a sensitive issue. They said they couldnt fit me in with the specific person I was scheduled to see, but I could make another appointment with her. I explained to them that I had to leave work early to come to this appointment and that is not an easy thing for me to do with my job. Then they said they could fit me in with an ARNP, but not the specialist. I was really frustrated because the person I had made the appointment with specialized in a specific area that I needed. I had been going to them for about 3 years for just my annual exams, but this was enough to make me start looking for a new place. Because it was their mistake I would have expected them to find a way for me to see the specialist and I certainly would expect them to have more tact and awareness about discussing a patients medical history over the phone in the middle of the waiting room.

These are the kindest most knowledgeable providers in the Cedar Rapids area. I have the up most respect for them and all of the staff. They truly care about their patients.

Laura Lispett is fantastic. The perfect amount of professional and knowledgeable but also very kind and thoughtful. She had an assistant whos name i dont remember but she was excellent as well. 5/5

Ive been with Dr. Bourgeous for 11 years. He has helped me through 2 pregnancies and recently surgery and I trust his care 100% All the other doctors and nurses practitioners are great as well. They are the best!

Dr Bourgeous is the best! This was my first pregnancy and I was at ease the entire time knowing that he was there! I would recommend him to anyone! I drove an hour to his office for every appointment, just because he was so great! I will definitely go back to him for anything OB/GYN related.

I have never felt uncomfortable here. Rexroth has been very informative and takes time with each appointment. Ive met and dealt with the other two doctors there also, Bourgeous(sp?) and Dr. Orr who were both amazing while I was in the hospital for preterm labor.

I saw Laura for my first visit and I really liked her. She made me feel very comfortable and all the other staff I encountered were very welcoming and kind.

Cedar Rapids OBGYN Specialists birthed my first child in 2016, and just birthed my second child on New Years Eve of 2019 - both births by Jason Rexroth. I attended this clinic long before I had children, utilizing their GYN services, and have been very thankful to be a patient here for every service Ive received. Among competing obstetric clinics in the area, this clinic is known for its smaller physician base and the ability to meet everyone at the clinic prior to birth. Ive always appreciated Jason Rexroths direct approach to patient care. To many people, its the obvious choice for reproductive care in the CR area. Highly recommend.

Laura Lispett is caring and compassionate towards her patients. She takes time to answer your questions and explains things.Laura is just awesome!

The doctors are very informative but do it in a non-overwhelming way and are incredibly friendly even on hectic days. I love the smaller office and the fact that when I’ve gone into labor I would know the doctor helping me through the process.

Tried to schedule and they were rude and refused to schedule an appointment even though their website says they are taking new patients. The “health care” the provide is laughable

I say doctors are very nice and friendly(DANA Messenger is best doctor) ,But billing department make big mistakes while submitting claim to insurance, For Flu and Tetanus shot they have billed $60+$60 nurse charge with Therapeutic ,Prophylactic to insurance which is wrong. now I am in situation I need to pay $120 for preventive care vaccine. Nurse charge for injection is double than the vaccine.

Laura was wonderful and caring and I loved I could talk to someone near my own age and not some young girl!

VERY unfriendly staff. Nurses have no empathy and dont take the time to explain anything. Not good about returning phone calls. Deb in insurance is the least helpful of all. Not impressed save your money.

Lisa in billing is extremely rude, disrespectful, not helpful and has a lack of empathy. I was told my co- pay would be $40 and now she is saying I owe over $1200, although they called my insurance for a pre-auth. Now she is saying there is nothing they can do. She won’t even call my insurance, as she states its my responsibility. But you didn’t have a problem calling them before did you? Come to find out, they finally referred me to a urologist who said he wouldn’t have even done the test that fast. Just a way for them to get money. Stick to your expertise.

I saw Amy Steger over at the OB-GYN Specialists and she was amazing! Within 10 minutes of talking with her she had a pretty good idea of what I had going on.Before I saw her I had been to multiple places seen about a dozen dr. For constant UTIs all that would come back negative. And almost every single dr gave me a different answer or no answer at all. Every single time the problem would return or would never go away. I dealt with this issue for 2.5 years. I had been to see a different specialist who just told me it wasnt UTIs but didnt know what it was. I went to Planned Parenthood, who gave me more of an answer that was. PID and a UTI. That medication didnt help either.I finally decided to try the specialists and Amy was super nice knew just what questions to ask. Told me she had a good idea what it was but wanted to run some tests to be positive. Yep she figured it out and got me on the right medication and now I dont feel like Im constantly having a UTI.Highly recommend!

I love this place! Friendly staff, nurses and doctors. Have trusted them fully with my 4 pregnancies. I recommend them without hesitation to any family and friends who ask for referrals for OB-Gyn!!

Everyone from registration to check out is so kind and attentive! They are quick and happy to answer questions, and are flexible with scheduling.Dr. Amy and Dr. Orr are amazing and I would recommend them everyday.

Dr. Deer is one of the best female doctors they have. She did great work as you can hardly see my scars. Comfy waiting room with TV. Free parking.

I’ve never been treated worse by a doctors office and it was during the most important medical journey of my life. If you are a new mom I would HIGHLY encourage you to go somewhere else.

The check in was swift and easy. I spent less than 5 minutes waiting to see Jessica Arp. She is knowledgeable and kind. I would (and have) recommend to anybody

Dr. Alons & Dr. Parsons provide exceptional care. They address all your concerns promptly and take every question you have seriously!

I see Dr. Alons for my first pregnancy and I had a miscarriage and she was very caring and now I see her for this pregnancy and she is very caring and a very awesome Doctor I have never had any issues with this obgyn they are all very nice except some of the ultrasound tech I have had two that were rude and not very nice

I’ve had all 10 of my babies with doctors from this practice and they’ve all been wonderful! I’ve had great care, as well, for miscarriage care!

Awful on call system. After they replace my nexplanon im switching doctors unless there is an apology given. Dr rexroth has been amazing up to this point. But I am very disappointed in the service I have been provided lately.

Amazing experience with getting my bloodwork done. I pass out easily and the lab technician was incredible. She did things to make it a good experience instead of a terrible one.

Dr.Rexroth has been my doctor for all of my pregnancies and deliveries. He is the best. He truly cares about his patients and the babies he delivers.

Never actually got to book the appointment. Receptonist was rude, spoke too quickly, and didnt care to answer the questions I had. Wish I could give this review based on the doctors, but with an unfriendly and less than helpful staff, it simply wasnt worth putting up with.

The staff is very caring and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Im very pleased every time I go there.

If I could give Dr. Jason Rexroth 0 stars I most definitely would. Due to the amount of medical bills, we were forced to file bankruptcy after my surgery. A surgery HE said would not push me into menopause. I had symptoms of menopause and no period since surgery. FInd out recently that Im in fact post menapause, yet I was dismissed from the practice due to my bankruptcy and cannot get medical advice from the very doctor that put me in menopause at 38-years-old. How is THAT just? Completely mislead and probably wouldve dealt with endometriosis pain until I was older instead of being forced into menopause. Great job, Rexroth - way to be there for your patients.

I appreciate how helpful and friendly everyone one. It was my first time there and my doctor made me feel like I wasnt just another person coming in and out.

1 stars seems generous. We were highly misinformed about what we would be billed for. What should have been no more than $80 turned out to be over $500. Thanks guys, I wish you didnt exist, and you should probably fire half of your staff. If anyone is unfortunate enough to visit this place make sure to question everything they tell you, especially if they suggest anything that could possibly cost money because they will not tell you about it.

Experience during visit was great but it states they are open until 5 but won’t schedule appointments past 3 apparently.

Very friendly staff from check in to check out. Easy location to find with ample parking. The Doctors take time to answer all concerns and questions.

The staff is truly the best. They make you feel comfortable and always make sure you leave with all the answers.

They dont care if you have the best for your baby. If you got into bad financial standing even if you paid everything off they dismiss you. They got their money and they refuse to give your baby any further care or your future kids. I never recieved a bill until I got a collection notice and paid it off RIGHT away.

Glad I switched to this facility from my last OB. They are kind, knowledgeable, and dont treat you like a number compared to other places I have been.

Friendly staff, on time and always explain procedure and answer questions. Laura is awesome.

I cant do less than one star, otherwise I would. This clinic is awful and I would highly recommend you look somewhere else for care. Besides the fact that their office staff are rude and incompetent, their Nurse Practioner is terrible. Seriously - you can get better OB-GYN care somewhere else, dont waste your money here!

I called with an issue and being a new patient they still got me in to c someone the same week. Receptionist was wonderful and she felt my urgency to see a Dr!!!

At obgyn specialists you get personalized care and never feel rushed. They listen to your concerns and questions and are experts in understanding womens health.

Jessica Arp always takes the time asking questions and answering mine. The office is very efficient, the staff always is pleasant.

Everyone on staff is really nice and friendly. Waiting room is attractive and comfortable. A snack machine would be nice.

Dr Solomon always listens well , never seems rushed, and makes sure I have my questions answered. Appreciate her greatly as a doctor...a rare find!
