I went there for all 3 of my older kids and they were never anything but perfect. Always made me feel at home and comfortable, with our last pregnancy we had to have our anatomy scan at the university and got told some less then good news we went back to eastern Iowa since we trusted them for a second opinion. After speaking with them we had to transfer our care to the university! They also made us feel welcome and were always excited to see our babies after they were born to see the lives they help bring into the world. We now have 4 beautiful healthy kiddos!!! Would totally recommend these guys!!!

I have been so incredibly scared since I found out I was pregnant. First time momma. I had my first appointment today and everyone was so nice, welcoming, and understanding. I am so extremely relieved and happy to be a patient here. They answered all of my questions, didnt judge and were extremely knowledgeable. I am so beyond thankful for everyone here. ❤️❤️

I am beyond upset with this place. I have been trying to get the IUD insert since 6weeks after my baby was born. my appointment has been cancelled 5times ... during pregnancy my doctor wasnt available at all in the last few months and it happened when my son was born too. but, I did get in with other doctors who were amazing. but, being my appointment rescheduled so many times its beyond crazy. the most recent rescheduled they text me the day of. like I have to take the time off for these and I do not have a second car so I have to have family take me and Im very upset with all that is happening. the day it stormed and there was supposed to be tornadoes they closed down which is fine but I live 45 mins away and they called me 10 mins before my appointment which I was almost there at this time! I asked if I had to get IUD done there because they keep cancelling and they said an Ob has to do it and everywhere I call isnt excepting new patients especial for just the insert . Very disappointed.

I had my baby on 4/27. Went in to get induced 4/26. Dr. Eid was amazing the entire time! Dr. Eschliman did my delivery on 4/27 and was nothing but the best! He knew we didn’t want to do a c section and he listened to us. Unfortunately we had to do it anyways and he was by my side every step of the way! Very supportive ❤️ I highly recommend Eid and Eschliman!! Hopefully they will be able to deliver my next baby when the time comes! Here is my princess Everlee Skye! Thank you both for being by my side and listening to me! :)

I have never not had a good experience here. If you understand that you are not the only person who needs to see a doctor, and treat the staff with respect, you will receive the same. Whenever I have questions, I explain my concerns and they have helped and guided me to the answers I needed with compassion. Recently saw Trisha Welsh, very nice and informative. The nurse, I think it was Lindsey? (Sorry nurse that helped me!) was as sweet as pie and patient and kind while addressing my concerns and scheduling needs. In addition, all the ladies at reception Ive talked to in person and on the phone have just been great and patient and kind everytime. Thank you to all the ladies who Ive talked to over time and hope to continue to talk to. Yall rock!

My doctor Sara has been amazing. I loved her care while I was pregnant with my son. The nurses were amazing while running tests. I felt very comfortable and they referred me to different parenting classes I would be interested in. This is a wonderful place to help begin your childs life and for your yearly check up after. I 100% reccomend. Even the receptionists were wonderful in helping with their contraceptive options.

Dr. Amy is amazing/fantastic. She is caring, considerate and thorough. DO NOT see sidney smith. I wanted a consultation to consider options for sterilization and he came in with easiest track in mind and dismissed any questions i had while trying to rush the appt. Yes it was last appt of the day on a friday but still. He viewed my having seen a psychiatrist for adhd as an inconvenience because a piece of paper had to be filled out by them. And I have NEVER had a DR put hands on me to do an exam with out informing me of what they were doing. He just pulled out the table extender which forced me to lean back, gently pushed my shoulder to lay me back then pushed up my shirt and pulled down my (high waisted) yoga pants to expose my abdomen to do an abdominal check. Then he continues with his lecture while im trying to redress/put myself back together like that didnt just happen, explain why, or what he did/didnt just find. I walked out almost in tears, on the verge of a panic attack and was advised by receptionists (who were also great) to switch to dr amy after they asked if i was okay and listened to my ordeal. I wish i had had a nurse in the appt with me maybe i would have been treated better if there was a witness.i felt belittled, dismissed and he made me so anxious.

I dont have a problem with my staff, I loved my OB and my Delivery Doctor but jesus all these last minute rescheduling calls are ridiculous. I had to keep working around their schedule and so did my parents since they work all day and I cant drive. Even if they know that theyll probably have to reschedule way before the appointment they call either the day before or the day of. Ive been waiting for this 6 weeks pp appointment so I can know if I can start doing normal things and make sure Im healing well and the day before my appointment I get a call saying my OB has been sick all week and I need to reschedule. Okay if shes been sick all week why wait until the day before to tell me. Now Im shuffling stuff last minute because they dont know how to let someone know more than 12 hours in advance. I love my staff but cmon its not that hard to call WHEN she gets sick. She obviously wont be back in for a bit so why wait to tell me? All around a good place but they need to work on their timing.

Spam called my phone multiple times, when I dont even live in the state, nor have ever been to cedar rapids.

Every time I go to to this place it’s a good experience. Dr.Smith was able to get my embedded IUD out very quick. It saved me tons of money from needing to go into surgery and time doing so. Very friendly and staff that makes you feel comfortable.

I called to set up an annual visit. Something that should have been simple. She wouldnt set up the vista because insurance might not pay for it, dispite me offering to pay put of pocket. The receptionists could not answer a single question I had. After much back and forth she FINALLY agreed to schedule an appointment but not what I asked for... they would also not adress my concerns for sterilization... she ended up telling me all the doctors were too busy to be bothered and hung up on me. What a terrible way to treat someone with questions and concerns. Called elsewhere and that clinic was amazing.... 0 stars would not recommend

Worst obgyn experience I have ever had, I feel like I didnt get much of any prenatal care my entire pregnancy, didnt see an actual MD until I was 39 weeks and had no idea what kind of progress I had entire pregnancy as they never checked or told me. On top of all of that appts were very brief, felt whenever I did see someone it was a total of 3-5mins max and always recieved rude bedside manner and care. I would never recommend this place to anyone for ob care or care in general! This place is terrible!!!

I saw Sashi Solomon and was very comfortable with her. She was kind and answered all of my questions, very throughly. If the rest of the doctors here are like her, then don’t hesitate and make your appointment asap.

I always have a good experience when I go here for my birth control and health needs! The people here are exceptionally kind, experienced, and helpful. I always feel like my questions are answered, and they always try their best to suit the needs of patients.

I have had two children. The woman are wonderful. They get you in right away and don’t make you wait. Dr. Eid went above and beyond his job title when working with me. He was amazing and I would not have any other Dr. deliver my children. Dr. Eid is the go to Dr. as far as if you need a specialist. He made sure that he did his research. I’m unique and have a Bicornuate uterus with the septum in between. He did an amazing job with my delivery’s!!!! Never made me feel uncomfortable. Always made sure that my needs were meet.

I had just moved to town and was having issues with my cycle. It was bad enough where I went in to the ER. I was going to use this place to follow up and possibly establish my healthcare here. Terrible choice on my part. Everything was asked in a hurry up, hurry up type of manner by the nurse and the Dr and I felt more like I was being interrogated and wasting their time rather than getting help. For most of this to make any sense, if I feel cornered at all I get anxiety and answer everything short and sweet to try and end whatever is making me anxious. I answered everything to the best of my knowledge and was then told they were going to try and get my old records and left the room. When the doc came back I was interrogated about a previous condition I had and why I failed to mention it, but before I could answer or explain anything he basically negated any and all other symptoms I had and said that that was the reason I was having issues.... I was basically treated as if I were liar or suspicious person from then on. Its a bit hard to remember every detail about my medical history, especially if it wasnt something specifically asked about and in the manner they were asking me. I was literally tested for this condition a week before visiting this place and it all came back normal, which is probably why I failed to mention it at that time. The Dr continued to say that that condition does not just change and just kept saying that thats the reason for my problems. Now, as someone who has lived with the condition and been through the symptoms it causes, I can almost guarantee that that is NOT what was causing the issues I was currently having. On top of all that, they then said they were going to do some blood tests. I tried to explain on multiple occasions that I was at an urgent care and the ER all within a week of visiting this place, both took blood for tests. but because they didnt have those records they wanted to do their own tests. Fine, no problem, but I was never told what the tests were for exactly. I tried calling and asking, but never got a clear answer. Just that it would come back in a few days. Never go the call. I also dont understand why my blood was taken in the first place if the doc was so convinced that my previous condition was the issue... I left feeling a little attacked and undermined. I will never go back there. I will never recommend them to anyone.I ended up seeing a different ob-gyn and the experience was night and day and I am feeling so much better. And no, my previous condition was not the issue.

This is my second pregnancy and my first time going here. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is okay! My husband hasnt been tested to be a carrier for CF but they still referred us to another place that will talk with us and make us feel more comfortable about being a carrier for CF. definitely reccomend this place!

Can’t say enough great things about Dr.Eid! I had surgery with Dr.Eid and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate! He’s improved my day to day life. I couldn’t be happier!

All of the staff here is amazing! From the initial phone call to answering my questions and concerns, I felt at ease every step of my patient experience. Smiles and empathy always. From beginning to end.

Dr. Amy is amazing she helped me through a surgery that I was scared about, she’s so kind & explained everything & how it’d go. I definitely recommend her & this amazing clinic

I never had a bad experience i had problems with my cycle being in my 40s my body is changing and they were very helpful in giving me different options to choose to better my situation. And im fhaving other female problems my last visit was excellent she listened to me and was very helpful.

Over all I am very satisfied with the care I receive here. There is one nurse that has a very bad attitude and bed side manner. But all of the Doctors are AWESOME! Dr. Amy and Dr. Abtahi are the best!!!

Do not come to this place for obgyn care. They are extremely rude when you want to do something different from their suggestions, they hang up on you, get mad if you ask questions, and they dont let you choose your own doctor for prenatal care, instead your told you will be seen by a nurse during the entire pregnancy. Unacceptable!

Its really sad how many bad reviews they have. I feel like most of the reviews have to do with pregnancy hormones. I will say there are a couple of doctors that Im not fond of however there are a couple of good ones in there you just have to find the right one for you.

By far the worst place to go for prenatal care! They canceled my ultrasound without me knowing as well as telling me I make bad choices for my child. Never ever would only recommend this place to anyone!

The men doctors are horrible! But I highly recommend Dr Jacqueline cooper. She’s very informative, compassionate, honest, and make you feel very comfortable. I couldn’t ask for a better ob

Ive had multiple bad experiences here. The manager is always trying to make it up to me, but it doesnt really make a difference. Each new visit brings a new issue. Ill be going elsewhere from now on. Wouldnt suggest this place to anyone.

Never had any bad experiences with this doctors office their care saves my babys life and mine. Would highly recommend.

The way they treated me has not been pleasant. I arrived on Monday the 15th, they had to monitor the pregnancy hormone and I called for a week to get results, call after call. Finally, they only said that it was negative until 8 days later, I feel very bad.
