The best place for TRT and recovery services. The staff is above and beyond friendly and inviting. Theyre very prompt with communication both phone and text. I had a consult with Justin at the Hixson Location after my initial labs. He was very knowledgeable and made discussing some of those uncomfortable subjects much easier. You definitely have a great team of cheerleaders that want to see people succeed. I cant wait to utilize some of the extra services such as cold plunge therapy and Red light therapy as additional tools to get me where I want to be!

Josh and his team truly care about thier clients. He listens and wants to get to the bottom of the issue. After telling my primary and OB I had all the symptoms of Hypothyroidism and labs coming back normal range, Josh listened. This is a great business, evident by how fast they are growing. I do have one complaint. Johnathan, the nurse at the Hixson location is a wonderful guy, hes very friendly and professional, however he talks..... a lot. This is not a huge deal when theyre not busy, but with the customers and appointments growing, the talking is backing up patients. My wifes appointment for labs was delayed by 20-25 minutes, just because Johnathan was talking so much with the customers before her. Its a bit disrespectful of the customers time.

Felt ok but Was not feeling completely optimal due to age and a stressful couple year period. I also was not seeing enough results from workouts either. Used a pseudoname but had to tell my story. Going in as a skeptic I was unsure of taking testosterone because of all the stigma behind it. The effects started off subtle with better deeper sleep. That had a cascading effect on my energy and mood. My appetite slowly started to return and soon enough had enough energy to get back to doing things I loved. Many of my aches and pains started to lessen allowing me more freedom to get up and about with the new energy and restful sleep. Give it a try if it doesnt work no harm no foul. I struggled for many years to find the right combination of what hormones I needed and how much after full blown menopause since I was 37. Now 46. Optimize U has been nothing short of a life changing experience for me. For a long time I struggled with my mental health, menstrual cycle, and many other things that I didn’t consider until now that I needed to get my hormones checked out.. I’m in my early 30’s and was feeling like I was dealing with some major issues that I wasn’t finding relief for anywhere else. I can’t say enough about Josh and Optimize U. I have truly seen a drastic increase in my quality of life. These people are amazing! I have had terrible menstrual cycles for almost 17 years and as the years go on theyve gotten worse and some days so bad I couldnt get put of bed. The best options I had from my doctors were surgical and I didnt want that. I went to Optimize U and explained my complaints not just menstrual but all my complaints and after listening to me completely they started me with a regimen that on the first months cycle after the appointment I was almost pain free during my cycle. I was literally planting trees and bushes on the day that I would usually be in bed. If you havent tried this place...I highly recommend...its so much better than ANY surgical option.
