Brian R. Kaplan, M.D.

Our experience with Dr. Kaplan was excellent, beyond expectation. He was hopeful, helpful & honest. Our three children he facilitated in helping us have are now 22 and 19-year-old twins who are thriving. We are incredibly grateful and feel so lucky to have had Dr. Kaplan as our fertility doctor as we worked on building our family.

Dr. Kaplan and his team are the BEST of the BEST. IVF is an extremely emotional process and Dr. Kaplan and his team are so supportive throughout the entire journey. Nurses Ilynne, Caitlin, Lauren, Venus, Dani, Kathleen, and Jojo are extremely personable and really make you feel as though they have a genuine interest in your familys success. I always left the practice feeling uplifted and with a smile on my face knowing that this team is doing everything possible to expand our family. I feel so grateful to have this team by my side and highly recommend using them for your fertility journey. You wont be disappointed!!

Highly recommend Dr. Kaplan and his staff/clinic. IVF can be a stressful process, but Dr. Kaplan and FCI were excellent communicators (responded asap), gave extremely clear instructions and helpful information for the process and Dr. Kaplan was so informative and spent time with us to make sure we were comfortable and knew exactly what was happening. After talking with friends who went through the process and had bad experiences with other clinics/doctors because of poor communication/process, I would only recommend Kaplan and FCI for anyone going through IVF.

Dr. Kaplan is an extremely smart, skilled kind, and compassionate person. I highly recommend him and his team. He was open to what I wanted to do, along with guiding me to make the right next decisions and steps along the way. The nurses, technicians, and additional staff have always been informative, helpful and incredibly responsive. With that being said, this journey is what you put into it and you do have to be your own advocate to understand what you are about to go through. This was the second clinic I went to, and ended up being the right fit for me. I wanted a doctor that I felt genuinely cared about me but also was highly skilled, and I found that in Dr. Kaplan and the FCI Team.

I thought the staff was the most professional, compassionate, and thorough doctor office Id ever been in. I read reviews that led me to expect service equivalent to herding cattle, but this was not the case. I thought Dr. Kaplan was fantastic with his gentle approach and listened as if he truly cared about me as a patient. I felt like I got the red carpet treatment from the moment I walked in, to the checkout process.

Love Dr Kaplan! He helped us do an IUI for our first child and are now under his care trying for our second! He is very straightforward about everything and is kind and caring!

My husband and I went into our appointment very educated from our friends on what to expect. My primary doctor had ordered all my lab work two weeks prior so that way he would have it and be able to work fast in finding solutions. He said he wanted to do the genetic testing. I was 100% in and knew a lot of times that those tests were not covered by insurance. When I went to get the labs draw they took 21 vials....I’m used to getting my blood drawn in large amounts from the miscarriages, so it didn’t bother me. However, what I did not realize is he had just REORDERED all the labs I had given him. My insurance refused to cover them so I am stuck with a $4,000 lab bill. Lack of patient concern, especially financially, is a huge issue for me. I don’t care how much money anyone has, to have to pay for the same labs twice in a three week period is not okay.

He is the absolute best! Amazing team who walked us through the whole fertility process. We have a son now because he stuck with us. Highly recommend him.
