Kindbody - Chicago West Loop

I do not recommended Kindbody to anyone. The fertility journey is already tough enough, and when you have nursing staff/scheduling staff that mess up regularly, it is very frustrating. The staff during my journey between the Crest Hill location and Chicago location were very friendly, however, the amount of times appointments were re-scheduled due to staffing issues or scheduled incorrectly, incorrect/not enough of a script, etc. it is extremely frustrating, especially for a couple paying for EVERYTHING out of pocket. I had one cancelled IVF transfer due to scheduling me a week later than I shouldve been, due to their staffing issues, even though everything was paid for and all meds had been taken leading up to transfer. I had a letrozole script that was only filled HALFWAY, which stalled another cycle. The amount of wasted money was insane due to their ongoing mistakes. I can truly go on and on about Kindbody and how I strongly suggest couples go elsewhere. I stuck with them only because of having my frozen embryos and being too stressed and worried about transporting my embryos elsewhere. The billing department is a joke. I asked for 6+ months for my credit back in form of a check. As for currently, this month it took nearly an entire month to get a document uploaded in my portal to finally be able to donate my embryos. I called every single day this week in order for it to be uploaded. I strongly suggest couples go elsewhere for seeking fertility options. You already will be going through a lot emotionally, financially, mentally, and this place makes it 10x worse. My experience was absolutely terrible. I truly could go on and on. Its very sad.On one positive note, I do have my first born because of Kindbody. However, please do yourself a favor and choose a different organization.

Great staff, doctors and nurses! I had recurrent implantation failure and my doctor always had a plan in place to modify my protocol to be customized for my case. After 4 retrievals and 4 transfers, we welcomed our baby boy!

I have a healthy baby boy Thanks to the Kindbody team! It’s an emotional ride, but they helped every step of the way. I know it can be frustrating seeing a different doctor for every procedure/appointment but they are all truly great and helped lead me to my baby boy!

We had a great experience with Kindbody. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and they practice evidenced-based. After terrible experiences at 2 different clinics in NWI, we were willing to make the drive into Chicago and it was well worth it!

My husband and I suffered 6 miscarriages prior to seeking assistance. I did my research on the best fertility clinics here in Chicago and we decided on Kindbody due to all of the great reviews. Starting with the consultation, Dr. Beltsos and her team made us feel so comfortable and confident in our chances of bringing home our next baby. She made sure to evaluate the uterus and prep it for a successful outcome and thats just what her and the team did. Im now a mom of two beautiful healthy children and I truly feel that it wouldnt have been possible without the help of GOD and Kindbody Drs and Nurses. Im currently referring them to my friends and family that also need assistance with starting their family. Im so very grateful for Kindbody 🥹❤️🙏🏾.

I was told over a month ago a refund was being processed but I am continually ignored by billing. If you provide deposits or overpay- be preparing wait over a year for refunds.

We had a super positive experience during our time with Kindbody. Our surrogate was treated extremely well. All doctors and their teams were extremely knowledgable and took the time to explain and answer questions.Everything was organized smoothly as we were all traveling from out of state to specifically use Dr Beltsos and her teams expertise.We were very fortunate to achieve a successful dual embryo transfer on our first attempt and will be forever grateful to Kindbody for their role in creating our family.

This organization has too many current clients to provide adequate healthcare in a timely manner. Appointments are disjointed and it takes several months to get answers to what do my tests say. I regret using this provider. If you are new to this fertility journey, go elsewhere.

RUN WHILE YOU CAN! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!First, I want to say this is worst experience my wife and I have ever had with ANY MEDICAL institution of ANY KIND.We had read the reviews before started, and naively figured: how bad could it be?.We were wrong... How naive could WE be?No one has any idea what is going on at this clinic. Dr Jeelani does not communicate with the nurses and is too busy handling her instagram page to care about her patients. The nurses themselves do not communicate with each other, or the patients.While I must say: some of the staff seems very patient and competent, the structure they work in is IN SHAMBLES.Dr.Jeelani can only be reached by setting zoom appointments 30 days out or by texting her (or most likely the person writing texts on her behalf) through Instagram. In the one single meeting we had on Zoom, she had 0 CLUE where my wife was during her cycle, and made a completely WRONG diagnosis based on factually inacurrate data. HOW CAN YOU BE SO OUT OF TOUCH?The nurses give you the run around, have NO CLUE what is going on with my wifes treatment, and when we show up at the clinic, WE have to tell them what were here for?? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? This has happened to us week in and week out for 20 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.Each nurse contradicts the previous one, which in return contradicts Dr Jelanis words and diagnostic. YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE.PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS AND FORUMS: stay away of this place. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN WHILE YOU CAN.N.B. The staff was beyond caring and understanding. They were empathetic and made me feel like I was family and not a patient. They atmosphere they created was one of kindness and that you were not alone in your journey. I am really happy with the care they gave me during and after. Everyone there was so in tune with my physical and emotional needs at the time. Dr Jelani was nothing short of the embodiment of their new name Kind Body! She and the staff was so kind to me by ensuring my physical and mental well-being were nurtured.

I had my hysteroscopy in here with Dr.Hayes , shes my doctor at Milwaukee location, and Im glad she did my surgery instead of someone else I felt more comfortable, since she doesnt have an available schedule in Milwaukee I had to do it in Chicago.The place is cozy, and everyone is so nice . My surgery was quick, and I was comfortable at this place, like in the Milwaukee location,

Do not trust this fertility clinic!!! They are misleading, unethical and rude. Dr Roohi does not actually do the egg retrievals or embryo transfers. She may be in the room when it happens but med students complete the procedures and they are not transparent about pricing. Many friends have had a similar experience, I wish I had listened.Their pharmacies mark up prices and have sketchy billing practices. I could never get a straight answer about my bills or my appointment charges. The billing staff seems incompetent and do not seem to know how to do their jobs or answer questions about billing.You spend more time with the nurses who treat you like a number. One of the nurses bragged to me about how many patients Dr Roohi was seeing despite her being on maternity leave and not actually doing the procedures - it is very misleading. She will not be your doctor - do not trust them!!I decided to not move forward with a transfer here and am transferring my embryos elsewhere. Stay away!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They are TERRIBLE at communicating. They fail to answer the phones and answer any emails. The staff in the front desk are rude. For anyone reading this for their fertility needs please consider somewhere else. If I knew I what I know now I would not have put myself through this. Absolutely terrible service.

We have the pleasure of working alongside this incredible team of physicians and medical professionals. Their offices are well run and the team is friendly and caring. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family seeking IVF.

Run. Run fast. All the third party labs and medical offices I have had to deal with have given the same feedback, unfortunately a little to late for me...Ive done an egg retrieval and embryo transfer- I plan on transferring all other embryos to a different facility and never looking back. No communication in the office (always someone elses issue, no one is ever accountable) and sketchy billing attempts

I love VIOS! Coming from another Chicago area clinic, Vios proved to be superior in timing, communication, bed side manner and treatment. They are amazing! Love the Doctors and the staff.

I made a call many times and leave a voice message to call me back in regards with the billin but no body try to call me back very irresponsible staff they are not customer/client oriented....

Great experience!! Friendly service technicians who are efficient and same for the front desk personnel. I was in & out in less than an hour no complaints!

It was a very frustrating experience due to staff’s lack of follow up and constant lack of next steps information, unless it was about payments.
