I waited for 5 hours for a visit with a doctor who didnt listen to me and ordered tests I explained that I did not need or want. The doctor told me I likely DONT have a certain condition because it runs in my family.... which doesnt make sense to me. And then the doctor asked about all kinds of other things. At this moment, I informed the doctor that I am iron deficient and already know this and already take iron for it. The doctor took it upon herself to order an iron test I didnt want or need anyway, and I did not know that I was getting this test as I thought the blood test was for other things. Then I received 6 bills for that one appointment totaling over $500 and they told me the iron test was an extra charge as well as a couple other things. I did not even receive the help I initially walked in there for but I left with bills for services I did not need at all. It feels like I got up-charged for money purposes but didnt receive the medical services I was asking about...And when I called to ask what I was billed for, there were issues with the billing documentation. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.UPDATE: I paid my balance owed for the blood test. 5 months have now passed since I got the blood test and I just received a new bill for it. Dont let this place take advantage of you. I dont understand why I would have a NEW bill for the same test from 5 months ago but Im being told by the billing company to contact my insurance and being told by insurance to contact the billing company. I dont know how to stop being charged for services I already paid for.

They are friendly and takes good care of patients..clean environment .. Doctors are super helpful and great in every way.. in same office they have dentist ,they have a mental health, doctor they have MRI, they have x-rays, a Pharmacy, Botox,laser,micro blading.. highly recommend you to come and join us. You won’t regret it!!

Arrived at Hermosa Medical for a leg injury. Staff were nice and friendly. Was able to see a medical staff right away and they explained that this will require MRI to diagnose what is exactly wrong with my leg. I was then taken to the MRI and had my MRI done right away. I am very pleased with the experience and that I was able to do everything in one stop!

Ive been calling this office for about 2 months trying to speak to the doctor about my insulin mind u I been with this office for about 12 years never have they treated me as horrible as they have these two months I havent been able to get a call back been with out my medication for two months been leaving messages no ones called called today spoke to someone named Cristal and I explained to her the situation and her response was well u will just have to wait for a call back in like excuse me wait for a call back I been calling and leaving messages for like two months this is so unprofessional this use to be such a great doctors office. At this point I feel like they arent doing their job and Ima going to start looking for a lawyer cause this is definitely not professional

Grateful for the expertise and compassion shown by the staff at Hermosa Medical. They made a stressful situation much more manageable.

It was a pleasant experience, the front desk ladies were nice and respectful, also quite humorous.

This has been our Family practitioner for 20 years. They take really good care of us and always have. The nurses are really knowledgeable and kind. The pharmacy is on the premises and they always have what we need and fast. Many specialists. You wont find a better clinic.

Dr. Sadek is a wonderful and patient psychiatrist. He helped me quit absolutely everything, including Effexor, adderall, nicotine, and marijuana when I decided I wanted to start living life without medication. Highly recommend!

This place is horrible and I mean horrible! The staff is incredibly rude, where they roll their eyes and give you attitude for no reason. They gossip about their patients and go as far as demonstrating their dislike about a certain a patient. Today in the waiting room these people mistreated and discriminated two hispanic women. These women were being discriminated against for not speaking English and were being threatened to get the cops called on them. Which by the way did happen. The cops were no help at all, the Hispanic officer couldn’t even get to speak as well. I don’t know how they can be even considered professionals with this disgusting attitude and service. Bianca Cartagena truly showed her colors as she yelled “ do you have a license” in such a mocking, demeaning tone.

Wouldn’t recommend the endocrinologist if you have anything like CAH. Save yourself the time and just go to a university hospital with knowledgeable doctors trained in speciality cases and is aware of rare conditions. The staff does bare minimum. I watched them be INSANELY rude to a woman and even gossiped about her afterwards talking about why she was there etc. idk but that seems lowkey like a hippa violation to discuss a patients medical issues and reason for visit. I did not need to know that woman’s whole business. Personally never had issues with receptionists there but witnessed foul behavior a few times since I’ve come in every so often for things needed.

This is the worst clinic in the area the staff there are rude and very unprofessional. You call they leave you on hold and never come back to the phone. There are no appointments made for anyone and everyone is walking and being attended to according to the staffs liking so if they don’t like you, you will have to wait. Very very sad

Took the day off to get a check up done and at 10:30am I was told theyre not taking any more patients because theres 14 ppl signed in... mind you they said they close at 2pm!!!! This is why Im transferring to another clinic. Cook county has better service

I came in early for a general check up and the wait time was not very long, I was glad that I was able to see the doctor the same day and not wait a week for an appointment. The MAs were very sweet and helpful. I recommend 👍

I went there today for the first time with my fiance for him. He just needed a physical. He signs his name on the desk at 11:15 am. The front lady who took care of him her name was Linda. Took approximately 45 minutes for her to give him the registration form, because I asked for it since he is a new patient, we were just sitting there. She takes it asks for insurance and ID, Im guessing to make copies right. She gives ID and insurance back and tells my fiance that if is ok if she can call him back to the office at 3:30 pm mind you he signed at 11:15am because is too busy so he agrees. No one called ever we just went back to the office on time. We get there and my fiance stood standing waiting for a staff at front desk exactly 15 minutes. The staff that came out my fiance asked why no one called him back and she just went to the back and never came back out. Another staff comes out he asks the same and she dont know nothing, so he asks for Linda and she went home cause not feeling good, but no one knows nothing, so he just at this point he wants his registration form back and they cant find it, Nobody in the office knew what happened to the papers. This lady with heavy makeup on her eyes comes out and gets super rude arguing with us telling us shes going to call security so we were going to call the police if his information wasnt given back to him for him to go somewhere else, he just didnt want to leave his information there since they were very unprofessional. I asked for the General Manager and she told me shaking her head with attitude she is the GM. I told her she was very unprofessional the way she treats patients having that tittle so she said I was unprofessional smh but shes the GM supposedly. She leaves ignoring us to the back so rude. Another staff comes to the front my fiance explains the situation and she told us the registration form he filled out was shredded after putting the information on the system. You telling me after all this time we are there nobody could of told him that? Then if the information was in the system then why nobody called him back? Oh cause she said the systems were down, I thought they keep copies around for the same reason. I asked her whats the General Manager name and she said she Wassss the GM smh, I said no the other lady with heavy eye makeup said she was the GM, No she said thats the Doctor named Bianca I was shocked veryyyy unprofessional. I do not want to come here ever again that office environment needs more nicer professional happy staff.

Dr. Nazir is so slow with his job. I understand he had other patients before me, but I waited three hours in the clinic still not to be seen yet. My primary care Dr. Onca told me she couldnt simply refill my medicine because I had to see Dr. Nazir the specialist which I understood. However, I am out of medication and still waiting. I would give lower rating but to be nice I have given a rating of 3 because they have helped me out before. However, this service today is just horrible and I get it youre busy but I need my medicine already. These doctors need to either hurry up with their servicing or have an assistant to help speed up the process and not refuse servicing their patients.

They never keep anything DISCREET heard my doctor talking about me to other nurses. UPDAT: NOW my girlfriend goes to see the gynecologist because of an allergic reaction and there’s TWO MALE DOCTORS IN THE ROOM WITH HER!! It made her so uncomfortable. Like it’s not necessary at all. Tell patients beforehand what’s going on. Nurses are rude and nosey. Jesse? The worse. Always has an attitude.

Horrible experience here! Both of the nurse and the assistant were very rude and ignorant. They behaved as if I was not even human. Again I would recommend any doctor but this place. Beware of a hispanic lady at the front with glasses and a middle easter woman with a hijab!

If I could I would rate this clinic a 0 stars if I could. The service is so bad I did two treatments of chemical peeling. Spent so much money and didn’t get the results I wanted. They tell you only what you want to hear and not the truth to benefit your skin. They’ll take your money and the treatment would be so bad.

HORRIBLE. they BREACHED my information , (documents were taken home with a receptionist.), waited two weeks for them to fax something and called multiple times , no answer and when I got an answer they put me on hold for 20-30 minutes after just saying hello. So when going in and trying to see what’s wrong with the fax, the confirmation code weren’t received so they explained it was cause the papers were taken home, breached. And won’t be in office until four days later! So now I have to wait longer for an authorization which means less work and people pay rent. I’m changing doctors for sure. I have never felt so violated and taken advantage of ever. I also have a normal wait of about 5 hours!

Clinic opens at 9 am and close at 4 pm; they need to include hours on the website. This clinic has pretty professional staff and facilities. I have visited a few times to get xrays and other prescriptions and been seen promptly. They have a lot of different services including eye care, dental, smoking cessation.

My family and I have visited this facility on several occasions for a variety of reasons. I must say it is a fantastic place. The staff is vvery professional and corteous. Their dental office with Dr.Ringo is top-notch. Their chiropractor Dr.Jiminez is aqesome as well. I recently had an mri done with bulging discs and Dr.Jimenezs advice for care was spot on. After months of pain his recommendation took the pain away. I highly recommend this facility if you have any ailments.

The support staff is awesome, the pharmacy could be a little better and the doctors there I wouldnt recommend. They have very poor bedside manner and dont really follow up properly with the patient. I dont think I will ever comeback here..

Receptionists and medical assistants are very unprofessional. They reuse a lot of their equipment, not a sanitary clinic to go to. They need to be properly trained and educated. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone it is poorly managed and disorganized.

I will never ever come to this doctor ever again! I woke up early & got here on time so i wouldn’t have to wait and i still had to wait 3 hours just for a doctor to see me. This place needs to get it TOGETHER! get more doctors or staff because this is so ridiculous. Bathroom doesn’t even work… HORRIBLE PLACE

Hermosa staff is the best in the world. Very helpful and very hospitable, always making appointments and making patients first priority. I recommend them 100%

I love the staff and the doctors,, But i hate the waiting and never answer the phone.. That doctor office will be better if everyone gets a day and time to see the doctor,,, Right now I call 3 time because i need some strips... ...

Theyre the closest to my place other than the one on North and Pulaski but I never been there... now I wish they were better since if u dont have insurance prepared to pay a lot... Idk why people here saying its afforabdle... I guess theyre rich or something or have insurance and their deductible little to none... but for the rest of us well ... the staff, theyre ok but wish they were nicer, the doctor she needs to work on follow ups with patients... I never received a call from her reminding me that I need to go back or something which they do at other places... but like I said I only come here because its close and convenient... last time they wanted to charge me just for doing a follow up...

Clean facility I would definitely recommend it. This is a walk in clinic. Not by appointment, but definitely quicker and cheaper than than the ER.

Ive came in for PRP, Botox, Fillers and plan to come back for a few more services! Friendly staff, very informative and never a wait. Great prices! Highly recommend!

Psychologist . A fanatic who is impatient with the patient has made my condition worse than before. He tries medicines on patients. This inhuman doctor is very provocative😢

I was in a very bad place before I met Dr. SadekDepression and anxiety had me in a Dark tunnel where I saw no light at the endBut he worked with me and found a regiment that works for me and now I see light and I see me after 15 years I see meAnd in my community its taboo to admit that you have anxiety or depression so I do this because I am me and I am stronger And also I would like to thank the manager who suggested I see him

Too irresponsible I went to this Hermosa clinic on Monday 20 2021 and still 8 days later no test results! I called and they hang up on me very disrespectful!

They will charge you 100$ for a 15 minute sit down with no real help also they will charge you double when you already pay at the office they will charge you and send another bill at your house to make you pay for what you already payed upfront for unprofessional I wont recommend going also the the counselor is a waste of time go seek real professionals

I recently visited the clinic and was lucky enough to be assisted by Nurse Daisy, who helped me with the translation. Daisy is incredibly kind and seems to really love helping people. His dedication and passion for his work is evident in every interaction. Made my visit much easier and more comfortable.In addition, I was treated by Doctor Anca who is an exceptional doctor. His attention and care towards his patients are truly remarkable. I felt very well cared for and valued throughout my consultation. Without a doubt, both Nurse Daisy and Doctor Anca made my visit to the clinic a very positive experience.

What a horror for an appointment I made at 9:00 there were no people there maybe about 5 people in front of me per view oh for paper I made sure and bingo more than three hours I had to wait definitely I do not recommend it gets lost they say no appointment is made but I learned better to make an appointment than to wait for my luck 🥹 I definitely dont recommend it

Doctor Garcia speaks Spanish and the nurses are very kind and whenever I get blood the Girls try to make me laugh so it doesnt hurt too much 😃 its better to come early because the clinic fills up.
