I had an excellent experience at Access Brandon during my recent appointment. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Aileen was extremely patient with me and helpful.Angelina, also stood out with her kindness and helpfulness.Throughout my visit, every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Access Brandon based on the exceptional care and service I received. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit comfortable and stress-free.

Despite English not being my first language, they ensured effective communication by providing me with an interpreter, which was immensely helpful.The office manager, Angelina, stood out with her kindness and helpfulness. Her attention to detail was remarkable; she noticed that I was waiting for my blood to be drawn and promptly informed the phlebotomist, ensuring that there was no delay in my care. Additionally, I truly appreciated Angelinas compassionate approach and her willingness to engage in a personal conversation to ensure my well-being was considered. When I momentarily forgot where the exit was after my appointment, she patiently guided me and even walked me to the door herself.Throughout my visit, every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Access Brandon based on the exceptional care and service I received. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit comfortable and stress-free.

Great clinic! Front desk Ms. Angie was amazing and friendly! Sahayra was very friendly, communicative and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Jennifer was amazing, she listened to what I had to say and helped me with everything. Even blood work specialist was friendly and communicative. This will be mine and my kids clinic from now on. Dr. Palmer and Ms. Angie were very accommodating during my visit. And Ms.Angie doesn’t even know how she brightened my day. I know it’s not their job to tend to my emotional problems but the small convo and actual concern with how my day was going was heartwarming. The clinic was built on love🥺🫶🏾

I loved seeing Janet today, i wish she would come back. She is just very understanding and a loving person. Need more or her. Jennifer my provider she is a very good doctor and is very understanding as well. I had so much done as doing testing and everything. She is a very good doctor.

Honestly, I love this clinic. I found them almost 2 years ago for my pregnancy and now back for my second pregnancy. I love Dr. June, Dr. Seaton and Dr. Parmar and the MA Nicole. It’s always professional but they make you feel seen, heard and cared for like a love one. All my concerns are always addressed and handled. I would easily recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Many times you go to healthcare centers and the staff are rushed. I have companying my brother here for about a year. He has received very compassionate and personal care from everyone. Today is no acception, from the bright smile from Angie to the nurse tech Janet . Very professional. Just a good experience. Thanks to HR for the hires

My sons provider Dr Oduala is great she explains everything about my child and is a great provider I will continue to recommend access Brandon to all my friends and family very nice staff Aileen is very helpful thank you great team

My visit wanted great Aaliyah and Sai and Dr Parma’s are the best Aaliyah from lab is the best as I am a very hard stick she was able to get my blood done on first best clinic and great management thanks access Brandon

Everytime we come the facility is clean, the staff is friendly and Dr. Parmar is amazing!! We are also always in and out, so were not waiting at the office all day!

The facility is beautiful, well kept clean, and quiet. The receptionist at the front desk, Angie Serrato and the lab technician Aayiah were super professional, courteous, and kind. Both were very thorough. Great place to be! 👍

Access Brandon is one of kind they go out their way to make sure your family have everything they need far as top referrals. My child dr is Jennifer one of the best she is the reason I drive 35 mins to come see her. And I can’t forget about Sai Carbajal has been helping my family since he was at the Chicago heights Location. The Brandon location wouldn’t be nothing without there management and she’s def one of the best… I love access family Brandon

First time at this location and I will say, very helpful. Dr June was very informative and had great communication with me.As well as Nurse Majd she was very gentle.

This is my first time coming to this to this clinic, and I had a wonderful experience. Dr Seaton &Dr Parmar are very professional & knowledgeable. The whole team is friendly & makes you feel welcomed. I will definitely make this my go to clinic.

I visited today and met with June. She was really nice and answered all my questions to the best of her ability. Komana was also a huge help , made the whole process very calm & comfortable.

The parking lot has plenty of parking and the building is new and doctor Palmer was amazing the front desk lady Ashley was kind and prompt in taking my info Angie was very thoughtful in checking on me and Aliyah took my blood she was awesome. I really appreciate the ladies and the male nurse who took care of me. I have a hard time coming to doctors but I had a great experience. It’s out of my way from the other location but off of this experience I will be coming here regularly

I want to thank the front desk staff they are very helpful and kind and Dr. Oduala great I will continue coming to have my children see by her. This Health center is amazing! The front desk staff, Tigri was fast and efficient with updating paperwork! Iesha, the Medical Assistant is very thorough and educated us on the vaccines and was kind to my daughter! The providers Dr.Oduala and Dr. Parmar are the best doctors on the south side! They truly care about my daughters! The MA’s Chiquita and Aaliyah have magic hands with blood draws! And the Manager Angelina, is always so sweet and polite to us all! Way to go Brandon! This is a beautiful team and health center! Thanks for all that you do!

The staffs were really helpful, especially the lab attendants, they helped with my sons blood work and we made progress.

I had a great visit today, the girls in the front grizelda and tiger are so nice. And Dr parmar is amazing at her job!

I just want to speak on the Brandon staff including my provider Jenny hurt ma the front desk staff the young ladies and the lab and also Devin my referral coordinator have been the most absolute attentive to my healthcare needs I had an issue with a letter for school that wasnt even really intended or directed for my primary care physician but she was still willing to step in and assist me working in healthcare and being a nursing student and also being a patient gave me three different views of life and managing my healthcare with this office and I have to say I would love to work with the staff once I complete my nursing class they are extremely well-rounded they all work as a team I came into the office nervous and I left out feeling like a family member I am so happy I switched my health care to The brandon clinic. The staff there need to be recognized.

My experience is with Dr. Shauntel Seton. She did surgery on me for fibroid and did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! She explained everything to me and answered all questions that I had. She made me feel comfortable and now she is going to do another procedure on me. I am not worried at all. Great job Dr. Seaton you rock!!! Thank you soooo much.

I Love how they go above and beyond to care for patients!

Not always the best at communication but thats not their fault, you are mainly dealing with call centers. Most appointments arent booked through them and they do get overwhelmed. Thats ok Theyre Human, However The Drs here will work with you even if they need to send you out by referals. They do not let your concerns or health go unresolved. The receptionist are good at finding out what they need to know to service you better. They will literally take time to reassure your needs are met. Keep in mind they are the middle people. They are patient and deligent and thats good customer service.

My visit today went great. The girls in the front gigi and Ashley are very nice. It was very clean in there. And I would recommend this place! Definitely coming again

I have been going to this place for a while now and it is horrible I don’t know how it’s still open Michelle Dormanen need to be gone she doesn’t know anything especially the basic questions that’s in her midwife scope of practice but loves asking personal questions she will have you waiting for a hour in the room on her and just walk in she never knocks. She also has messed up plenty of times rather on referral and information on the visit that day and won’t apologize when being asked about it.BEWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK ESPECIALLY IF YOUR PREGNANT she has no respect for you.

This doctors office is so unprofessional. What i mean is they schedule you a appointment but dont see you to 30 minutes after your appointment. Then they employees who sets the appointment up have bad attitudes. The doctors and nurses are so good at they job its not them its the receptionist. They didnt even inform me that my doctors kesha was no longer working at that doctors office i had to find out by calling up to the office. Do not go to this doctors office on 2822 e. 83rd st.

My child goes here for well child checkups and it is great , I forgot the doctors name that he sees but she is great makes sure my child gets his scheduled shots ,flu vaccines and physicals for school the wait time isnt long at all to get seen I love the building is new as well .

Initial visit was good but they dont post all information on Myaccesshealth page. I got 12 lab test done and they only posted 6 results. They said its nothing urgent to report and i dont have to return for immediate check up, But to have to wait over 2 weeks for a follow-up is stressing.

Keisha House is the worst doctor there, dont schedule your appointment with her. I had a appointment and was sitting in the lobby for an hour. She approached me as if I was a child, sent my medicine to the wrong walgreens, never sent the right perception. Shes a horrible person, and Dr and should be terminated for what she did to me. Its much more to the story, I will file a complaint as well.

My doctor Sonia parmar is awesome it’s one medical assistant that does the most there but it’s okay I just ignore other then that this doctor office is great.

Called seven times today amid this panic and epidemic and can’t get a response or chance to speak with anyone I have respiratory problems and this is the wrong time to avoid a patient with these problems if someone asked me a recommendation for this doctor office I would direct them elsewhere

The doctor never does anything and can’t or won’t prescribe meds for simple or common issues highly contagious strep throat and they did not send my medication instead they want me to wait till I can get am appointment then risk getting others sick just to get paid I will be finding another provider
