Access Grand Boulevard is my place for the very best in healthcare. Clean, secure, friendly service, clean washroom, watch television, appointments only, and has Walgreens pharmacy inside.I highly recommend this place.

This is the best location in my opinion for years I’ve been with the ACCESS network and this is the most progress I’ve ever made health wise. Dr. Brea Harris is a God send! Since I’ve started going to this location I’ve been able to get a lot of my health questions answered. The staff here is very helpful and informative! I would give more stars if I could honestly this place has really helped me on my journey and it’s greatly appreciated!!

Very unprofessional staff and not very unorganized and they not accommodate you when they cancel your appointment. I was called by access team-member Georgetta to cancel my appointment 30 minutes before appointment while I informed her that I was already in the parking lot I also took off work and paid a sitter I asked if I could she could provide me the phone number to make a complaint she said she doesnt have it , so I asked can I speak with the office manager she stated thats not going to be possible shes in a meeting. Georgette refused again to provide the number or name to make complaints she instructed me that she would try to have the information for me if I decide to come to the rescheduled appointment.

Great experience!Had Markisha from teamlead help us out all throughout our visit and accepted us with open arms when our other access clinic wouldn’t take us in. Definitely recommend coming over here and will personally keep doing so. The best staff here hands down!Thank you for everything! :))

Going to them for ever the last three months they been canceling my appointments

Had the worse experience at this clinic, had an appointment for noon on Dec 20th I arrived 10min prior to my appointment, took forever to get checked in because I forgot my insurance card (I thought they should have my I insurance information since it wasn’t my first time). Finally got checked, I waited for 40min without getting called, finally got up to ask the receptionist when I might get called, she had a oops! face and I think she forgot to check me in, she told me to wait until 1pm, that will be the next available appointment, waited until 1:15pm without getting called, went back to the receptionist and her response was she doesn’t know when I will get called, at this point I could see people that came after me getting done with there appointment and leaving. At that point I was just angry, disappointed and had somewhere else to be, there was no way I could have been a good patient so decided to leave at 1:20pm without seeing a doctor. Finally got a call from a nurse at 1:46pm telling me she called my name and I wasn’t at the reception area and if I could come back, I told her no I will rather go see a doctor at another clinic where they valued my time, she could not have cared less either, ended the call before I was done talking.

The staff that I have encountered at Access Grand Health Boulevard is very professional! I have been going there for almost 2 years. The price you pay goes according to your income. I usually schedule my appointments later in the day and I am in and out in a timely matter. I absolutely love Josephine Bostic! She is always very caring and takes her time with her patients. She is thorough and explains in details whatever questions you need answered. I am glad I found out about this facility. I love it and love the staff!

If I could I wouldnt even give them one star!Today my son had an appointment, when we arrived, we were told that the doctor was unavailable. She was out sick, the medical assistant informed me that she had given me a call but my voicemail was full WHICH IT WAS NOT!!! I spoke with the client manger about the inconvenience that this caused me and she was very unapologetic. NO ONE tried to reconcile my issue. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE!

The staff Danyell that I have encountered at Access Grand Health Boulevard is very professional! I have been going there for almost 1 years. I am in and out in a timely matter absolutely love coming to this location! Danyell is always very caring and takes her time with me she always make me feel special. Mary Kate She is thorough and explains in details whatever questions you need answered. I am glad I found out about this facility. I love it and love the staff! Horrible experience, I felt very disrespected and embarrassed upon leaving from my visit with this clinic. They do not care about providing a quality and comfortable patient experience. They only care about getting you in and out. The manager here was very rude I believe her name was Kim. I feel like a manager is supposed to try to make the clients experience the best and I feel As if she was only interested in fighting with the doctor. I am the type of patient who only likes to see one doctor and they placed me with a new and that made me very uncomfortable. Overall will leave a review with the Better Business Bureau as well as will not return to the clinic

Over scheduled doctors don’t take You serious when complaining about pain. Worst place ever.

It was very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 5:00 today I made it early and was still not seen. The doctor would walk by and say he will be right there and he never came in. I wasted several hrs to never get seen. I was supposed to get a Lyft and the women at the desk never got it so I was forced to figure out a way home even though my insurance covers the ride. They need new staff from the doctors to the desk receptionists. The nurse was nice but that was it.

I first initially called to this morning to schedule an appointment. The first woman I spoke with asked me for all of my information and when it came down to schedule she asked for my insurance and I gave her all the details I could. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to call my insurance company to verify if I had HMO or PPO! I asked her if I could schedule an appointment and call back later with that information she told me no. Now I have been a regular customer me and my 2 children for over 7-8 years. I didn’t understand why she was so passive aggressive when it came to verifying my new insurance. She even stated that she couldn’t look it up herself cause the system may be down?! After reaching out to my insurance provider I called back and didn’t get her I got JASMINE! Who helped me with no problem and no hesitation. Thank you Jasmine for making my day because I am very ill and making an appointment after being being consistent customer for years should not be so complicated!

Dont even deserve a one star....my 4 month old had her shots appointment and they wouldnt let her Dad have her get seen due to an authorization needed from me....really???? Thats her DAD, she has his last name and he was really doing me the favor since I do work...MF s just lost a whole family of patients!!!!!!!!! Should be real petty and walk in on their ass.

Frequent this location when I need to ‘walk-in.’ Went and the nurse practitioner/Dr that I saw gave me a prescription (blood pressure pills) that needed to be changed (per Pharmacy/they were on back order). The pharmacy sent over info to dr office, no response.I waited a few days called both pharmacy and dr office.. still no updates from dr office. I went back to dr office and explained. The person at front desk told me dr was at lunch and I could either wait or come back. Why would I need to sit and wait when everything is in the computer system, the medication should just be adjusted/switched which is a very easy task!!! I knew it was possible because I had a combination pill that needed to be adjusted to two pills. Once I suggested I was going to contact their c.s. Number the woman at front desk told me she’d leave a message for the dr and her assistant and someone would be sure to follow up with me. No one ever called me back and I never got the prescription from this location.

The staffs of Walgreen are very friendly. I love this location. I’m happy every time I come to pick up my medicine.

I would like to say that youre benefits specialist, Ratrina Beamon was exceptional. I on a personal level would recommend her receiving a raise.She is a valuable asset to your company

Horrible business!! Poor communication skills !! I always have to reschedule and I never even got a chance to actually get inside the doctor office!! HORRIBLE AND WILL BE CHANGING MY DOCTOR

No complaints front desk is nice helpful and the doctors I have seen are amazing

The worst clinic ever. Even when you make it to your appointment on time, you still wait for over 2hours to see the doctor; this is a joke of a clinic

When changes are made they do not tell you anything until you get there then thats When you find out about new changes when they should tell you upfront so you that you will be aware of things very unprofessional office.
