The staff, both over the phone and in person, were the most respectful and kind people. I feel genuinely cared for as a patient instead of just being a number. They communicate everything theyre doing and ensure I have no remaining questions by the end of the visit because theyre more than willing to discuss anything that could come up. This truly is the best experience Ive ever had in womens health. Im going to get my annual checkup here every time.

Everyone was very helpful and nice at my appointment, especially my provider Tameka.Made everything very easy and explained everything wonderfully!

I rang the bell to enter, they asked what I needed and asked my name then buzzed me in. Once I entered I was just asked for a copy of my ID it wasnt until I said good morning that I was then greeted. Then later I sat down and waited to be called. Few mins later someone else who rang the bell just stated she had an appt and was then buzzed in. She was also greeted with a good morning and after checking in walked right on through for her appt. The difference in treatment 🤷🏽‍♀️ Im just saying.

The staff are all incredibly professional and kind. I felt very safe inside the facility. My wait time was about 45 minutes, but that feels typical for a doctors visit. Also my appointment was the last of the day, so that probably had something to do with it. Im definitely going back. Best staff out of the 4 PP locations Ive been to in the Chicagoland area.

It all depends on the experience you have. Some people cancel their appointments and youre seen early. Other times they are over booked because people want to talk, talk, talk instead of letting everyone do their jobs and leave. I go as early as I can, I want to be the first one in the doors and thats when I get out the fastest. I wait a long time when I come later in the week and later in the day. Great staff and doctors. When they do see you they show care and professionalism.I like this place when I schedule my appointments early. I guess you have to find the times and days that they arent busy!Good luck I hope I helped!

I called 20 minutes before my appointment began to inform the office I was running 15 minutes late & the employee told me that they gave 15 min grace periods for running late with appointments. I rung the bell at 10:00 exactly to be let into the building for my appointment and was rudely told to reschedule. I drove 40 minutes in bad weather to get my appointment. Extremely disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Every time I come here there seems to be an issue.. this location doesn’t have the greatest service.. for the most part they are friendly but the issues make me avoid this location. The issue is either they forget something during my visit or aren’t competent enough to do their job I’m thankful for PP but this location I will have to avoid as much I can even tho it’s closest to my home. Oh and if they see they’re low on free condoms refill them before they run out.

I don’t know why some people complain about the waiting time here. The receptionist was really nice I was called in 10 minutes after checking in and the manager who was checking my vital signs was super nice so was the nurse practitioner. In live all the way in the suburbs and will go again if I need anything.

Super nice staff and professional. Clean secure facility. very efficient and organized office. Greatful to have had such a wonderful experience with something that can be nerve racking.

Was a bit nervous because Id never been to a PP before but the staff dissolved any doubts I had almost instantly. Everyone was just so friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning in the future if need be!

Ive been trying to pick up my prescription since i had requested it be sent to a different pharmacy. i called them twice and have been told twice it would be changed. i call again to find out my medicine has been sitting on a shelf since november 3… 10 days later.

If I could give them a negative 5 I would. I had scheduled an appointment to remove and replace my implanon. when i got there they request for me to get a stroller for my three-year-old daughter because I wouldnt be able to carry her. I walk to my car get her stroller and come back and they tell me to take a seat and wait to be called. They have me wait for 25 minutes and they call my name to tell me that I cannot be seen because I have my daughter with me. And its their policy that no kids are allowed in the clinic. They never mentioned that when I scheduled the appointment, and they waited 25 minutes after to tell me.

Every single person that works here is lovely. I love this location i always feel welcome and comfortable its never awkward. They answer all your questions and go into detail if you need help understanding something. Highly recommend 👌 keep up the good work ladies

After waiting in the waiting room for TWO hours, I was finally able to get my appointment, despite it being late. I did what I was told and I answered a few questions by the nurse which she promptly told me to change and put a sheet over myself while the doctor came in. Surprise surprise, I was naked from the waist down with nothing but a sheet in the doctors room for 30 mins before I got any service.

Takes them 40 minutes to give you a birth control refill. don’t go in an hour before they close ( 6 pm!! ) because their attitude will be at an all time high. mostly speaking for the lady that gives out the prescriptions believe their name was maria. one of the receptionists didn’t even know how to check if they accepted my insurance or not. will not be returning here anymore!

Never had a problem. I actually switched from my regular doctor at UIC hospital to here because the commute was easier quicker and no where from where I live.. I never had to wait more then 10-15 mins and while Im in the back in the doctors office it was always in and out and I do my exams as well as get my depo shot

On the website it states Most birth control and annual well-woman exams will be covered for free, with no copay. I drove 40 minutes to this place just to find out they were going to charge me $160 before I even signed in!! I couldve stayed near my house and avoided the send off if they werent falsely advertising!! What a waste of time and gas!!

Yesterday you rescheduled me to a location that was CLOSED. Think this a game. Enjoy your memorial day weekend. Come Tuesday Im coming back for all of you.

Been going here for a couple years now, theyre always nice and help you out if you are in a stance financially. Sometimes my wait is longer than most but they always make sure I leave satisfied.

The staff could be a little more friendly and helpful. The services provided were great though. & i didnt wait long to be seen

They did not have my pain medicine sent to the pharmacy so basically I had to endure the pain because they didn’t do there job

Apparently an appointment time doesnt mean anything, scheduled for 11:00 and still here at 12:30
