Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other recent reviews: they have been a huge disaster. They employ unprepared people who do not understand the basics of the process. I gave up on them. I dont even know how Ryan White can give a chance to these types of organizations.

I’ve had case management with TPAN for three years now and haven’t had any issues until now when my ADAP coverage was allowed to lapse and re-enrolling me has taken far too long so now I am almost two weeks without my medications because I cannot afford to pick them up from the pharmacy. They have been waiting at the pharmacy every day but I can’t fork over the $400+ in order to get them because that’s what the ADAP coverage is for. It has only been my mental health medication I’ve missed thus far but starting this morning it is my HIV medication, too. I was told it would be taken care of by “week’s end” or sooner early in the week and wasn’t notified by my case worker that I still wasn’t covered so when I went to pick up the scripts last night I was in for a surprise. *surprise* I’m really starting to feel the effects of being without the heavy dosage of my mental health medications … which feels terrible to be honest. Please will someone help fix this? Please?

Public transportation both bus and red line are in walking distance. The front desk Security staff are very friendly and polite. Most office rooms are private, soundproof, well ventilated, clean and roomy with windows that make it more inviting to sit during Daytimers Support Group or an appointment meeting with my Case Worker Manager. Im pretty happy with the change and with the wonderful variety of restaurants a block or two away. Great job guys.

The staff here is amazing and provide a wide variety of services to positive individuals including individual and group therapy, psychiatric appointments, educational workshops, and case management to connect clients to community resources and programs to make sure they have access to food, housing, and medical care. They now share this location with Howard Brown which is a huge bonus allowing clients to access multiple services at one location.
