This place offers a Certified Civil Surgeon, and have a special price for medical exams and it is a good price. The place looks clean and they do have a pharmacy inside for medications. They do not offer parking but there is plenty of street parking. On their website they do say they do accept records from other clinics but if you do not have your records, they will give you more shots and you will end up paying a lot more. So if you do have your records bring them and make sure you ask what they are looking for so you are ready. Another thing that it was confusing is that they do not have name tags on them and they do not tell you their title. There was a lady in front and a man going back and forth that some people called them doctors but when I talked to them they did not say they were doctors. The front desk was two ladies and one of them was very helpful while the other not so much, the helpful one I think her name is Beatriz but I am not certain.

I went in with severe pain. I was created by a staff member sitting in front of a computer. There were four other girls sitting there. I was told that the clinic would close in an hour and the doctor was with a patient. I was told it would take the doctor exactly an hour to examine the patient. I was referred to another clinic. They all look like they were in a hurry to get rid of us. So unprofessional.

I took my dad in at Chicago Medical Center last week to get his immigration I-693 exam done, and the staff was super helpful in helping me sort out the paperwork. The price was honestly pretty reasonable especially since I took so much of their time. This whole immigration paperwork and immunization is so confusing to me, but I am so grateful for the staff and the patience they had with my dad and I. The wait wasn’t bad either, I think we waited like 10 min before they called us in, which is great cause you know how these immediate care centers operate. Overall the rooms were super clean, and the staff was terrific. Thanks, guys, for your help!!

I read many reviews before going to Chicago Medical Center and I was a bit hesitant to be honest.I went for the immigration medical exam. I called ahead of time to make sure the $195 offer is right, they did confirm as long as I provide the immunization record.The process was fast, took a week to get the sealed envelope with a spare copy for reference. I just got my application approved today.So over all I recommend this center based on price, responsiveness and professionalism.

This place lost a star because of its websites false advertising. It says $150 for immigration exams however when you call them they tell you its $375 without immunization record. In no way does the site say you need the record nor that you have to pay and extra $225 if you dont. Also the organization skills here can use some work. However, the nurses and staff here are awesome! Very friendly and helpful. My husband is afraid of needles and they were very patient and caring with him. 5 stars for the nurses who hold this place together. Also the interior of the building is very nice, clean, comfy leather seats, and complimentary coffee and water.

It’s the worst place ever. If your senior parents have both insurances medical card and Medicaid please don’t waste your time going to this place. Everyone that had this two insurances shouldn’t be paying for any of there services. They only accept the Medicaid not the medical card but they won’t tell you this. They will charge you an arm and a leg on any procedure that they do. Girls in the front desk very rude. Worst experience ever

I have gone to this place twice to do an immigration medical exam. I was pleased with the services I received in May 2017 so when I had to do yet another immigration medical exam in May 2018 I decided to go back. Unfortunately, I had a rather bad experience this time around. However, I brought up my concerns with the staff and Xavier and Dr. Sahli did EVERYTHING the could to make sure I walked out of the clinic happy. To sum up my experience, I would say that there will always be issues arising, but its a matter of how they are solved. The issues I had were solved in a good and professional manner so thumbs up to the Chicago Medical Center.

Beware if you are going for an Immigration Exam they list a promotion on their website for $140 dollars but they do not mention the conditions for the promotion. The AD states that the exam, blood work, a TB skin test, confirmation and completion of required immunizations, completion of i-693 and seal records are included. We showed up for our appointment and we are given a break down of the cost totaling $333.00. I ask the nurse about the promotion (which I printed off the website) and she said that they would honor it if I have it printed (this is not mentioned on the website or when you make the appointment). I am then called up and asked to pay $375.00 (even higher) in cash. I told the nurse I was just told that the promotion would be honored. She tells me that the promotion is only for patients who have had blood work and brought their immunization records. I pointed out to her that is not what the promotion say and that if they can not honor it then it is false advertising. She said she would check with her manager. The manager then comes out and tells me the same thing the nurse just told me. I pointed out to him that this was false advertising and a crime. He tell me its unfortunate and they have ran into this problem before but they can not honor the promotion. I ask him what he can do for me he tells me the most he could do is take $25 dollars off for the flu shot. He then when on to explain to me that $350 is the standard rate set by the government and we would not find it cheaper anywhere else. I told him that we would have to think about because I needed to speak with my lawyer. I have since done this and found out that this is no standard rate set by the government each Civil Surgeon set their own rates. I also have found the exam in Skokie being done for $175 plus vaccines which depending on age should not cost more than additional $40. Add they even matched this promotion and made it $140.00 plus vaccines. I only ended up paying $180My advice to anyone looking for a civil surgeon is call around ask for the total cost of everything before making an appointment and wasting the time I did here.

My insurance switched me to this clinic for my primary care doctor over the summer. I went for a check up, my doctor was pushy and asked a lot of questions that proved he never read my intake paperwork or the follow up questions his staff had JUST asked. I got the routine bloodwork I get once a year (which is what I was there for), and was given only a 6ms script. When I immediately asked, I was told it was no problem, that the doctor would ok it the other 6ms when the pharmacy asked. Not true.Fast forward to Xmas eve. I call the office to check on my refill, assuming it’s the holidays and they haven’t gotten to it and I’d remind them. The desk staff told me no, he wouldn’t renew it without a full bloodwork panel. I talked to the head nurse, same answer. And no, there’s no way to get me an emergency supply of the meds I’ve been on at the same dose for 12 years. Can I speak to the doctor? No he’s already been contacted. Can I come today cuz you’re obviously open so we can get this bloodwork over with as your obvs open? No, the next available appointment is January 8th. Like what? Not my best moment, but I yelled at them till “they found space for me” the same week. I now have ANOTHER 6ms prescription, and I will never be going to this place again. I have never been so badly treated by health care professionals in my life.Withholding life-saving medication is bad, possibly a malpractice suit. The way I was treated by the entire staff, front desk all the way up to the doctors is beyond bad. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. You’re not a person to them, you’re a source of income.

The people there are so friendly especially the front desk. I always feel like I am in a clean and healthy environment. You can tell that all of the staff knows exactly what they are doing. There has not been a time where a doctor was not able to see me. They are always super efficient aswell. Definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!

The medical staff are so inconsiderate for the patients, and the owner from the clinic is neurologist and think that a family practitioner. He doesn’t look at you to see what is hurting he prescribe by what people tell them. They are very unprofessional then they lie and tell you that the doctor is not in the office. When they are. They rehired the same medical assistant that they fired 3 times. I’m very mad with this clinic and wouldn’t recommend the clinic to no one.

Terrible!Went for an immigration exam which was advertised online for $165 and ended up paying $500 for extra exams that were required from USCIS (according to this clinic). Great,payed the $500.If this wasn’t enough they messed up the syphilis test (std) which came back positive.That was shocking.They even tried to sell us the treatment for syphilis ($1000/shot).The whole thing was very humiliating.My spouse and I went to a different clinic and did the syphilis test again.The test came back negative of course. We went back to complain about this but they blamed their laboratory in Wisconsin that had some technical issues that week. I asked for a refund for the tests that I had to redo but they refused to refund us the money.Not only I had to spend extra money toredo the tests,go through humiliation for the supposed std,but waisted time in my immigration process since the paperwork wasn’t ready. I am totally suing them!

Came in at Chicago medical center with my elderly mom last week whom has been sick for some time now and is a regular in seeing doctors. Place is quite. Waiting time was average as some offices are longer. Not sure what to expect. Never before was my mom seen by Dr. Odeh as she thought it was like any other doctor visit from her previous experiences. Let me tell you , I am BLESSED to have found Dr. Odeh ! REALLY!!!! Can not thank him enough for treating and understanding my moms medical condition that other doctors were careless or just oversaw my moms condition because she is an elderly. Dr. Odeh sat us down and spent the time to really understand my moms medical history, medication, all that ... in fact , three of the medications my mom was taking for years now , were told to throw them out and that they were not necessary to have been prescribed ever. Through the years my mom was taking them and only to find out that Dr.Odeh’s who we never before visit , and what he recommended in the past week has significantly been made a huge difference in my moms medical condition!! He is truly a blessing. I highly recommend Dr. Odeh to anyone regardless of your condition, he really takes the time to understand what problems or conditions your coming in for. He’s very intellectual and from what he says “He really enjoys when he treats his patients because it’s rewarding to him” . I much rather have my mom get seen by a doctor who loves what he does rather a doctor who loves writing prescriptions. Thank you so much Dr. Odeh for treating my mom!

Dr. Bledar: This doctor was extremely nice, attentive and very knowlegable. He was so quick and yet i didnt feel rushed. They literally did everything to make sure i felt comfortable (I was in a lot of pain).I have a few weeks of recovery and then Im back to my weight loss journey :-)

Dont make an appointment online and waste your time. Apparently they havent been a doctors office in over a year and its just a pharmacy now according to the woman working. She said they cant get the site taken down but yeah, total waste of time.

This place is a fraud. I went for a physical for my immigration. However, the form was not filled out correctly. I mean how hard is that given they are specialized in immigration physical exam. When I come back here for correction, they asked me redo the exam, and pay the fee again. They are charging me twice for their own mistake. And this time they are charging even more! $285! DO NOT COME HERE

Stopped by yesterday about an hour and a half before closing because I had the flu...wouldve stopped by sooner but I didnt trust myself driving I was so fatigued. Theres a huge sign out front that says urgent care but you couldve fooled me...there was no sense of urgency whatsoever. The young man at the front was surprised wed come in without an appointment and proceeded to make a call. He then TOLD us that the doctor who does urgent care visits had to leave early to do errands and get some things done...dude. Lie to me. Dont tell paying customers that. Totally unprofessional. Went to an urgent care on wicker park and they took care of me in a half hour and sent in a prescription for me.

I havent been here since my doctor disappeared but im sure by now they should have gotten it together , used to wait hours to be seen and hours once you got in the room, only 3 stars since they have very very friendly staff at the front desk those women deserve 5 stars! As far as everything else sadly only 3

This is a Doctor who cares about his patients.This is not a In and out in 5 minutes he will sit down explain your tests results,plans for taking care of you,thats a true PRO PATIENT Doc..I have multiple issues,some I did not about,and after a dozen doctors and years he was the only 1 to diagnose my conditions wich were huge life threatening. He did it after 1 meeting and 1 blood test!And took care of me.Christ,northwestern,no hospitalCould say for sure what was wrong with me. Hope to have him as my Primary..

I started 5 because 6 is not an option. Thank you to all the staff who walked me thru and answered my question even when i asked the same question different way.I appreciate all of the staff from front desk to back of house. This was the best experience Ive ever had. They truly care.

Dont believe their website. I schedule an appointment for a couple month earlier for the medical exam. Still no response. They took my money and went away. No response when I call or no emails... They are fraud.

Beware beware people these are bunch cheaters doing fraud practice here ..they advertise uscis immigration check up for 150$.. flu vaccine 9$ but when you go there they will charge you 25$ for one flu vaccine and on top they were pushing us very hard to do chick pox check up which is $50 ..we were very informed on that so show Ed them details from uscis website they then said fine we need not have vaccine if we had chickenpox in childhood ..because of the reason we were informed they couldnt charge extra $ dollars so they lied on tuberculosis skin test that its positive but there is no bulging or anything it was totally lie and the nurse and receptionist big liars drama actors forcing us for chest x ray which is $100 ..they were threatening us and also were saying if we get second opinion in the day with different doctor it may be negative ...its like we have to do X-ray paying $100 else the already paid 175$ we lose altogether..we understood their intention to loot money in the name of unnecessary test first vercilla next with tb just making sure they bill us extra $100 .. so we took decision not to encourage their money sucking attitude so we told them we will get the test done outside left with lose of 175$ ....FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD organized criminals.

I visited this clinic on March this year for my immigration medical report they gave the sealed report and when I went for immigration interview and the officer opened the sealed report the civil surgeon forgot to sign on the report due to which my case was on hold and and now they asked me to get the signature they are closed with no contact information this is really unprofessional behavior and I stuck with no where to go .....I am really furious and disappointed ....what kind of service this people provide

The receptionist is racist and rude. We were talking and she just left us alone. If you’re going for immigration purposes you will be discriminated
