KnowNow Health - Lakeview

I booked an appointment on their website for testing. The email confirmation advised that it will be a virtual visit, but there were no details on how to connect to the doctor virtually. So I texted the Lakeview clinic asking for clarification, but no one responded. Once my appointment time arrived, no one from the clinic called/emailed me.I ended up making a same day appointment at the Howard Brown Health clinic instead.

This location was very helpful after I tried a few others who had incredibly long wait times for PCR results. They say its a 2-3 day turnaround, but at times they can be finished faster. I havent gotten mine yet, but Ill update if any issues occur.The staff was kind and helpful, and the test is administered by a nurse (two nasal swabs but very gentle). No wait time for a walk-in when I visited in the middle of the day.

Needed a reliable Covid test. I was referred to this testing site and it was an amazing experience. No waiting and late hours (open until 8 pm on weekdays and Saturday). Easy check in and free test. Staff was super friendly, efficient and safe. Got my results back in exactly two days with a call and an email. Luckily, I was negative. First time getting tested. Highly recommend it. They are also great with children!

This is my second visit at this location, there’s never a wait & the staff is always pleasant. One particular person Jocelyn, was very nice, helpful & very informative about the services being provided. I appreciate the kind, thoughtful & professional work that the staff provides & I recommend this place to anyone looking for Fast, Professional services! Keep up the good work guys 👍🏽

Extremely kind, courteous and accommodating staff. We took our 5 year old daughter in last minute with a high temperature and they were so helpful and kind. I really appreciated it. Even though I had only scheduled a covid test upon us requesting they also tested for a strep and went out of their way to check for ear infection etc. Couldnt have been more pleased with their help and decency.

Was told I’d get my results in 2-3 days, which was perfect as I was going home to Canada. I’m literally at the airport waiting for my results three days later. Not a peep. I called the lab they use, and apparently my sample (taken Monday) didn’t arrive until YESTERDAY (Wednesday.) Likely won’t make it home for Christmas as Canada requires a PCR test taken within 72 hours of departure. Thanks KnowNow!Edited to add: finally got my results at 5:51 pm. Over 72 hours after being tested.

01/03- walked in around 3:30 without an appt, registered on the app, seen ~10 minutes later. Facility seemed very clean, friendly staff. The staff member took my PCR but said that rapids are not covered by insurance at this location which was surprising, so I did not receive one. Received my PCR results this morning 01/06 which is overall a quicker turn around time than other nearby testing sites which still have not returned my PCR results.

I had an amazing experience with KnowNow Health, easily the most helpful experience Ive ever had involving anyone in the medical field. I was in a rush to receive my COVID PCR test results seeing as I had to get across the border 72 hours later, and they made a clear effort to try and expedite my results to help me get home. Testing was fast and easy, and both of the women I worked with were incredibly considerate and helpful the entire visit.

The KnowNow staff was so incredibly professional and kind, grateful I found them when I couldn’t get into the major pharmacies for Covid testing. It was great having a telehealth appointment after the test soI could get advice on how to proceed with caution while still living my life. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of testing!

Front desk employee was very patient, understanding, and led me through every step before getting tested without any attitude.The employee who tested me talked to me about every step she’s going to do with the swab and made sure I was comfortable with it.(And the test is free. Able to walk in or make appointment)

Highly recommend this testing clinic. Clean, safe and communicative with results. I would like to give a special thank you to Isaias. He went above and beyond to go over the specifics of the timing of my test results as my situation was time sensitive; he walked me through the entire behind the scenes process and he called me ASAP once my results were in, even though they came back negative. KnowNow Health is an excellent place to go for a COVID-19 test.The person at the front desk was friendly and very helpful! The person who did the test was efficient and quick and I got my results sooner than expected.

I went for a walk-in covid test yesterday and everyone there was so nice and so helpful. The test was quick and easy, and even though it says that results typically come back in 48-72 hours, I got mine in 24. Will definitely be going back here if I need more tests in the future, and would recommend this spot for anyone needing a test themself.

Just got done getting a COVID test here. I’m a little peeved I had to download an app just to check in; it even made me schedule something on the phone even though I was right there in the office! And now it’s saying I never showed up to my appointment? Even though I was right there when it happened? It’s just frustrating.The Nurse practitioner on staff was nice though.

All the staff was very nice and very professional. Made whole process super easy and safe. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very pleased with my experience here. Would definitely recommend.

This is a fast and efficient clinic. PCR tests are free and rapid tests are $150. The staff were above and beyond kind in assisting me and preparing me for my international travel covid help. Besides for covid testing they are a full service clinic. Highly recommend.

Terrible service!We had our test on Sat - 2 PM.Our flight to Canada was on Tuesday - 2PM - 72 hrs later.Turn arounf time was posted as 48 to 72 hrs.We had no response till we were back in Canada - 8 PMLuckily - we got another test (10 minute turn around) at a different facility at the last minute that allowed us to make our flight.AGAIN - TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Super easy to book a convenient appointment and upload your documents. Got my PCR results within less than 24 hours. Really great place!

Although I had an appointment, I arrived and was told they were aware of my appointment but the doctor is out of the country. Why didnt you tell me that days ago or before I drove over? There was no one else who could see me. This place is trash.

The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, thoughtful and kind. The doctor administering the test was as well. I was very afraid of this test. They both were such professionals and thoughtful and kind human beings. Honestly, it was refreshing to see that. I dont see that in most places these days.

I had a wonderful experience with Dolorita at the front desk! She also did my covid testing was very communicative and comforting!

Would not take us without an appointment. When we pushed that no one was there. They could all the sudden take us for $150 payment! Do not use this place the website and what they say when you get there do not match up.

I had the worst experience there. The results were too late (they send the samples to the wrong place, and beside that they committed a mistake, one of the women who work there was very rude at the phone, when asked for the results.

Friendly. Efficient. Professional. This is tough work that theyre doing right now. Results came 2.5 days later. Pretty good, given the rush.

I went here for a covid test. You do have to download the app to upload your information. The staff was friendly and informative.
